As the song faded from the air, Alexander can feel his senses returns to him. he was bewildered at the loud yelling that was coming from the girls, a yelling that wasn't consisted of 'eat a dick!' or 'Fuck off pervert!' or 'move bitch, get the fuck out of my way!'. As his mind returned to the waking world, he was shocked by the adulation he received from the girls of Gensokyo.
Many men in his place would've done something cool in his place, perhaps snapping out a corny one-liner or at least a confident smirk. Alex is not like many men. So, he stood there dumbly, his mouth slightly ajar in confusion like a puppy.
Suddenly, he heard a drum roll coming from behind thus awakening him from his dumbness. He slowly turned around to see the large picture made by the projector he brought in. It was a column that showcases the necessary karaoke stats. He saw the title of the song he just sang and the title score for his performance. Strangely, in the corner of the column he saw a small cartoon version of himself firing an AKM-74u in a ridiculously fast rate.
Suddenly, chibi-Alex stopped firing his gun and raised his weapon in the air, hollering in victory against an unseen enemy. Alex got the score of 78.870 in his performance. "Well, that was something…"
Alex then looked forward to the crowd. He cleared his throat, silencing them with a simple action. It took him a couple of tries, but the air is now silent enough for him to speak. "My friends, that is karaoke-"
"Sing us another song!"
The group in front of him, a group of fairies and youkais which revels in his concert earlier threatens to break the silence, yet Alex manages to stop it with only a gesture of his hand. "Ey, Ey! This is a karaoke Cirno, not a concert. This is a party game for all of us. I can't hog the microphone all night!" Alex then pointed the microphone at her. "Wanna have a turn?"
Cirno was known to be an overconfident fool, so she accepted the challenge readily. She walked forward, her icicle wings fluttered softly in the air as she strutted toward the thug with the microphone in hand. "So…How do I do this?"
"Let me handle it"
Alex then went toward the computer. To his surprise, the mouse refused to listen to his command. He tried clicking it again and again, but the bastard seems to be stuck in a loop. It seems like Alex would be stuck trying to get the karaoke machine to work again, so the rest of the girls goes back to their chatters and feast.
"Do you know that Alex is a good singer?" Remilia asked Sakuya who was standing next to her.
Sakuya shook her head at her ward's question. "I'm afraid not. He wasn't truly known for his singing skills, and what little I've heard in passing in person is…. unremarkable. "
Remilia chuckled at her words, her scarlet eyes still watching the youngest member of the SDM gets more frustrated on the machine all the while Cirno is having what Alex would describe as 'Vietnam-war flashback'.
Remilia took another sip from the cup in her hand. The soda is good, but it'll take her a few more tries before she can say that she was fond of it. For now, she can see why Alex liked it. The sweet tang of the cola mixed in with the refreshing bubbly sensation of the carbonated drinks surely would've been refreshing on a sunny day. Then again, she has been living on a diet of smooth-tasting tea and sweet nectar of blood, so the strange taste of cola was still strange to her vampiric tongue.
But this cola is not made from Gensokyo, this cola was freshly made and brought from the outside world by Alex, her subordinate. It wasn't gapped in by accident, it was smuggled in alongside many crazy inventions from the outside. She smiled to herself, her other hand softly grasping the handle of the short pistol inside a special holster in her dress. "He really made this life truly interesting, don't you think?"
Patchouli nodded in agreement at her reply. "Indeed"
Before Remilia starts to say something, she then heard he music starts up again. This time, unlike Alex's aggressive electric entrance, it started out mellow and smooth with a soothing piano solo playing in the background.
Everybody stopped what they were doing to see Cirno, her eyes closed with both of her hands clasped tightly upon the microphone. She looked so diminutive, so small, like a nervous boy trying to proclaim his love to the village beauty. Alex is standing nearby, his eyes alternated between staring at Cirno, the projector and the computer screen in utter astonishment.
The ice fairy opened her mouth, and sang in a very elegant style unbefitting an overconfident fool.
