After spending about 3 happy hours talking about their memories in Urk, their lives, and their different jobs, Mo Yeon felt very tired. It was 12 AM in the morning. Mo Yeon felt her head being heavy. She had a terrible headache. She knew that she had to get a lot of rest, especially since she was a sick person.

"Si Jin, I don't feel so well-"

Her entire body ached. While listening to Si Jin asking her if she was okay, she felt very dizzy. Mo Yeon could not feel her body. Her body went numb, then, she fainted on her couch. Fortunately, Si Jin was right next to her, so she was safe.

Si Jin, however, was extremely confused for a second.

"Mo Yeon? Mo Yeon, can you hear me?" Then, he quickly measured Mo Yeon's heartbeat. It was still beating steadily, just as he expected. He wondered whether he had to take her to the hospital. He felt her forehead and noticed that it was quite hot. He did not know what to do in this situation. Si Jin was quite worried.

Mo Yeon woke up the next day around noon. She looked around and noticed that she was in bed. However, it was not her bed. It was the hospital.

'What? Why am I at the hospital?' Mo Yeon wondered how she came here. She was very confused. Despite her head being in pain and her throat feeling sore, she tried to remember last night's memories.

"Yes. Si Jin was at our house. We talked for a few hours … then what happened? I don't remember myself going to bed, or sending him home…"

The door of her hospital room opened. It was Pyo Ji Soo, her co-worker and close friend.

"Doctor Pyo! How- Why am I at this hospital?" When Mo Yeon raised her voice, her throat felt very dry. She coughed, then sneezed.

"Kang Mo Yeon. You were very sick according to your boyfriend. If you knew you were that sick, why didn't you come to the hospital?"

"I thought I would feel better after I had some rest at home. It's just a common cold, I always catch the cold during the freezing winter."

"Ugh, you idiot, you passed out last night at your house next to your boyfriend. If you knew you were that sick, you should have got some early rest instead of straining yourself! Do you know how worried Si Jin, your teammates, and I was?"

Mo Yeon sighed. "By the way, where's Si Jin?"

"Um, I'm not sure. He said he would be back before you woke up, but I don't know where he is right now."

Where was Si Jin? There was no place that he should have had to be right now … unless, it was the department store. It would be very depressing for Mo Yeon if Si Jin had left for work without even leaving her a message …

"Mo Yeon, how are you feeling now? You fainted only because you had a fever that was at least 39.5 C, and it seems that you overworked too much. You should rest more often, Mo Yeon!"

"Doctor Pyo, are you a teacher now? Wow."

"Yes, I will be, if you continue to overwork, Dr. Kang Mo Yeon. Now, tell me how you are feeling right now. I will get you some medicine to take, and then you will go back home by tonight."

Mo Yeon began to describe. "Okay then. I have a headache, but not as bad as last night. My throat feels extremely dry and rough. My nose is quite clogged up, I bet you can hear it in my voice. I don't have a fever. I also have a dry cough."

"Okie dokie. I'll get you your medicine, now get some rest! I'm going!"

Now Mo Yeon was alone in her room again. Even through her many symptoms, she couldn't resist missing Si Jin. It was Christmas morning. Where in the world was he?

Just then, the door slid open again. Was it Doctor Pyo again? This time, it was her longing boyfriend. The guy with the warmest smile, Si Jin. He had brought Mo Yeon a bouquet full of beautiful flowers. Mo Yeon stared at Si Jin.

"Where were you? You should have left a message for me, I thought that you… you were gone to the department store!" Mo Yeon cried.

"If I ever have to do that, then I will tell you before I leave. I promise."

Mo Yeon just stared at her boyfriend.

Si Jin glanced at Mo Yeon; his face full of worry.

"Are you feeling better? Last night, I was so worried! I didn't know what to do when you fainted, so I brought you to the hospital. I thought that would be best."

"Yes. I'm feeling much better. Thank you for bringing me to the hospital. Sorry for worrying you, Si Jin."

Si Jin let out a sigh of relief, then sat on the chair next to Mo Yeon's bed. He put down the bouquet of flowers on her bed.

"Are those flowers for me?" Mo Yeon asked, then smiled brightly.

"Oh. These? This was not the way I wanted to give these flowers to you. I was going to surprise you when you woke up, but I guess you woke up too early."

Mo Yeon chuckled. "Merry Christmas, Si Jin."

Si Jin smiled back. "Merry Christmas, Mo Yeon!"
