Maybe when there's a few less tributes.

They taste pretty good.

She doesn't know where it comes from, she doesn't know how – maybe it's because she's about to die – but she knows.
Part of her wishes she didn't.

They find her anyway.

He wonders if a normal Games would have been any better.
He doesn't think it would.
Although he might have had some better allies.
The boy won't stop crying, and the girl keeps scowling at him.
He tells himself his odds are higher than theirs, and wonders if he can kill them in their sleep.
