Chapter 13 : Surprising Discoveries
Previously on the Tournament of Elements 2.0 : Zach gets used to living in Ninjago, while also telling his new friends about his life in the Never-Realm, his missing sister, and the formlings' prophecy, while heading into the Crashcourse Canyon, the Young Ninjas discover that the old villains have entered and spread out across Ninjago, with Pythor still missing, and the time blades found, but with no time on them, the Young Ninjas decide to fan out across the city and get some answers to these mysteries, while Morro is being held captive by the Sons of Garmadon, and Charlie decided to help Richard get his father back, but there have been some mysterious figures lurking in the shadows.

2:45 p.m. In the sewers of Ninjago City.
Opal, Siddie, Cole, and Nya are beneath the city to find the Serpentine Generals and get some answers to their questions.
Siddie : This place is disgusting
Nya : It's a sewer, Siddie, of course it's disgusting.
Siddie : I'm surprised the Serpentine can stand this mess.
Nya : I'm surprised that nobody questioned the black lipstick.
Siddie : It's part of my personality, okay?
Cole : Nobody's arguing with you Siddie.
Siddie : Surprises me though that we're the ones down here trying to get answers from the Serpentine.
Opal : Why?
Siddie : Eh, seems like Lydia's family have the most history with the Serpentine, so I don't see why we are the ones down here.
Suddenly, something went by one of the tunnels very fast and It grabbed Siddie's attention.
Siddie : What the heck was that?
Skales then came up behind Siddie and the others and pointed a spear at them, but couldn't tell who they were because it was dark.
Skales : Freeze!
Cole : Skales?!
Skales then noticed it was Siddie with her parents and Nya.
Skales : Oh it's you guys.
Siddie : What was that about.
Skales : Trying to keep the Sons of Garmadon out of here, they've tried to raid this place 3 times.
Nya : We came to ask you if you knew anything about the attack at the Crashcourse Canyon.
Siddie then showed Skales one of the broken Anacondrai Swords.
Skales : Come with me . . .
Meanwhile at the Krypterium Prison
Jay, Pixal, Zane, and Garmadon were bringing Eyezor and Vex to the prison, to ensure they wouldn't cause any trouble.
Warden Noble : Alright, we should be able to lock them both up in Maximum Security.
Jay : Wise decision, I just hope the others are okay.
Garmadon : I'm sure they are fine Jay.
Jay : Perhaps, but your "son" took Richard's father, and Lloyd, Charlie, and the Formlings are going to get him back, and if you went with them, I'm sure you would use it as an opportunity to take the city back.
Pixal : No argument there.
Garmadon : But I am not doing it.
Jay : Not yet, that doesn't mean you won't, that's why Lloyd needs to send him back to where he came from.
Pixal : I am sure Harumi would want the honors on that job.
Meanwhile at the Royal Palace
Kai and the rest of his family ( Besides Nya and Charlie ) are keeping watch over the City until they get back.
Felicia : You think everybody's gonna come back okay?
Skylor : They should, especially if Charlie is out there, it seems like he's gotten himself in a better mood.
Master Chen : I just hope this spell wears off, at this rate if the force field doesn't go down then we should be all good.
Just as Chen was done talking, the Force field to the Island went down, and they saw it.
Master Chen : I stand corrected.
Kai : We need to tell Charlie and Lloyd.
Felicia : But the Emperor said for us to stay here until they came back.
Kai : I meant contact them, not go to them.
Felicia : Oh.
Meanwhile in the Abandoned Subway Station in Ninjago City.
Zach : Water Stains, Graffiti, Rusted Train Cars, Broken Motorcycles, this place is a nightmare
Empress Harumi : Perfect for somebody like Hutchins.
Akita : Who is this Hutchins you speak of?
Brenden : War criminal, Resurrected Lord Garmadon and tried to hunt down Lloyd to take vengeance on him for not destroying the Great Devourer, and being the one responsible for the damage caused by it, before all that he worked as the Master of Arms and Council to the Royal Family, he had since my sister was a baby, i'm pretty sure we were all shocked by his true colors, but with how his face looked without the Mask of Hatred, no wonder he decided to cover it up.
