Chapter 1

"Great Job Emily!" said Mentor Ji.

"Thanks Mentor! I can feel myself getting stronger already!" said Emily. She had just defeated Mia in a training battle.

"Yeah great job Em!" said Jayden. Emily blushed. She hadn't told anyone this, but she had a crush on Jayden for a while.

"Aww, it was nothing! Really!" said Emily.

"Well, I still think you did a great job." said Jayden. He also had a crush on Emily, but was too scared to tell her. The two stared at each other, blushing.

"Sorry to breakup this lovefest, but I think it is time for lunch." called Mike from inside the house. Emily and Jayden blushed harder.

They all walked inside the house to go eat their lunch. But just as Emily was about to take a bite of her sandwich, the gap sensor went off.

"SERIOUSLY?"retorted Mike, angerly.

"Jayden, the moogers and a monster are down by the river," called mentor.

"Ok. Rangers, lets go!"

They got to the scene of the battle, only to find mass chaos and destruction.

"Which Nilock did this?!"yelled Mike. "Because we are going to get you, and its not going to be pretty!"

"I did." said a voice. "And I would do it again. You pesky humans are so weak and fragile, like twigs." Then, the voice stepped out of the shadows.

"No!"said Jayden. "It can't be!"

"Oh but it is boy." said the voice. "But what happened to the original 5? Now there is Two red, one yellow, one green, one blue, one pink, and one gold? Were you pesky rangers that weak? You had to call in reinforcements? Bahahaha!" said the voice.

"Who care about how many rangers we have, we are stronger together as a team! You won't stop us master Zandrith!" shouted Lauren.

"Oh yeah? Lets see about that. Moogers, Attack!"

Moogers came flooding in, some flying, dome running. Imediately, The rangers were swarmed by them, but they still fought them off really fast.

"Is that all you got Zandrith? Looks like your next!" yelled Kevin.

Each ranger used their special move, but it was only slightly affecting the nilock. They decided to distract him, while Lauren cast the sealing spell. First, Kevin distracted him by fighting nobly, but he couldn't hold off any longer.

"Any help?" called Kevin.

"We got you!" said Mike and Mia. Their form of distraction was running around.

"Stop running!" yelled Master Zandrith."Your making me dizzy!" Soon Mike and Mia got tired, so they let Emily and Jayden have a turn. Emily and Jayden had some combo attacks, but that only hurt Master Zandrith halfway. Unfortunately, Emily was struggling, so Jayden helped her out. While Jayden was one vs one with the nilock, Emily saw Lauren was ready to seal Master Zandrith away. Emily quickly told her her plan, and they set the plan in motion. Emily saw the perfect chance and went for it. She took her sword and started attacking the nilock from the back. Master Zandrith didn't expect it, so he became weak. Antonio then burst in and helped Emily and Jayden. Emily was about to make a crucial hit, but the nilock took Emily by surprise and hit her so hard she went flying and landed on her arm.

"EMILY!" screamed Mia.

"I'm fine, I promise." said Emily weakly. Mia decided to stay by Emily's side for the rest of the battle.

Meanwhile, the boys were almost finished with Master zandrith, and Lauren was ready to cast the sealing spell.

"Boys, I'm ready!" she called. All of the boys nodded and quickly ran away. "Here goes nothing." she mumbled under her breath. She cast the sealing symbol. It hit Master Zandrith when he least expected it.

"NOOOOOOO!" Master Zandrith called out. But it was too late. He was sealed away for another 20 years.

"We did it!" called Mike.

"Yay!" said Emily, weakly. Everyone rushed over to her. "Guys, I'm fine, I promise!" she said.

"Emily, your whole arm is swollen and blue, you are anything but ok." said Jayden. "We are taking you directly to Serena. Lets go." Jayden says as he scoops Emily up, careful not to move her arm.

"I hurt my arm, not my leg! At least let me walk!" demanded Emily.

"No way! I can't afford to let you get even more injured than you already are." Jayden said, while blushing.

Under his breath, he said," I love and care about you too much." Emily heard him, and their eyes connected. They both started blushing.

"Another trip to the hospital, Whoopie!" said Mike.
