Chapter 76: Young Justice

Damian's POV

"Grayson, may I ask you something?" I asked, climbing onto his bed.

"What is it Dami?" he answered.

"Why did you start the Titans?"

"Well, I guess we formed to protect our mentors and each other."

"Why can ages twelve to eighteen join?"

"Because it's called the Teen Titans for a reason Damian." He answered as I rolled my eyes.

I guess I'll have to start my own organization.

********Break********

"Our first order of business is roll call. When I call your name please stand." I stated. "Colin Wilkes/Abuse."

"Hi Damian!" he shouted while waving at me.

"Colin, you're supposed to stand silently." I grumbled as I checked him off of the list.

"Oops."

"Anyway, Mia Dearden-Queen/Speedy."

I suppressed a smile as she stood and blew me a kiss.

"Arthur Orin Curry Jr/ Aquababy." I called.

"I'm not a baby anymore! And since Kaldur's Aqualad, I'm going to be Aquaboy." He yelled as I rolled my eyes. How original.

"AJ, I don't have time for your issues right now. Anyway, I have called the three of you here today for a very important reason. As you all know, my grandfather is head of the League of Shadows. My father is a founding member The Justice League. Grayson is a founding member and the first leader of the Teen Titans, but now he is a member of The Justice League. Todd was a member of the Titans before he quit, but he has lead Arsenal and Starfire in a group he founded known as The Outlaws. And Drake is to take over as leader of the Teen Titans when Kaldur retires… Although, I still don't know why Drake was chosen. Apparently, they have a death wish."

"We already knew that, Damian." AJ spoke up.

"Shut up! I'm talking! As I was saying, my father and brothers have all been leaders. I have decided to form my own group. The four of us are going to have our own group and I shall lead you."

"And why do you get to be the leader?" Mia asked as she glared at me.

"Mia, I've already told you. When I inherit Grandfather's position as The Demon's Head and lead The League of Shadows and I become Batman and take over Father's corporation, I shall give you whatever country you desire, my queen." I whispered.

"Continue." She added.

"What's our name gonna be?" Colin asked.

"We shall be called… Robin and-"

"No. The three of us are not going to be in it if it has your name." AJ scoffed.

"How about Young Justice, since we're going to be future Justice League members anyway?" Mia suggested as I contemplated the thought.

"Alright." I agreed.

"Mia, Roy's here to pick you up and Garth's here for AJ. Oh, and Colin, your mom said it was okay if you spent the night… What are you guys doing?" Grayson asked as he entered my room.

I quickly jumped up and tried pushing him out of my room. "We're Young Justice and you can't join! And tell Todd and Drake they can't be in it either! Only kids under twelve!"
