Two policemen walked in a intervention room, one was tall and had blonde hair, and other was smaller and had dark hair, the two were talking to each other and the blonde looked through the one-way window and asked "so what do we have here?" then he sat his cup of coffee down "we have two Faunus here" he explained as he gave him a clipboard.
Then blonde asks "what type?" and he looked through the the two hooded figures, one had a brown hoodie on with white sleeves and other had a dark hoodie with red sleeves, but they had both had dark wings sticking out from their back, and he looked back to the clipboard
"Avian, those wings are crows, and the owner say that these two try to steal from his store, they said, they were going to pay, and that one" he pointed toward the one with the dark hood "that one broke both of the owner arms, but their story was they walked in looked around and went up to the paid, but the owner grab they wings and tossed them out" the dark-haired explained as he looked over his reports.
The blonde drank more of his coffee "hmm" the blonde then got up "let's try to talk with them" the dark-haired nodded as they got up "so want to do the good cop, bad cop?" the blonde asked "...you know, no one fell for that anymore" the dark-haired looked down
the dark hood sigh as he lead in his chair and the one with brown hood was laying his head down on the table "you didn't have to do that" and the dark hood just look at the other faunus "he got what he deserve" then the two policemen walked in
They pulled out two chairs and sat down "Alright, can you two please remove your hoods?" the two took they hoods out to show Sora and his dark look a like Vanitas, and the blonde asked "so, can you two tell me what happened?" the two looked at each other, but nothing "..." the dark-haired then spoke "if you tell us what happened, we can make this faster for all of us" then Sora looked up "...w-well"
*Hospital Room/ 2 week ago*
''How did you two get there?'' Ozpin asks as he stare at the two ''...'' nothing came from them, and Ozpin put his cup down, he stare at them again ''...do you remember anything?'' Sora then said ''yes..'' Sora was thinking about to do, Sora then noticed his clothes are gone, but he saw them laying down on a table and they look ripped and burn
"Can you tell me what you remember?" the white-haired asked the two 'how can I get out of this now?' Sora was thinking on what to do now, but he looked over to Vanitas, who just looking down, but Sora noticed something strange 'he still had those wings?' then Opzin asked "I didn't see a Avian faunus in quite a while" and Sora was confused by the he meant by 'faunus?' Sora then try to looked at his back, but he saw two dark wings attach to him 'must be Donald magic' and Sora touch his new wings
Opzin saw his reaction "huh, I thought you remembered your a faunus" and Sora thought fast "w-well...I guess I hit my head hard?" Sora was trying his best to not freak out and of course, have to keep the word order, but "I pretty sure you didn't just hit your head, judging by the carter you two made" he drank more of his cup "and of course that cut on your chest" Sora looked down to his chest to see a huge cut was there and Sora look nervous.
Ozpin then looked over to Vanitas, who was looking and touching his new wings as well "seen like you two are confused, and I must ask" he then pulled out a devices and Sora eyes widen "what is this?" he was holding Sora gummiphone and it had crack on the screen "o-oh that? I-it...uhh" Sora was trying to find anything, and he can't think of anything, but what made it worse, he power it on.
Then the women said "we already looked over it, and we were surprise to see what on it" Sora just froze "never thought there were other worlds" and Ozpin looked over the phone "and I must say, all of the worlds are something, and the books were fun to read" Sora saw him pulled out three books "Kingdom Hearts, what a nice title..." Sora then remember 'Jiminy, he must of left them for me'
The white-haired then gave Sora the three little journals and his phone back "sorry, if I looked at them" Sora then sigh "so...you know about us huh?" then Glynda walked forward "yes, and that was kind of you to save your friends, but that was foolish" Vanitas was still didn't say or he didn't do anything, he just stare at his hands "...are you okay?" the man asked.