Empress Harumi : No argument there, brother.
Charlie : I'm just glad Lydia is still at the palace during this mess, for all we know, if Hutchins does attempt to take the city back for Garmadon, then he may have something way worse in mind then hunting down the Emperor.
Lloyd : What do you mean Charlie?
Charlie : Well he crushed your ship to smithereens, captured your friends, and from the way the story seemed like to me, it seemed like the best way to hurt you was to have the people close to you killed or hurt, and I bet if you didn't capture him at the canal that night, he would have done the same to the Empress.
Charlie : Who is most important to you two now that Hutchins may try to hurt.
Harumi and Lloyd : Lydia . . .
Charlie : There you go.
Richard : Well if he thinks ending my father is going to help him, then he's mistaken.
Just then Lloyd's transmitter when off.
Kai : Lloyd you there?
Lloyd : I'm here Kai, what's up?
Kai : The force field to the Island is down and Chen's men are escaping, and we just walked around the palace, and Lydia is gone. . .
Charlie : WHAT?!
Richard : Oh boy, again?
Kai : I opened the tracker, she's beneath the City also, so i'm guessing the Sons of Garmadon have her.
Charlie : How the heck did they catch her so fast?
Lloyd : Worry about that later, thanks Kai, we'll get Lydia as we find Morro.
Kai : Okay, just do you best to keep your heads up.
Lloyd : We will, be careful up there.
Kai : Back at you, Kai out.
Meanwhile at Krypterium Prison.
Warden Noble just locked Vex and Eyezor in Maximum Security, but what they didn't know where the enemy forces outside.
Warden Noble : There we go, that should keep em locked up.
Jay : Thanks, Warden.
Warden Noble : Anytime.
Jay : We should head back to the Palace and wait for the others.
Pixal : Guys, you may wanna see this.
Jay : What is it?
Pixal showed Jay, Noble, Zane, and Garmadon that Clouse's Forces and the Sons of Garmadon were outside the Prison.
Zane : Oh no.
Jay : They must be here to get their colleagues back.
Pixal : Then let's take it to them.
Just when they were about to head outside, Clouse and his army blew the gate to the prison, and the Sons of Garmadon ran in front of them and began charging in to free their generals.
Jay : They're going to free Killow and Violet.
Pixal : Split up then Jay, you and I will keep them from escaping, Zane and Garmadon will stop Clouse.
Jay : Fine by my, let's go.
5 Minutes Later in the Cellblock.
Jay : So now what?
Pixal : Wait.
The door to the cellblock was blown open and Jay and Pixal saw the Sons of Garmadon come in.
Luke Cunningham : Get them!
The Sons of Garmadon charged at Jay and Pixal, but while the were fighting, Jay threw one of the bikers against a wall near the switch to the cells.
Pixal : Jay, stop him!
Jay ran over to the guard but he was too late, and the cells were opened
Violet : Free at last!
Killow : Surround them!
Killow, Violet, and the rest of the Sons of Garmadon surrounded Pixal and Jay.
Killow : Great work Luke.
Luke Cunningham : Don't thank me, The Eye has returned, and he sent us to get you back.
Violet : Excellent.
Killow : All we need, is to convince our leader to join us once again, and Ninjago will be ours!
Luke : And, we have a little Royal help on our side this time.
Jay : Wait, what?!
Luke Cunningham : Chain these two up, they're coming with us.
Killow : You better tell us our new ally on the way.
Luke Cunningham : I will.
Meanwhile Outside the Prison.
Clouse : Keep fighting, we need to hold them off!
Clouse's transmitter turns on and Luke contacts him.
Luke : Clouse, we got our people back, retreat!
Clouse : Understood, let's move!
Clouse's Army and the Sons of Garmadon retreated from the Prison, and took Pixal and Jay.
Meanwhile in the Sewers
Skales : That attack at the Crashcourse Canyon was the Anacondrai, the real anacondrai.
Cole : How, I thought Pythor was the only one left.
