Chapter 2

"Elsa, Elsa!" Anna yelled knocking at Elsas bedroom door. "I'm coming Anna." Elsa yelled. She was getting dress but all Anna wanted to do was read the journal. Finally the door opened and Elsa stepped out holding the journal.

"You need to work on your patience." Elsa laughed. "Later, I want to read more of the journal." Anna said taking the journal. "Anna you have meetings today." Elsa said taking the journal back. "So?" Anna said shrugging her shoulders.

"Go to the meetings we'll read later." Elsa smiled. Anna groaned and walked off. Elsa put the journal back in her room and closed the door. She had decided to spend the day around Arendelle.

"Elsa!" Olaf exclaimed happily walking towards her. "Hi Olaf." Elsa said waving. "Where's Anna?" Olaf asked looking around. "Did someone lock her in a room again?" Olaf asked. "What, Olaf no shes attending meetings." Elsa said shaking her head.

"Oh that makes a lot more sense." Olaf smiled. "Come on you can hang out with me while we wait for Anna." Elsa said taking Olaf's hand. "Ok." Olaf said happily.

The day went by soon Anna had finally finished her meetings. Anna flew open the doors and began to run to Elsas room. "Anna!" Kristoff called as she ran by. Anna stopped and slowly turned around.

"Hi Kristoff." Anna said giving a fake smile. "The wedding planner wants us to come up with a basic idea before we meet with him tomorrow." Kristoff said walking towards Anna.

"Right the wedding planner." Anna said upset she had let herself forget. "Come on." Kristoff said taking her hand. Anna looked behind her as Elsas room became further and further away.

"Thanks for coming with me today Olaf." Elsa said popping a chocolate in her mouth. "Of course I love spending time with my friends." Olaf said hugging Elsas. "Elsa!" Anna yelled running towards her.

"Hi Anna." Olaf said waving. "Hi Olaf, come on Elsa it's time." Anna said pulling at Elsa. "Time for what?" Olaf asked. "Nothing." Elsa said being pulled away by Anna. Anna pulled Elsa up the stairs until they reached Elsas room.

Elsa opened the door and grabbed the journal. The two girls walked to the libary where they sat on one of the couches. Elsa opened the journal and began reading.

"Dear Journal, I talked to Agnarr today he was reading a book by some danish author it was about about a mermaid and magic. I wish I had or knew someone with magic that would be awesome.

I heard Agnarr and some other people talking about the enchanted forest. Apparently there is a fog that covers it and no one can come in or out. Thank goodness I got Agnarr and me out when I did. If only I could figure why the spirits were angered.

I saw these girls today they were talking to Agnarr by showing off their dresses and hair. He didn't seem to care he kept talking to me. They got mad for some reason and started making fun of my clothes, so Agnarr requested that I had some dresses made. They're not as comfy as my other clothes but they are very pretty.

I'm waiting to tell Agnarr that I"

"Why did the entry end?" Anna asked confused taking the journal. "Someone must have walked in and mother stopped writing." Elsa said standing up.

"But what did she want to tell father, I need to know." Anna exclaimed. "Anna calm down just read the next page. Elsa said pointing at the journal.

"Right." Anna said turning the page and began reading again.

"I attended my first ball today. Agnarr said that I would be his guest of honor that made me blush. I'm still getting used to walking in heels but I think I pulled it off tonight. Agnarr did say I was the prettiest on there.

I'm still working up the nerve to tell him I saved him that day in the enchanted forest. He keeps telling me about the voice he heard. Apart of me wants to just blurt our and say it but northluldra anything was banned.

If I tell him I could be arrested on spot and then Agnarr would never speak to me again. So I'm waiting until the right time.

Tomorrow the castle servants are doing a giant cleaning of the rooms in the castle which means I'll have to hide this extra well so no one reads it I already know the perfect place.

There's a small hole in the wall in my closet no one knows it's there because it's covered up by clothes. I'm going to hide there tonight so the ladies don't find it tomorrow."

Anna went to read the next page but stopped. "What." Elsa said walking over. "Mother shes not thirteen in this chapter shes..." Anna began saying before Elsa grabbed the journal.

"She's eighteen, but how." Elsa said flipping back and forth between the pages. "She must have forgotten she left it in the hole and found it five years later." Anna said standing up.

"Well if she forgot about it for five years nothing interesting obviously happened." Elsa said handing Anna the journal back. "Anna!" Kristoff called opening the door. Anna threw the journal book to Elsa who caught it and put it behind her back.

"Hey Kristoff." The girls said nervously. "Oh um hey." Kristoff laughed nervously. "Are you coming up soon."

"Yeah right now actually." Anna said walking over. "I'll see you tomorrow." Elsa smiled. "Goodnight." Anna said waving.

Once Kristoff and Anna left, Elsa sighed relieved. She took the journal upstairs and went to bed.
