Chapter 5: What do we do now?
Gainos, the Queen's Capital. There resides Queen Claudette and her army that is an unstoppable force... "DAMMIT!" Elina, the Queen's little sister was however angry about something. Something particular. "DAMMIT! DAMN HIM!" She shouted while in the room with her older sister and suborbinates. Standing in the room was her, The Queen, Anarista, Ymir, Eli, Agathe, and Aeton.
"What's wrong, Captain?" Aeton asked her as she threw her blade at him, but quickly dodged it with great reflex.
"THAT BASTARD! I'LL KILL HIM FOR SURE!" Elina could not begin to calm down, just wanting a thurst for blood.
"Calm down, Elina!" Eli shouted at her, but the blonde didn't take it to kindly! She charged at him with her razor sharp claws! The light blue haired man quickly blocked them with his sword, as sparks came flying off! "E-Elina! What the hell?!"
"YOU! YOU'RE JUST LIKE HIM! IT PISSES ME OFF!" She shouted at him. "THE WAY YOU SLACK! THE WAY YOU DRESS! THE WAY YOU TALK! ALL OF IT PISSES ME OFF!"
"ELINA!" Claudette's voice shook the room like a thunder boom, standing up from her throne! "YOU SHALL STOP THIS AT ONCE!" Elina did what she was told, calming down now from her rage, but some was still in her... "Now... Who fought you?"
"The Kreutz bitch! She's also the rogue warrior that's been going from town to town!" Elina informed them, seeing this as good information. "And HE is back..."
"He?" Claudette was puzzled by this for a second, until her eyes became shocked. "Wait! You don't mean!"
"JUAN! JUAN THE RENEGADE SWORDSMAN HAS RETURNED!" Everyone's eyes became shocked by this information... Eli's eyes then became wide with his pupils small... The person he fought wasn't a spirit, but the real thing... A feeling of him came to him... He didn't know to either feel honored, or betrayed by the First King of Gainos...

In the next town is where something interesting was happening... Since the banishment of the Queen's Blade Tournament, many warriors were forbidden to fight... However, in this town, illegal fights with bets served here... The warriors of this fight was a tall blonde haired womman, wielding a murderous axe as her weapon! On her shoulder was a pet octopus that jumped off to safety. The opponent was a slightly tall blue haired female who wielded nothing but a simple steel sword. The sword wielder charged in, but was defeated by one swipe from the blonde haired woman.
Thankfully it didn't kill her, but that swiped cutted the air as it made impact a lot worse for her, as her bust was exposed to everyone around as they just cheered for more fighting. "Place your bets! Place your bets!" A man said wearing strange clothing, like some court jester of some kind... "Who's gonna win?! Who's gonna lose?! Place your bets!" He announced. "Now, who's gonna fight against our champion?"
"I'm up!" A woman said wielding a red staff, having dark skin with green eyes. Her body was curvy and she was beautiful like any other warrior in the world. She flicked a gold coin off her thumb, landing in the man's hand.
"Let us, BEGIN!" Everyone in the audience yelled in excitement, hoping that this match will be good... The two ran towards each other, wanting to clash blades at one another...
Outside of town however, is where our heroes were. Annelotte and Juan were walking down a path to the town, hoping to get clues or closer to Gainos... Meanwhile, The Rebel had his sword out, but instead of fighting he was really looking in the reflection of the blade. "What are you doing, Juan?" Annelotte asked him.
"Checking out my beard." He answered. He moved his index and thumb through his stubble beard. "I need to shave this. I'm just glad it ain't a giant hair ball stuck on my face." Juan commented. "Mind if I borrow your sword?"
"No! My sword isn't a razor!" Annelotte told the Rebel.
"Just kidding. I know." The King of Gainos sheathed the blade with a chuckle or two, having a smirk on his face. "Just remind me to buy a razor or a dagger. Okay?" He placed his hands in his pockets as Annelotte simply rolled her eyes with a sigh.
"Anyway, the town should be up ahead. We should reach it in-"
"AHHH!" The two heard a loud scream of a woman, coming from their right! This caused them to have their eyes widen.
"A demon?!" Annelotte asked.
"No... Can't be..." Juan said as the two started running in the same direction. "I sensed only a teeny-tiny speck, but I ignored it!" The Rebel told the lavender haired woman.
