Beasts
Beasts are people with DNA and physiology altered to become Super Soldiers. They have enhanced physical abilities because of these modifications.
DNA alteration
Gene-splicing is the act of involving adaptations from one or more species. Also, relate them to another. The result will change in physiology, most human-animal physiology.
Muirfield
It is a scientific organization made by Li Zhao. He produces beasts at the order of the government and exchanges them for money. They are part of a medical experiment conducted in Afghanistan. Muirfield uses DNA manipulation to serve as super soldiers. FBI sponsored them. The experiment was a source of super strength to the soldiers, but it spiraled out of control. As a result, the company had to cut off the experiment and their human guinea pigs.
After this, made a cleanup operation to destroy all evidence of the project's existence. Also, attempted to execute all the recruits injected with the serum. Alongside them, they executed all people involved in the project. This continued with the research team responsible for creating and administering the serum.
Destruction
Vincent went on missions by Reynolds to get rid of any people associated with Muirfield. Afterward, Vincent takes out any beasts Muirfield created. Reynolds then tries killing Vincent by setting up a fake mission as a trap Vincent will walk into. Before he can, Catherine discovers the truth and arrests Reynolds.
Beasts powers
- Their five senses are all acute. They can see with absolute clarity at vaster distances than an ordinary human can. Also, in near-total darkness. As a result, hear sounds ordinary humans cannot and hear to vaster distances. Their sense of smell is incredible because they identify and track things.
- Their ability to track goes far beyond because of combined all their senses. This relives past events by focusing on the one they want to track.
- They are also stronger, faster, and more durable than normal humans are. This allows them to go toe to toe with a team of Black Ops and get through things that would execute an ordinary person.
- The experiments provided their abilities to them also gave them some unwanted traits. An example is to transform into beast-like forms when they become enraged or thrilled. Their transformations vary from black vein markings. Also, appear all over their body to limited amounts of shape-shifting. Their eyes glow yellow; their fingernails extend into long claws. Their teeth become pointed. The voice becomes deeper, mirroring their angry and primitive persona. They produce loud growls and roar; and heightened aggression.
- Also, Vincent experienced blackouts, diagnosed as the fugue state. So Vincent is up and walking around but it is as if he has amnesia. During this, Vincent will become aggressive towards others familiar.
The abilities and traits are almost the same as werewolves!

2) First-generation
Muirfield created the first generation of beasts. Muirfield started their experiments on small orphan children. Yet, the problem has been they could not control themselves when transformed and. So, forced to use a certain medication that suppresses their beast side. Not all First Generation beasts experienced this problem. Besides, the first generation of beasts is weaker than others.

3) Super Soldiers
This type appeared around 2002 in Afghanistan during the war. The soldiers were the subjects, though volunteers. The Super Soldiers showed no ill effects until they began experiencing blackouts. During the blackouts, they lost control. Their creator Vanessa Chandler was capable to create an antidote, but died executed.

4) Fireproofs
This type appeared when Muirfield put out fires on oil rigs. They accomplished this by making them fire-resistant, using bacteria resistant to fire. They are not as strong as other beasts, but they can gather an aura of fire around themselves. Can launch it at an opponent and this provides them a considerable advantage in a fight.

5) Upgraded
Super Soldier Beast whose strength, speed, and endurance enhanced. Muirfield kidnapped Vincent and, upgraded, brainwashed wiping his memories. He proved himself superior to other beasts.

7) Controlled
A man named Sam Landon to develop new beasts used the serum. To control his experimental "pets", he had included something to the serum. Also, prevent the beasts from keeping any memories while transformed under his control.

The eyes of all beasts except the fireproofs glow yellow. The eyes of fireproof glow orange. When Vincent interacts with Tony Windsor, he becomes terrible and his eyes glow in red.
Muirfield was not the exclusive company that developed the beasts. In season, three appeared someone named Juliana. She created a bunch of experiments to kill Liam Cullen.