Skales : He was, until Vex brought the Anacondrai Warriors back the same way he did with your villains.
Skales then opened a door and they saw an Anacondrai General wearing armor and holding one of the broken swords.
Cole : Oh my.
Skales : Elemental Masters, may I introduce you, to the Anacondrai General, Arcturus.
Arcturus turned around and revealed himself to the ninja.
Arcturus : You must have questions.
Nya : Arcturus, what are you doing here?
Arcturus : I came to Skales after Clouse's attack on the Crashcourse Canyon, Vex wanted us to start another Serpentine War, but due to Clouse's mutiny against Master Chen, Pythor called us from the Crashcourse Canyon, and shortly after we arrived there, we were ambushed.
Arcturus then noticed Siddie standing next to Cole and Opal.
Arcturus : Who's the cute little girl, with the black lipstick?
Siddie : How many times do I have to say, it's part of my personality!
Cole : That's my daughter, you scheming snake.
Arcturus : Okay, I deserve that.
Siddie : You were saying though, why were you at the Crashcourse Canyon.
Arcturus moved towards a decent sized safe, and opened it.
Arcturus : Pythor contacted us because he had a way to help you guys defeat the Anacondrai Cultists.
Cole : What is it?
Arcturus then opened the safe and showed the Ninja.
Arcturus : See for yourself.
Nya : The Magic Flutes!
Cole : How?
Arcturus : Shortly after Pythor declared himself the "Snake King" he went around searching for any of the lost Magic Flutes that could he find, and he left them in the Crashcourse Canyon, that's why he contacted us to go there, so we could use the Flutes against Clouse's army, but he must have caught wind of the Flutes, because he ambushed us as soon as we got there, only I managed to escape because at the same time, Acronix arrived with the Vermilion warriors, and at the same time Skales came with his forces after Pythor sent a distress call, after a while all sides retreated, and Skales helped me escape with the flutes.
Opal : What about the Anacondrai?
Arcturus : Clouse took them, to use them to make the spell Permanent.
Nya : and Pythor?
Arcturus : Clouse killed him . . .
Arcturus then decided to sit down and think about the fight that happened at the Canyon.
Cole : Right now we should take the flutes to the palace and tell Kai, this could be the game changer we need to bring Clouse down.
Cole, Opal, and Nya grabbed all the flutes and left them in a bag, and started to leave.
Siddie : Arcturus?
Arcturus : Yes, young girl?
Siddie : You want to come with us?
Arcturus : Are you serious?
Siddie : Clouse took all of your tribe, and even killed one of them, and i'm sure much like Pythor once did, you would do the same and fight for the freedom of your tribe, as well as stand against the living lies of Clouse's army, and even Master Chen was turned into a snake, but he is choosing to fight besides us all, and I'm certain he would want you, and the Serpentine to do the same.
Siddie then grabbed one of the Anacondrai Swords that wasn't damaged and handed it to Arcturus.
Siddie : So what do you say?
Arcturus looked at the sword, and then smiled at Siddie.
Arcturus : I'm in.
Siddie : Skales?
Skales : Give me the words, and myself and the rest of the tribes will be beside you.
Siddie then grabbed her Scythe and raised it.
Siddie : Good, because as long as we summon every possible ally, in this hour of Sacrifice, we shall all prevail and take the fight to them!
Siddie, Skales, Arcturus, and the rest of the Serpentine raised their weapons and cheered, and Cole was proud of his daughter's ability to inspire others in their dark hour.
Cole : I'm proud of you Siddie.
Siddie : Thanks.
Nya : Now come on, we need to get back to the Palace.
Siddie : You coming Arcturus?
Arcturus : Count me in.
The Elemental Masters left the Serpentine with Arcturus, to return to the palace with the Magic Flutes.
Meanwhile in the Abandoned Subway Station.
Richard : Sneaking into this place was a nightmare.
Charlie : Shh, what's that sound?
Charlie heard the sound of Motorcycles, and he saw a bright light coming from the tunnel, it was Killow and Violet, and they arrived with the Sons of Garmadon, who captured Pixal and Jay.