Vanitas then slightly looked at him "..." the ex-hollow just said "i-i..." he turned to Sora "..." Vanitas stare at Sora "...I'm s-sorry" but Sora did his usual smile "h-hey...it fine" Vanitas slowly shook his head "I almost k-killed you..." the joyful teen waved it off "hey, its fine, I'm just glad your okay" Vanitas try his best to make a smile "thank you" then Ozpin spoke up "well, seens like you two are making up" Sora then asks "how long have we been out for?"
Glynda answer him "not long, I surprise you two are even conscious" Ozpin then said "well, if I am correct, you are a world traveler and you lock "the World Heart" to keep these "Heartless" from appearing, am I right?" Sora nodded, and he looked at Vanitas "and i'm sorry for what happened to you" Vanitas just looked down "so what now?" Sora asks
The man finished his cup "well, you looking for this world heart and if it really true, I think we might be in trouble" Ozpin then asks "can you show those Keyblade of you're" the new faunus nodded and he reach out his hand and a light appear and a giant key was now in Sora hands "that something" and he smile "I like to make a offer to the both of you" they looked at the man
*Back To The Present*
"-Then he kicked us out" Sora explained their story to the cops, but the blonde looked at Vanitas "and you break his arms" the ex hollow sigh and didn't say anything, then the blonde said "listen, it almost dark out, and I sure we all want to go home and sleep" and still nothing, and the dark-haired sigh "whatever"
But then the chief of the station walked in, and they stood "sir" but the chief hold up his hand "remember, no sir, but I need some moments alone with these two" the two looked at each other
The two then asks "are you sure?" he nodded, the policemen walked out and finally the chief sat down "hello boys" Sora was looking down the whole time with a scared look, and Vanitas looked like he's bored and the chief spoke "well, we looked over the story on both side, and I want to ask some simple questions." and the two nodded, then the door opened to show Glynda, and the boys look nervous.
"H-hey aunt G-Glynda" the crows faunus said nervously "ah, miss Goodwitch, just in time" the chief looked back to them "I was about to asks these boys some questions" then the huntresses then sat down "go ahead" the chief then looked back at them ''alright, firstly-''
*Hospital/2 week ago*
"What?" they was confused by his often "yes, you're looking for this " World Heart" and I want to see your power, and you two have no where to go, and of course if the heatless come here before you find this world heart" Ozpin explained, then Glynda said "but, beacon will begin in a month" Sora then asks "so where are we staying?" Ozpin smile "well, with Miss Goodwitch of course"
She walked forward "I have a room empty, and I didn't agree with this at first, but it was for the world and your both young" Sora smile "thank you, what about you Vanitas?" the ex-hollow sigh "...well...I don't know..." he grip his chest, Sora then asks "what is it?" Vanitas didn't answer, but he close his eyes "..." Sora was about to asks again but, "i-i...have...a heart" and he looked shocked.
Sora was surprise, but he asked "Really!?" and he was smiling wildly and he got up, well try to, but he almost fell "woah there" Ozpin caught him, Sora adjected himself "That Great!" Vanitas turned to him "well, not really" Sora was confused now and he lost his smlie "what do you mean?"
Vanitas grip his chest harder "I saw it...its blank...but" and Sora leaned in "I saw a small spot, and I think its not completed yet." he try to explain, but Sora smile "then I help you complete it" he turned to him "are you sure?" He just smile again "of course, like I said, you deserve better" Vanitas felt something in his new heart, and he smile "thank you."
Ozpin then got up "well, we'll talk later" and he begin to walk away "get better you two" then both of them leave the room, Sora lay back and he looked over to Vanitas "hey" he turned to him, Sora had a warm smile "I will complete your heart" but Vanitas looked away "don't you want to go back to your friends?" Sora thought about it.
