Amu's POV

I woke up to the ringing sound of my alarm clock and slapped it off my side table to turn it off, I was shattered from last nights' show. I knew that I was bringing more money to the bar and felt privileged to be able to help them out but I didn't understand why they kept me behind an hour after I had finished my performance to go over some details about the weekend. I sighed as I sat up and thought back to how Ikuto was standing outside the staff exit waiting for me. He really was a gentlemen, I didn't know if it was because he was older or because of the fact that he seemed to really care about my well being. He told me that if I had been 5 minutes longer he would have burst into the bar looking for me, I smiled as I thought about the look of relief on his face as he ran over to me and hugged me.

I got out of bed to take my regular morning shower before blow-drying my hair and straightening it. I had decided to keep it straight at school so that if any of the other students saw me and Ikuto out after school they wouldn't get suspicious and start asking questions. I put half of my hair up and pinned my small black X clip through the hair grip before I raced downstairs with a smile on my face.

I opened the door to find Kukai standing outside looking down the hill, I shut the door silently before sneaking up to behind him 'BOO!' I yelled causing him to jump and grip onto me to stop him from falling over. 'God Amu! Why'd you do that!?' I laughed at his expression. 'You were looking down the hill so I decided to scare you!' He glared at me before looking back down the hill.

'Shall we get going?' I asked as I stood next to Kukai. 'Sure. And I was looking down the hill because he hasn't left yet...again. He seems to always wait until when we walk past.' Amu rolled her eyes. Kukai had been getting really suspicious of Ikuto and Amu hated it. 'Maybe that's because he lives just around from the school?' She replied as they began to walk down the road.

'I don't know. It's just really weird.' I could hear the suspicion in his voice as we walked past Ikuto's house, and sure enough as we were walking past Ikuto left his house. He turned on his heel as he locked the door to his house and saw me and Kukai walking past. 'Morning you two.' Me and Kukai stopped and looked over at Ikuto, I smiled shyly before Kukai switched sides with me making me go closer to the road side. I saw Ikuto glare at Kukai slightly before I shook my head and saw his face soften up to its usual non-emotional state.

'Morning Mr. Tsukiyomi.' I replied respectfully before nudging Kukai who muttered something under his breath. 'Amu your mother called and said that the tutoring can go ahead tonight.' I could hear the cockiness in his voice as Kukai turned to look at me with shocked eyes.

'Wait woah woah woah! Tutoring!? For what!?' Kukai yelled as he glared at Ikuto again. I flinched slightly before putting a hand on his shoulder. 'Mr. Tsukiyomi is tutoring me in English and Maths because my teachers said I'm going to fail unless I get tutoring.' I said in a calm tone as he turned to face me again. 'Why the hell is he tutoring you though!?' I took a step back as he yelled at me again.

'Because I am Amu's homeroom teacher. It's my duty to make sure that all of my homeroom students pass. Have you got a problem with it Mr. Souma?' Ikuto asked as he took a step forward. I could hear Kukai grinding his teeth together before looking over at Ikuto again and taking a step back towards the road pushing me into the room. Ikuto's eye flared open into a fit of rage as I ran past Kukai onto the pavement. 'What the hell Kukai?! You just pushed me into the road!' I yelled at him as I stood next to Ikuto. I saw Ikuto's tense body ease up once I was safely next to him.

'Amu...I'm sorry.' He began to say before I put my hand up to stop him. 'Don't bother! I'll see you in dance.' I said as I walked off down the hill on my own.

Ikuto's POV

'You've done it now Souma.' I sighed as Kukai turned to glare at me again. 'Why the hell don't you listen to me!? Stay the hell away from Amu!' He yelled at me before turning in the direction that Amu left in. I laughed slightly as I thought about the look on his face. Maybe I could have left it until the end of dance class but I just couldn't wait. I should've been at Amu's house to tutor her on Tuesday but because she had work on Wednesday and she was tired from dance class along with the additional two hours her and Kukai put in after class her mother told me that it would be better to start on Thursday instead. I sighed as I began to make my way to school.

