Chapter 23: The Truth is always painful...

As you expect, things would never be as great as they would be back then. Gainos was a place of beauty, but also hiding things that no one could simply understand. Some were in gloom, just waiting for the end, while others were cheery about the things they have and how much value it means in their life...

However, no person in Gainos can be more happy then a housewife... Now, who is this housewife you may ask? Well... Let's go to the Church, where we see a beautiful white haired woman standing while praying. She wore a lovely dress that also had an apron on the front, not to mention the cute headpiece that made it look like she had cat ears.

"I wish for my husband to return happily, having him smile at the food I prepared just for him." She looked at the stained glass window, then lifted her left hand to show the beautiful ring on her finger. "Oh! I must hurry!"

She ran passed many of the people there, getting a 'hello' here and a 'good afternoon' there. She was the ideal housewife that many little ones wished to be... Cute, loving, skilled and not to mention down right beautiful! Who was this white haired beauty?!

The housewife bought many kinds of different food, as she hurried home. The house looked like a regular home in the Continent that anyone could live in. The wife immediately entered. "Dear! I'm back!" She announced happily... No answer? "Dear?" This was strange...

She went to the kitchen to see a note on the counter. The wife placed the basket of food on the table first before picking it up. The note was... Blank... It wasn't until a pair of arms wrapped around her in a loving embrace. "Got ya!" The voice was a man.

"Jeez! You're such a jerk sometimes, Dear!" The wife pouted cutely that made her husband kiss her cheek.

"Sorry... Aldra." He said his wife's name.

"It's okay, Dear." The housewife turned to kiss her husband on the lips. He was tall and well built. He had short black hair with blue eyes, which were the opposite of Aldra's. His body was covered in a white shirt with black pants and nothing on his feet but socks.

This was possibly the happiest couple you could ever find!

Well... Besides the fact of our heroes of course. Right now we find them sleeping peacefully with no noise... "OH YES! MORE!" Well... Besides Luna Luna moaning loudly. The beautiful dancer lie on her belly in exhaustion with a cold sweat having no trace of shame. "My oh my... Even with both arms broken, you're still incredible, Honey." She didn't get any response from him, only utter silence. "Honey?" That's when she saw him sleeping peacefully, seeing how cute it was.

The Dancer covered him up with a warm blanket as she snuck out into the night, wanting to get as much information she could get. The Dancer made this her own mission... Using the best of her abilities, she sneeked through the back entrance yet again, however it had one guard. If she attacks her, then that will cause everyone to be on high alert. Using the shadows, she was able to climb onto the wall, entering the castle again.

Luna Luna made the most of her abilities, as of using her tentacles to stick to the ceiling of the halls. "Did you hear the news?!" A solider talk to another. "Lady Mirim took down a whole fortress by herself!"

"It's that armor... But she's doing one hell of a job at it." The other said. This was very vital information that the others needed to hear when she gets back. "Lady Eilin is with Sir Eli at the moment, along with Miss Nowa."

"Nowa?" Luna Luna whispered under her breath. "Who is that?"

"Where did they go?" The guard asked her. "I heard that Miss Ymir went with them though..."

"Maybe, they're meeting up at a village?" She questioned. "All I know is that Sir Eli had to hunt down a demon that's been a threat to innocent people."

"Must be the Village of Sol." The guard thought. "Even the powerful chieftess can't do anything."

"What are you two doing?" A new voice came into her ears. She saw a woman wearing the uniform of the Assassin's of the Fang. "Get back to work. Now!"

"Yes, ma'am!" They left the scene leaving it in silence...

"I know you're there..." The woman said throwing a dagger at the ceiling, with Luna Luna dodging it... However, the price was getting spotted. "So, you're part of the Rebellion too?"

"Who are you?" She drew out her circular blades, as the assassin held a sword that had a snake-like appearance to it. She didn't make a move nor talk, but simply smiled then walked away. "Huh?"

"Tell Juan... I'm waiting for him..." She disappeared into the halls, leaving a confused Luna Luna. Although this was the time to get out of the castle to where the others were!