"Whatever it is, we need to hurry!" They nodded in agreement until a cliff showed up! Annelotte ran down on the steep hill, having the Rebel just smirk with laughter.
"Deja vu." He said before jumping onto the steep hill, then running after Annelotte.
The fight between the two warriors were going, as many were having the time of their lives watching them fight! "It's great to see two warriors fight!"
"Yeah, since the Queen abolished the Queen's Blade." The men who watched started a conversation. "Must be tough to be a warrior." One commented. "If you want a meal, you have to join the army."
"Or fight in unauthorized fights like this one." The other told him. It would seem that these two are from the village nearby... "Oh, did you hear about the Raggid Warrior?"
"The one who's been going around towns? I've heard."
"They also say that the First King's Spirit travels with her."
"You're kidding!" The man said as they continued watching the fight. The challenger haad the blonde on the ropes, as she was about to land a finishing blow with her staff. However, the blonde's pet octopus hopped on the womans knee, feeling the slimy texture of the animal.
She landed on her back, wipe open for an attack! "YOU'RE MINE!" The blonde shouted as she raised up her axe. The scream she made, was the very scream that our heroes heard. The man who made the fights looked at the passed out woman, having her clothes tattered...
"So, who's the next brave warrior?!" He asked the others, but were too afraid of the woman's strength. Many were now getting angry, wanting their money back. However, everyone began hearing foot steps coming down the hill, seeing someone jumping! It was Annelotte, as she landed safely on the ground. Many witnessed her surprising entrance, as Juan came down last as he examined the area... "Seems we have a challenger!"
"What?" Annelotte became confused. Juan whispered into her ear.
"This is an unauthorized fighting circuit..." Juan informed her. "These are super illegal now, since the Queen's Blade was cancelled..."
"Looks like we made bad timing..." Annelotte hit the mark, looking at the sword she held in her hands... "Damn..."
"No worries... Just finish this up..." The Rebel tapped her shoulder, giving her good luck. Annelotte held her sword proudly, ready to fight.
"Let's start the match!" The man got out of the way, as the axe wielder charged in! She gave very powerful swings but Annelotte dodged them all! As she was about to swing, Annelotte countered her attack. She landed on the floor with the axe on the ground, with her breast exposed. The royal knight pointed her sword at her opponent, admitting defeat.
"Not bad!" The man who ran the fights said as he walked up to Annelotte. "You're pretty strong! And cute too!" He placed his hand on Annelotte's shoulder, as Juan took action as he began to walk up to them. "How about we team up and make some quick cash?" The man asked her, but Juan however pushed him away from her. He stood by Annelotte's side, as the man could tell he was very strong... But somehow familiar.
"This is bad!" A man yelled at everyone as they got his attention. "The Inquisitor is here!"
"You'll be burned at the stake if she finds you!" Everyone ran away from the field, leaving only Juan and Annelotte...
"An Inquisitor, here?" Annelotte asked herself.
"I think I know who..." The two began walking towards town, seeing what's up. However, they'll need to hide aswell...
In town, everyone had a smile on their face, seeing a lovely beautiful woman walking in the village. That woman was Sigui. Everybody prayed as she walked by, having a joyus smile. With her however, is Elina. "Tell me why I have to follow you?"
"I'm just here on my Inquisitor duties. You're the one that decieded to follow me." Sigui said to the General.
"Dammit..." Elina cursed. "If Ymir hadn't mentioned that the woman might be in the area, I wouldn't have come..." Elina said remembering what had happened back then...
"Is that so?" Ymir asked as Elina looked at her. "I got information that the two might be in the next town near Lavat."
As the two kept walking, until children came in front of them. "Welcome Inquistor!" The children greeted Sigui with beautiful flowers as she got on one knee and took them gently.
"Thank you very much." She said with an honest smile. Another child walked up to Elina, holding up a flower just for her.
"This on is for you, Miss Elina." The child said as Elina only looked at the child for a sec... It was then she saw Ayumu for a quick second... Elina only sighed and kneeled down and took the flower...
"Thank you..." She said feeling defeated. She looked at the flower then placed it right on her hair, making it look like an accessory. She stood up and patted the child on the head, with a slight blush of embarassment. The General walked away, with Sigui only giggling as she saw a good deed coming from Elina, as it was very unexpected. Elina needed some time to think, heading towards the town.
