Pain, a burning sensation that transgressed to failure beyond imagination. A final moment of certainty as Sin rose off the floor with his bindings free, his eyes scorching with the fury of his reminded past as the culprits hastily stepped back with trepidation. Here he was, a savior, a newly crowned king full of promise, now with a heart that ached and roared in his chest while the magic returned to his body, his focus on Celestia and Luna and the reformed alicorn he once called father.

"You tried to kill me," he shook intensely and sneered at them. "YOU TRIED TO KILL ME!"

A moment of realization as the three alicorns watched his power become unchained. They now understood how Sin played a role in Equestria's destiny, and they tried to strip his power for themselves. Greed beyond measure overtook the love they had for him after seeing the heroic yet destructive measures of their human.

Evil slain, darkness removed, a mad god destroyed and kingdoms brought together in the end. The feats should have been remembered well, but power in a single human cast their hearts to the thirst of godly potential they sought to possess.

"Sin," Luna tried to find reason behind her actions. "We only sought to have you share that power. Surely you can-"

A blast of unknown force launched the blue alicorn, a blast of hate filled magic thrust from Sin's hand. She gathered her composure in a split second and tried to recover, only to feel her spine crack against the throne and fall over in agony and shock.

"SHUT UP," Sin screamed, turning his gaze onto the blue princess, "Shut your damn mouth!"

Another wave of his hand, furious but painful, and Sin sent entire room into fear with his magic pulsating from his palm and knocking everyone, including the guards entrusted to hold him at bay, onto their rumps. Those who were not injured still felt a new meaning of fear and wished beyond all measure they listened to their hearts rather their given orders from the Sun Queen.

"I tried," Sin exasperated. "I tried so hard to bring peace and yet you're all a bunch of fucking judas assholes!"

He began to hyperventilate from the agony of his body trying to readjust to his magic returning to his form, his focus breaking as Solaris made the first attempt in subduing him once more.

"Sin," Solaris braved a single step towards the man. "Understand that you carry too much power and it will bring problems in a matter authority. You may be king now but you need to realize that-"

"Fuck you!" Sin rose to his feet and clapped his hands together, mustering an intense heat between his palms. "Hellfire Decimation!"

Betrayed, frightened and now unable to trust anyone other than himself, the response of their raging king made plenty of an explanation as to how he would react to their actions. Everyone, including Solaris, summoned a barrier to protect themselves from the intense before it could scorch the entirety of the throne room.

"All of you go to hell!" Sin roared, facing his palms to the retired king, his hate burning higher than ever just as he prepared to turn everyone, including his own wives, into ash.

However. . .

"What?" As quick as he brought the strength to kill, the magic denied him satisfaction and did the most unknown anomaly to his body. Beyond thought and imagination with a deep desire outside of his comprehension, Sin was gone in a blinding light and shielding his own eyes as they burned from the brightness that shone from his body. An instant, faster than the blink of an eye, he stood in a realm of darkness that webbed a blanket of stars around him. The fire he tried to use on his loved one disappeared and he found himself alone with nothing but his sword mysteriously in hand and his enchanted bag somehow strapped to his back.

A quick turn of events and he was spinning wildly to find his bearings before sensing a deep magic surrounding him and a strange energy that flickered in the distance. Confused yet recovering his composure, knowing the danger was instantly gone, Sin searched and fought with himself the idea that something had been done to him.

"Where the hell did everyone go?" He asked himself, patting his body for any disturbance that may have occurred. "AM I DEAD!?"

"You are beyond living and dying?"

A voice, a deep and intimidating echoed in the distance with the disturbed human drawing his blade and taking a defensive stance to ready himself. Though his body was severely weakened from having his magic almost stripped from his body, along with almost losing his soul to the ritual his family tried to perform, Sin would not die or be taken without putting up a fight that rock the mysterious speaker's mind.

"You here to kill me too?" He yelled into the distance, raising Setsuna-Maru to strike should he face another opponent. "Well come and get some you fuck!"

The voice laughed, and deeply did it, as it had found both amusement in the immortal's words and an unwavering spirit that would not surrender to anyone, not even him in all his terrifying glory.

"Shinigmai," Another yet softer voice said, "Don't you think you've teased him enough?"

This Shinigami chuckled lightly and appeared behind Sin with his ally and grabbed the blade, stopping him from taking a violent swing at either of them.

"Put that away before you find yourself spending eternity in the pit of stomach." Shinigami demanded, startling the white-haired man before releasing the sword and forcing it to sheathe with a flick of his hand.

