Set in the anime, starting with the end of the Twelfth Angel attack, Shinji, along with NERV, find themselves having to deal with the unexpected, and very unimaginable arrival of a new generation with a tie to the hurtful past. Since there is an infinite number of alternate universes, the same scenario can be visited over and over again, with different results.

Just my own take on the Time Loop idea; Shinji's been around the block a few times but isn't some smarmy little twerp or an ultra confident slayer of babes.
