They arrived at the guild hall, where some of the members will still drowning their sorrows over the fact that they were ranked the lowest guild in Fiore. Nevaeh and Eureka introduced the young dragon slayers and Macbeth to everyone quickly.

"Now that the introductions are out of the way, we're going to head home for a while but we'll be back later okay?" Nevaeh waved as they left for Kedelia. Several hours had passed and they decided to check in on everyone again but then...

"Hey, some good news guys, we're going to enter the Grand Magic Games this year, with the Tenrou team back we'll have no problem climbing back to the top!"

"Natsu! You can't just barge into people's homes!" Nevaeh screamed at him, after trying to attack her son, beating up her boyfriend he had now broken into her home. However she didn't stay mad.

"Sorry, I'm just all fired up; we have lots of training to do. The competition is in three months!" He held a ball of fire in his hand.

"What's all this stuff about a competition?" Suzume and the other younger dragon slayers appeared from round the corner, their ears burning at the thought of a chance to prove their skills to the guild. Natsu regurgitated what he had been told by the guild members who had previously entered. They decided they would begin training immediately and even Macbeth joined them. He was too young to even be in the guild but he wanted to prepare for the day he could.

*Three months later*

As they made their way into the town of Crocus they were met with mocking and jeering. Nevaeh held in her anger, as did Eureka. The younger dragon slayers weren't sure how to react and so carried on as if nothing had happened. A little while later there was a commotion in the town, and of course Natsu was at the centre of it. He was on the floor and standing over him was a young, blonde haired man who was talking about how they were third generation dragon slayers and had in fact killed dragons, the dark haired one was stood a little bit away and was growing tired of the farce. They had exceed partners too; one of which was adorable and wearing a frog costume. They walked away, leaving Natsu and Happy in a bitter mood, however Nevaeh and her dragon slayers followed them.

"You disgust me!" She shouted at the blonde one. "How can you talk that way about the dragons that raised you, Weisslogia and Skiadrum were great dragons!"

"How do you know their names?" The twin dragon slayers were shocked.

"Because, idiot, I grew up with the dragons too. I knew all of the dragons but the one who raised me was Atlas Flame, and I would never disgrace him by taking pride in his murder, if I had done what you did, that is." By this point all the dragon slayers and their exceed partners were there. Luna was stood by Nevaeh, Sol by Eureka, Shade by Sayo, Tora by Tsuki, Akari by Kasumi, Kaede by Moriko, Kazou by Rin, Shinzo by Suzume and finally Katsu by Sayori. They made formal introductions but the tension was thick between Nevaeh and the two young men.

"I'm Sting, this is Lector. That's Rogue and Frosch."

"I don't care who you are, you'll be sorry you ever mocked Fairy Tail. You're truly despicable." Nevaeh said coldly and turned her back on them. They had to head back to the inn as per the rules that were introduced that year.

It was the first day of the Grand Magic games and Fairy Tail had two teams, but as they entered Domus Flau they were met with booing and more jeering. This was the last straw for Nevaeh, after the events of yesterday she was furious, but booing her guild mates pushed her over the edge. A flurry of flames burst round the arena and screams were heard from some of the people in the crowd.

"How dare you be so disrespectful? Fairy Tail qualified just the same as the other guilds did. As if it wasn't bad enough that our members were treated like crap, you then mock us further! Heartless! After all our friends went through, the pain they felt and suffered for seven years while we were gone, you called them weak when they stayed strong, all that time waiting for us, putting up with your mocking, they stayed strong for us. You are the true weaklings, making a joke out of our pain, knocking us down when we were already down. Enough is enough, this ends here! I'll show you that you were wrong about us, Fairy Tail is here to reclaim our title, for our friends and our honour!" During this speech she had destroyed most of the arena and nearly injured a lot of crowd members. "A lot of people gave up searching for the missing members; do you know how hard that is to take?" She was now in tears. "You're all pathetic! How would you like it is half your guild went missing, and nearly everyone gave up the search, and for seven long years you were stomped on and crushed?" Tears of anger were showing.