By the time I reached the school the group of mothers were gathered around the gates waiting for me as usual. I pushed my way through and was eventually let in through the gates before I stopped and looked at them all. 'I want all of you to stop gathering at these gates before I get a restraining order on each and every one of you, do you understand me!?' I yelled so they could all hear me. They soon stopped their screams of affection but didn't move. 'Leave now before I call the police down here.' I ordered with anger in my eyes. I just wanted to check that Amu had gotten in safely. After I watched the group of women leave the school gates I made my way into the school to see Amu and Kukai arguing in the hallway.

Normal POV

Amu backed away from Kukai who was trying to reason with her about why he started yelling about the fact that Ikuto was tutoring Amu at home. 'Please Amu! You have to believe me! I was just shocked that's all!' He pleaded with her as he tried to hug her, she smacked his hands away as she was beginning to get frustrated. 'Why should it matter that he is tutoring me Kukai!? You had no right to yell at me or Mr. Tsukiyomi like that!' She was beginning to walk off before Kukai grabbed her arm and pushed her against the wall to make her listen.

'Kukai! Get the hell off of me!' She yelled as she pushed against his chest. 'No listen to me! Please Amu!' He pleaded with her one last time as she continuously pushed against his chest. 'I was shocked because you didn't tell me and you know what I think of him anyway!' Kukai was pleading again as she constantly pushed against him. 'Kukai you could've gotten me run over! You don't think to apologise over that though do you?!' Amu yelled back at him as he tightened his grip on her arms slightly. 'Ow! Kukai! That hurts!' She pushes on his chest again. She winced at the pain as he slowly continues to tighten his grip.

'Why don't you listen to me Amu...he is bad news! I don't want you to get hurt by him!' Kukai yells at her as he starts to try and punch him. 'The only person hurting me right now is you! Now get the hell off of me!' Amu shouted at him as the school main doors opened, she continued to hit Kukai before feeling the pressure on her arms be released. 'What the hell do you think you are doing Mr. Souma!?' Amu looked up to see Ikuto's eyes filled with rage as he stands between Amu and Kukai.

'This is all your fault! All because you have to be the one to tutor her!' Kukai yelled at Ikuto as Amu checked her arms. 'You're lucky I got here when I did! Did you even realise that you were hurting Amu!?' Ikuto yelled back shocking Kukai, Kukai took a step back before looking around Ikuto and at Amu. 'Amu...I'm sorry! Please I didn't mean to!' Kukai cried out as he took a step towards her. 'I think you better head to the principal's office. Think very long and hard about you have done. I need to take Amu to the nurse's office to get her arms checked.' Ikuto spoke the words as if he were spitting out poison before turning to Amu and leading her away to the nurse's office.

'Are you ok? Did he do any real harm to you?' Ikuto asked as they waited for the nurse. 'My arms just hurt a little, nothing major. I'll be fine.' She reassured him as she felt him clench onto the sheets of the bed she was sat on. 'I'll kill him if he touches you again...' Amu placed a hand on his and felt his hand instantly relax. 'I'm fine, I promise.' She reassured him again.

He put his free hand on her cheek as he rests his forehead on hers. She snuggled up to his hand slightly as he bent down and kissed her gently on the lips. He pulled away from her and looked at her with worried eyes as the nurse comes in, they take their hands away from each other and look at the nurse.

'Good morning, how can I help you both?' She asked as she placed her papers on her desk. 'I need you to check Amu's arms. A fellow student was grabbing her by the arms when I got in this morning' Ikuto explained as he stayed at her side. 'Ok, where was this other student grabbing you by the arms Amu?' The nurse asked as she stood in front of Amu. She pulled her sleeves up and showed her where her arms hurt. 'Around here.' Amu pointed to her upper arms.

'They seem to be just a little red.' She prods the area lightly and nodded as Amu winced slightly. 'There might a little bruising but you seem to be ok. If they cause you any problems during the day then come back and see me.' The nurse smiled at Amu as she pulled her sleeves back down and bowed to her in respect.