Inside the town is where our heroes hid in the shadows, seeing Elina walking around... "So, she's here too..."
"Damn... If we start a fight, then we'll just cause trouble..." Juan commented... It was too dangerous to fight, as children where in the way aswell. Elina walked towards a cart, having some hay on it. The two hid behind a tree so they wouldn't get caught...
"I'm so stupid..." Elina said to herself as she sat on the cart. "I should have never listened to Ymir..." This gave the two the chance to run inside a building, field with boxes, books and packages. Must've been a storage for people... They went up the second level of building, seeing Elina laying there as she examined her blade.
"No other exits..." Annelotte said as she searched the building...
"Damn... Looks like we'll just have to wait..." Juan said as he didn't like this either... As they were about to relax, Annelotte gave a shriek! Juan quickly covered her mouth, as this caused Elina to look around.
"I must be hearing thing today..." Elina said as he leaned on the hay, relaxing in the shade of the tree.
In the building however is a big problem, as the two had to deal with something! That something the blonde warrior's pet octopus! "The octopus from before?!"
"That's the small speck of demon I sensed?" Juan asked himself. It's tentacles however began to slither through Annelotte's panties, as it almost caused her to shriek once again! Juan stopped this in a quick motion without thinking clearly... Juan began kissing Annelotte, as both their eyes were shut... Juan grabbed the octopus as he squeezed it's life out, making it stop... But it didn't stop! Juan stopped kissing the lavender haired woman as she only blushed at this. "Endure it for just a little longer...!"
"I-I'll try...!" Annelotte was about to shriek again, as Juan needed to do what he did before! He kissed her again, as this might go on for some time...
Sunset finally hit, as Elina was gone! The octopus was thrown out the building door, with Juan and Annelotte coming out the building as they looked exhausted... "I thought that would never stop..." Annelotte commented... What a day...
In the church, Sigui was also having a long day. It may take time, but she was willing for the responsiblity! Sigui studied through many books of the church, as they were data or information of the village. She closed it gently with a smile. "Good job. I couldn't find the slightest speck of heresy."
"Thank you, Miss Sigui." The nun of the church said to her. "Is it alright, if we ask a favor?"
"Well, if it's in my control." Sigui stated.
"In that case," The nun showed the Inquisitor three young sisters, as this made her surprised... All of them went through the process of the Holy Poses, as Sigui saw the good progress they made. At the end of the progress, all them sat down to take a moment of rest.
"Thank you, Inquisitor!"
"How did you become so knowlegable?"
"Please! Tell us!"
"Now now." Sigui held up her hands, wanting them to be patient. "You see, serving God is a neverending journey." She said to them. "For example, there is one Holy Pose I'm still trying to master."
"There's even one you can't master, Inquisitor?" One of them asked as Sigui looked at the stained glass window.
"It goes by the name, Holy Pose: Fate." Sigui told them. "It's the ultimate pose, and those truly acknowledged are to overcome it." Her vision turned back to the younger nuns. "I'm no different then any of you are in my journey. So let's try to do our best!"
"Yes Inquisitor!" They all left the room, as another sister came in.
"Inquisitor! The people of the town would love it if you listened to their problems!" She said with a joyus voice.
"I see. So be it." Sigui smiled at the thought. This was her job, and she loved every second of it.
Night had then shunned on the village, with everyone having a meal at a bar, or at home. Mostly the local bar. "That Inquisitor is pretty amazing!" A man commented. "I told her a problem I had at work, then she told me a story about God. I feel a whole lot better now."
"She's pretty young, but she's done a lot." The woman who ran the place said to him. "She said that so many people came to talk, she had to make a check book tomorrow!"
"Seriously?!" How mindblowing that had to be. At a table somewhere, Juan and Annelotte were eating, but had to keep their hoods up.
"Sigui's been pretty busy..." Juan said as he took a drink.
"I've heard good things about her." Annelotte said. "I wonder how many people she'll talk to."
"I don't know... But I should pay her a visit." Juan said as Annelotte looked at him. "Oh hey... Sorry about what happened earlier." He said to her the hooded woman stopped eating for a second as she blushed brightly. "I didn't mean to do it. It just happened on instinct."
"I-it's fine." She said still blushing.
"No it ain't. I can read it on your face." Annelotte looked at the quilty looking Nephilim, even with his hood up. "Sorry that your first kiss was with me. And I bet Naomi's gonna kick my ass when I tell her about this..." He said taking a drink first, then finishing. "But Nyx might happy."