Night time though was peaceful at best. For a young girl, Mirim, was bathing in the moon light shining onto the hot spring. She succeed in many things now, such as taking down a whole fortress not too long ago that very day. "Lady Mirim!" One of the soldiers called out, seeing two of them.

"We would like to bathe with you!"

"Oh uh r-really?" She asked as they nodded. "It's f-fine. Honest."

"You don't need to hide anything." One solider said as she rubbed her breast with soap, while another rubbed her legs at the same gentle motion. "Lady Mirim, we look forward to working with you in the future!"

"Please guide us!"

Those smiles... They were something she loved, of happiness from her peers. "Yes... I will!" For once in her life, Mirim had the strength to stand high on her feet with no fear of falling in her life...

Although, wish we could say that everyone was becoming Mirim, but no. On the road was Eli, Nowa, Eilin and Ymir! They traveled by horse to get a head start for their destination. "Eli, you sure it's this way to the village?" Ymir asked.

"I'm looking at the map, but it doesn't show a road!" Eilin informed.

"Don't worry!" Eli gave them a thumbs up. "Trust me on this, okay?" They nodded at him, continuing their travel... Sooner than expected, they finally came to the village where... It was cold. Dead cold...

The village was said to be a nice place where you see the villagers dancing even in the night. No party was happening, only silence remained in the area. "This is..." Eilin began to speak...

"Spooky..." Nowa finished. "And very cold, too." She shivered a bit from the low temp of the village. "H-Hello?"

"Please! Is anyone here?!" Eli called out, but no answer... Until, a strange sound came from in front of them... There they saw a short person coming to them.

This person wore a dark blue robe that hid her face, carrying a staff with what look like to be a jewel in it. "Speak thy names..." The voice was old, but they could tell it was a woman.

"Eli..."

"Nowa, Guardian of the Forest."

"Ymir."

"Eilin."

"Come..." The old woman ordered, following her into a hut. "You came just in time." She sat with the staff resting on her left shoulder. "I've take it you are from the Queen's Army?"

"Yes ma'am..." Eli bowed, taking a seat across with the others. "You must be the Chieftess of the village?"

She nodded. That's when she twirled the staff with such skill at her age, with a fire starting to show... Images inside it. "For years, this village has always been at peace... But now, we fear that the Swamp Witch is making her move." Their eyes widen at that very name! For the Swamp Witch to attack this village first, is something they never saw coming. "Her minions were being led by someone..."

"Who did this person look like?"

"Sadly... I didn't get a good look..." That was disappointing... "However, I am curtain it was person that carried a large weapon."

"Large weapon?!" The Knight stood up at those last two words. "Come on! Let's go!" With no hesitation, the knight left without a trace! His companions saw him going through the woods blindly without a care in the world!

"Eli?! Where are you going?!" Ymir asked him, but he didn't respond. Passing through the trees, they saw something that was so horrible to witness... The forest was dying, like its life was being drained away...

"I've seen this happen before." Nowa studied the soil. "It ain't human, we know that... But, this has happen before..." Her palm touched the tree's surface, only feeling little warmth from it. "It was recent... About, one person leading a group."

"FREEZE!" Those words came from above, seeing... An angel? It was Laila! "Hold on..." She flew down to where they were. "You're the knight from the other day."

"Y-yes." He nodded. "We were given a task to search this area."

"Me too. Lady Nanael requested me to do so." She witnessed the area. "The Swamp Witch's doing no doubt..."

"Yes... And there's only one person that can pull a trick like this..." Nowa stated, before sensing something. "EVERYONE! GET DOWN!" She shouted a large boulder of rock came at them! They dodged the attack, but where did it come from?!

The answer was in sight, seeing monster and demons that looked like an army... Hold on! The armor that they were in look similar to the knights at the castle! "What the Hell is going on?!" Eli asked himself, stepping up. "I'm Eli Hunter! Captain of the Knights!" He announced. "I command you to stop at once! We are not enemies!"

"Oh... Yes you are..." What the?! What appeared in front of them was a woman, wearing... A maid outfit? One thing that stood out from the uniform was the cat ears and tail, along with the white silver hair. One more was... The large scythe she wielded! "And you are such a bother..."