Lloyd : Really, these guys again!
Charlie : Your highness, will you please keep your mouth shut.
Brenden : There's Morro.
Brenden pointed down towards a cell in the Subway Station that was on the second floor.
Richard : Dad. . .
Charlie : Hang on Richard, they're doing an announcement.
Luke Cunningham : Hello, Sons of Garmadon, with unmatched power, over 20 years ago, Lloyd Garmadon had pushed our empire to the verge of collapse, and now that we have returned, it is time to Capture them, and summon our strengths, to take back the city, for our dark lord, the Young Ninjas may be a big test, and we may not have every last one of our men, but with our generals, and our leader returned, we will defeat them, and may I show you all, The Eye!
Hutchins then walked out to speak with the Sons of Garmadon.
Hutchins : Hello, Sons of Garmadon, I have returned, and we now have all of our people back, to bring down the Emperor and Empress of Ninjago, and take back the city, for our leader, Lord Garmadon!
The Sons of Garmadon began chanting about Lord Garmadon.
Hutchins : But that's not all, if any of you remember in the Prison, that Luke said we would have a little royal help this time around, we have one more member joining us on our mission, to take back Ninjago.
Empress Harumi : Wait, what?!
Hutchins : May I introduce you all to . . .
Before Hutchins gave his answer, a girl walked up to Hutchins, wearing black clothes that had small touches of green and purple, who seemed to be holding the Oni Mask of Hatred.
Empress Harumi : This cannot be true . . .
Hutchins . . . Princess Lydia Garmadon!
Lydia took the mask off her face, and removed her hood, and when the Sons of Garmadon saw here, there was green paint on her face, and one of her eyes was purple.
Lloyd : No. . .
Akita : Lloyd, what's the weird creature standing in the shadows back there?
Lloyd and Akita both looked at the back, and Lloyd knew exactly who it was.
Lloyd : The Omega Oni.
Charlie : Why have one of Lydia's eyes turned purple?
Empress Harumi : They corrupted her . . .
Brenden : No, they had her show her Oni side, same way Mistake tried to do with Lloyd.
Charlie : She made this choice.
Richard : They took Pixal and Jay too?
Richard saw Killow and Violet open two more cells and lock Pixal and Jay up.
Richard : We need to get my father.
Charlie : Wait, Lydia's talking.
Princess Lydia : Thank you, Sons of Garmadon, and as we use the Oni Masks, and help my grandfather return his powers, we will rise above every elemental master, and show them to not never mess, with not just the sons, but also the granddaughter of Garmadon!
The Sons of Garmadon cheered at Lydia, who spotted her family on the railing watching them.
Lydia pulled Hutchins aside and pointed at them.
Princess Lydia : Speaking of whom. . .
Hutchins : Get them!
The Sons of Garmadon began climbing the stairs to attack.
Clayton : You have got to be kidding me.
Empress Harumi : Now what?
Richard : We get my father!
Charlie : Richard and I will get Morro, hold off these clowns for us.
Lloyd : Alright, just be careful.
Over the next 5 Minutes, Charlie and Richard were saving the sons of Garmadon, due to Richard having a ghostly scar due to how long his father was a ghost, and Charlie absorbing to powers of Light and Shadow, they both disappeared to reach the cell.
Charlie : Alright, time to get this thing open.
Morro : Who the heck are you?
Charlie : A friend, but that's all there is to say Morro.
Charlie tried picking the lock and using a blowtorch but it didn't work.
Charlie : Why won't this thing open.
Charlie then used his earth powers.
Morro : Well maybe you can try turning the lock pick very slightly.
Charlie then used his strength to break the door off.
Charlie : Oops.
Morro : Or that will work too.
Morro exited the cell and saw Richard.
Morro : Richard?
Richard : Dad, your alive!
Richard ran up and hugged his father, after not seeing him for an entire year.
Morro : You inherited my powers?
Richard : Yep, and this is Charlie, he's the Master of Amber, I met him at the Stixx Village nearly a year after that earthquake, he's the one who wanted to help me save you.