Amu and Ikuto left the nurses office and stood outside. 'See I told you! I'm fine.' Amu smiled at Ikuto who was staring down at her with pained eyes. 'I just wish I could have done more for you. I am not going to go easy on him.' Ikuto was grinding his teeth just as the bell begun to ring signalling homeroom had started. 'Don't you have to go and see to it that Kukai went to the principal's office?' Amu asked as he looked down the hallway. 'Yes, but I also have to do homeroom.' He sighs as they begin walking down the hallway.

'I can go back to homeroom and let everyone know that you will probably be late.' Amu smiled up at him as he shook his head. 'I'll deal with Kukai afterwards.' Ikuto explained to Amu as they got into home room, Amu took her usual seat and smiled down at him as he began taking everyone's attendance.

LATER THAT DAY

Amu had continued with her classes and was now sitting I her usual seat for lunch. 'Amu...Can I talk to you?' She sighed as she shrugs her shoulders. 'That depends really.' She responded coldly. 'On what?' He asked sounding depressed. 'On whether you are going to hurt me again.' She kept looking at her pasta as she continuously stabbed it with her fork.

'I'm sorry Amu! I really am...please, just let me talk to you.' Kukai pleaded as he set his try down next to Amu's. 'I just wanted you to listen and kind of zoned out.' He began explaining as she rolled her eyes at him. 'That doesn't matter Kukai. The fact is you were hurting me. You're meant to be my best friend. Best friends don't do that. You should know better!' She yelled at him coldly as he sat down next to her.

'I'm sorry Amu...I was a dick. I never should have hurt you like that. Let me make it up to you.' He pleaded again as he touched her hand gently. She looked at him to see he looked like utter shit. She could tell he had been crying. 'How are you going to do that?' She asked warily as she continued looking at him.

'I'm going to take you out to dinner. Any night that you are free. Please just let me make it up to you. I want my best friend back.' He had tears in his eyes as he looked down. 'I'm free Monday night.' She replied not wanting to pass up the offer of a free meal. 'Don't think I'm letting you off the hook though. I'm going to have to think this over. Just don't you dare let me down again otherwise we will have major issues.' She warned him as she began eating her pasta.

'I promise you won't regret this Amu!' He smiled as he sat next to her. 'Just don't do anything to make me regret this...I still want you to be my partner when it comes to the dance show, but I won't hesitate to get a new partner if you disappoint me again.' She explains as she takes a bit of her pasta. 'Ok, I understand Amu.' Kukai sighs as he begins eating his lunch.

As they finished dance class Amu collapses to the floor from exhaustion. 'Amu!' Kukai runs over to her as Ikuto good bye to the rest of the students. 'I'm fine, I just need a drink.' She smiles up at Kukai. She takes her water bottle from Ikuto and smiles with a small blush playing across her cheeks. 'Thanks Mr. Tsukiyomi.' She says as she takes a big drink from her drink before standing up.

'Good work today Amu. Kukai.' He said before walking over to the music player. 'Amu, you are free to go. I'll see you tonight for your tutoring session. Kukai, could I have a word with you please?' Amu looked at Kukai as she stood up and made her way to the door. 'I'll wait outside for you Kukai.' Amu says as she makes her way to the changing rooms.

'What do you want to talk about?' Kukai asked as he glared at Ikuto. 'I want you to understand one thing and one thing only Kukai Souma, if you ever, EVER hurt Amu again. I will not let it slide. I will get you excluded or expelled. Do you understand me?!' He yelled as he took a step forward towards him.

Kukai smirked as he took a step towards him, they were staring each other in the face with their chests puffed out like mountain lions. 'Do you really think that an empty threat from you is going to scare me away!? I'm not going to listen to your shit!' Kukai turned on his heels and began to make his way to the door.

'You could have cost Amu her life today Souma. You're just lucky that she was still standing when you back her up into the road. What's going to happen the next time? What if she really does get hit by a car because of your carelessness?' Ikuto purred the words out like sweet candy but Kukai could hear the cockiness in his voice. He turned on his heels and walked back towards Ikuto with his fist clenched.