"Who are you?!" Ymir asked her. "I know for a fact you aren't the Maid among Maids that I know!" The dwarf drew her axes, ready for a fight.

"Lady Airi? How does she know you...?" She questioned. "Nevermind... Men, kill them slowly, but quickly as you can..." Many of them came in with such speed!

Nowa jumped over with a back flip to stab the tree! It was stronger than her, feeling the aura of something she knew came from the underworld. She felt a sword coming in, bending her legs for the sword to swing by as she grabbed it's arm. With that, she threw the hunk of armor with such strength at the some others coming by!

Ymir smashed through the armors like no problem, the same with Eilin! She pounded the ground surrounding her to cause sonic waves to send them flying away from her sight! The maid saw that they were quite a handful no doubt, but still... These people are quite amusing to her. She gave a small smile as she descended down to the surface, where Eli grabbed one of their javelins then stabbed through 3 more of them!

"Most... Interesting." She said amused. "But, you will die here..." The maid spun the scythe with such grace and skill that it was intimidating! "I am Mime... Now, you will die..." The maid charged in at the Knight as he blocked her attack with his blade! Thank goodness too, since the scythe was inches away from his throat!

Nowa came in as she thrusted her staff at her, but she simply jumped away. Ymir threw one of her axes with high speed, as the maid with such skill deflected it with her weapon! Eilin was next as she slammed her hammer on the ground to cause a huge rock appear in front of her! With a swing from her weapon, the large chunk of the Earth came at her, but Mime smirked.

With no problem at all... She slashed through it with a clean cut! "Is that your best?" She taunted, before kicking Eilin in the gut! As she was about to take off her head, Eli interrupted by blocking it with one hand! "H-How?! This isn't-"

"SHUT UP!" He shouted before throwing her afar! She regained her balance in the air, seeing his arms... They were... Inhuman.

"I see... So, you possess that kind of power?" She asked for he didn't answer. Before she could make a move, a blast holy milk came right at her! "Huh?!" Only a scrapes of it got her, but she saw it was Laila! "You pesky little-!"

"By Heavens orders! You shall be defeated!" She fired her rifle at her, but she dodged every shot! She charged at her to have her scythe blocked by the rifle, but got a good look at her.

"I see... So you're a Nephilim?"

"That's right!" She said pushing her off!

"What a freak..." Laila's eyes widen, feeling hurt by those words... "You don't deserve to live..." Mime punched her right in the face as she saw her life flash before her eyes. The years she suffered, since childhood... The other children would make fun of her, as she was constantly teased for only having one wing. They began to say she was a reject... Not wanted by anyone...

Juan's eyes awoke suddenly, feeling like something was wrong. The necklace made a dim light around his neck. He got out of bed even though it was complicated, but still managed too. He looked out the window... Sensing someone... "Laila..." He said her name. That's when, he shut his eyes... Then concentrating real hard on what was happening. He saw images of Eli, and the group fighting against a maid, losing bit by bit. Then he felt Laila in despair... She was crying silently on the ground, remembering her past.

"What good am I?" She asked herself.

"Laila... Get up..." The half-angel awoke to hear a familiar voice... "You're stronger than this. I know you are..."

"Juan...?" She asked, feeling a pair of arms wrap around her. "Right... I'll try harder..."

"Do it!" She lost his presence after that, feeling more confident now!

Something however appeared behind Juan... Having a smile on his face. "How long has it been since we talked?" He asked the person.

Laila stood on her feet once more, drying up the tears she had. "I don't care if I'm a freak!" She shouted flying towards the wraith, bashing at Mime! "I'm still me! I have people that accept me!"

"YOU LITTLE-!" Before Mime could finish her sentence, she was knocked down instead! The maid stood in the spot where her clothes were tattered, showing her left nipple and some holes showing her panties. "I will... Murder you ignorant pest!" The wraith had spirits come out from the ground with white flames hovering near her! She was getting serious! "BEGONE!" In one swipe, she made blades of the winds as they were about to connect to them!