He'd then spoke "I do, but...I want to help you, and I'm pretty sure they be fine" Sora still had his smile, but he a sad looked in his eyes, Vanitas lay down and he sigh "you sure?" the burent nodded "of course, we're brother" Vanitas was confused "brother?" Sora turned to him "man you really need to remember, you said that when we fought at the keyblade graveyard, and I don't agree what you said before, I wanted to change your mind, but your not a shadow anymore"
Vanitas eyes started to tear up and he started to cry, with Sora then said "hey, it alright" and then he'd yawns "I'm bit tired" Vanitas wiped he's tears away and chukle "thank you..." he then lay down as well, and was Sora was sleeping, Vanitas did feel a bit uncomfortable with the wings on his back, but looked at the ceiling and thought 'I make sure you return with them' and he close his eyes
*Police Station*
"-and did you try, or plan to steal said item?" They shook their head again "and how did you earn the lein!" Sora pointed toward Glynda "our aunt gave us the leins" Glynda the chief turned to her to verify, and she nodded "alright, last question, how old are you two?" Vanitas answer "we both 16" the chief then got up "well that should be it"
Sora then asked "are we in trouble?" but the policemen shook his head "you're not, you both of minor and we looked over the camera footage, and we talked with the owner" Vanitas then yelled out "So Why Did You Asks All Those Questions!?" he'd then simply say "I wanted to make sure, but" and he stare at Vanitas "you did broke both of the shop owner arms, but I let this slide, so don't let this happened again" he got up and sigh "thank you" and the thee left the room.
As they walked out they heard Glynda sigh "honesty, how did you two get out of the house?" the two faunus didn't say anything "we have food back home" Sora sketch his head "we just wanted some fun" Vanitas turned to her "and not doing all the work" Sora then added "and you can be...strict"and she walked forward, they got ready for a slap, or a smack, but instead they got a hug from her
"If you two wanted to get out, you sure have asks me" the two hugged back "and I can be strict at times" they left go of their hug section "now, let head home" then they walked back
After a while minutes of walking, Glynda open the door to an apartment, and the two faunus walked to they room, it was simple, it just had two beds and a small table, Sora slam against his bed and Vanitas lay down, and Sora looked ashamed and Vanitas sigh "hey...sorry for getting us in that situation, and for breaking his arms" but Sora looked over to him "no, it was my fault, I wanted to go out"
The two sighed, Sora then looked out his window "its been two weeks, and still no heartless" Sora then thought 'if there's no heartless, what now?' Vanitas then asks "Sora?" the burnet rolled over to him "do you want to fight heartless right now?" Sora shook his head "no, I mean...I've never been in a world for more then an day" he'd explained
Vanitas nodded then he let a dark flow and he form an Flood, it just ran up on Vanitas's bed and it looked around the room "you can still use your Unversed?" Vanitas
shrugged his shoulders "guess so" then the Unversed looked at the door, then Glynda walked in, Sora and Vanitas turned to her "well, I not please that you two left without asking or telling me" she explained to them
"But, I have did strict, and you two were working hard" she then fix her glasses "and you two have been in here for some times, dinner is already cold, so" she took a while before finishing her sentence "you two can go out and get some food, and I need some groceries" the two got up "really?" she nodded, then Sora walked up and hugged her "thank you miss Glyn- aunt Glynda"
She just smile, and Vanitas just said "thank you" and Glynda notices the Flood, and she walked toward it "is this your Unversed?" she asks, Vanitas nodded "yeah, but can we go now?" then she sigh "just be back before nightfall" the two faunus nodded as their walked out the door.