"Nyx? The Flame Master?" Annelotte asked him.
"Yeah, she's had a horrible childhood... But when we married, I never seen her so happy..." He said having a smile on his face. "Her Christmas wish was to make our family grow..."
"Grow?"
"Yeah... She wants a great big family... The one she always wanted." Juan couldn't help but smirk. "She wished that I should wed more and make the family big... But if I did that, I'd feel like the biggest ass wipe in history of the Continent."
"I-I see..." Annelotte said. This Nyx woman, must've been really happy now, but what about the future? "Well, when we kissed. I didn't feel mad... I actually felt, somewhat honored." Annelotte said as she giggled.
"Then I should kiss you more." Juan shot back having her blush.
"N-no! It's quite alright!" Annelotte looked down, then met the Rebel's eyes as they had a laugh. Juan picked up his mug as he was about to take another drink.
"Did you hear about what happened in the south?" A man asked another.
"I did... Children were dropping like flys everywhere..." Another said. "It's one of those diseases that wouldn't be a problem if there was enough medicine to go, but the fog in the Calibara Forest makes it tough to transport them..." Annelotte overheard this... How tragic... However, she heard the sound of Juan placing his mug down. She looked at him, but couldn't see his eyes, only his mouth...
"Juan? Juan, what's wrong?" She asked him quietly... No response...
"Calibara Forest? I don't remember hearing about any fog." The woman who ran the bar said to the man.
"Yeah. It is quite the problem." The man commented. "If they got rid of it, then all these sick kids wouldn't have go through this problem..."
"I heard that monsters were spotted there..."
"Calibara Forest..." Juan spoke up quietly. "Annelotte, I'm heading out real early tomorrow..."
"Why?" She asked him.
"I've read that the tribe in Calibara Forest are rivals against the Wild Elves..." He informed her. "And, I'm hoping that Echidna is there... Or a clue of where she is..."
"I see..." Annelotte looked at his hand, seeing it clenched tightly...
The two finished their meals as they booked themselves at an inn. One room, two beds. That night, Juan just sat layed their quietly in his bed, just looking at the cieling... "Echinda..." He said her name...
"Juan?" The Nephilim turned to looked at Annelotte who woke up. Her hand gripped the blanket as she covered herself. "You okay?"
"Yeah..." Juan replyed. "Just, waiting for the morning..."
"I see..." Annelotte however got off the bed, but still held the blanket in her hands, so she wasn't exposed. "Are you afraid?"
"Yeah... I am..." He admitted with a sly smile. "I'm afraid I won't find her, and I'll just end up at square 1..." The Nephilim said to the girl. "I sound pathetic, don't I?" He asked her, but instead of a simple, "yes" or "no", Annelotte did something different. She leaned down and kissed the Rebel on his lips, making him surprised by this. She seperated their lips as he was confused. "Annelotte?"
"No... It's you're not pathetic..." She said to him with a smile. "You love her so much, right? And if you don't succeeced, you're still giving it your best shot."
"Yeah..." He smiled. "Thanks, Annelotte." He said to her. The girl walked back to her bed, sleeping for the night... But she however was blushing every brightly, that her face was actually faintly glowing.
"What did I just do?!" She quietly asked herself, just thinking now. She actually on her own kissed the King of Gainos! She could never talk about this ever again!
Juan woke up to the sound of Annelotte sleeping. He got out of bed to see out the window that in his mind, it have been 5:00 now... He quickly got dressed and saw Annelotte sleeping comfortably, but the blanket sorta slipped off. The only thing that covered was her crotch and left leg. Everything else was exposed, even her breast. This only made him chuckle as with a smirk. "You'll catch a cold..." He said quietly. Juan carefully covered her so she wasn't exposed to anything now. The Rebel left while leaving some gold coins on his bed for Annelotte.
The Rebel quietly walked the empty streets of the village, seeing no one. Looked like a ghost town now... However, morning would arrive soon, so he needed to move fast, but quiet... He finally made it to the church with morning shining on everybody. The Rebel knocked on the church door then entered the building, seeing sisters there. "Hello there sir. Do you need something?"
"I came to talk to Sigui." He said to them. "Tell her, that I'm a friend from 2 years ago..."
