Here's the next chapter! I also added the aftermath of the previous chapter~

Tsuna stood by his bedroom window, thinking about the meeting he just had that morning with Shimon and Vongola Primo. He was grateful that they were able to finish the meeting on time. Most of the credits went to G however. The other two just kept trying to find every single opportunity to gush on their respective Decimos.

Suddenly, a small burst of sky flames appeared in the middle of the room revealing the ghostly figure of his ancestor.

"To be honest, you're not necessarily the person I really want to see right now." Tsuna commented with a sweat drop. He was silently grateful that Reborn wasn't there to hit him for replying so rudely at the Vongola founder.

Giotto smiled, "Is it because of the meeting you had today Decimo?"

"You think?" Tsuna pulled the curtains and turned to Primo. He promptly bowed respectfully before sitting at the foot of his king-sized bed. "Why are you here?"

"Oh I was just bored really." Giotto replied nonchalantly as he examined what used to be his room. "Mostly to reassure you though."

"Reassure me of what?"

Giotto paused and smiled at his descendant. He walked over to the brunette so that he was standing only a foot away from Tsuna. A bead of sweat rolled down Tsuna's temple, not knowing what to expect.

Giotto placed a hand over his spiky hair and pet his head. "I'm not that doting."

Tsuna's face felt slightly warm. Whether it was from sky flames or just his own embarrassment, he wasn't sure. "With all due respect, I don't need to be reassured by that sort of thing Primo."

"I know." Giotto smiled and gave one last pat on the head before disappearing into Sky flames. "Until next time, my adorable descendant."

Wait he said he wasn't that doting… What does that even mean? Tsuna made a face before falling back on his head, "And he called me adorable! Him too?!"

Giotto laughed from the ring.

At his next meeting, he was joined by Hayato and Takeshi. Tsuna glared at Byakuran as they waited for the screen to clear.

"What are these meetings that you're making me do?" Tsuna groaned.

"What are you talking about Tsu-chan? This whole system was all your idea wasn't it? I just make the schedules." Byakuran popped a fluffy marshmallow into his mouth innocently.

"Don't worry about this one though Tsu-chan." The white haired man added.

"What are you talking about Tsuna?" asked Takeshi. Tsuna gave a tired wave of dismissal, not wanting to elaborate. The screen cleared and Tsuna braced himself.

"Huh? Tsu-kun?" The person at the head of the other table said. Gokudera was the only guardian to join him.

"Who's that?" Takeshi asked. Tsuna looked at the person. He could easily pass as Tsuna if not for his slightly tamer blonde hair. His rich and darker eyes were certainly narrower than Tsuna's.

"What's an imposter doing there?" Hayato growled. Tsuna continued to stare.

"Imposter? It's me, Tsu-kun. Your twin brother, Ieyasu!" He replied in confusion.

"Wait Tenth." Gokudera beside him said, "Maybe in his world, he actually accepted the Vongola title."

"You had a twin brother Tsuna? How come we didn't hear anything about this?" Takeshi said with a laugh.

"I-I don't…" Tsuna said quietly. He immediately regretted saying that out loud upon seeing Ieyasu's hurt expression in addition to Ieyasu's guardians' surprise.

Gokudera stood up in anger, "Are you neglecting to acknowledge your own family Sawada Tsunayoshi?"

Tsuna winced. Hayato never really called him by his full name in that tone before. Before he could reply, Hayato replied. "What are you accusing the Tenth of? He would never!"

"Then what would you call what he just did?!" Gokudera replied in kind.

"He didn't do anything!"

"Now, now. Calm down Gokudera." Takeshi said, glancing nervously at Tsuna. His boss snapped out of his daze and turned to his right-hand man.

"Hayato. Please sit down." Once Hayato calmed down, Tsuna cleared his throat as he looked at the person at the other end of the screen. "I'm sorry. I really don't have a twin. I'm an only child. I hope that doesn't offend you."

The other Vongola boss shook his head. "I-It's fine. Truly. It is a parallel world after all."

Tsuna could see that the other person still was a little shaken up. He gave a bright reassuring smile. "What's your name?"

"Sawada Ieyasu…" Ieyasu replied a little too dejectedly.

"You seem like a nice guy. That's so nice." Tsuna hummed. "I wish I had a little brother like you. Is my parallel self good to you?"

Immediately, Gokudera and Ieyasu lit up. "He is!"

"Tsuna-sama is an amazing human being!" Gokudera started. Hayato huffed and grinned in agreement. "He's helped us a lot during tough times."

Ieyasu nodded before he looked down, regretfully. "I don't deserve him honestly."

Tsuna tilted his head and turned to his own guardians. Both Takeshi and Hayato remained looking at the screen as if they understood Ieyasu completely.

"I… I wasn't the best brother to Tsu-kun for the longest time. I was mean to him and… a-abused him…" Hayato narrowed his eyes as Ieyasu spoke. "I-it wasn't until after our fight with the Varia that my relationship with Tsu-kun got better."

Ieyasu clenched his fists and tried to prevent the tears from falling. "I was horrible to Tsu-kun. But he still loved me and took care of me. He defended me when I purposefully brought trouble his way. I… If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be where I am."

"I'm not any better. I was horrible to Tsuna-sama initially." Gokudera added. "We probably shouldn't have brought him into this dark world. He doesn't deserve this."

Tsuna smiled sadly. He shared the same feelings. He wished that he didn't have to involve his friends into the dark world of the mafia. Before he opened his mouth, the door to the meeting room in the parallel world opened.

"Iey-kun." a gentle voice said.

"Tsu-kun!" Ieyasu turned to see his twin brother with groceries in his one hand.

"You didn't bring me anywhere. I chose to follow you to Italy didn't I?" Tsunayoshi said softly. He placed the plastic bags onto the table. "Here's some snacks from the market."

Hayato and Takeshi stared at Tsunayoshi. They noticed that his eyes reminded them of when they were younger, innocent and still naive. Unburdened by the world on his shoulders.

"Besides…" Tsunayoshi added, "If I didn't follow, you probably would have starved wouldn't you?"

Ieyasu blushed. "I can't help it that Tsu-kun's cooking is the only thing I could eat!"

Tsunayoshi gently laughed and ruffled the blonde's hair. "Sorry I interrupted your meeting. I hope it was-"

Tsunayoshi froze upon seeing Tsuna and his guardians on the other side of the screen. "I-Is that me?!"

"Hello," Tsuna bowed. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Tsuna. Ieyasu was just telling me about you."

Now it was Tsunayoshi's turn to blush. "Wait, so you actually took the position of Decimo?"

Tsuna rubbed the back of his head. "Well I didn't really have a choice. I'm not as lucky as you are. I don't have a twin brother."

Tsunayoshi furrowed his brows. "You're an only child?"

Tsuna nodded. "I'm sure I would have loved to have a brother though."

Tsuna could see that the other party clearly couldn't bear the thought of Ieyasu not existing in his world. It was getting awkward. "A-anyway, shall we get to the meeting? Do you want to join us Tsuna-kun?"

"Is that okay Iey-kun?"

"Yes, Tsu-kun. I would love to have you here."

The aftermath of this meeting will be featured in the next chapter :)

Though there are definitely a bunch of twin-fics with an Sawada Ieyasu, I'm not referring to any specific one. Ieyasu is just the most generic name I could choose since a lot of the twin's appearances are based on Giotto whose Japanese name is Ieyasu. Of course, the general story of twin-fics is of a mean twin so I went with that as a backstory. :)