Morro : Thank you Charlie.
Charlie : Anytime, and but no time for thank yous right now, we need to leave.
Richard : What about Lydia?
Charlie : Leave her, we can't help her right now.
Charlie and Richard then went back up the stairs with Morro towards the way they came in, but as they looked down, they saw the Formlings coming their way.
Brenden : You guys got him.
Hutchins : Get the Formlings!
Richard : Oh no.
Lloyd : Charlie, get Morro out of here!
Charlie : But what about you and the Empress?!
Empress Harumi : We'll be okay!
Lloyd : Do the right thing, Charlie!
Charlie suddenly had an idea, but as he did, he saw a bomb.
Richard : Bomb!
Charlie charged at a biker that seemed to be teleporting away, and the others grabbed him at the same time.
Richard, the Formlings, and Morro grabbed Charlie, and due to how dark the Subway Station was, nobody saw them grab the biker that teleported them back towards the entrance.
Hutchins then had Killow and Violet subdue Lloyd and Harumi, and he chained them made them face Hutchins.
Hutchins : Chain them, and bring them to my special room.
Killow : Understood, sir.
Meanwhile outside the Subway Station
Charlie and the others appeared outside.
Charlie : Okay, I cannot believe that worked.
Morro : Great thinking Charlie.
Akita : How did you know grabbing the biker while he was teleporting would teleport us out too?
Charlie : I didn't, I just figured if I'm gonna get blown up i'm taking one of them down with me.
Richard walked over and hugged his father, glad that Charlie saved him.
Richard : I owe you everything Charlie.
Charlie : You don't owe me anything Richard, all I did was just get you the one thing you wanted.
Zach : We need to get to the Royal Palace and tell Kai, about Hutchins and Lydia.
Charlie : Agreed, let's move.
Charlie and the others walked away from the Subway Station and began walking towards the Royal Palace.
Meanwhile at the Royal Palace.
Cole , Siddie, Nya, Opal, and Arcturus were just now entering the Palace to find Chen and Kai, while Garmadon and Zane had returned.
Kai : So, let's recap how this day went, The Sons of Garmadon escaped, still no word from Cole's team, and Lydia is gone again!
Suddenly there was a knock on the door to the room Kai and the others were in.
Master Chen : It's open!
Cole entered the room with Nya, Opal, and Siddie right behind them.
Kai : Hey Cole, how did it go?
Cole : Bad and good, which part do you want first?
Kai : Do the bad part first, let's end on a happy note.
Cole : Okay, so we discovered the reason for the attack, was because the Vex also resurrected the Anacondrai Tribe, and they received a distress call from Pythor, shortly after arriving to the Crashcourse Canyon, they were ambushed by Clouse's Army, and the Vermilion Warriors, after all sides retreated, Clouse took the Anacondrai to make the spell permanent, but as we got to the Serpentine, Skales showed us the one Anacondrai who got away.
Kai : Who was it?
Arcturus then entered the room, which was a surprise to Garmadon and Chen.
Master Chen : Arcturus?
Arcturus : Master Chen.
Cole : Good news is, despite the army being captured, if Clouse makes his army permanently Anacondrai, they will have the same one weakness, has the rest of the Serpentine.
Garmadon : What is that weakness?
Nya then lifted the huge bag onto the table, and dumped out all 25 of the Magic Flutes.
Master Chen : The Magic Flutes!
Arcturus : Over Pythor's time as the "Snake King" After he stole yours, he went around finding the rest, and hid them all in one place . . .
Kai : The Crashcourse Canyon.
Arcturus : Exactly, and Skales helped me escape with the Flutes, and I figured it's best if they are in your hands now, this will be the best chance we have against Clouse.
Felicia : When they figured out what Pythor did, what did Clouse do?
Arcturus : Killed him . . .
Just then Charlie and the others ran into the room to tell them about the Sons of Garmadon.
Charlie : Dad, we have something to tell you!
Kai noticed his son and the others were out of breath, almost as if they ran for their lives.
Kai : Charlie what's wrong?