*Few Minutes Later*
The two were flying through the city and the sun was setting, Sora was having a bit trouble with his wings "you alright?" the ex-hollow asks him "I'm fine" Sora smile as he got steady "just a bit difference using these wings" the burnet admit, then the two landed down in front of a store "alright, here the list" Vanitas hands over the shopping list
And Sora smile "okay so let-" but he notices Vanitas was walking away "hey, where are you going?" Vanitas just said "I going to met someone" Sora raise his eyebrow "who are you going to see?" the dark crow sigh "someone who get me caught last week" he explains as he flew out, and Sora was left with the list and sighed as he walked in the store
*With Vanitas*
Thw new faunus landed down under a bridge and in there were a bar not far from him, but he lean against one of the support beam and he'd waited, and after a few moments of silence, he then heard a bike, and the bike was getting closer, and on the bike was a blonde girl with lilac eyes and a tan jacket with a black mini skirt and a belt, Vanitas sighed as he saw the blonde chick "hey there birdy"
Vanitas just stare at her "alright blondie, I here, so what the hell you want?" the blonde smile "I never got your name" the dark crow stare at her "and here I thought you wanted to break back in" he looked over to the bar "nope, my dad gave me a long, and I mean it a longggg talk" she then sat down on her bike "no kidding" she then looked at him
the crow sighed and he rubbed his ear "my aunt almost rip my ear out" Vanitas then got up from the beam "alright, so you asks me to be here a week ago, and just to asks me for my name?" she then nodded, the crow sighed "I like I said you didn't needed to know" but she shook her head "I want to know the guy who help me in there" and Vanitas groan "I was almost out the door, and your the reason I got caught"
But the blonde pat his back "oh come on, I'm just asking who you are" the crow stare at her again before he told her "what about you then? I'll tell you my, if you say yours." the girl smile "fine then, my name Yang Xiao Long" she reach out her hand, then Vanitas took her hand "Vanitas, Vanitas Goodwitch" then Vanitas let's go of they shake "now, I have to get back to my brother, feel like something is going to happened" Yang nodded "alright, and here my number" she handed him a piece of paper with her number "and why are you giving me this?"
The blonde smile "well, you're fun to be around and you get the overprotective family thing" the crow nodded and then he put the piece of paper away "guess I'll see you later blondie" he then spread his wings and flew out and Yang got on her bike and drove out
*With Sora*
The burnet was flying through the city with the groceries in hand, Sora then sighed 'man, Vanitas is taking awhile' then the faunus flew by a dust store, but something was weird about it, four suited men walked in the store, then Sora stop and flew back, as he landed he looked through a window, then he slowly open the door.
He saw the group men were talking to an old man and he looked scared, Sora looked around the dust store and he saw a girl with a red cape and a dark skirt on as well, and she had red hair, and she headphone on, Sora try to get to her- "hold it" and Sora stop in his track "alright hands up" and he did so, he raise slowly his hands, the men then notices "huh, a faunus" Sora looked at the man who talking to him, it was a men that had orange hair with a hat on and a white jacket with dark pants and finally has a cane.
The man smirk "and what's a birdy like you doing up so late?" Sora just stare at him "umm" the man looked over him, but Sora keep looking over to the girl, and the orange-haired looked at what Sora keep looking at "a little girl?" he then command one of his men "one of you, go and get the girl, I got birdy over here" he then point his cane at him
Sora just stare at him again "can I ask who you are?" the orange-haired asks him, but suddenly one of his men was toss through the window "what th-" Sora quickly grab his arm and toss him out the window, the other men charges at him, but Sora raise his arm out and summon Kingdom Key and he slam the the key against the man sending him back
The keyblade wielder then jump out the window and saw the orange-haired was in front of the girl and she had a scythe that almost twice her size, but Sora saw the suited man slowly got up "little-" but he stop as he saw his men were laying down "useless grunt" he mutter under his breathe, Sora point his keyblade at him "whoa there birdy" but the man looked behind them and he's eyes widen 'Ohhh shi-'
And the red girl notices Sora and asks him "who are you?" then the burnet looked at her "I'm Sora, but let's hold on the introduced" they nodded as their look back to the man, who was running away "Hey!" Sora and the girl chase after him, but the man got something out his pocket and it toss the object behind him and it a dust capsule and the girl brace herself but "Refractga"
The two were now in a barrier, and Sora saw him getting away "Hold It!" he put down the barrier and chase again "Damn Brats!" he looked behind himself and he point his cane at them and started to fire, Sora and the girl dodge the attacks, then the man shoot the ground to create some dust, but Sora ran through it, and he saw him climbing up a ladder
Sora then spread his wings and he looked back to the girl "grab on" he reach out his hand, and she took it and Sora flew them on top of building and they saw the man standing still and he turned to them "well kids, it been fun, but I have to catch my flight" then a bullhead flew up behind him and he jump in the aircraft "later Red, and Spiky or Birdy?" but he man shrugged "I don't know, I come up with something"
He then toss a crystal in front of them and he point his cane at them and fire, Sora was about to use Reflectga again, but his aunt came down and she block the blast, and the girl was in awe "An Huntress!" she then turn to Sora "We're Saved!" but Sora was nervous as the women turned to him "you are, I'm not" the girl was confuses by what he meant
the man in the white suit then yelled at the pilot "Let's Go! We Have a Huntres-" but he then saw the shadow from before and something was beside it "Oh Shit!"' the man curse as the shadow figure jump at the bullhead and it cut off a wing and causing it to tilted, Sora then saw it going down and clutch the handled of his keyblade and he shout " Aeroga!"