Eli however blocked as many as he could, with his eyes glowing red! He felt power surge up in him! Mime became aware as she kicked him right in the face to get away. But that power... Did something to others aswell...

Aldra... The housewife awoke from her slumber to feel something far away, but so near her. Something familiar, but oblivious... Her body stood up naked from the bed, walking towards the window to open it. "Aldra?" Her husband called. "What's wrong?"

"It's just... I feel something familiar..." She told him... But, something went wrong! At that moment, images appeared in her mind of herself as a child, and another one with her! But... The next images was that of the two with an infant between them. At that moment, she fainted on the spot...

"ALDRA! ALDRA!" Her husband went to her side as he tried to wake her up. Her eyes slowly lifted. "Thank God... Don't scare me like that..."

"I'm sorry."

Another awoke as well, to look out the window from her room. "What is this... Aura?" She asked herself, then saw her pendent glowing dim. This wasn't something to ignore... At that moment, she witnessed the same flashbacks of herself as a child two others! She had no answers as to what was happening, but can tell it's something big.

The fight was still going strong, for Eli changed! His arms were that of a demon, with his teeth having fangs. Those eyes were blood red, as his hair was a silver white. The group witnessed the scene of his transformation. Laila locked and loaded at the Knight for she was prepared if something went wrong. He grabbed his sword then ran at the maid with such speed, they had a tough time keeping up with him!

Eli quickly spun his sword around that made Mime question how to block it. She tried her best as she got in a defensive position, as the knight slammed the back of the blade hard into her weapon that caused her to fly into some trees! She witnessed him jumping from tree to tree with such skill that it worried her! The knight was about to throw a punch but she quickly dodged it as the tree was destroyed!

"Curse you!" She summoned many spirits from the ground up as she grabbed one of the others! The spirits grabbed Nowa as they brought her over to where Mime was! Eli saw this happening for he moved as fast as he could to save the half elf! At that moment, she snapped her fingers to where Nowa's eyes changed from her amber eyes to red! "Try and hurt me..." Nowa's mouth moved but with Mime's voice instead. Eli was a short distance away from her, with a punch ready but hesitated. He couldn't harm Nowa at all... "Got you..." Nowa's body punched Eli in the face as she gave blow to blow in such speed! The punches connected to every part she aimed!

"GOT YOU!" Ymir shouted with her axes in hand with Eilin too! They were about to bounce the actual body. She discontinued her connection to jump out the way in time. Nowa's body fell to the ground with Eli catching her, so she didn't hit the floor. "Get back here!" She shouted.

"I think it's time to leave..." She announced, but something came her way! She saw a blast of holy milk got her!

"Bingo!" Laila shouted in glee, seeing the wraith being covered in the milk on the ground now. "Will you come along quietly?" She asked aiming her rifle at her.

"You winged little rodent...!" Mime cursed as she needed to escape. In a quick reflex, she used her scythe to lift up Laila's skirt, showing her panties!

"AHH!" She shrieked ducking down, with Mime flying away as her clothes began to disappear from her body. In that moment, she vanished before their very eyes... "Oh... Darn it!" Laila pouted (very cutely!) to see the wraith go. "She got away."

"She'll be back." Eilin told her. "In the mean time, it's best we tell the people about what happen." They nodded, with Eli changing back to normal. However, all of them couldn't get over the fact of the knights that appeared. Why would they be working for a demon? And for the Swamp Witch no less?! Something is not right here...

Speaking of things that are not right... Dawn finally came to the people, but some had trouble sleeping. Why? Because of something strange was happening outside... "AHH!" That scream came from Yuit who wore a different version of the vibration armor. The vibrations surged through her little body, having a large blush on her face. "Vante... Hurry!" She said to her robot as she threw a stone at the little elf.

The gems in her armor shined brightly, with Yuit ready for an attack! However, the gems were shut off as the stone hit her right on the head! Quite painful... Ouch. "Dammit!" She shouted standing up from her position. "I guess these aren't the right stones..." She said to herself.

"Hey..." A drowzy tone came from behind Yuit, seeing a sleepy Annelotte standing. She wore only a button shirt with blue pants. "What's with all the noise?" She asked very tired from what she experienced last night. She still saw those images.