Charlie : They're back, The Sons of Garmadon are back, so is the Omega Oni, Mr. E, Hutchins, Killow, Violet, all of them!
Kai : What?
Charlie : And they helped Lydia embrace her Oni side, and the Omega Oni, helped slightly corrupt her, they brought her over to the dark side, with the Oni Mask of Hatred!
Garmadon : They corrupted my granddaughter?
Charlie : Yes.
Misako : What happened to Harumi and Lloyd?
Charlie : Hutchins captured them. . .
Kai : How do you know she was cirrupted.
Charlie : The skin on one of her hands and her arm turned gray, and one of her eyes was purple.
Master Chen : Did the spell wear off?
Charlie : I'm guessing Hutchins and the Oni found a way to reverse it faster, she's not a snake anymore.
Charlie then sat down to catch his breath . . .
Kai : Just rest for a bit Charlie, you guys are all tired.
Kai then looked up and saw Morro standing beside Richard.
Kai : Morro. . .
Morro : Kai.
Kai : Didn't think Vex actually did it.
Morro : I didn't care about his threats, I only cared about seeing my son again.
Richard : Dad, that may be, but if you think this is my end of the journey, your wrong, Charlie and the rest of these people are my friends now, i'm not just an Elemental Master, but I am one of the Young Ninjas, who will not quit until all Villains have been returned back to where they came from.
Siddie : I'm just glad you can still see things my way.
Richard : That's one reason why I love you Siddie. . .
Siddie : I love you too Richard. . .
Siddie and Richard kissed, while Cole and Opal were happy, Morro was shocked.
Morro : Okay, and may I ask what this is?
Richard : There's a place in my heart, for the Master of Earth, big deal, if you don't like it, then why save her father on the Day of the Departed.
Cole : I never did get to thank you for that Morro.
Morro : Anytime Cole, you wouldn't have deserved that kind of fate.
Garmadon : So Charlie.
Charlie : yes?
Garmadon : My son was captured, and now all of the Sons of Garmadon generals have returned, and Lydia has joined them?!
Charlie : Yes.
Garmadon : Perfect.
Garmadon then blasted everybody away from him with his powers and he jumped off the balcony of the room he was in and began running away from the palace.
Just as Charlie stood up he saw Garmadon running away.
Charlie : You dark heart, destructive coward!
Kai : Clouse's army are now permanently Anacondrai, and Garmadon is going to attempt to get control of Ninjago, that's means were in danger, we all are.
Hutchins then hacked the tv signal in the palace.
Hutchins : You sure are Young Ninjas . . .
Hutchins : I'm back!
Kai : Yea, Brenden and Akita already figured that out.
Hutchins : I just figured you should know it was Me who did this to you, of course I had a little Royal help, and now that i'm back, I think I will spend some quality time with our young green ninja.
Charlie : You do anything to the Emperor it will be the last thing you ever do!
Hutchins : He's mine, Charlie!
Charlie : Yea, we'll get him back first.
Hutchins : That's gonna be a little hard to do without the Palace!
Hutchins then pressed a button on one of his remotes, and a beeping noise went off.
Kai : Guys, that's a detonator, Run!
The Elemental Masters ran to reach the Bounty, but not before grabbing the Map of the Villains' Headquarters, and the Magic Flutes, as soon as they jumped onto the Bounty, a huge explosion went off behind them, causing the roof to collapse in some places of the Palace.
Misako : Oh my gosh . . .
2 Hours Later, in the Abandoned Subway Station
Garmadon already returned and Hutchins and Lydia were thrilled, while surprised, Garmadon seemed proud of his granddaughter for choosing his side.
Hutchins and the others then entered a room where Lloyd and Harumi were chained to poles, and they were just gaining consciousness.
Hutchins : Well well, look who's awake.
Empress Harumi : Where's my daughter?!
Hutchins : You will see her soon enough, but first, somebody would like to see you Lloyd.
Garmadon then entered the room leaving Lloyd in anger.
Lloyd : Not surprised, one bit, like I told you once before, My father cares for nothing but his wants for more power, once he gets complete control of Ninjago, he won't need you anymore!