Struggling but nonetheless futile, Sin's blade was back in said sheathe and he was facing an ethereal figure of grotesque and powerful proportion, it's sickening smile beaming on the shocked man as the second voice became a solid man appearing from nothing, his neon blonde hair covering his face until moved it with a twist of his hand.

Sin didn't know whether to be afraid or brave with these two, as they had decided to float before him and closely examine him with intense purpose whilst whispering to one another.

"This is him."

"Are you sure, Minato?" The Shinigami asked, grabbing Sin by his head and closing the distance between, making it impossible to move. "This one is very troubled and I see much pain and hate in his spirit."

"He is the one I choose." Minato replied with a smile. "I know he will be the one to bring destiny to it's full circle."

"Yes, but the power he possesses is vastly different to what your world has." The Shinigami reminded, continuing to stare at the confused man. "It will make things very difficult for them and for him."

"Which is why I know he will do my world good."

Sin shook his head violently to break out of his own stupor and proceeded to scowl at the two. "Okay, who in the hell are you?" He pointed and Minato, then at the death god. "And who the fuck are you!?"

That last question was without a doubt, laced with fear and aggression, but it meant nothing to the almighty force.

Minato chuckled lightly and gave a respectful bow to his fellow man.

"Forgive us, but there is a reason to your appearance here." He replied respectfully. "I am Minato Namikaze of the ninja world," he broke his gaze to the death god. "And this here is my world's death god, who we call the shinigami. You are here because we came to an agreement that involves your person."

Sin relaxed a little but was still ready to fight for his life should things take a turn for the worse, his magic pumping violently in his body and at his disposal now that he had full range of control over it once more.

"My person?" The immortal questioned, receiving a nod from the deceased man.

"Yes, your person." Minato emphasized. "You see, I am well on my way to joining the rest of my family after serving a debt to the shinigami. A debt that which I offered in return I was given the choice to bring one person of my choosing to my world to serve a greater purpose I cannot fulfill." He smiled warmly at Sin. "And I chose you."

"Me?" Sin spat. "Sorry, but I just went through a metric-ton of bullshit and almost died for it. I'm not in the mood to play the higher purpose."

Minato nodded.

"I understand that, but I chose you due to your actions on that strange world you resided in." Though dead, Minato, somehow, took a deep breath and went one. "I have seen through the shinigami's eyes your heroic actions and realized that if anyone could prepare my world, it would be you."

Sin cocked an eyebrow to the dead man. "Prepare for what?"

"War," the shinigami responded. "A war that will cost thousands and decimate the lands should there not be a champion to prepare those who are destined to fight."

At this point, Sin knew this would take a considerable amount of time, and with no place to go, decided to use his magic to float and relax himself, seeing and sensing as how neither of the two were a posing threat on his person.

"Alright, get on with it." Sin demanded, summoning orbs of light and spinning them between his fingers to entertain himself. Little did he know he was actually impressing and mesmerizing the dead man with the sheer control of his power.

"Yes," Minato said, strangely coughing into his hand which confused both Sin and the death god. "Sorry, I forget that I am dead sometimes."

"Yeah. . . " Sin droned. "You were saying."

"Right," Minato nodded. "On my world, the ninja world, there is a war to happen at the time of my son maturing to an adult age and it will consist of his capabilities turning the tide of this war to his favor. However, due to a complication I forced on him, many of those whom I gave my dying too have fallen to the belief that he more the cause of my death rather than see the hero he is and sought to ruin him for it."

Sin broke his control and went to standing, his hand still weaving the orbs of light. "What kind of complication?"

"A demon," said death god answered. "A powerful entity made of a pure energy they call chakra. A life force in all creatures that live in the ninja world, and his son harbors that demon with a powerful to keep it at bay."

"It attacked my village and I was left with no choice but to help my wife subdue the beast by sealing it into my son." Minato explained, though with regret and guilt in his tone. "However, instead of taking of the beast's power to the afterlife, I made a slight calculation of my sealing technique and the entirety of that monster was sealed into my son."

Sin nodded at the man, but then, surprisingly chuckled. "You must have been desperate or one seriously messed up dad to seal a monster inside your own son."

"I am not proud of what I thrust upon my own child," Minato stated, his eyes narrowing on the immortal. "But it was absolutely necessary to prevent the destruction of my village."

"I can understand," Sin nodded with him, showing some sincerity. "Not long ago I had two gods sealed inside me before they gave their souls and power to ensure I had the potential stop a war that would have destroyed Equestria."

"That was the name of that world?"

"Yup, but seeing as how I'm now here," Sin pointed out, waiting for the story to continue.

"Yes, our apologies for bringing you here." Minato stepped forward to shake his hand. "But we saw how your loved ones betrayed you and saw it as an ideal opportunity to explain our reason for having you here."

