Harry looked at it with a expressionless face.

It was him! The man that took everything from him. The man who made his life miserable and without love instead of wonderful and happy. Voldemort.

„Step aside foolish woman! I`m not here for you" - Harry heard his deep and raspy voice, sending chills up on his spine as he saw Voldemort raising his hand.

In front of him stands a beautiful woman with hair that looked as if it was kissed by fire.

Mother Harry thought, staring at her features. Taking them in, she looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Then he heard her speak „ You don`t scare me Voldemort" spitting out his name and continued „You really think that I would step aside and let you touch my son ? You of all beings? You`re the one that is foolish and sometime in the future this will be your downfall". She had a calm composure , as if she were talking to a normal neighbour instead of the murderer of her huspand.

She turned around , dropping her arm and went to the back of the room, where in a small bed a baby was sitting and watching. She went towards him , kneeled in front of him and kissed him on the forehead. „ I love you my son, more than everything. I love you Harry and whatever happens I always will".

Hearing that Harry stood as if he was made out of stone, emotions washing trough his head in a endless wirbel of thoughts.

From love towards his mother to hate towards Voldemort.

From being happy of hearing her to being sad of loosing her.

And as he took a look at the dark hooded man , an all consuming feel of hatred rose up in him.

He saw him laughing and saying: „ You`re even more foolish than I thought you would be, loving but foolish nonetheless. You could have lived. You could have found happiness for I`d have granted you your life. But you made you choice. You choose death over life".

He raised his hand , pointing his wand at her back and said: „ Stand, I`ll give you that much for your actions deserve some respect".

Lilly kissed her son one last time and with a longing and at the same time loving glare at him whispered „Live Harry, I shall always be with you. As wil your father. I love you Harry.

With that she stood up again , turned around and looked at Voldemort.

Taking in the features of the room for one last time. The blue walls and the view out of the window- directly looking at a beautiful forest. Knowing that this would be the last time that she`d ever be able to look at it.

She looked him right in his eyes. Not afraid of what`s coming.

Harry felt the air leaving his lounge and felt the hatred rising in front of his mind. Rage. Anger. Directed at the man that ruined everything. It felt like he was burning from the inside. The flames having a black colour and consuming every essence of his very beeing.

Memories came to his head- the first ones he could remember having. A bright green flash and a deep voice saying two words.

The first two words he could remember and had never spoken in his life.

And as Voldemort was steadying his wand and his mouth started to form the words.

He snapped.

The flames were to intense. The hatred was everything he could feel. His nerves were burning from it. And whilst Voldemort started the incantion Harry raised his arm in a lightning fast motion and shouted the words that had haunted him for years: „ Avada Kedavra!".

It was as if everything happened in slow motion.

He felt the black flames manisfestating at the tip of his wand, glowing in a dark emerald green and then being released from it.

He saw the the same light at Voldemorts bone white wand.

Building itself up and trying to escape from his wooden cage. He felt it`s murderous intention radiating from it.

And then he saw his mother turning around, looking him right in his eyes and giving him a gentle smile as if she knew he´d be there.

And then his own light hit its target. Hitting Voldemort right into the place where his heart would be located.

And everything exploded in the bright green explosion he had seen for endless nights. And Harry couldn`t help it, for the first time in his life feeling relieved of a weight he didn`t know he was carrying, he smiled.