Empress Harumi : How did you even get your men broken out of Krypterium Prison, let alone capture Pixal and Jay.
Hutchins : Like I said, Royal help...
Lydia then entered the room with the Oni Mask of Hatred chained to her back, and she did nothing but look guilty in front of her parents, and Harumi gasped at the scene.
Lloyd : You had my daughter embrace her Oni side, and turn her against us, just as you attempted to do with me by crushing the Bounty!
Empress Harumi : Lydia, why?!
Princess Lydia : Hutchins holds all the power now, and the great plan he showed me proved that you wouldn't have stood a chance against him and my grandfather, he'll let you go if-
Empress Harumi : I'd rather get run over by a train!
Hutchins : Your in luck . . .
Hutchins had his men open a tunnel.
Hutchins : There's another train coming this way, and when it comes it will be your ends. . .
Lloyd : I'm sure the Elemental Masters are coming to help us and get us home.
Hutchins : Yea, there's no place like home.
Lloyd : Obviously.
Hutchins : No really, there's no place like home . . . I blew it up!
Hutchins showed Harumi and Lloyd the footage of the Palace exploding.
Empress Harumi : You destroyed the Palace?!
Hutchins : Yep, and now that your home is gone, and a few of your friends are now ours, and now that your daughter is ours, nothing will stop me!
Hutchins then decided to start walking out of the room, with Garmadon and Lydia following him.
Empress Harumi : Lydia, this isn't you, don't let him do this!
Princess Lydia : I'm sorry Mom, but he let me know I didn't have a choice then, so he'll let me know . . . I don't have one now.
Lydia frowns and starts to walk away before turning around and winking at her Mother, which brought joy to her and Lloyd.
After leave the room, Lydia talks with Hutchins.
Princess Lydia : So what do you want me to do first?
Hutchins : Eager, to start working, Emerald Princess?
Princess Lydia : Yes, I am.
Hutchins : Find my generals, and have them prepare, we are going to launch our assault on Borg Tower closer to Midnight.
Princess Lydia : Understood sir.
Garmadon decided to kneel down and talk with Lydia.
Garmadon : I'm proud of you Lydia, you have embraced the side of the Oni, same as I did, and now we will rule this world together.
Princess Lydia : I'm looking forward to it. . . Grandfather.
Lydia hugged Garmadon, while surprised, he returned, and they left to have Mr. E, Killow, and Violet prepare for their attack.
Around 10:45 p.m. in the Subway Tunnel.
Empress Harumi : Some help you are Lydia. . .
Suddenly, Lloyd and Harumi saw the train coming.
Lloyd : The end of the road, or rail I guess.
Empress Harumi : Goodbye Lloyd...
The Train was about to hit them before Siddie came out of the vent in the ceiling and caused a small earthquake that sent the train flying, before Karloff came form behind Lloyd and Harumi and punched the train back out the tunnel.
Karloff : Back in Metalonia, it is not polite to hurt strong men.
Lloyd : Karloff?
Siddie then blasted a hole in the ceiling and another flying ship came down, which was surprising to Lloyd.
The loud noise attracted the Sons of Garmadon and Turner and Shade began attacking them.
Shade : Hello, your highness.
Turner : Been a while Lloyd.
Turner : But we figured you guys could use our help.
Lloyd : The Elemental Masters!
The ship landed and Lloyd and Harumi saw Zach and Akita.
Zach : Come on aboard!
Lloyd : Zach!
Empress Harumi : How did you know?
Zach : had a little help from a new royal friend of mine.
Harumi and Lloyd knew Zach was talking about Lydia.
They all boarded the ship and flew back out into the city.
Lloyd : Another flying ship?
Empress Harumi : What are the odds.
Akita : This ship is Brenden's, he got it when he was in the Realm of the Rivers, and named it in honor of his family, especially Harumi.
Lloyd : What did he name the ship?
Akita : The Jade Empress.
Harumi smiled when Akita said that.
Empress Harumi : Where is my brother?