An whirlwind appear and Sora was hoping that can stop it, but it kept falling and Sora yelled oh "Aeroza!" then a better and stronger whirlwind appears and it seen to slow down the aircraft, but it was still falling, so Sora jumped down and ran towed it and the girl yelled "What Are You Doing!?"
Sora then switch keyblade into Ultima Weapon and he shouted "Aeroga!" and Sora raise his weapon and shouted "Let's Go!" and he glow in bright light and his wings turn light as well as his clothing, then he flew under the aircraft and he grab onto it
Glynda was watching this from the rooftop and she notices the shadow looking at her, but she nodded and the shadow nodded as well, then the shadow left the rooftop, and she turned back to see Sora slowly lifting the bullhead down and Sora exit his form and he turned around to see Glynda walking toward him
And the faunus got nervous "...i-i in trouble aren't I?" and she nodded, but the two turned around to see the girl walking toward them, and she asks miss Goodwicth "can I have your autograph?"
And the next thing she knew was her and Sora were in a police station, Sora just sigh and mutter "and I just got out of here a few hours ago" and she heard him "uhh, what was that?" Sora turned to the girl with silver eyes, and Sora he rubbed his neck and explains "No, I was here before, but that when a owner thought me and my brother were trying to steal from his store" and the red girl nodded "was it because of your..." and she stop there but Sora knew what she meant
he then nod his head "yep, because i'm faunus" and the girl felt bad "sorry if i-" but Sora cut her off "no, it fine, anyways, I Sora, Sora Goodwitch" he reach out his hands and she took "hi, I'm Ruby, Ro-" but Glynda asks them "you two" and they turn to her and she asks them "so what did I say?" Sora and Ruby won't listing to her, but got nervous "uhhh...b-be more careful?" he guesses.
Glynda shook her head and sighed ''that and not to use your power in the open'' and Sora rubbed his neck again ''s-sorry aunt Glynda'' and he looked down, then she added ''and that someone who want to met you'' she point to Ruby, then door open to show Ozpin with a plate of cookie ''come on miss goodwitch'' he place the plate down ''their still young'' and Sora did a small waved ''hey Ozpin'' and the white-haired waved back ''hello Sora'' then the burnet looked behind him to see two another person, but they were masked.
Opzin looked beside him to see Ruby, and he got a look at her eyes ''sliver eyes'' he mutter, he sat down and he drank more of his coffee ''it seen like you two had a night'' and Sora lean back against his chair and asks ''yeah...so what now'' and Ozpin put his cup down ''well Sora, I have to talk with miss Rose here, so may I asks-'' but Sora got up with a smile ''I got it'' and as he got up he whisper to Ruby ''good luck'' and he left the room
As he walked out the room he saw the masked person walked out as well, Sora was about to greet them, but they disappear 'guess they didn't wanted to talk' and he heard ''Sora'' and he sighed as he turned around to see Vanitas staring at him ''h-hey bro'' the dark crow shook his head ''I left you alone for a hour, and you already in a police station again''
the cheerful crow told him ''it really wasn't my fault, some guys were trying to rob a dust store and I-'' Vanitas groan really loud and told him ''you really need to mind you're own business'' the burnet smile ''sorry it who I am'' the ex-hollow shook his head again ''I know''