"Right away." The nun bowed in respect as he did the same. Juan walked further up the aile of the church, seeing many of the stained glass windows... How beautiful they are...
"Hope the church in Gainos didn't change..." He said to himself. Juan got on one knee as he began praying, with some of the sisters looking at him. Without thinking ahead, the Nephilim gave off a powerful aura, an aura that made a pair of wings come out... The nuns looked at this amazing scene, but it stopped as a nun entered the room.
"The Inquisitor shall see you now."
"Thank you kindly." He said to her. Juan entered a different part of the church, seeing confession booths. The nun bowed as the Rebel did too before entering the booth.
"Tell me friend, what trouble you today?" Sigui asked him, as Juan could see her face. He only smiled at her.
"Hello, Sigui." He said to her as he removed his hood. "How's it been?" Sigui looked at the man, as her expression changed.
"Juan...?" She asked as he nodded.
"The one and only..." He said to her. "I wanted to talk to you before I left."
"Where are you going?"
"To the Calibara Forest..." He answered her. "There's been talk that monsters, a fog and medicine hasn't been getting delivered to the south... I may help them, and also find someone there..."
"Let me help you!"
"No. You have a job to do as do I..." He said to her. "And, I don't wish to put you in danger... I would never forgive myself if you got harmed..."
"I see... Good luck..."
"I will..." He only placed his head down, like he was in sorrow... "And Sigui... Remember this..."
"What is it?" Sigui asked him, confused by this.
"Remember that I am a Rebel... For that I joined the Rebellion..." He said to her as he lifted up his head. "But there is a reason... You see, I have a feeling that Claudette and Ayumu are in danger... I don't know what, but I want to protect them and everyone else..."
"Are you sure about this, Juan?" Sigui asked him as he nodded. "Couldn't you join the army? Isn't it better that way?"
"No... It isn't..." Juan answered her. "I'm afraid that something even worse might happen... To not just them, but to everyone else... And that's why I joined to stop whatever is going on..."
"I see... But Juan, remember this..." Sigui said to him. "Once you chosen this path... We'll be enemies... Are you sure about this?"
"I am..." He answered. "But no matter what, you're still a friend in my book..." Juan pulled out a gold coin from his pocket, seeing a crack in the lower right of the wall. He flicked the coin through the crack, making it appear on Sigui's side. She picked it up to examine it...
"A coin?"
"Keep it... Take it as a promise." Juan said to the sister as they smiled at each other. "I wish to see you again..."
"Same... Even if we are enemies..."
"Good-bye... Sigui..." Juan stood up from the chair and left the booth...
"Good-bye... Juan..." Sigui stepped out of the booth, with the sister smiling at her, but became confused... Sigui was... Crying... "Why?" Sigui asked herself as she looked at the coin... "I just hope... You keep doing the right things..."
"Inquisitor, are you okay?" The nun asked as Sigui nodded.
"I'm fine. Just, please, give me a moment." The Inquisitor smiled at her, still streaming tears from her eyes. Why? She couldn't believe that she made a new enemy, that was actually someone she cared about...
The Nephilim now was on the outskirts of the city, wanting to get answers soon...
In the castle of Gainos though, someone was up. Actually two people were up, and it showed to be Ymir and Eilin. Ymir was in her lab, constructing the very armor she wished to make. "So, it's just as I suspected!" Ymir said with a smirk.
"Looks like your invention is coming along, eh cousin?" Eilin commented.
"Yeah, but were not at the stage where we could sell it quite yet..." Ymir stated feeling sad. "We're gonna have to put it down for a while."
"I see. Kinda of a waste really..."
"But I have tons of other inventions." Ymir said as she smirked. "And all the weapons for the Queen's Army will be handled by Steel Mountain!" At that moment, the dwarf laughed in her usual laugh. The two walked out of the lab, walking down the halls of the castle.
"You'll be going soon?" The two heard a womans voice. It was Eva.
"Yeah, so wish me luck." Eli said to her. "I'm heading to Calibara Forest. There's some fog that the Queen wants me to investigate."
"And Aeton?" Eva asked him.
"Aeton's patrolling the city at the moment. We got intel that there's some people selling illegal things."
"Oh my. Well, I'll be cheering for you!"
"Thank Eva, see you soon." Eli walked away from the maid, as Ymir only smiled at them. Two swordsmen, heading towards the same forest... What awaits them? Death? Destiny? Or an Answer?