"Oh Big Bro!" The little elf walked to a barrel, seeing armor on it. "This is yours!" She showed her strange armor... Well is wasn't strange when she showed her! The armor was the same but fitted Annelotte, however the vibrations made her body feel very strange.

Yuit turned the gems off, having Annelotte fall down. "This is something Mirim has to deal with?" She asked herself, breathing heavy from that trip. "I give her points for enduring it for so long."

"We need a lot of training though..." Yuit said, very depressed of the situation.

"Then let's do it!" Annelotte rose up with a confident smile on her face. "If Mirim can endure it, so can I!"

"Yeah!" Yuit turned the power back on, as Annelotte felt the vibrations coursing through her body. "You can do it! C'mon Big Bro!" The little elf cheered, but unknowing to them... A certain Sun Dancer snuck up behind the Princess Knight!

"Morning!" She shouted, glomping the warrior... But the vibration coming from her passed through Luna Luna aswell! Her face blushed bright with a grin on her face, while her eyes balls looked like they were about to roll to the back of her head. "W-What is this?!" She asked turning into the Moon Dancer. "It's amazing!" She announced with Yuit turning off the suit.

"What do you want?" She asked Luna Luna who stood up.

"Right... What was it?" She asked herself, making the gravity around them heavy... Causing only Yuit to face plant into the ground...

After time, they were back in the house with breakfast on the table. "I'll get Juan." Annelotte said as she walked to his door, giving three knocks before entering. "Juan?" She called entering to see him... But he had someone in the room. It was a beautiful woman with blonde flowing hair, wearing an elegant white robe with veils also a staff. The noticeable thing though... Was the six pair of wings that was part of her!

She smiled at Annelotte. "Oh, is this one of your friends?" She asked as he nodded. The mysterious woman walked up to her as she bowed to Annelotte in respect. "Hello."

"Oh uh hi." Annelotte stuttered from nervousness just upon seeing her.

"Juan, take care now." She said to the Rebel.

"I will and you too." The woman snapped her fingers as she teleported away! Wow... "That was my Aunty." He told her who got a look of surprise from the Knight.

"WHAT?!" She asked him, as he only passed by her to leave the woman in shock. "H-hold on!" She said to him.

Everyone was at the table enjoying their breakfast. But Juan getting the special treatment by having Vante feeding him since his arms were still unusable. "So, what news do you have?" Yuit asked the Dancer.

"Well, it sounds strange, but I heard it from the guards." Luna Luna said before taking a bite then swallowing it. "But that Mirim girl, you're friend, took down an entire fortress by herself." This caused Yuit to deny this!

"No!" Yuit shouted to the Dancer. "There's no way Mirim would do that!"

"Hey, I'm just passing the knowledge." She said taking another bite of the food.

"If that's true... Then we'll have to fight her." Annelotte informed, thinking of the situation at hand.

"We can't!" Yuit protested. "Mirim is my friend! If I hurt her..." Those eyes looked like they were on the verge of tears. Before they could see her cry, she rushed out the door with Vante chasing after her!

Annelotte was about to run, but was stopped by Luna Luna. "She needs to figure this out on her own..." She told the knight, looking deep in her eyes. "That also reminds me, Honey?"

"Yes?"

"Some woman said that she was waiting for you." Juan looked at her in confusion. "She was amazing... She had to be a skilled warrior, and that sword..." She remembered it. "I never seen anything like it."

"What did it look like?" Annelotte asked.

"One handed, curvy, and snake themed."

"WHAT?!" Juan shouted making them jumped. "Are you positive?!"

"Y-yeah." She nodded... Juan started lightly chuckling to himself, crying tears. "Honey?"

"I-I'm alright... Just happy is all." He said with Annelotte rubbing his back. Things were happening that they weren't aware of, but know they'll face it head on eventually...

Night time became the sky, as it watched over a camp of the Queen's army. The largest one belonged the well, Ymir. However, who was inside it wasn't her, but Melona! She gazed at the map in front of her... Places marked out with text over them. "At this rate... Everything will be in complete disaster..." She said to herself. "I got to find a way to get that curse off of Ayumu now, before things get more worse than they are."

