"You can come sit with us, you know?" Nevaeh looks over to the members of Tartaros who were sat together a short distance away from the wizards.
"We just... uh okay." Jackal led them to join the wizards and the questions began pouring in.
"So Jackal, you have a bomb curse, Kyouka can heighten sensitivity, Seilah can order people to do anything she says... What kind of curse does Lamy use?" Lisanna asked, she was curious because she didn't get a chance to fight Lamy properly.
"Her curse is her annoyance!" Jackal was growing irritated with Lamy who was clinging on to him. "Besides, she isnt one of the nine."
"Oh Jackal, you're so cute when you're mad." She said adoringly whilst rubbing her head on his arm.
"Will you stop that, it's gross, I hate it."
"Lamy, behave." Zeref and Nevaeh said in sync. Lamy backed off from Jackal.
"Her curse is slipperyness, but yes, she isn't one of the nine demons, she's Kyouka's creation." Added zeref.
"We all have regrets..." Kyouka muttered.
"What I don't understand is... Why you're blonde?" Natsu sat crossed legged deep in thought. "What I mean is, I have pink hair, Zeref has black hair and you're blonde? One of us is the odd one out and I think it's you." Nevaeh looked down and everyone looked at her awaiting a response.
"You're right. The truth is; I have a different dad than you two. Natsu you have mother's hair, Zeref has dad's hair... but I'm different. It's true me and Zeref are twins but not identical twins. It was a long time ago..."
"And there will be plenty of time to talk about it another day, right Nevaeh?" Erza butted in, saving Nevaeh from the embarrassing truth as to why she had a different dad. Erza had caught on already, as had Erik but he knew she didn't want to discuss it there.
"It's pretty crazy huh?" Nevaeh finally said.
"What is?" Eureka asked her.
"All of us sat here like this. Fairy Tail, Tartaros, Oracion Seis, Jellal, and Meredy. It makes me happy." Everyone smiled in agreement; it was nice that they didn't have to fight anymore. "I want to explain everything but I'll wait until after." The food came and everyone ate and laughed together. There was still something missing though.
"We can't relax for long. As wonderful as this is, there's still the threat of Acnologia and Zeref." Erza was looking down to the ground intently, as if she was already formulating strategy after strategy.
"At least we're have a backup weapon though."
"Backup weapon?" They all turned to Nevaeh.
"E.N.D." Gasps filled the air.
"I thought you defeated him?" Sayo's voice carried over from behind half of the guild.
"No. Quite the opposite. I managed to make a deal with him."
"But how?" Natsu was really lean today know how, as was everyone.
"That isn't important. Just know that we have a backup if things get dire."
Enough, it's been a long day for all of us, I'm sure Nevaeh will tell us when she's ready." Even though Erza said this she desperately wanted to know the truth too.
"Thanks, Erza. Besides I have some promises to keep." She got up. "Right, Richard?" Richard smiled.
"After all this time, you still remembered." You could hear how grateful he was in his voice. She teleported but was back within five minutes.
"Wally... He's been waiting a long time to see you again." She stepped aside to let him pass.
"Oh brother! I'll never let you out of my sight again!" The Buchanan brothers were bawling together, it was understandable after all those years.
"Sorano... There's someone here to see you too." She stepped aside and Yukino was stood there.
"I never thought the sister you told me about could be...Angel? You said she was kind..." Lucy was confused.
"Hey, Sorano is kind!" Nevaeh pouted at Lucy, she understood why she had said that, Lucy had only seen Sorano on two occasions and they weren't the fondest of memories for her.
"How did you know?" Sorano asked her, the two sisters were hugging and both had tears rolling down their faces.
"Well, I remember now, I met Yukino a long time ago; in fact it must have been just after you were taken away. Of course I didn't know it was her at the time, I just saw a little white haired girl crying. When I met you in the tower I actually thought you were her but then I saw you weren't. I only ever realised when I saw Yukino at the Magic games. That's what really gave it away. It's just so curious though... You both have a similar style and Yukino is a celestial wizard just like you used to be."
"Hey I remember you now, Blondie." A familiar voice came from behind her.
"Sho!" Erza ran over so him and embraced him with a hug. Rin was now blushing. Nevaeh was the only one to notice and she hatched a plan to get them together. Milliana, Kagura, Lyon and some other guild members turned up after hearing about what was happening. Milliana immediately ran over to Sho and Wally as she had missed them. Nevaeh walked over to Erik.
"Hold still." She placed her hands gently over his right eye, the one he had sacrificed for power and she restored it.
"I remember now, Grendeney taught me some healing spells a long time ago." She called Kinana over. Now with all that out of the way, she had two more things to cross off her list then everything would be put right.
"Thank you... old friend." For the first time, Erik smiled a smile of happiness. The smile faded as the Magic Council Members approached.
"Nevaeh Dreyer."
"Lahar. I think I'm allergic to you because every time I see you I become nauseated." Nevaeh scouled at him.