In the village, Annelotte took the time to head to the church... Finally being able to see if her troubles will go away. Annelotte stepped into the booth, seeing Sigui with a calm expression. "What trouble you today?" She asked politely.
"Well... I am concerned of what I should be doing in this world..." Annelotte said to her.
"Can you give me more details, please?" She asked her. Annelotte started giving her a good explaination for what she said. "I see... You've been wanting to get revenge on someone, but your thinking has changed."
"Yes." Annelotte admitted. "There are a lot of people in the Continent who are suffering. I was wondering what I could do to save everyone, and make this world a better place..."
"I believe I have your answer." Sigui said to knight. "You should try prayer."
"Prayer?" Annelotte asked the sister.
"Correct. Prayer is the salvation for everyone." Sigui cclosed her eyes as she placed her hands together. "It is thde most important. If everyone offered prayers to the Lord, then happiness would come to all of them..." The Inquisitor stood up from her chair, causing the lavender haired woman to be confused by this... It wasn't until the Inquisitor lifted up her skirt, revealing her white thong-like panties with a radiant blue light.
Annelotte blushed at the sight as she flinched a bit. "W-what is that?" She asked embarassed.
"It is the Holy Pose called Worship. Now, give let your troubles let go with the Lord. The Lord is absolute." The light dimmed til' it was no more, with Annelotte looking down in thought.
"You're saying, I should stop thinking for myself..." Her statement caused Sigui's eyes to widen. "I believe that prayer is essential, but I believe we can't leave everything in God's hands. I believe there are things only we can do..."
"That is nothing more than impure arrogance." Sigui told her. "There is a limit to mere humans, we can not accomplish everything."
"And THAT is what haunts me!" Annelotte eyes were serious... Sigui went in deep thought, but sensed something below her. She saw an octopus trying to attack her!
"What are you trying to do here?!" Sigui asked her as Annelotte flinched at her sudden anger. "How desipicable!" The Inquisitor grabbed her staff, given to her when she entered Gainos 2 years ago. "While we were talking, you were scheming!" Sigui slammed the staffs bottom part on the floor, causing a blue light to appear, but sounded like it was static electricity!
The knights vision was blinded for a second. "Wait! I haven't done a thing! So just hold on!"
"I understand..." She did? "It seems to me that you are in need of an inquisition!" Nope... Appearantly not. "Fight me!" This only made the Kreutz Knight to become more confused...
"BIG NEWS!" Word began spreading around the village faster than a hawk! "The Inquisitor is fighting against a beautiful purple haired warrior behind the church!" A man shouted to everyone! Many of the men just smirked at this, hoping it would be a good fight!
Men, woman and children came but hid behind rocks or tree as they witnessed the fight... The two opponents stood there... "There's no compelling reason to fight! This is pointless!" Annelotte tried to stop it.
"Based on the results of this fight, I will know if you're a heretic!" Sigui wielded her Staff of Holy Fire, ready to attack! "En Garde!" The Inquisitor charged at the knight as she was about to give a down ward strike, but Annelotte blocked it with her blade! The knight jumped back from her opponent, but Sigui caught up to her! She gave another down ward strike, causing Annelotte to block in the nik of time!
"She's strong!" Annelotte commented, hanging on by a thread! Sigui jumped in the air with a back flip, as she swung the staff three times, causing three holy fire balls to target the knight! Annelotte began cutting through all, but it effected in a different way! The fires that were seperated swirled around the knights, having some of her clothing to be burned off! She needed to be focused, as she saw Sigui coming through the fire with a powerful thrust of her staff, but Annelotte had to be on the defense! "Is this... What it means to believe in God?!" She asked herself.
Sigui spun the staff in her hands as she held it with on hand now, placing it near the Kreutz abdomen... Calmy though... Wait, she sensed something about hit! At the moment of pause, a giant fire ball exploded right at Annelotte, causing her to fly out of the smoke! Annelotte landed on the ground, feeling pain all over her body... Sigui walked over to the womans body, holding her staff with both her hands. "You still have time." She told her. "Swear that God is absolute. If you do so, I shall forgive you easily." The Inquisitor smiled at the knight, giving her a hand. "Now, let us walk that path together that the Lord has given us..."
