Lexie and John had been married for a month. Lexie was in an exam room at a fertility clinic. She was getting John's sperm implanted into her. She was in the gown and just waiting for the doctor to come in. Five minutes later the doctor came in.
"Hello Mrs. Cena." She said.
"Hi."
"Feet up please." She put her feet up.
"Will this be painful?"
"You will feel some pressure." "Once I implant you, I want to treat your body as if you're already pregnant, to increase positive results."
"Ok."
Two months passed. John had just gotten home and Lexie was about to take her first pregnancy test. The kids were with their friends. John went upstairs to the bathroom where Lexie was.
"What are the results?" He asked.
"I wanted to wait and take so we can find out together." She went pee.
"How long do we have to wait?"
"Three minutes."
"Nervous?"
"Yeah." "I really want this."
"I do to." "Can you imagine telling Kim and Randy your pregnant when they come in for dinner tomorrow night?"
"I know."
John checked his watch. "It's time to check it."
"You do it."
"Ok." He checked it and smiled. "It's positive." He said showing it to her.
"Oh my god." She said happily. "We're having a baby John."
"I know." He said smiling. They hugged and kissed.
An hour later the kids were home. They were all in the living room.
"We have big news guys?" John said.
"Mommy is pregnant, I'm going to have a baby." Lexie said.
"That's great mommy." Max said happily.
"I hope it's a girl." Marybeth said excitedly.
The next night Lexie and John met Kim and Randy at a restaurant. Everyone except Lexie was having a glass of wine.
"Lexie why aren't you drinking?" Kim asked.
"I can't." "I'm pregnant." She said smiling.
"By who?" Randy said surprised.
John laughed. "Me dumbass."
"You can't have kids."
"I froze some sperm before I got it done."
"Oh, well it's great." "Congratulations."
"I get to aunt Kim again." She said happily. She hugged Lexie. "Congratulations."
"Thanks." Lexie said.