"Which you haven't explained much."

"Yes," Minato coughed again, getting an incredulous look from the death god. "Our reason for bringing you here is that I made a deal with the death god to make you the champion of my son's destiny."

"Because of the demon inside him?"

"Quite, as she and my son will have to come together to stop a dangerous organization that seeks to strip him of the demon and the rest that live."

"There's more than one?" Sin cocked an eyebrow at his fellow human.

Minato nodded.

"Yes, and they will the first stepping stone to start a war that my son cannot stop without your help. I know that you have the capabilities to protect and train him into a powerful man that many would fear."

Sin stepped back and proceeded to walk back and forth with both ethereal beings watching him think deeply about their words, his mind unwavering as they tried to speak with him to continue explaining themselves. However, he held up a hand silence them and stopped to face both with an intense gaze.

"So you want me to become your son's master and protector," Sin began. "And not only that, you want me to help him prevent a war that cause mass destruction."

"Correct." Shinigami answered.

"Plus there are other demons that a dangerous organization seeks to take for the purpose of instigating war on your entire world."

Minato nodded.

At that point, Sin was already boggled and growing a headache with this new information added to the fact that he was no longer in Equestria. But, given the circumstances, he couldn't complain since his next action was to burn everyone that betrayed him into nothing but piles of ash and leave the country to fend for itself when everyone found out what happened to him. He could only imagine that back in his old home there were already ponies panicking and rumors spreading of his disappearance and what had transpired in the throne room.

Sin clapped his hands together, dropping the serious facade and letting the orbs disappear.

"Okay, and I don't suppose I have a say in this?" He asked.

"I'm afraid not." Minato answered, placing a hand on Sin's shoulder. "But I implore to do this and protect those I love. My son, my village, my friends, everyone who I died to protect."

"Yeah, yeah, save me the emotional bullshit. I'll do it." Sin's answered brightened both figures. "However, I possess magic, not this chakra stuff you told me. So how the hell am I supposed to help your son if his abilities will differ from a completely different energy?"

"That will not be a problem." Shinigami answered. "Though magic and chakra are a different energy, I noticed that both have the exact same process and outcome."

Sin nodded, impressed by that answer.

"So if I wanted to teach him how to use fire, then this chakra will work in sync with how I use my magic?"

Both figures nodded.

"Alright, I guess since I don't have a choice I might as well get to work." Sin proceeded to look around for some opening to this world he just discovered. "Now how the hell do I get there?"

"Like this."

Before Sin could prepare himself, the shinigami picked him up with a single hand and threw the babbling immortal into the stars, hearing him scream some rather foul worlds before he disappeared as a shining star in darkened sky.

"Is that going to hurt?" Minato asked worriedly, before disappearing with the death god.

"He'll be fine."

Outside of Konoha

Today was a particularly bad and somehow worsening day for a young, energetic boy who wanted nothing more than to give a few people a large piece of his mind. Although he tried his hardest to be a key member of his new team and studied well beyond what his attention span could muster, he was still at the impasse of his new teammates and sensei giving him the recognition he deserved.

He managed to pass with his team after deliberately disobeying the order of his sensei, but only after following with them in their statement that if one failed then they all failed. He was still a person though and had proved himself more than worthy of being a ninja, so why did he receive such disdain from those he hoped would help him further his potential, as he had done so on the bell test so they could all improve together.

Going back to the disgust on his sensei's face, he couldn't help but wonder what he did to piss off the man that he just met. Surely the prank he pulled couldn't have made such a first impression.

"Stupid sensei," he grumbled, sitting in a nearby tree and watching merchants enter or exit the main entrance of his home village. "Thinking I would be a serious pain to the team."

Surprisingly, he was not alone and being heard by a certain elderly man that took great interest in the boy, and made himself known by ignoring his old age to leap onto the tree branch and put a hand on his shoulder.

"Having trouble, Naruto?" The man asked, patting his shoulder and inquiring with the hand if he could sit with him. The newly blond genin nodded sadly and continued to sulk as he was handed an ice-cream bar.

"You have no idea, grandpa hokage." Naruto muttered, though not low enough for the God of Shinobi to pass without listening.

Humming in understanding his adopted grandson, the hokage took a moment to process how he would bring the truth out from the boy as he ate his frozen treat.

"Hard time with your new team?" He asked, getting a scoff from the boy.

"They hate me," Naruto answered, getting a curious look from the man. "Sasuke, Sakura, even Kakashi Sensei looks at me like I'm some sort of disgusting freak that makes things worse with just my presence."