"Stop this right now!" She froze and looked up. It was the King of Fiore himself. "Nevaeh Dreyar, you are hereby banned from participating in this year's games." Silence filled the arena as she walked away, head down. Before leaving she had one final thing to say.

"Blue Pegasus, Mermaid Heal and Lamia Scale... Thank you for not giving up, I owe you." Nothing but her footsteps in the dust could be heard. They managed to patch the place up quickly and resumed as normal, there were a mix of feelings amongst the crowd, but none dared to utter and degrading remarks towards Fairy Tail. Nevaeh was known to be a bubbly and kind individual, and during her time throughout Fairy Tail was loved by all of Magnolia and the surrounding towns. No one had expected her to act like that.

That night she was out alone, wandering the streets of Crocus when Sting appeared out of nowhere.

"I'm impressed." He spoke admiringly, she gasped and turned around. "You're strong, and you impressed not only me but our guild master, Jiemma. He wants to meet you; he has an offer for you." He smirked, she couldn't stand the guy.

"Fine, I'll come, lead the way." She was bored and had nothing better to do than have a nosy at the Sabertooth guild. At least then she might be able to see what Natsu and the others were up against.

"You're just my type, Blondie." He turned and grabbed her, she shook him off.

"Pfft, calling me Blondie? You're blonde too you cocky idiot." She was beginning to dislike him even more.

"Oh, feisty and attractive. If Jiemma wasn't waiting I'd take you somewhere quiet right now." She was repulsed by the thought.

"Just shut the hell up and take me to your guild master before I hurt you." They arrived at a fancy looking inn; where else would Fiore's number one guild stay? All the members were gathered in the main room and an old guy was sat in front of them.

"Welcome, Nevaeh." He spoke directly to her as Sting took his place. The members were all stood like soldiers, straight and in line with each other. "I've asked you here because we could use an asset like you in our guild."

"Forget it, Fairy Tail is my family, and I'm not leaving them...again."

"At least stick around for a while, won't you? See what it's like here? I think you'd fit in well."

"Unlikely, however I have nothing better to do than look around, I'm banned from the games, remember?" After spending a few hours there she decides she dislikes the guild more than she originally did. "You call yourself a guild master but you don't care much for your members unless they win? You're a disgrace, Jiemma." The guild members were in stunned at the fact she'd speak that way to Jiemma, but then she struck him which made things even worse. On her way out she spotted a girl with short, white hair. She had a niggling feeling she had seen this girl before, a very long time ago.

She returned to the inn where Eureka was still awake, the rest of the guild was drunk after drowning their sorrows so the two of them went to their room to talk.

"They're only attractive until they open their mouths." She sighed, she was telling Eureka about her visit to Sabertooth.

"Did you find out anything useful though?"

"I didn't stick around long enough, although Angel's sister is there."

"Oh, that really pretty one who was in the Oracion Seis? She has a sister?" Nevaeh nodded.

"I hope he's okay." She looked distant.

"I'm sure he is Nevaeh, you'll see him again."

They wouldn't let me take Macbeth to see him at all. Every time we went they refused us visitation."

"Well he is in maximum security."

"Yeah but, he's only seen his son once, it's not fair. You're right though, I will see him again."

"Tell you what, the three of us will go explore Crocus, we haven't really seen much of any town other than Magnolia."

"Yeah, we were always too preoccupied with our jobs and stuff. Sounds like a plan." Just at that moment Macbeth came in, weary eyed and holding a blanket.

"Mum, can I sleep with you tonight? I don't like being on my own." He rubbed his eyes and before she could respond he was already taking up most of the bed. Then the snoring began.

"I'm guessing he's just like his father?" Eureka whispered.

"He's exactly like his father... God forbid they ever have a snoring contest." And with that they went to sleep.
