AN: In this chapter is the group's first real encounter with characters from Dxd. Yes I do realize that there is an Angel and Fallen working together, but since they are both leaders and angels, and ancient, they have fought side by side in the past. They may not like each other the most, but due to this new circumstance, they are willing to act as they know best.

Three Weeks Later, June 1, 2008

"Hello, you must be Harry Potter and his friends, I have heard a lot about you," A large muscular man said as he welcomed the group into his gym where a thinner man but still quite muscular man was sitting.

"Yes, these are Hermione Granger, Su Li, Neville Longbottom, Susan Bones, Luna Lovegood, and Daphne Greengrass, and you would be Ralph I assume," Harry said calmly.

"Indeed, so I heard from Shem here, that you want to work out with me, well I'm willing to do that, for a greatly reduced price since you killed the bastard that killed one of my best friends, just too far away for me to save him," Ralph said, having actually had one of his Brave Saints died suddenly, but unable to understand how since he had been in good health, at least that was before the wards broke and he was able to do some more research and realize the five of clubs had been hit by a killing curse.

"I also witnessed the death of Roger, he was a good man, very god-fearing," Shem said wanting to see how the magi would react, having been told by Azazel that part of the reason why Merlin, Morgana, Salazar, and Helga had initially created the wards was due to prosecution from the church.

"So are you religious then?" Hermione asked interested at the mention of God.

"While I was in active duty, I was the Chaplin of my squadron, so yes we both do worship the God of Abraham, me more than Shem, you don't worship god do you?" Ralph asked cautiously recognizing this group had a lot of magical power that he did not know how to combat exactly.

"No, God hates us, at least that is what I have always been told," Daphne said coldly which Susan, Neville, and Luna nodded in agreement with.

"Daphne, you can't really believe that, if it wasn't for the church I would probably have starved some summers, or froze to death some winters, Brother Shidou was one of the few people in Surrey who did not actually believe my aunt and uncle how they said I was Devil Spawn, though his daughter did once try and convince my cousin I was not, after she stole some holy water from her father's office, and poured it on me," Harry said calmly, causing the pure-bloods eyes to go wide.

"Harry, I did not know you had any history with the church, I grew up catholic but when my magic started to appear the priest stopped being able to see me it seemed, he would acknowledge everyone that went to services except me," Hermione said sadly.

"My family personally prayers to the Jade Emperor, but I don't have any problems with the other gods, as long as they don't try and strike me down," Su said calmly.

"Interesting, I think I heard of Brother Shidou before, I believe he was born in Japan but then transferred to Surrey after the members in the town he lived in all moved away, I also believe his daughter, Irina, is training in the Vatican to follow in his footsteps," Ralph said calmly, though inwardly happy to see that the Ward Breaker did not hate his father.

"Oh well if Harry says that they don't hate us, I have no problem with the church, to be honest, I just know that, like Daphne, they had tried to kill all the Wizards and witches which is why the Statute of secrecy was created," Neville said calmly.

"Okay, I think that since it has been centuries since they have killed any wizards or witches, I won't hate them," Daphne said after a few moments, causing Susan and Luna to make similar statements.

"So, while talking with Ted, he mentioned that your world has three classes of people, the purebloods, the half-bloods, and the muggle-borns, is that correct?" Shem asked kindly, inwardly ecstatic like Ralph was, that they all were willing to give God a chance.

"Yes, that would be correct, why does that matter?" Susan asked slowly, rather confused.

"Well Ted, told me that the pure-bloods would need the most background help, while the Half-bloods would be hit or miss on what they know, based on which culture they grew up in, while the muggle-borns would be the furthest ahead, most likely," Shem said calmly to which Hermione nodded her agreement.

"That makes sense, Harry and I went to the state schools from the time we were four until we got our letters, so for me I just finished fifth grade when I got my letter, while the rest of you learned from your families," Hermione said calmly.

"So I assume you and Harry are muggle-borns?" Shem asked carefully.

"Hermione is, I am actually a half-blood along with Su, but she grew up in the magical world, while I grew up in the muggle world, like Hermione, the other four are pure-bloods," Harry said calmly.

"Okay then, here is an idea, why don't we all meet here tomorrow at the same time, and I will have tests prepared to see where you are at so I can best make a plan for what to teach you and how fast, I think you said you wanted your first year of college done, and I am accredited to teach most of those classes by the University of London," Shem said with a smirk as Harry and Neville groaned at the thought of taking tests.

"And the classes he is not accredited to teach, I am, now I hope you are all wearing workout clothes like I asked since I want to see what your physical condition is like," Ralph said with a smirk as everyone except Harry and Su groaned.

"I must say you all did okay, better than I would have expected from a group of people who tend to just point sticks at things and watch things happen, but as I am sure Ralph will make you realize, you all are in really poor condition, with the exception of Ms. Li who is just in poor condition," Shem said after the group had all finished a dozen tests that Ralph had set up for them, though Harry had also done okay, however, it was evident that his past had not been kind to him, as he was by far the thinnest of the bunch.

"Like Shem said you are a rather sad bunch, but in the next year and some I will get you in good shape, so we will alternate days at least to start, one day will be with me, the next will be with Shem," Ralph said with a smile as the teens all glared at him.

"Now remember tomorrow same time, but you don't have to wear workout clothes unless you want to," Shem said with a smile before dismissing the teens.

"So how was the meeting with the ward-breaker?" Michael asked as the two walked into the small chapel at the back of the gym.

"Good, Micheal, he has a lot of respect for Touji Shidou, since apparently, he treated him well, despite the fact that his aunt and uncle telling everyone he was Devil spawn," Raphael said respectfully.

"That is a relief since he does not harbor any negative feelings towards the church, he is less likely to commit suicide if he is hurt and we turn him into one of our saints," Michael said with a smile.

"I agree, do you think it could be possible to have Touji come at some point, I am sure the ward breaker would be happy to see him, and perhaps his daughter as well since I believe the ward breaker knows her as well," Shemhazai suggested calmly.

"Perhaps, I know that Touji is quite busy being the chief exorcist in Northern Europe, but I will see what I can do," Michael said calmly before the three all went their separate ways.

In the following months Shemhazai and Rafael were amazed at the work ethic of the teens, and how fast they were advancing in their education, Harry and Hermione being at the equivalent of having completed 75% of their first college semester by Christmas, while the rest being about at about halfway complete. As for physical performance, it was clear that Harry and Su were a ways ahead of the others, but they were constantly helping the other five. While this all was happening some groups in each of the factions had also heard of the return of the Magi to the general world and decided to take advantage of it.
