Chapter 1
Westeros one of the four known continents in the know world, the others being Essos, Sothoryos, and Ulthos. Most of the area of westeros is covered by a political entity know as the North, Riverlands, Vale, Westalands, Reach, and Dorne which made up the seven kingdoms, while the far north of the continent beyond the wall dwell the free folk. Before human arrived in westeros there was a race known as the children of the forest during the Drawn of Age, creatures smaller than human with childlike appearance. They have have nut-brown skin, dappled like a deer's with paler spots. Their hands have only three fingers and a thumb, with sharp black claws instead of nails.They have ears that can hear things that no man can hear with large gold and green eyes slitted like those of a cat, allowing them to see in the dark passages.
The children may have lived in clans.they did not use metal, weave cloth, or build cities. Males and female both hunted side by side as "wood dancers" using obsidian weapons, weirwood bows and flying snares made with grasses Legend say the children were supernatural people blessed by the old gods of the forest with the power over the breasts of the woods. the ability to wear an animal skin, the greenslight ability and the ability to speak to the dead. it was the children who carved faces on weirwoods to keep watch over the woods, they believed that the weirwood trees were gods and when they died the they become a part of them.
The children lived throughout westeros from the Summer sea to the Land of always winter, they called dornethe "empty land". however maesters doubt that the children lived on the Iron islands which is part of the riverlands. And for thousands of years the children lived in peace eventually all good things have to end when children came in contact with the first outsiderlater know as the first men.
Led by mythical high king of the first men Garth Greenhand said to have been ancestor of numerous houses from the reach. His firstborn, Garth The Gardener founder of House Gardener, the kings of the reach. The first men cross the arm of Dorne, a land-bridge connecting Westeros and Essos. These invaders built parament settlement, the also brought with them bronze weapons, great leathern shield, the first horses and their own gods. The children intially welcome the newcomers, but they dislike the first men harvesting of trees from forest such as the rainwood. Fearing that the children used heart trees for spying, the first men started burning and cutting down the great weirwoods as they came, leading to a war between the races.
For thousands of years the two races fought a desperate war for dominance, the first men were bigger and stronger than the children with bronze sword and hammer to cause a killing blow while the children were slight, quick and graceful and use obsidian weapons, weirwood bows and flying snares made with grasses. In a futile attempt to end the invasion the children used the hammer of waters to shatter the arm of Dorne with the breaking, creating the broken arm and Stepstones.
Even with the bridge destruction the first men have already populate almost the entity of Westeros and the war continue, with the first men cutting and burning, it was said that Brandon of the bloody blade claimed to be one of Garth Greenhand son slew numerous children at the Red lake. Eventually the first men and children fought to standstill, the two races agreed to peaceful co-existance and signed the pact on the Isle of faces. Granting the open lands to humanity and the forest to the children, who had been greatly diminshed, the children taught worship of the old gods to the first men.
The Age of heroes followed the pact between the children and the first men, four thousand years of relative peace between the races. Eventually the enigmatic Others invaded from the uttermost north bringing death and destructions to the children and first men, which caused an extended period of winter which lasted for 150years known as the Long night. the children joined with the first men, led by the last hero Brandon Stark the first king of winter and founder of House Stark later know as Bran the builder to fight against the others in the Battle for the drawn. With the combined strength of the giants, first men, and children of the forest with the use of obsidian were able to driven back the others to the lands of always Winter.
With the defeat of the others Bran knew they will come back since they couldn't kill their leader The night king, so Bran ask the giant, first man, and the children with magical aid to help build the wall to prevent the other from coming south.
And peace came to Westeros once again with the defeat of the others end the 150years winter and the foundation of the kingdoms begin.