"We are actually here to reward you."
"Wait, what?"
"Unless you'd rather not have the reward, of course."
"What reward?"
"For saving the entire continent. The king of Fiore himself has requested your presence in order to give you a reward of your choosing."
"So I can choose anything?"
"Anything that can be done, yes"
"Alright, lead the way then!" Crime Sorcier were put in chains. As were Tartaros.
"Hey, what are you doing!" Nevaeh ran at Lahar, ready to punch him.
"They've committed crimes and must face the punishment." Lahar's voice was calm, which just added to Nevaeh's anger.
"Nevaeh... now isn't the time." Erza put her hand on Nevaeh's shoulder and Nevaeh relaxed. They eventually made it to Crocus.
"Nevaeh Dreyer. Last time you were here I was banishing you from competing in the Grand Magic Games, almost a year ago now."
"Yeah, time flies. So about this reward?"
"You don't waste time do you?" Princess Hisui didn't hide her giggle at all.
"Hisui, it's great to see you!"
"You too. You're looking well."
"Been better though. So, reward."
"Yes, I'm sure you're aware, you may ask anything that is physically possible.
"I request that the Oracion Seis and Crime Sorcier members be pardoned forth their crimes
"But they..." Lahar interrupted.
"They paid their time, years ago, in the tower. Before they had even committed a crime they were taken from their homes and locked in that tower, abused, starved and forced to work. Plus the time they had spend in prison; they don't deserve to be locked up anymore. Or if you insist then you must take me to prison too. I have committed crimes too... like when I tried to sneak into prison to see Midnight." Midnight blushed upon hearing this. He had no idea she had gone through such lengths to try and see him.
"When you what?" Lahar was about to handcuff her.
"No, that's quite alright, we shall grant them their freedom, all of them." They were so overjoyed at this. Finally she went over to Gramps.
"What I want to ask you involves them too. I need your permission to..." She leaned in and whispered to him.
"Well now." He thought for a second. "It's no longer my decision; you don't need my permission, because as of today, you are the new Guild Master of Fairy Tail." Everyone was in shock for a second but then they cheered for her.
"Wait no! Being in charge of this crazy guild? I'll end up looking like you by the end of the month! And I won't be able to participate in the Magic Games next year!"
"I think you can handle it and who knows, maybe they'll make an exception for a year." She began crying and pounding the ground with her fist.
"Hey c'mon, what is this thing you needed Gramp's permission for?" Gray asked her. It brought her back to the present. She cleared her throat and walked over to Erik. Before she could speak he interrupted her.
"Yes." He knew what she was going to ask.
"Yes? Yes to what? Sorano asked him.
"Sorano, Sawyer, Richard, Midnight, Jellal, Meredy, I want to ask you, if you would consider joining Fairy Tail."
"I'm in." Sorano raised her hand.
"Why not, eh?" Sawyer looked to Eureka. "Gives me a chance to catch up with Eureka." Eureka blushed and became shy.
"I'll go where my brother goes." Richard stated.
"Well then it looks like you're joining Fairy Tail, 'cos that's where I'm going!" Wally smiled.
"I wouldn't want to be anywhere else." Midnight stepped forward and hugged her tightly.
"Then it's settled! Welcome to the guild!" She realised she had forgotten some other people. "Oh what about you guys too?"
"I want to see what the other guilds are like first, no offence; I've only just got back here from travelling the world."
"That's fair enough, Sho"
"I think I might join Blue Pegasus."
"Well you're definitely handsome enough for it!" She winked and Midnight hugged her tighter.
"Don't be jealous." She teased.
"I'm not jealous, jealousy is wanting something that's not yours, I'm territorial, I'm protecting what is mine."
"Aw, you finally showed everyone your soft side." He went red.
"You did that to me on purpose!"
"Hehe, maybe." She winked again. "There is still someone missing." Everyone thought and wondered. "Imitatia."
"I'll bring her back, I promise." He smiled.
"Thank you." She smiled back at him.
"You know what this means though, right?" They all looked at her, the dragon slayer girls knew what was coming. "It's party time! Party at our place tonight!"
"Are we just going to ignore the fact that A) you can use so many types of magic, B) You reasoned with the strongest demon from Zeref's books, C) You knew Ur? D) Why is no one fighting, like Kagura and Jellal or Richard and Jellal..." Natsu still didn't get what was going on.
"Still got a grudge against Jellal? Yes, it's called training Natsu, and I think you'll find I can be very persuasive. And lastly, because some people, unlike you, learn how to let go and move on from the past. We're all friends now. Everyone's happy. So tonight, we celebrate!"
"There 'aint no party like a Fairy Tail Party!" Tsuki yelled out.
"As Fairy Tail's new Guild Master, I declare that we are ALL going home." The questions still sat heavy on their hearts, yearning to know the truth but they trusted Nevaeh would explain it all like she said. So they made their way back to Magnolia.
