"A New Beginning"

"You- you're Hero Killer Stain," Izuku said half trembling in fear and half in joy.

"Who I am is none of your business kid, I don't like to kill innocent people so make yourself scarce before I change my mind," Stain said threateningly while hold the sword to Izuku's face.

"The hero you just killed, wasn't he innocent?" It felt like a switch flipped inside Izuku's mind and he didn't care for his life right now.

Stain being shocked at the sudden change in the kid's behavior tilted his sword and placed it beside Izuku's neck, as a sign that he's going to die if he says more.

"No, he wasn't innocent in the slightest. He was the scum of this society, he was a hero only for fame and money, he wasn't a true hero, I killed him so the society can be better with only real heroes."

Stain's words felt like a divine revelation to Izuku. All of his feelings towards heroes summed up, this society should be purged of all heroes.

"You're right," Izuku whispered loud enough for Stain to hear.

"Huh?"

"Please make me your apprentice," Izuku said passionately while being a bit embarrassed.

"Eh? What? What the fuck kid? You ok?" Stain was dumbstruck.

The killing intent he had towards Izuku was now gone. He wanted to know more about this kid. Why would he ask a villain to train him?

"Get up, let's talk man to man," said Stain while helping Izuku stand up.

"Ye-" Izuku's stomach ached with pain and he dropped down again with a yelp.

"Who roughed you up? Goddamn kid," Stain showed some concern for him, he kind of relaxed a bit when Izuku suddenly talked about being his student.

"A kid from my school."

Stain gave some thought to this,

"We'll deal with him later, now try to stand up once more."

Izuku had always been perceptive and quick at analyzing the situation.

"We will?" Izuku asked. He kind of knew what Stain meant by that but he wanted to confirm it.

"First tell me why you want to work with me. Then I might consider making you an apprentice."

Izuku showed a rare smile.

"It's because I completely agree with your motives. There are no real heroes. Each and every single one of them deserves to die," Izuku said boiling with anger and hatred.

What really surprised Stain was his sudden change in attitude plus not only Izuku was angry he had a weird maniacal smile on his face. This pleased Stain.

"Though I do believe All Might is a true hero," said Stain

"You'll change your mind when you meet him."

Stain gave Izuku a questioning look but deemed it better not to ask him right now since it was getting dark and the police could be arriving any minute.

"Meet me here tomorrow at 9pm. By then the police will be done with their forensics and all the other bullshit and I doubt they'll expect me to the same place again."

"Okay," said Izuku happily.

With that Stain disappeared from sight with the blink of an eye.

"He's fast"

It was getting dark now and Izuku felt a bit better after that beat down from Bakugou. He got up and made his way home once again.

"I'm home," said Izuku as he enter his apartment

"You're awfully lat-" Inko stopped talking when she saw her sons beat up condition.

She instantly ran to get a first aid kit and applied some bandages to Izuku's face and helped him get better. They exchanged no words during this whole time and when done, Izuku got up and went to his room. Laying down he imagined how it would to be trained by villain and how his life would change drastically. He didn't even think twice about going to meet Stain the next day, the thought of maybe giving up and not going the path of darkness didn't even cross his mind, he wanted nothing but revenge on Bakugou and All might and that revenge can only be obtained by killing them. The thought of Bakugou begging for mercy made an evil smile appear on his face and his eyes filled with malicious intent.

"Maybe I'll make him suffer first."

Suddenly there was a knock on the door and Izuku snapped back to reality

"Izuku, sweetie we need to talk. Can I come in?" Inko requested politely.

Izuku gave no answer, he wanted to be alone for now but he just can't turn away his mother, the only person who loved him from the bottom of her heart. After a few seconds Inko invited herself in his bedroom and saw Izuku sitting on his bed with his head down. She sat down beside him.

"Please tell me what's wrong." Inko said as she placed a hand on his shoulder.

