They woke up still entangled in each others arms just like they had fallen asleep. Regina watched Emma sleep for a few moments before she also woke up. "Hello my love. Happy six years." Regina said to Emma before she gave her a sweet kiss. "And many more babe. I love you." They stayed like that for a while and cuddled.

Eventually they got up and had a shower together. It took far longer than I should have because they kept getting distracted with each other. Sharing hot kisses and light petting. Once they were showered they got ready for the day.

They decided to go into the small town nearby today and eat at a little restaurant. Regina got a grilled chicken salad while Emma got a cheese burger and fries. They sat by the window so that they could people watch while they ate. They discussed the cute older couple walking down the street holding hands and the kids running around playing. They talked about Emily and how much they missed her and that she was probably having the time of her life and didn't miss them at all. They had talked to her this morning. Well really they had talked to Snow because all they got from Emily was a quick "Hi! I love you!" before she tossed the phone back to her grandmother who accidentally ended the call when she caught the phone. Snow told them that Emily was doing just fine and she was in the middle of a game of tag with her grandpa and uncle. They heard a scream and giggles in the back ground and figured she had probably been caught.

Once they had finished their meal they decided to explore the little town. They walked through the streets of local shops popping in when one seemed interesting. Regina found a nice new throw blanket to put in the living room. It was locally make and had a unique style to it. She also found a nice shawl she liked and thought would be nice for later that night. Emma had planned a dinner and for their anniversary and a surprise afterword but wouldn't tell Regina any of the plans. All she told her was what kind of clothes to bring. Emma found a new leather jacket to add to her collection. Regina rolled her eyes and feigned annoyance saying Emma didn't need any more jackets but secretly she loved seeing Emma in them and it made her happy so Regina didn't really care. It was just part of their banter now a days.

They spent a good few hours looking around the small town and enjoying the afternoon strolling. When they had seen all there was to see they went to their little home and got ready for the night. Emma was wearing a nice black pant suit complete with a burgundy tie. Regina was wearing a fitted black dress with the burgundy shawl she had gotten early that day to match. She went to grab her purse but Emma stopped her. "I've got this babe. I don't want you to worry about any of it." Regina didn't argue.

They got in a car that took them up into the mountains to this gorgeous restaurant that was hidden away. It was at the peak of a mountain overlooking the nearby towns. Emma had booked the reservations for sunset so they sat outside. They ordered a nice bottle of wine and two steaks. As they sat and enjoyed the lovely food they watched the sun set. Just as the sun was going down a photographer came over and took their picture. This was part of the plan Emma had set up, she would pick up the photos when they left.

The whole time they were eating they kept giving each other looks. Regina would lift an eyebrow at Emma and Emma would return with a once over glance and a smirk. Once they had finished their meals Emma went and paid and grabbed their photos. Then she grabbed Regina and led her out he back entrance. "Emma where are we going? The exit is that way." Regina stated. As soon as the door closed behind them Emma pushed Regina up agains the wall and crashed their lips together sneaking her tongue in when Regina gasped in surprise. "I couldn't wait any longer. Those looks you were giving me were driving me crazy Regina." Regina just chuckled and settled into the embrace. Everything was pitch black around them except for a line of lights leading into the woods. Regina hadn't noticed that at first, she was to preoccupied with getting ravished by her wife.

"I wonder where that trail of lights leads?" Regina pondered when they broke apart for air. "That is where we are headed next babe. Come on." Emma said as she grabbed Regina's hand and pulled her along. After a short walk through the woods following the lights they arrived at a clearing. In the clearing was a horse drawn carriage. "Hop in Gina." "Emmmmma…" Regina breathed out. Her breath was taken away. She was so touched. Emma had planned the perfect night for them. A beautiful dinner with a breath taking view and a horse drawn carriage to take them home. She stood silently for a moment just gazing at Emma. Damn she was lucky.

Emma held her hand as she stepped into the carriage and had a seat, then she pulled Emma up to her. They cuddle close together and Regina draped her shawl around Emma as well to keep them both warm, it was a little chilly out. Regina gave Emma a sweet kiss that was filled with so much. 'Thank you, I love you, you're beautiful, I'm so lucky.' She could never express how grateful she was to have Emma and to be Emma's. They got to share this life together and that was amazing. She planned on many more years with the beautiful women in her arms.

The carriage zigzagged through the woods taking them back down the mountain. It took them through the town that they had explored earlier that day, the town was mostly asleep now. Then it went through the park before it took them home. The sky was clear and filled with stars. A full moon lit up the night sky and cast a glorious glow on everything. Emma couldn't help but stair at Regina's face in the moon light as she looked out at the landscapes passing by them. She was beautiful every day but moon light did something to her. It made her glow in a way nothing else could and it captivated Emma. "Do I have something on my face dear?" Regina asked, catching Emma starring at her. "No. I'm just captivated by the beauty of my wife." Emma said with a large smile. Then they shared a sweet loving kiss.

The carriage dropped them off at their little airbnb. They went in a changed out of their formal clothes and into their comfortable sleep wear. For Emma that was an old tank top and a pair of cotton panties. For Regina that was a silk set of shorts and and a top. They got ready for bed and went out to the hammock. Emma laid down on it and pulled Regina in next to her. They wrapped their arms around each other and cuddled basking in the moonlight and the sounds of the night. They drifted away just like that.

That is until Emma went to flip over in her sleep and sent them both crashing to the ground. "Owwwwwww…." came from both of them. They struggled to get up and take their now sore bodies into bed. They climbed in and slept peacefully the rest of the night.

The rest of the week was spent similarly. They enjoyed their time to themselves and explored the areas around them. They went horse back riding one more time. This time sharing a horse per Emma's request. The end of their trip came quickly. Part of them was sad to be going back but a bigger part of them was excited to see their daughter again.

They packed their things and called a taxi back to the airport. Once they boarded the plane they settled down and pulled out the cards. They planned to stay awake the whole flight seeing how they were getting home at 11 pm and wanted to sleep when they arrived, they had to work tomorrow. They would pick up Emily tomorrow as well as she would already be asleep by then. They played rummy for a while and some other card games. They watched a few movies to pass the time but there wasn't a great selection. Over all the flight was much easier than the first one. There was little turbulence and the tiny amount there was Emma was able to distract Regina during. No mile hight club this time.

When the plane landed they got off and made the drive home. Emma drove this time so that Regina could relax a bit. She wasn't used to these late nights and Emma was used to doing the night shift here and there at the station. The drive wasn't as long as before. The traffic had died down and by the time they got anywhere near Storybrooke there was no one to be seen. Emma drove them through the invisible town line and into the town they called home. Neither one of them noticing the figure in the woods just inside the town border watching them arrive.