'you just don't understand! You're just a fucking teacher who has been here for what? A little under 2 weeks now? I've been watching her since the end of middle school! I'm not about to let some asshole teacher take her away from me! She is an amazing girl! Perfect in every way! She is going to fall in love with me as soon as I report you for molesting Amu!' Kukai yells out in response to Ikuto's response.

'So it was you...' Ikuto and Kukai looked at the door to see Amu standing there with her bag dropped on the floor. 'Amu...I...' Kukai began stuttering as Ikuto sighed and looked at Amu in disbelief. 'I tried to warn you Amu.' Ikuto said as Kukai's anger begun to overflow. He swings his fist at Ikuto.

'YOU ASSHOLE!' Kukai shouts as his fist connects with Ikuto's face. Ikuto stumbles back holding his jaw before looking up at Amu who has her hands to her mouth and tears in her eyes. 'Souma give it a rest would ya!? Look at what you're doing to Amu!' Ikuto yelled out as Kukai swung another fist at Ikuto, which Ikuto dodged easily. 'YOU JUST WANT AMU FOR YOURSELF!' Kukai yelled out as he kicked Ikuto in the stomach sending him flying. 'KUKAI! Stop it! Leave him alone!' Amu yells as she runs into the classroom dropping her bags to the floor. 'stay back Amu! You don't know what he'll do to you if you get in the way.' Ikuto said as he stood up holding his stomach and coughing slightly. She stood still not knowing what to do but nodded at Ikuto knowing that she had to stay out of this fight. 'Souma you need to calm down. We can talk this out.' Ikuto put his hands up as he stood up cautiously before feeling Kukai's foot kick him back down to the floor. 'Kukai! You've proved your point now please just leave him alone! Please!' Amu begged as she began to cry. 'Why do you care so much about him!? He is just some pervy teacher who wants to take advantage of you! I want to love you Amu!' Amu felt her skin crawl as she stood up and pushed him to the ground. 'if you really loved me you would stop doing this! You need to leave him alone and walk out of here before I go and get the principal.' Amu cried out as she felt her hands shaking. Kukai stood up and looked at Amu, he felt his heart break that she was crying, not the fact that she was crying but the fact she was crying over Ikuto. His rage began to boil over again as he turned back to Ikuto and began punching and kicking him again. 'NO!' Amu ran over to Kukai and tried to pull him off of Ikuto before Kukai pushed her away causing her to crash into the mirror. 'Amu!' Ikuto cried out as he tried to crawl over to her before Kukai elbowed him in the ribs. Ikuto coughed as he groaned in pain, he looked over at Amu who was lying on the ground holding her shoulder and crying out. 'Souma, I'm giving you one last chance before I beat your ass.' Ikuto threatened as he stood up clutching his side and wiping the side of his mouth with the back of his hand. 'No way! I'm not stopping until you back off of Amu!' Kukai barked in response to Ikuto before charging at Ikuto with his fists ready for impact. 'Have it your way.' Ikuto smirked as he stood up and dodged all of Kukai's punches before kneeing him in the gut and letting him fall to the floor. 'I don't want to hurt you Souma. Stop now before this gets out of hand.' Ikuto said as Kukai began to stand up and threw another punch at Ikuto. Ikuto grabbed a hold of his hand before bending his hand back slightly and pushing him back. 'I don't want to fight you!' He called out again before blocking Kukai's kicks and punching Kukai in the shoulder causing him to drop to the floor.

Ikuto looks down at Kukai who is writhing in pain on the floor holding onto his shoulder before rushing to Amu's side, he touches her cheek gently and wipes the tears from her face. 'Are you ok?' Amu looked up at him tears still streaming down her face but a smile of relief that he was ok. 'You're ok?' she asked through her tears before he nodded and looked back at Kukai. 'just wait here for a second. I'm going to have to get the principal.' Amu shook her head as she stood up slowly holding her shoulder. 'You'll get into trouble for hitting a student!' She held onto his arm as he smiled down at her. 'You have little faith in me Amu. I'm going to explain what happened. If anyone is going to get into trouble it's Souma ok?' She nods slowly as Ikuto touches her cheek one last time before running off to get the principal.

