Months later there had been no signs of Rumpelstiltskin. Emma was doing much better and had gone back to work a few weeks ago.

The family was gathered together in Regina and Emma's back yard. They were having a BBQ for Summer Solstice. The whole family was there. Snow, David, and Neil had come over. Henry was back from college for the summer and Emma and Regina were off of work.

They liked to celebrate Summer Solstice with a big meal and celebration. This was a tradition back in the Enchanted Forest similar to the fourth of July in the states and the Charmings and Regina liked to continue it. The rest of them enjoyed it as well and hell everyone loved all the food, especially Emma and Emily.

David and Henry were manning the grill while Snow was setting up the rest of the food that had been prepared. Neil and Emily were running around chasing each other as they usually did, hey it kept them preoccupied. Regina was in the kitchen finishing up a few last minute things before she joined the rest of the people.

Emma went inside to see if Regina needed any help with anything. When she walked in the kitchen Regina's back was towards her. She was plating some stuffed peppers she had just made getting ready to take those and her famous lasagna out to everyone.

Emma snuck up behind her and circled her arms around her waist. She felt Regina's body tense and then relax into her hold. "Need any help?" Emma whispered into her ear and felt her body shiver. "No dear the food is all ready. However if you keep this up I'm never going to make it out there." She said turning in Emma's arms and embracing her back. "Mmmm I wouldn't mind that." Emma said with an eyebrow wiggle and a squeeze of Regina's ass pulling her closer. "Emma…. We have company." Regina reprimanded lightly.

Emma started to kiss Regina's pulse point and her head fell on Emma's shoulder. She felt her hips moving on their own and her hands went up to cup Emma's mounds. "Would you two get a room already." Came from across the room. They spun around and saw Snow and Charming standing there. They had been caught again. Oooops. "But she likes it. Remember." Regina said with and evil smirk on her face, pulling Emma in for a hot kiss.

The Charmings faces flushed and they looked away. Embarrassing Emma's parents was one of Regina's favorite things. It was so easy to get under their skin. At first she had been embarrassed and upset about what had transpired at the office, now she used it to mess with Snow and David. Emma always shook her head at her but she knew she found it funny as well. The Evil queen in her still liked to see Snow squirm and if taunting her with the amazing sex she had with her daughter was how she could do that she was happy to.

Regina laughed evilly then handed Emma the stuffed peppers while she grabbed the lasagna and they walked past Emma's parents leaving them dumb struck once again. "My My My Majesty…" Emma jokes as she wakes by her parents.

They put the plates with the rest of the food. Everyone grabbed a plate and dug in. There was chatting and games and everyone enjoyed the time together as a family. David chased the kids around pretending to be a giant while they ran away screaming. The four others sat around discussing life. How work was going for them all and how school was going for Henry. He was majoring in English so he had a lot or reading and writing to do throughout the semester.

Later that night after everyone had gone home Henry and Emily were in the living room watching cartoons while Regina and Emma were cleaning up the aftermath. They had leftovers for days and dishes to prove it. Emma washed and Regina dried. They worked well as a team getting the job done in record time.

Once they were done they went and joined their kids in the living room. Emma sat in her chair and watched cartoons with the kids and Regina sat on the couch next to them and read her book. They laughed and joked about what was happening on the T.V. Usually it was Regina calling something that had happened stupid and unrealistic. She wasn't really a fan of cartoons, she found them to be a waste of time. She allowed it now and then but most of the time she liked her family to be either using their brain or moving.

The kids headed up to bed after a few episodes had passed of the show they were watching. Emma and Regina turned everything off downstairs and headed into the office to wind down and have a glass of the best apple cider they had ever tasted. Although they both agreed it tasted even better off each others lips.

"You never did fill me in on how you took care of Rumpelstiltskin." Emma said thinking how she hand't seen him since that day. "Oh easy dear. I pushed him over the town line. He won't be a problem anymore." Emma looked at her curiously. "How did you over power him?" "No one messes with my family and gets away with it. Our happy endings are in our hands."

They got up and headed to bed, it had been a long day. As they were headed up the stairs all you heard was a loud smack as Emma hit Regina square on the ass. "Em-Ma!" Regina reprimand turning around. Emma skirted around her up the stairs. "Catch me if you can!" "Oh you little…"

And the rest is history.