"Lady Ymir?" Melona gasp as she quickly transformed. The curtain opened to reveal Mirim. "I um, wanted to hand this over."

"Oh?" The hidden slime looked at it, seeing a letter. "Another?"

"Y-yes, for my family." She said to her.

"Alright then." She took the envelope from her with a smile. "I'll have one of my messenger send this to them."

"Thank you." Her smile turned to a frown. "Did you get anything from my mother?"

"Oh, sorry no..." She answered. "Anyway, you get some rest, okay? After all we're heading to Gainos tomorrow."

"Okay!" The girl left the tent with the woman frowning... Little did she know, someone was watching her...

"I'm very sorry, Mirim..." Ymir said to herself as she opened a drawer with letters that were from Mirim to her mother inside them. "I can't let the army find out... Otherwise, everything we worked for will be for nothing..." She placed the letter inside it then closed it, looking down at her feet being angry at herself. "How long do I have to do this?" The person watching all this was none other than Yuit and Vante, who vanished from the sight before they were caught.

They were about to leave, but something caught them... Mirim was in a garden of camellia, creating a crown of flowers. It was very beautiful at how it was hand made from such gentle fingers. "A camellia is symbol of strength and pride." Mirim knew that voice dead on. "Afterall, you were the one that taught me how to make them."

"Yuit!" Mirim was happy as a person playing a fiddle, but was confused by the serious of Yuit...

"Mirim... Please come home with me." She was straight to the point. "I know your family needs the money, but no one will be happy if you force yourself to fight!"

"I can't..." Mirim said to the elf. "You see, Lady Ymir is expecting so much out of me that I need to do this." She explained, looking down at her feet. "Even though it's the armor, people are depending on me..." That's when a tears that was crystal clear came from her face to drop on one of the flowers. "It makes me very happy to know... That I'm actually needed..."

"YOU'RE WRONG! Ymir is just using you! She isn't what you think she is..."

"That's not true!" Mirim shot back. "Lady Ymir is kind... She's sending my letters of money to my family..." Yuit still remembers the image in her head of Ymir with the letters. "And... I'm just getting rid of people who bad mouth the Queen. So, I'm not doing any harm." Poor innocent Mirim was oblivious to it. The main reason they started this rebellion... Was to bring back Gainos to the way things were.

Before the conversation could continue, guards were calling out to them, even Ymir! "Hurry! Run!" Mirim said to the elf as they did... But Yuit still couldn't believe what was happening right now. The guards came to talk to the warrior, worried sick about her safety. "It's alright, I'm fine." She relaxed them. "Um, Lady Ymir?" She got her attention. "I want you to have this."

"Huh?" What she was given was a crown of flowers... "This is..."

"It's so pretty!" One of the guards that followed commented.

"Beautiful really!" The other said.

"Very well..." Ymir took the crown. "I accept." The dwarf smiled at the human. "Now come on! We got a long road ahead of us people!" All of them marched forward to their tents, with Ymir smiling at the moment now. "Man... I can never break free from those memories..." Her eyes shifted from normal to Melona's. "Juan... I miss you so much..." She placed the crown on her arm, examining it. "I remember when the little ones would do this all the time... Seeing it again, makes my heart sink, but lifts..." As a tear was about to show, she wiped it away to know she was strong...

But some weren't... As Yuit rode on Vante's shoulder to the cabin back... Standing out there was her teammates... "Yuit..." Annelotte called out, seeing a sad smile on her face. Everything was about to happen in the morning...

When Morning did rise, the group of the army was on it's way back from their trip... But so was another group. Eli, Nowa, Ymir, Eilin and Laila were all walking down the path. Soon they would meet at the castle... Eli however felt something close by... Like something bad was about to happen. "You okay?" Eilin asked.

"Y-Yeah... Just a bit dazed..."

"And confused..." Nowa said. "Those knights were the exact same ones like the others at the castle. However, there's no real explanation as to why that is..."