Annelotte just smiled at the nun, making Sigui confused. "God may be absolute... However..." She gripped her sword and began to try and stand up. "Depending on someone to stand on my two feet, isn't my way!" She said to her. "And so... I'll still move forward on my own will!"
"If that is so..." Sigui got in possesion for a fight. "I shall pass my judgement apon you! You are, GUILTY!" She said to the knight. "And I sentence you to be burned alive!" Sigui raised up her staff, for she summoned flames of judgement! "Prepare yourself! Now!" Annelotte came at Sigui with superhuman speed, but the Inquisitor jumped in the air as she summoned a large blade like object of fire! However, Annelotte cut through it with no problem! "Impossible! She cut through the Holy Blade?!"
"My turn!" Annelotte landed right behind Sigui, preparing for an attack! At that moment, Annelotte did an attack that many saw once before! She began stabbing at Sigui a fast speed, as if she held a million blades in one hand! That move belonged to someone... But they couldn't believe they could see it now...
"It's like she's become a whole different person!" Sigui commented as she tried her best to block the attack! "Has God given her power for some reason?!" She was very confused of this situation! The attack stopped with Sigui being on her knees now, ready to admit defeat... However, instead of just getting on her knees, the attack also managed to rip her close off! She was in nothing but her head piece, her breast were exposed for the world and her panties too... The Kreutz Knight jumped in to give the finishing blow, but something stopped her... It was the octopus...
The Knight landed on the ground as she tried to fight the octopus with all her might. "G-get off! You dumb, octopus!" She struggled. Sigui saw the chance she needed, making the final blow!
"You are here by, GUILTY!" Sigui said as she was summoning another Holy Blade attack! However, she saw something... As the octopus' tentacle kept wrapping around her, Annelotte made a pose... One Sigui knew that wanted to master... "That's... The Holy Pose: Fate!" The pose Annelotte's body to shin with a gold aura, with her red gem glowing! The power created a barrier of light, shielding her from the Holy Blade move! The Octopus was seemed to be knocked out, but also hopefully dead... Annelotte examined that was safe and sound, seeing Sigui with a serious look but turned around for her back to face her. "May I please have your name?"
"Annelotte, of the Kreutz Knights." She told her, as Sigui walked away... The battle was decieded... A draw... Everyone left, as the sun was setting now... Annelotte left the town, but the man who made the unauthorized fights, secretly made bets with the fight of Sigui and Annelotte.
"Where did that bastard run off to?!" One man asked his friend.
"I don't know, but I'm gonna tear him a new one!" The man asked as the split from the bridge. The man who made the bets however, hid under that very same bridge.
"Yeah right... I'm not giving up any money I earned." He said as he needed to find a way to leave. However, he heard that of something slamming on the ground near him... He turned to see Sigui now fully dressed, but her staff was on the ground. On that very ground was a spider-web of cracks.
"To make bets during a Holy Trial is blasphemy!" Sigui said to him.
"W-wait! I didn't-"
"You are, GUILTY!" The man was burned by Sigui, for he deserved his punishment!
In Gainos, Ymir was bringing in boxes. But she made Eilin bring more of them. "Jeez, you're such a slave driver, Ymir." Eilin commented, trying to loosen the muscles in her arms. "I thought you didn't want to check out this stuff til' later."
"Changed my mind." Ymir said as she looked at the sword in the box. "It's gonna be interesting..." What was she planning?
Annelotte however stood on the hills before leaving the village... "Juan... I'm coming." She said to herself... "Calibara Forest... Time to go..." The warrior left the hills and into thew world, finding the path on which she'll walk towards the future.
Juan at the moment was doing something else... The Nephilim came across bandits on his way, but defeated them. 10 of them were on the ground, 5 were floating in the river. What our hero was doing now, was shaving a bit with one of the bandit's daggers, while using a shield for a mirror. He finished as he just smirked, dropping the dagger and shield. "A nice, fresh clean shave to feel better." He said feeling his jaw line smooth like 4 years ago. "Now then... Calibara Forest... Here I come..." He continued to walk the road...
Eli however was also traveling along the road aswell... "Calibara Forest... What will I find there?" He asked himself, hoping that he can make everything alright again... However, the two don't... That they are reaching the same goal...
In the Forest at the moment, is where a young woman danced as everyone else slept. She continued to dance in the moonlight on top of a large buidling... "He's near... My husband to be..." The woman said as she smiled at the moon. "He's near!"