"I'm sorry to hear," the man said with sorrow. "I cannot understand what they think when they see you, but you must understand that I decided to part you with them in hope of you improving with the best in the academy."

Unlike most encounters he had with Naruto, the village lord could see that instead of the hyperactive energy his favorite young ninja burst every moment they talked, the boy had deep resentment and anger building up in his body and waited patiently for it explode. It didn't take long as his words were the trigger, and like a paper bomb, Naruto exploded with pain and anger.

"Can't you put me on another team?" Naruto yelled, throwing his treat onto the ground, unfinished. "I can't take anymore crap from those jerks looking at me like I'm some kind of freak. I thought that if I became a shinobi then I would get a little recognition, but instead I get more dirty looks."

"Naruto," the hokage sighed for a moment. "You know that if I stripped you from team seven then I'd have to hold you back until next year's academy students graduate."

Naruto went to pointing out how he would be better off with another team but stopped as soon as his grandfather figure stood up and told him to be quiet. Looking up to the elderly hokage, he noticed a very intimidating gaze of observation and seriousness that made most of the villagers shivers. It was at that moment he heard a high-pitched whistle and looked up with him to see what he believed to be a shooting star falling out of the sky.

"That's weird." Naruto said in time, before the hokage grabbed him by his collar.

"Look out!" The old man snapped and leaped to the village wall with Naruto in tow, dodging the small object in time before exploded against the ground, alarming the nearby anbu to appear before their hokage with swords at the ready.

Both Naruto and the hokage were shaking with emothions: fear, surprise, and curiosity, trying to comprehend what had just happened and where in the world made a falling star land in front of the village.

"Gramps, what the heck just. . ." The boy was unable to finish his question, as the anbu who showed themselves examined the crater after using a water jutsu to cool it off before taking a closer look.

"Lord Third," a single anbu said in a feminine voice, bird to be exact. "You're not going to believe this."

This wasn't the first time the hokage encountered a strange phenomenon, but to approach and see what was trying to crawl out with great struggle not only alarmed him but also stunned him beyond belief. Laying before him with a sword and bag in hand, a white-haired man with burns healing rapidly, looking up to him before muttering two word's and passing out.

"Minato's son. . ."

Alarm's went off in the old man's head, and he swiftly turned to his anbu with a dark look about him.

"Take this man to Ibiki, and do it quickly. Tell him I'll be there shortly to deal with his matter."

The anbu nodded and proceeded to carry the mystery man out of the crater with the leader not long from following them. But first he had another matter to deal with, and it stood there with great curiosity and worry.

"Naruto, I want this to remain a secret between you and I." The hokage demanded, receiving a nod from the boy. "When I get some some answers I'll send an anbu member for so we can talk about what happened. Now head on home and get cleaned up."

"Uh. . . yes sir." Naruto said with hesitation, his only thought being who that man was as he ran back into the village.

The hokage sighed to himself. "I'm getting too old for this shit."

"Is there any knowledge of this man that we have?" Sin heard during his groggy rise from slumber. An out of breathe wheeze from him and a shake of the chains bound to his wrists alarmed whoever he was hearing as footsteps approached. He chuckled like an idiot for a moment before shaking his head and standing to his feet, only to find that his ankles were bound as well.

"Fucking asshole throwing me across space." He said loudly, spitting the blood that was drying in his mouth. "The next he does that I'm gonna-"

"Do you know where you are?" An elderly voice asked, making Sin focus his gaze on a man who had to be at least in his seventies with a strange fashion sense for robes and an oddly shaped hat.

He smiled at the serious man.

"I'm guessing I'm in the ninja world that shinigami threw me into?" He asked nonchalantly, receiving gasps of shock from those behind the old man.

"You're in Konoha's interrogation cell and currently under arrest for entering the land of fire with no i.d. or permit that states you may enter these lands." The elderly man stated with an intimidating voice. "And you are currently standing before the hokage of Konoha, Hiruzen Sarutobi, so I suggest you state your reason for being here before I have Ibiki prod your mind for answers."

"Take it easy old man," Sin chuckled, receiving glares for his disrespect. "I was sent here by some death god that wanted me to find a boy that needs my help."

"The Shinigami!" Sarutobi gasped, taking step forward for a more clear hearing of Sin's explanation. "How do you know the death god?"

"That asshole summoned me when I was about to go on a killing spree." Sin answered, not making his first impression any better. "Him and some guy called Minato called for me to help his son."

"The fourth?" A single anbu questioned. "The fourth has been dead for years now. There's no way you could have talked to him."

Sarutobi kneel to the confused man looking around and directed his attention with a snap of his finger.

"I want you to tell me everything that involves you being here."