"Something strange is happening." Laila pointed out the obvious. "I need to return to Heaven to find out what it is!" On that note, she flew away waving good-bye to her new friends. As they kept walking, thing were happening to their unknown knowledge.

Back with the others, everything was planned out. "It's almost show time!" Luna Luna announced to them.

"Are you sure?" Yuit asked Annelotte. "Do you seriously think we can break the armor?"

"We don't know unless we try..." She kept an eye. "How's Juan?"

"He's fine. Taking a nap aswell so he doesn't have to get into this."

"Good." That's when they got close. "Vante! Now!" She ordered with the automaton nodding. In such an impressive way, she grabbed the cart behind Ymir then chucked it into the river! All the army members were carried away by the current.

The dwarf stopped in her tracks to see Annelotte standing tall with her sword and shield. "Go." She told Mirim who nodded at the order. The two charged forth, as Annelotte had to block every attack from the Vibration Sword! She swung at the right side of her ribs, but the damn vibrations blocked it! She tried her best to give another... Yet she was so fast! This was unbelievable!

Mirim gave one good swing at her that caused the Knight to fly forward! She crashed into the ground with minimal bruises, but it still hurts! Mirim came in with a down slash, but the Princess Knight blocked it with her shield! The sparks were flying with anxiety flowing fast!

"Oh crap! Annelotte!" Luna Luna used her tentacle appendages to grab onto Mirim, only having the vibrations flow into her now!

"Go Vante!" Mirim called out as the automaton pushed both females out of the way! With that, she grabbed the Knight in her arms safely.

"Thank you! Vante!" She said to be placed down by her. Calling forth the automaton back, Ymir started to run away.

"Oh no you don't!" Yuit shouted with Vante hot on the dwarf's tail!

The battle however still went on... "Dammit... There has to be a way!" Annelotte thought to herself. But an idea caught on to her mind... The stones! That's the solution! She charged in full speed with her sword in hand, stabbing at the left breast, but the vibration barrier stopped it. However, she stood her ground against the vibrations channeling through her body... And into her red gem.

The power of the vibrations pushed her back as she was now on the ground again, seeing the end. Mirim brought down the sword blindly, but something happen... The power in her gem started to resonate, with black statics appearing around her! She transformed...

Though, this transformation had done something to others as well... Aldra, the lovely housewife stood at the church again. When she was, a faint power pulsed through her. She wasn't sure of what it was though...

Though, some others felt it closer. Eli stood on his knees screaming in pain! His hands on his head continuing to scream! "Eli! What's wrong?!" Ymir was terrified.

"Something... Is... Very close by!" His eyes shifted from normal to blood red! "A power... Like mine!"

"What?!" Nowa was utterly slack-jawed from this information!

Juan awoke from his nap, feeling the scar on his chest dimming with light. "Damn... Something ain't right." He sensed a power unlike any other... Very close to him too. With that in mind he quickly ran out the door grabbing his sword! His arms still hurt, but he didn't care about it... "Hold on! I'm coming you guys!" Juan said making his way to the area!

But, what happened there was something no one could witness. Annelotte changed... Her hair had become black as the night sky, her armor; from silver to gold. The clothes she wore turned into black like her hair, but her eyes... They were as red as blood.

The newly transformed Annelotte stepped up to Mirim as she was terrified of what she saw. The Knight pressed her hand gently on the head piece with the vibrations going off... However, the head piece began to crack! At that moment, they witnessed a part of the armor breaking into pieces that made Mirim even more scared!

She tried to run away from her, but Annelotte was on her trail... Those who witnessed were stunned at the sight. Ymir looked at the sight, being caught by Vante. "So... That's what she is..." Ymir said to herself, witnessing this scene.

Mirim was running, but the vibrations from the armor stopped her as she fell to the ground! Annelotte saw her moment, as she started to attack Mirim! Every stab made Mirim feel more the verge of passing out! "Vante! We got to stop them!" She made the automaton throw Ymir a side, who hopped onto her shoulder! They were about to stop the attacks, but Annelotte opened her palm to them to release a pulse of darkness! It caught the two off guard for they fell back with Yuit loosing her grip of the control pad.