Zach : On the Destiny's Bounty, everybody managed to leave the Palace okay.
Lloyd and Harumi looked back at the palace, and saw a lot of damage from the Explosion, and Smoke rising from the fires.
Lloyd : Oh my god. . .
Zach : We'll get the man responsible for this uncle, and we also made another Map, it marks the Resistance locations across Ninjago.
Lloyd : Let's see, the Garbage Depot, the Temple of the Airjitzu Master, The Monastery of Spinjitzu, and Chen's Island.
Zach : Clouse abandoned it after rescuing his men, I highly doubt he's going back to it now.
20 Minutes Later, The Jade Empress, and the Destiny's Bounty docked beside each other.
Misako : Lloyd!
Misako ran up and hugged her son, glad he was okay.
Lloyd : I'm fine Mom.
Misako : Where's Lydia?
Empress Harumi : Gone, she went with Hutchins, but something tells me she's on his circle of trust.
Akita : As long as she's not completely in the darkness, I believe she is.
Misako : Good.
What Lloyd and Harumi didn't notices was Akita and Zach found Mistake roaming the streets and they had her come aboard the ship on their way.
Mistake : I was worried this would happen.
Lloyd : Mistake?
Mistake : Hello Lloyd Garmadon.
Kai : You guys didn't know she was on the ship?
Empress Harumi : Nope.
Lloyd : Where are Cole and the others?
Kai : Look over there at the screens.
Lloyd and Harumi looked up and saw Siddie standing by Richard, Morro, Opal, Cole, and Charlie.
Lloyd : Apparently I'm not the only one who inspires others.
Tv Station in Borg Tower :
Siddie : Greetings Ninjago, I am the Black and Pink Ninja, and Elemental Master of Earth, Siddie Lancaster, and beside me are my friends Richard, and Charlie, and we have something important for you all to hear.
Richard : With an unmatched ferocity, Clouse and Hutchins have brought back their armies and have sent them across Ninjago, pushing the whole realm to the brink.
Charlie : And as we all brace for our darkest hour, we need to summon every last strength and ally we have to be the strength against their oppression.
Siddie : The Anacondrai Cultists and The Sons of Garmadon may be the greatest test any of us, or anyone in all of the 14 Realms may ever face, but with every possible ally, face them and defeat them we must . . .
All the Citizens in Ninjago were closely watching their speech to hear what they are going to say.
Siddie : And From this day forward we all set upon nothing but a mighty endeavor, with a struggle to protect our civilization, while every last villain tries to stop at nothing to turn us into a suffering humanity . . .
Siddie . . . As the Ninja's sons and daughters, we are the pride of not just the city, but the whole realm, and we will do whatever it takes to lead and protect you all throughout their war, and we all know that road will be nothing but long and hard, and we may not be able to make it without any pain or sacrifice, with all of our hearts and souls shaken, with their violences of war, and In our hour of great sacrifice, we shall prevail . . .
Siddie, Charlie, and Richard pulled out their weapons and were ready to raise them.
Siddie . . . As every last ally comes by our side to not only fight against their armies, but help us become the people, who take the fight to them!
Almost everybody in Ninjago cheered, at Siddie's speech, and Cole, Opal, Nya, and everybody else had a proud look on their face for her inspiring the citizens.
Siddie : Their armies will begin their march at Midnight, and so will our Resistance that will stop at nothing to protect the Realm of the First Spinjitzu Master, and do the villains want to know the reason why? It's because . . .
Siddie : . . . The Resistance Never Quits. . .
.
The End.
My next Story, March of the Villains will be Part 2 of the Young Ninja's adventure, as they summon every last possible ally to fight against the Anacondrai and the Sons of Garmadon, and while I did leave Lydia on a cliffhanger, I did that for a reason, and when the next story comes out soon, you will see what I mean, Sacrifices will be made, Old family members will return, and some villains, new-ish, and old show that they have nothing but good in their hearts,as the Elemental Masters' Resistance, will stop at nothing to Protect, and take back Ninjago, from every last Villain that dares to stand in there way.
March of the Villains will begin on May 20th.