'Why Amu?' Amu looked over at Kukai who was slowly beginning to stand. 'I just wanted you to be my girlfriend. I wanted us to fall in love and grow old together.' He took a step toward her as she felt a knot begin to tighten in her stomach. 'Kukai, you didn't have any reason to his Mr. Tsukiyomi. Why did you hit him?' She asked with a frown. 'I hit him because he was looking at you.' She shook her head. 'That's no reason Kukai. He was looking at me just as you were. You promised me that you wouldn't let me down again! Why would you do this!?' She bit the inside of her mouth to stop herself from shouting at him.

'I didn't want to hit him but when he came out with that smartass comment I didn't have a choice!' he yelled at her as he took a bigger step towards her. 'You did have a choice Kukai and you know it! You're going to be in trouble now because of what you've done! Do you not understand that!?' She tried reasoning with him as he took one final step towards her to be standing directly in front of her, he sat down in front of her and dragged her down with him.

He leaned in towards her and kissed her roughly, she turned her head away before pushing him off. 'give it up Kukai, I will never love you. Not after this.' She said coldly as she stood up and walked towards her bags. 'But I will make you love me!' He shouted as leaped towards her as Ikuto and the principal came running in, Amu runs behind Ikuto as the principal walks over to Kukai. 'Ok Kukai, come along now.' He said gently as he put his arm around Kukai to lead him out. 'I...I still need to get my bags.' Kukai stuttered as he looked at the principal in a daze.

Ikuto keeps Amu behind him as Kukai is lead out by the principal, after Kukai gathers his belongings and leaves the building along with the principal Ikuto turns towards Amu and hugs her. She hugs him back as he kisses her on the top of her head. 'Did her do anything?' Ikuto asked in a worried tone as he checks her over. 'He kissed me. I can't believe I was so stupid.' She rests her forehead against his chest as tears leak through her eyes again. 'Don't you dare ever call yourself stupid Amu. You are FAR from stupid.' He lifts her chin and has her look into his eyes as he wipes her tears away. 'But you don't understand! He was the monster in my dreams! Not you! I was so stupid for thinking me and him could have had a chance together.' She shakes her head as Ikuto leans down and hushes her by kissing her carefully on the lips.

'It's ok Amu, he's gone now. I won't let anything happen to you again.' He kisses her again on the lips as if to cleanse them of Kukai's taste. She kisses him back gently before he holds her close to his chest. 'Shall I get you home?' He whispers gently into her ear, she took a deep breath through her nose before nodding. Ikuto kisses her on her forehead before she gathers her belongings and makes her way to the door to wait for him. Ikuto shuts down all of the equipment before grabbing his water and keys to lock the doors as he follows Amu out he turns the lights off and locks the doors. 'Come with me Amu. I need to get my jacket.' She nods as he takes her hand and leads her to his office, he unlocks the door and lets her enter first.

Ikuto's POV

I watched her enter my office like a small fragile child, I felt my heart break as I saw the one person I love broken. I began to wonder if I was the person she was destined to be with and if I was the person who is meant to mend her.

I shut the door behind me and locked it just to be sure before walking over to her and turning her to face me before placing her on my desk and kissing her lips ever so gently. I felt her body shiver at my touch before responding and kissing me back, I put my arms around her waist to keep her close to my body. I wanted her to feel safe and loved within my arms. She was kissing me back gently but not in the way she usually does, I could feel my heart breaking as I pulled away from her lips and looked into her eyes. 'Amu...Is there anything I can do to fix you?' I asked feeling my chest tighten up.

'I'm sorry, I'm just trying to get my head around everything has happened today. I've lost my one and only friend to a monster. I don't know what to do with myself right now.' My heart sank as she spoke I sighed and touched her cheek gently. 'You trust in me. I'm not going to hurt you the way he did. I want to protect you from any harm, any danger. You're special to me Amu. I've never felt this way about anyone before.'