"My half-melted and fragile body
Won't disappear, it has its own mind
This is my last season, so I have a wish:
Please search my true self scattered about the sky…"
Evrybody was silent, shocked by the cute fairy's performance. The one who was surprised the most was Daiyousei, her second-in-command and her best friend in the world, or so Cirno says. Her green eyes stared toward the blue ice fairy's eyes, enamoured by the message she was giving in her song.
"Is this truly Cirno singing?" Marisa asked, her question not aimed at anybody in particular.
"I expected it to be more…Cirno-ish" said Reimu who sat beside the dumb-struck magician.
Suddenly, she opened her eyes and everybody can see the familiar glimmer of the confident ice fairy again. She then adopted the same wide stance Alex have beforehand and pointed her left hand toward Daiyousei, much to her surprise.
"hey, wait a minute! I was kidding, idiot! You thought I was serious? I'll never be! Not at all! Okay let's do it! Let's go on a treasure hunt!"
"WAUWAUWAUWAUWAUWAUWAUWAUWAUWAUWAUWAUWUAWAUWAUWAUWAUWAU"
The music becomes energetic, matching the energy of the ice fairy's chanting. Daiyousei, whom was caught unaware of the change, simply stared at her friend's chanting. After a few seconds in, she joined in the chanting, and her friends followed suit.
Marisa laughed boisterously at her chanting. "Now THAT's Cirno!"
She chanted her unintelligible line, like a drunkard trying to emulate the sound of a helicopter. The crowd followed suit, chanting together with her. Cirno was possessed by the spirit of karaoke and jumped to the beat of the song, hyping herself up for the next verse.
After what felt like an eternity of 'wauwauwauwauwauwau'-ing, she stopped chanting and starts to sing for real with her confident and childish vocal range.
"Hey You! Why are you surprised! (Hey you why are you surprised?)
Hey You! I don't have time! I'll obtain a treasure!
I'll find a treasure and make it mine! Something no one saw before!
A great discovery, so that you'll look at me like that again and worship me!"
Despite her voice edging on the edge of screeching, her arrogant and childish delivery makes it very endearing to listen too. Like how Alex roared with pride and wisdom, she sang with a joyous adventurous spirit befitting the queen of fairies.
"I don't care if I fall into a pit or my body melts
The true me is right here! I'm earnestly searching, like an idiot!
Baby! The expedition of the century! Baby! The I won't give it to anyone!

I'm on a hunt-Treasure Cirno!"
Cirno doesn't know what to do during the interlude of the song, so she decided to dance awkwardly, waving her hands like she's punching the shit out of the air. Alex is at her back waving his hand like he's directing an airplane landing, or crashing it instead.
"Hey you! I'll surprise everyone (hey you, I'll surprise everyone)!
Hey you! I won't let you call me an idiot-I'll definitely become big!
Something lurks in the cave, I don't want to give up my treasure
I'll discover it! The greatest of the century! The greatest chills, A great discovery!"
"I don't care if a rock tumbles down (Alex screaming in pain?) or I'm made to hang in a trap?
The true me is right here, so someone help me! Falling Cirno!?
Baby! I'll give it to you! Baby! The treasure's location!
Baby! How about we split it up equally?
I'll do everything so save me already!"
Now the duo started jumping around as in trying to dodge floor traps, except in Cirno's case she looked like she was trying to walk through a floor made from lava while Alex is trying to speedrun a minefield. Then suddenly, Cirno fell down flat on her face, eliciting a gasp from the crowd. Alex jumped forward, grabbing her by the waist and hoisted her back to her feet. As if she doesn't have her accident earlier, she returned to main stage and continued singing, with Alex moonwalking (and failing miserably) in the back.

With that single yell, she then bent over spent from her final outburst. Alex walked forward, rubbing his hand at her back in a reassuring massage as the song continues. She raised one thumbs up to show that she's ok before getting back to her feet. She then turns her head toward Alex, just realising his existence as his backup dancer/hypeman.
"Hey good job! That means good bye!
How about this? How about tha-?!"
Suddenly, she fell unconscious but Alex manages to grab her before she fell on the floor. She remained unconscious for a second at most before awakening to the raucous ovation from her audience.
