The atmosphere in the church is warm. Everyone are chatting quietly, waiting for the bride to arrive. Charles stands at the altar. His mind is racing with thoughts that she might not come and the stress grows bigger with every passing minute. He takes a look at his pocket watch and then the doors open and the music starts playing...

Elsie walks, in the arm of Dr. Clarkson. Her step is gentle like she'd done this many times before. Everyone stand up to greet the bride, showing her loving smiles and looks. She just looks straight at her soon to be-husband, standing at the altar, his back facing her. Elsie let's out a heavy breath, when the priest nods to Charles as a sign that he can turn around. The first thing he sees is his darling Elsie...Looking as gorgeus as ever. Her eyes shining like the sea and her lips are swirled on a smile. His breath is taken away and his eyes are filling with small teardrops. He shows her a smile, when she is near enough. Dr. Clarkson brings her had to Charles' bigger one, showing them a smile before he steps a little further. Charles gives her a squeeze on her hand, making her blush so lovely. She steps on her place, facing the priest.

"We are gathered here today, to marry these two people together..."The priest says.

...

For the whole time the priest speaks, Elsie and Charles had been glancing at each other.

"Do you Charles Ernest Carson take Elsie May Hughes as your lawful wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish until death do you part?"The priest speaks up.

"..I do."Charles answers, smile on his lips.

"And do you Elsie May Hughes take Charles Ernest Carson as your lawful husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish until death do you part?"The priest asks her now.

"I do."Elsie answers.

The tears are now running down her cheeks freely.

"I may announce now, husband and wife..Together."The priest smiles."You can kiss the bride."

They turn to face each other. Charles cups her cheek with his hand and leans closer to kiss her on the lips. The kiss is a long, a long waited bliss for them, growing from a brief one to a loving and warm. Elsie smiles against his lips, breathing heavy when they break apart.

They see everyone stand up as their hands clung together. They walk down the aisle, now together. The doors open for them and they step outside. It seems like the whole village is there waiting. Charles escorts her into the car, helping her inside before following after her. When they car leaves the church, she leans in to kiss his lips.

"You look very beautiful, Elsie."Charles whispers.

"You're not looking very bad yourself."Elsie smiles.

"Is that so, Mrs. Carson?"Charles smiles, kissing her cheek.

"It is, Mr. Carson."She says."My, and only my Mr. Carson."

"Hmm...Sounds like a plan."He tolds."I love you."

"I love you too, Charles. My very loving husband."Elsie smiles.

Soon their lips are touching again, in a long, loving kiss.