I felt her cheek begin to warm up as she began blushing. I smiled down at her as she stood up and kissed my cheek gently before hugging me tightly. 'I'm sorry for acting like a zombie Ikuto. Just give me a little while and I will be back to my old self. I just need to get past this obstacle.' She smiled weakly up at me before letting me go and grabbing my jacket off of my chair. 'Anything else you need?' She smiled again and my chest felt cleared up as I kissed her. 'Just one other thing, but that will come in time.' I winked at her as I unlocked the door and held the door open for her. I locked the door behind us and took her hand in mine to kiss it gently before leaving the building as teacher and student.

Amu's POV

As we left the school I felt the cool evening breeze brush against my skin making me feel refreshed, I looked up at Ikuto to see him watching me carefully. 'What are you staring at Mr. Tsukiyomi?' I smiled up at him which seemed to bring him out of his daze as he blushed slightly, I giggled before thinking back to all of his injuries I sighed as I looked down. 'Hey, look at me.' I looked up at him as he smirked down at me. 'I'm fine. If you don't believe me then you can check me over when we get to yours.' He winked at me causing me to blush, I was going to check him as I didn't believe him when he said that he was fine. I just couldn't understand why all of this had to happen today. I truly didn't feel like being tutored English and Maths but I knew that it was for the best.

'You know, I could have really hurt him. If he was one of those drunk bums at the bar he wouldn't be standing right now.' I smiled up at him and giggled as I felt myself feeling better on the inside again. I knew I couldn't tell me parents about what happened today. I needed some proper alone time with Ikuto, away from school, the eyes of the public and the bar. I needed to be in the comfort of my own house with my teacher, the one and only person I could trust at this point in time.

'You trust me don't you Amu?' He asked me turning my attention back to reality. 'That's a random question to ask.' I felt his hand brush against mine telling me that he meant if I trust him as someone to love and protect me. 'You're going to have to give me a little while to really see if I can trust you or not, and it's not that I don't want to trust you, I just don't want to trust too soon, look at what happened when I decided I could trust Kukai.' I replied to him as we got to the bottom of our road.

'I just need to get my books, do you want to wait inside?' He asked me with a gentle smile. 'If that's ok?' I replied to him with a small blush as we walked over to his door. 'Just be warned, my sister doesn't take kindly to strangers.' He opened the door and led me inside. 'Utau! You here!?' Ikuto called up the stairs as he took his shoes off. 'Be down in a second Ikuto!' I stood still in the doorway after shutting the door behind me.

'I'll just get changed and grab my books then we'll get up to your house ok?' He touched my cheek gently as I nodded, he kissed me on my forehead before heading upstairs, I say him exchange some words with his sister at the top of the stairs before she came down the stairs and looked at me, crossing her arms across her chest. 'So you're Amu?' I looked at her shocked, shuffled my feet slightly and nodded. 'You don't seem like all that much to me, but if Ikuto says that you are special then you must be.' She took my hand and spun me around as if to inspect me.

'I can see some curves, but you're 16 aren't you? So you must still be developing.' She shrugged her shoulders. 'I suppose the heart wants what the heart wants.' She said before walking into the kitchen. 'Wait, Utau? What did Ikuto tell you about me?' I asked as she came back to stand in front of me with her arms crossed once again. 'Just that he couldn't stop thinking about your pink hair and hazel eyes. He's taken a real liking to you Amu. I don't know all of the details but he did say that if I ever saw you that I would have to keep an eye on you to make sure that you were safe. He is really protective. But like I said I don't know all of the details.' She shrugged her shoulders again as Ikuto joined us downstairs.

'Don't start telling her rumours about me Utau. I know what you are like.' She rolled her eyes before poking him between the eyes. 'I was just thinking that she is a keeper. Once she grows a bit more she will be more sexy than cute. I'm surprised brother.' She said as Ikuto got his shoes back on and ushered me out of the door. 'Bye Utau.' He said as he shut the door behind us.

