Chapter 11: Water Fight the Shroobs
When the Gadd Aircraft arrives at Isle Delfino, they find the Corona Mountain shape as Younger Princess Shroob. Shroob soldiers are everywhere, while Isle Delfino's inhabitants are held hostage at the Shine Gate.
"Woah, the Shroobs did more damage than we did, Papa," said Bowser Jr.
"They sure did. Professor, are you sure baby tears can take out these aliens?" said Bowser.
"Thanks to Mario and Luigi's adventure to travel through time, we manage to find the Shroobs' weakness," said Prof E. Gadd.
"What are we waiting for? Let's squirt those beasts from existence," said Toadette, ready to battle.
"I love what you think, Toadette," said Captain Toad.
At Shine Gate, a female Pianta looks up in the sky and said, "Look! Up in the sky!"
"Ah, great. Our beloved island will be invaded twice," said a male Pianta.
"Hey! Nobody invades the island we'd already invaded. Let's get ready, boys," said a Shroob, as the Gadd Aircraft lands on a nearby building.
But when the Shroob soldiers go to the door of the Gadd Aircraft to attack, the Koopalings shoot their water guns at them, which the baby tears made them melt away.
"Wow! Who knew baby tears could be toxic towards the Shroobs. Morton is super impressed," said Morton.
"Alright, everyone. Let's move out," said Iggy, as everyone but Professor E Gadd gets out of the Gadd Aircraft.
"Look, it's Princess Peach. We're saved," said a child Pianta.
"What happened here?" Hint Toad asks.
"It was super scary. These purple aliens from the sky came out of nowhere and attacked the island. Their leaders went into Corona Volcano. They had glowing orange eyes. One was had a strange orange heart rock on their crown while the other one was carrying a green Yoshi."
"Yoshi! That's my boyfriend! We got to get to the top of that volcano!" said Birdo.
"Yeah, but we got to deal with them, first," said Wendy, sees more Shroob soldiers coming to the Shine Gate.
"Yeah! More Shroobs to give a meltdown," said Larry, as he and the Koopalings fire at the enemy.
"Come on, creeps! Is that all you got?" said Lemmy, enjoying the battle.
"How do we get to the top of Corona Mountain?" Daisy asks.
"Good thing, I have the map of the volcano. Use this to reach to the top," said Banktoad, gives the map to Daisy.
"You must go into the cave near the mountain. That's the entrance to the top, but you must go through trails to get to the peak," said Mail Toad.
"More Shroobs are heading this way! Team Peach, it's now or never! Go," said Roy, seeing more Shroobs coming.
"Right! Let's go get the Wish Heart of Hope and Yoshi," said Peach, heads into the mountain with her teammates following her.
"Come on at us, Shroob jerks!" said King Boo, as he continues to fire his water gun as his enemies.
Back at Bow-Boo Island, Bowsette and Boosette are sitting on their throne while smiling.
"Ah, that romantic moment is just what we need from the Mario Brothers to calm us down," said Bowsette.
"I love the way how scared they were. Seeing my love one in fear brings joy into my heart," said Boosette.
But when Mario and Luigi are in their container prison, Mario's face is covered with red kiss marks while Luigi's is covered in purple kiss marks. Both of the brothers were dizzy yet traumatize from what Bowsette and Boosette did to them.
"I never knew such horror…," said Mario, as he and Luigi wipe the kiss marks off of their faces.
"Mario, when will Peach and Daisy come to our rescue?" Luigi said while hugging Mario for comfort.
"They just need to find the two more Wish Hearts before the ones they've found could lead them to us."
"Please let the nightmare end…"
Back with Team Peach, they are inside of the Corona Mountain.
"I hate lava, and it burns everything it touches like flowers. How are we going to get to the end?" said Daisy.
"Easy! I can use my Vibe power. I'll use Sad Vibe to make a bridge to the end," said Peach.
"Princess Peach, this is a volcano. Are you sure you can do this?' said Toadette.
"Whatever, Toadette. Do it, Peach! So, we can get to my sweet Yoshi," said Birdo.
Then Peach cries hard enough for the lava to harden, and her tears create a pathway to the other of the volcano.
"Who knows how long this path will last? Let's hurry," said Peach, as she and her team run on the pathway.
Once they reach the platform with clouds above them, Birdo says, "We can't reach those clouds since none of us can fly."
"But I can, with my Happy Vibe. Ladies, grab hold of me and let me do all of the smiling."
When Daisy, Toadette, and Birdo put their arms around Peach and Cauliflower gets on Daisy's back, Peach activates her Happy Vibe, and she starts to float upward. However, she begins to glide slowly.
"Oh, no. We're too heavy," said Toadette.
"Peach's power of flying works when she's happy, right? Let's help her be happier to get higher," said Daisy. "Peach! Imagine how great it will be once we reunite with Mario and Luigi. After we saved them, we can host a great party at your castle. Maybe Mario will reward with something special."
Peach became so happy as she imagines her reward of saving Mario would be that two of them will share a kiss. She quickly begins to fly up so fast.
