The Outside Of the House

Hope didn't know what to do, but one thing was for certain, they had to help free the children and the mother. Before this demon comes back and brings more chaos.

"What is going on here, Hope?" Syaoran asked.

"I don't know. But I love this." She smiled a little.

"Your enjoying this." Syaoran said.

"Maybe. But we need to save these people. Their spirits are here somewhere." Hope said.

Looking through the book, she saw how the ritual worked.

"Three candles, one in the center." Syaoran said out loud.

"Hey! I found the key." Hope said as she pulled in out of one of the pages.

"Then let's get out of here. We can find where it's from." Syaoran said.

They headed back up and unlocked a door on the first floor.

A gush of wind blew in their faces as they headed down some stairs.

"Guess this wasn't a basement." Syaoran said.

Hope thought he could be right. And he REALLY was.

There were three piles of bones just laying there in a cage.

"This place isn't one of Clow Reeds." Syaoran said.

Hope felt a little sad about it, but at least it was something historic about this in his time.

"Let's keep looking around. We'll find something." She said.

"I say let's check outside." Syaoran said.

Hope sighed and followed him back up.

But looking back, those were small piles.

Heading back out the door they looked around the outside around the house.

"How big in this place?" Syaoran asked.

"This house's acre is pretty expensive. To this day it would be...with a little of fixing, possibly around, 14,000,000 yin." She said.

"WHAT?! Holy- Hope that's a lot!" Syaoran yelled.

"Well, it's just the house. There is a greenhouse somewhere and something else. I mean there's a path leading through the area. It used to be a popular tourist place. Or at least the landlord said. And a few of the towns folks." She said.

Syaoran was impressed. "You got all that?"

"Of course. I did research." Hope said.

"Oh. Found the path." She added.

She and Syaoran headed down the path and found themselves at the greenhouse.

"This is..."

"A dump!" Syaoran snapped.

"Only because there's a tree on top of it." Hope said.

Heading inside, it looked pretty and alive in there after all these years. "This place was still maintained. All cut and pampered." Syaoran said.

Hope found pretty flowers while looking around.

"Who are you?"

A voice spoke.

Syaoran and Hope looked up, three faces appeared.

Syaoran pulled his sword ready to fight.

But one thing Hope had in common with Sakura, "Ghost!" She was scared of ghosts.

She grabbed Syaoran and ran out of there. They got half way back on the path when she stopped.

"Seriously?" Syaoran asked.

Hope only shook her head. "No. Ghosts."

"You can't keep running away from something that get's you out of the blue. You got me away from the other one." Syaoran said.

"Because that wasn't a ghost. It was a demon spirit."

"And they aren't the same thing?" Syaoran asked.

"Of course not!"

He rolled his eyes.