Normal POV

Amu and Ikuto made their way up to Amu's house where she opened the door and took her shoes off while Ikuto copied and shut the door behind him. 'Mother, I'm home.' Amu called out as her mother came out from the sitting room. 'You had me worried Amu!' They hugged before Ikuto bowed to say hello. 'Sorry for being a little late, we were doing some extra rehearsal again.' Ikuto smiled at Amu before she smiled and mouthed 'thank you' Amu's mother accepted the answer. 'We're going to do the tutoring in my room ok mother?' Amu asked her mother as she was making her way upstairs. 'Ok just make sure you really listen to Ikuto. He is helping you out in his own time.

'Don't worry Midori, I'll make sure that she learns everything she needs to.' He smiled at her before she smiled and let them go upstairs. Amu opened her bedroom door and made her way into her room feeling her heart beat faster, the thought of Ikuto in her room, the two of them alone made her think back their kisses, she lets Ikuto into her room before locking the door behind them.

As Ikuto puts his bags down there is a small knock on the door. 'Ami, I can't play today. My teacher is here to tutor me. I'll play with you on the weekend before work ok?' She sighs as she makes her way over to her closet. 'Ok Amu, will Kukai be playing with us too?' I felt my stomach clench. 'No Ami, I don't know when he will be over again, go play with dad ok?'

She sighs in relief as she hears Ami's footsteps disappear downstairs before turning towards Ikuto who pushes her against the door and kisses her gently, she gasps out loud as he insides begin to burn up with the unexpected pleasure.

'Sorry, just had to do something, this is the first time I have been in your room after all.' He smirked at her causing her to blush, she feel his breath on her neck as she grips onto his shirt.

'That was unfair! Don't do that again.' She said as she turned her head away, he smirked once more as he bent down towards her neck, she bit her bottom lip as she tightened her grip on his shirt, he began to gently bite down on her neck before licking the throbbing area, she felt his arms snake around her waist as he brought her closer to him and then led her over to her bed. As their bodies crashed onto her bed Amu moaned out silently into his ear as he continued to leave a trial of kisses from her neck to her collarbone.

She felt her abyss throb between her legs as he continued to kiss her collarbone before looking at her face. She looked away in a failed attempt to hide the fact that she was hot and sweaty. She panted as he smirked, he brought his lips to hers, and her insides began to heat up as she felt pleasure fill her. He licked her bottom lip begging for entrance before she gave in and felt his tongue invade her mouth to swirl around her tongue in an exotic dance.

Ikuto pulled away once more looking down at her face smiling gently, she looked up at him as a dark red covered her face. Ikuto sat up allowing Amu to copy him and sit up next to him. 'I'm sorry, I got a little carried away then didn't I?' Ikuto apologised as he touched her cheek gently.

Amu touched his hand gently and snuggled against the feeling of his hand. 'You seem to have a lot of experience.' Amu replied as she felt her chest tighten before she looked down. 'I may have had other girls Amu, but none of them compare to you. I've never felt this way about any of my other girlfriends.' He replies as he lifts her chin slightly to look at him again. 'Or do I have to prove that again?' He teases as her blush deepens, he smirks as he kisses her cheek gently.

'Do you mind if I go change quickly? I'd rather get out of my school clothes.' She asked him as she could see the bulge forming in his pants, she looked away slightly before feeling his breath against her neck causing her to shiver from the heat. 'Of course you can Amu. Would you like me to leave the room while you get changed?' Ikuto asked before kissing her neck softly and sitting back.

'It's ok, I can get changed in my closet, that's what I done when Kukai came round last week.' She smiled at him as he frowned slightly. 'He didn't come in so don't worry. Besides you're not getting a look either.' She smiles as she stands up and makes her way to her closet. 'I won't be long.' She turns the light on and shuts the doors behind her.