His mother was the only person to care about him but the path Izuku has decided to take will put her into despair. It's true that she's the only person important to him but that fact also goes for Inko. She has no one except her only son. Izuku knows nothing of his father, not even his name. When he asked his mother about his father for the first time she only said that he's working abroad. The rest of the time he got ignored whenever he asked about his father and his mother looked sad at every mention of him. Now that Izuku was older he understood that his father deserted his family. His mother also doesn't have any friends he knows of, he's only seen his mom talking with someone on the phone sometimes. Izuku almost teared up at the thought of disappointing his mother but he was determined, he was going to train under Stain. So the best option right now would be…

"That's enough mom, I've grown up now. Please stop worrying so much," Izuku said this with all his respect and even managed to smile while looking at his mom but it was to no avail since tears were rolling down his face.

He couldn't stop himself from crying, the thought of his mother finding out that he's working with a villain completely destroyed him. She was the only emotional barrier he needed to overcome to accomplish his new dream. Killing All might.

"I'm sorry mom, I'm so sorry I've been no good since the start. I'm a failure," he broke down in his mother's lap.

He wanted to cry his heart out just this once so all those past locked out emotions can spill out and he can be free of the burden and start anew.

'No Izuku it's not like that"- she put a hand on Izuku's face and pulled him and looked him in the eye-"you aren't a failure. You're my pride and joy Izuku. I love you and doesn't matter to me what you do from now on, I'll always support and love you."

Izuku managed to stop crying and hugged her tightly. Inko smiled and patted Izuku's head.

"Now let's go, I made your favorite dinner tonight," Inko said as she let go of her son.

Izuku looked at his mother smiling, her smile felt warm and comforting. No matter what happens from now on he'll protect his mother.

"Yes," he said enthusiastically as he wiped his tears.

Inko then left the room. She had originally came to ask Izuku about his beat up condition but she couldn't bring herself to ask him. She'll just ask tomorrow she thought.

Izuku happily laid down on his bed while smiling. He felt at ease after crying and was ready for tomorrow but first he had to eat dinner.

He went outside and saw that his mother had prepared everything and they both sat down to eat. While eating they talked about a lot of things and laughed half of the time. This was one of the best night of his life.

The next morning went by his usual routine. He got up, went to school where by god's blessing Bakugou didn't bully him like always he just insulted him once or twice. Izuku was glad that nothing happened at school plus there were only a few weeks left till middle school ends and they'd have to apply for a high school. Though they would have a short break before that, Izuku would figure out something during then. For now he headed home and rested a bit.

It was 9pm and Izuku decided to wear casual clothes and head up to his meeting place after dinner. Just as he was about to leave his mom interrupted.

"Where are you going this late sweetie?"

"Oh shit," Izuku hadn't thought up a excuse to tell his mom.

"Think quick."

"Uh, umm you know I still haven't given up on being a hero," Izuku said while trying to act embarrassed and scratching the back of his head.

"What the hell am I saying?"

"Oh really? That nice to hear," Inko said a bit happily.

"Yea, the injuries I got yesterday were from a skilled martial arts master, he was testing my combat skills and he said he'll teach me at nights."

"What the fuck am I saying, this sounds suspicious as hell. I'll have to wing it now"

"Oh really," his mom said with clear happiness on her face.

Izuku was lucky that she trusted him easily.

"Yea, he said I can probably still become a hero if I hone my combat skills enough."

"Oh! That's good isn't it? Good luck young hero," Inko said a bit playfully

"Yea, well I'll get goi-"

"When will you be back?"

"I don't know. I'll try to be back before midnight."

"Ok then, good luck sweetie," Inko said with clear joy and happiness on her face. It kind of made Izuku feel guilty about going but he didn't think much of it.

With that Izuku left and rushed to the alleyway where he first met Stain, it wasn't that far from his house.

"You sure took your time, eh. I thought you weren't gonna come." Stain shouted at Izuku harshly.

"I'm sorry my mom held me up," Izuku said while out of breath.

"Tch, shall we get started?"

"Yes," said Izuku enthusiastically.

A/N: Izuku's mindset is still of a naive person wanting revenge. He's still a pure kid starting to walk down the path of villainy, so he'll definitely become a bit twist along the way.

Anyways I hope you all enjoyed, make sure to leave a review it really motivates me and of course criticism is welcome.