Annelotte was about to pierce the armor, but something stopped her! Seeing... Juan! "Annelotte! Stop!" He told her, but was knocked back by her with just a single punch! She smirked seeing him against a tree in pain, as she did another stab at the armor! But when it happened, the Wizard Stones broke first as their power manifested into aura! All of it was sucked up by the Princess Knight as she felt the power inside her! But... It caused her to be knocked out and turn back to normal.

The vibration armor broke into pieces with Mirim's breast exposed. "Mirim! Big Bro!" Yuit shouted as she ran towards them, however something knocked her off her feet! She witnessed... Vante! The automaton was being controlled by Ymir now! "Why you!"

"This weapon is mine now!" Ymir said to Yuit, but frowned at Mirim... Ymir's fingers went to the crown of flowers still on her arm... "I'll treasure it, Mirim... You're a sweet girl, and I'm sorry for doing this..." Ymir was about to leave, but something was shot at them! "WHAT THE HELL?!"

From the grey sky above, came a vessel... What a laugh from the one commanding it. "Hello there~!" It was Captain Liliana! "It seems I see a fine treasure!" Cannons were fired at the group, causing a distraction to grab onto Vante's leg!

"Why you! This is mine!" Ymir shouted at her. "I will have you arrested! You hear me?! Now let me go!"

"As you wish..." Liliana pointed her blade at the dwarf with one of the crew throwing a small barrel at her!

She was hit on the head, really pissed off now. "THAT ISN'T WHAT I MEANT!" The control pad was about to fall, but was hooked on with another rope. They were carried into the ship, never seen by their eyes.

"Thanks for the treasure! Good-bye~!" She laughed at them, seeing the ship sail away from them... Everything has gone to hell... But now, things have just gotten horrible than they were before...

OH MY GOD! HOLY SHIT! I'm done with this chapter and hopefully you guys enjoyed it. I know the previous chapter was short and I apologize for that. I'm trying to pass my classes right now, and to let everyone know... I'm not in college... No, I'm in highschool. Serious. Last year, finally a senior! Can you believe it?! After that I can focus on a lot more things than... Dealing with bullshit.

Hope you guys enjoyed that fight with Eli and his group against Mime. I wanted to include more characters, and by doing that is very challenging with an already large cast. However, I do love a good challenge! To go off topic for a second, I finally got all achievements and awards in Sonic Generations! Fucking Time Eater... That's one broken boss...

The World of Darkness was how it should be... Quiet, cold and very mysterious. However, two people stood there at the time. "Are you sure this is the right way?" A man with long silver hair, dressed in black that wielded a masamune asked the other.

"No doubt... I sense one of them near..." The other was someone with pale ashy skin, teal colored hair with bangs mostly on the right side. He wore an open black twin tail jacket, under that was a red button up shirt. His pants were the same color, with his shoes too. On his back was an enormous red blade, that was the Demon Sword.

"Hopefully we find them soon... Otherwise we fail." The silver haired man said.

"Everyone fails... No one is truly a winner..." The teal haired one remarked. "Everyone does..." He lightly chuckled.

"Delmore... Just what are you implying?" He asked him.

"Oh nothing, My Fallen Friend, Sephiroth." Delmore didn't face him... Sephiroth gripped the handle of his blade tightly. With amazing speed, he swung it with no problem! But, Delmore blocked the attack. "What in the hell are you doing...?"

"I'm not your friend." He stated seriously, backing up. "And... Even though I did fall, I shall rise again..."

"With your so-called 'Mother' who is just nothing but a monster?" He asked him, causing the One Winged Angel to get angrier. "What a waste... There you were, having freedom and you lay waste to it..."

"What?"

"Sephiroth... Let me put this very clearly..." He looked away from, giving him the cold shoulder. "You only fell to the ground." Delmore told him. "While I fell into the Underworld, trying to take the blades out of my body... You were crying... Like a child who just scraped his knee on the dirt."

"How dare you...?" Sephiroth sounded menacing.

"Wish to prove me wrong, I see." He smirked at him. "Then... Let us begin!"

"Show me your so-called 'freedom'..."