Ikuto's POV

I watched as Amu disappeared into the closet before looking around her room. I smiled as I saw pictures of her as she grew up over the years. I sighed as I looked down at my bulge. I love Amu, but I will only have her when she is ready. I just hope that she will eventually love me back. There is no way in hell that I am letting another man have my pink haired princess. Not after how Kukai reacted today. I sighed again as I formed a fist thinking about how he hurt Amu and didn't seem to really care. Amu was supposed to be his best friend and he hurt her, both emotionally and physically. I hope you let me take all of your pain away, Amu.

I sat back against the wall by her bed as I took out the books for our session. I could hear her searching through her clothes which made me smile, she was so sweet. Even with her cold exterior, I finally understood that it was her defence mechanism, I wanted to make her feel happy and safe. So she knows that she doesn't have to keep using that mechanism.

I thought back to the first time I saw her and shut my eyes, relishing in the memory of looking into those gorgeous big hazel eyes for the first time. I remember how innocent she looked stumbling through the gates. I remember when I first saw her squished against the gate, I sighed remembering how I had to almost force the lock open when the caretaker couldn't get the right key out.

I didn't know why at the time but I was so glad that he got the lock open and that she landed safely in my arms, still breathing. Her pink hair drew me in and her skin looked so soft, I was afraid that if I even touched her cheek that she would bruise, then she gave me her cold attitude which just drew me to her even more. I sat up thinking back to Sunday night when I handed her the piece of paper.

Amu's POV

I finally stumbled out of my closet wearing my dark blue long sleeved, off the shoulder crop top along with my shorts, I looked over at Ikuto shyly as his eyes took me in. 'W-what are you staring at?' I said as I walked past him to grab my desk chair before feeling his arms snake around my waist.

'Amu, you should know that I will take any opportunity to hug these curves of yours.' I blushed and shivered slightly as I felt his hot breath against my neck. 'I was going to get my desk chair before we started with the session.' I breathed as I felt his lips against my skin once more.

'Amu, where did you put the piece of paper I gave you?' He breathed against the back of my neck causing me to shiver again, I looked around trying to remember what piece of paper he was talking about before giving up. 'What piece of paper?' I asked as he retrieved his hands and turned me around to face him.

'The piece of paper on Sunday night, when I dropped you home.' He was looking at me with those intense eyes as I remembered. 'Oh! That's in my draw.' I kneeled on the floor by my bedside table, took the piece of paper out of a small box towards the back before standing up and walking over to him.

'Have you looked at it yet Amu?' His voice had gone back to normal as he looked at the small piece of paper in my hands, I shook my head slowly. 'I was so tired I just put it in the box and forgot about it.' I blushed as I shuffled my feet slightly. 'Open it Amu.' He soothed as he placed his hands on my arms and began gently stroking them.

I looked down at the little piece of paper and opened it to reveal a note along with Ikuto's number and Skype ID. I blushed as I read the message;

'Dear Amu,
I hope that you keep this message close to you always. I want you to have my number and Skype ID so that you may reach me any time that you need me. If I don't answer then please know that my door is always open to you. I promise to be your knight and protect you from any harm.
Love from your knight in shining armour.'

I looked up at him with small tears in my eyes and saw his eyes go from caring to worried in a millisecond. 'What's wrong?' He now had his hands on both of my cheeks as he looked directly into my eyes, I through my arms around his neck and kissed him gently on the lips. I felt his body jump before his arms snaked around my waist once more and feeling his lips accept mine as he kissed me back just as gently.

'Thank you...' I whispered as I move my arms to hug him around his back and snuggle against his chest. 'For what Amu?' I felt him kiss me on the top of my head as I snuggled my face closer to his. 'For caring.' I responded as he tilted my head up to look at him. 'I will always care for you Amu. I will never stop caring. I truly do believe I have fallen in love with you Amu Hinamori.'

I could feel my cheeks burning a deep red as we shared another passionate yet gentle kiss, I could feel him pouring all of his love into me as I began to accept the fact that I too might be falling in love with my teacher.

[There we have it! They fought it out and it is looking like Amu and Ikuto have just gotten a LOT closer thanks to Kukai's efforts. What is Amu going to do about Kukai? I have got plans for the next chapter so Fave/Follow and Review! Love you all! Peace out! ;) xx]
