The following day, Vincent woke up early and drank coffee before going to work. Chris was in the kitchen, preparing breakfast for Allison and Isaac. It amazed seeing Vincent awake at six in the morning.
"It is 6:00 and you are awake," said Chris, and wondered. "You work at 10:00."
"Can't sleep because I am in an unknown place, another bed, and atmosphere," explained Vincent.
"This is the first time you left New York?" wondered Chris because had the same issue.
"Is it the second time," responded Vincent and asked. "Why did you let us stay here?"
"You take care of them for two weeks," answered Chris.
"Why are both awake?" wondered Vincent.
"We need to do something important," said Isaac, and suggested. "Not between us, as you think."
"That thing happened last time?" asked Allison.
"I should ask you what to talk about? Why aren't you both in bed?" guessed Chris
"A mad werewolf with a pack of alpha causes many problems," replied Allison, and wondered. "What do you want to do?"
"You revised the family code, but be cautious," advised Vincent due to her emotions.
"I lost you once; don't want to lose again," said Chris, and asked. "What did you do?"
"A spiritualism, and it sounds frightening. Deaton or Morel will aid us," said Isaac and explained. "Something strange happens because the beast is not the one who pretends to be."
"Morel, don't think, but Deaton will," said Vincent after hearing what Isaac said.
"I don't know where to begin," said Chris a bit shocked by this,
"Deaton uses magic and knows a spell to talk with someone from a unique time or place," explained Isaac.
"Looked at Rebecca's journal and found, with the help of Lydia, two hidden pages," said Allison and showed. "Here is a family tree of Argents."
"Is there another Argent than Jean Chastel?" asked Vincent, intrigued by the finding.
"Her name is Marie-Jeanne Valet and remembers what you told me. More specific about the story between Rebecca and Alistair," said Allison, and showed. "Rebecca isn't the only Argent who changes her name."
"Marie-Jeanne Valet was also known as the Maid of Gevaudan," said Chris, and informed. "You forgot to mention Jean Chastel."
"We are going to talk with her because is the beast or a scapegoat for the true beast," said Isaac, and specified. "He must protect Dread Doctors and not live his own life as wants."
"I don't know what you want to do, but good luck," said Vincent thinking about what happened.
"Good luck to the doctor who has the new hypochondriac patient," said Isaac.
"You want to eat something fatty? Why did you come here? " wondered Allison
"Next year you will replace the pig with me if you keep eating so much," amused Isaac.
"How will I injure my thin clown?" asked Allison
"Go back to your room and I will come soon to serve you breakfast," advised Chris.
"Allow me to prepare the tea and don't cut my fingers with the knife," amused Vincent.
Vincent went to work, and Chris served breakfast in bed with Isaac and Allison. Nikko and Gekko began cleaning the house of Stilinski with the help of Pawa. Scott's pack reunited in Derek's loft. There were Ethan, Aiden, and Jackson. Deaton used magic and surprised everyone by witnessing who the Maid of Gevaudan was. At that moment, they experienced an odd feeling because both dimensions intersected. From that moment and space that allowed them to talk.
"Who are you? What is that? "What do you want?" asked Marie in shock.
"Do you want to present ourselves or to begin with problems?" guessed Scott trying to calm her down.
"Present first, but where do you come from? "Why does she look like me?" asked Marie, seeing Alisson.
"My name is Allison Argent and I am your descendant," presented Allison and shared. "We are from Century 21."
"My name is Marie Jean Valet; the first Argent. Hope I can aid because not every day does someone from the future contact you," shared Marie.
"My name is Scott McCall; I am a true alpha and live in a city called Beacon Hills, America," informed Scott and showed. "This is my pack."
"My name is Stiles Stilinski; I am a human because some time ago a Nogitsune possessed me. The negative side of me changed with the light side from Nogitsune," presented Stiles.
"My name is Lydia Martin; I am a banshee."
"You recognize me," said Allison, surprised because saved Scott.
"My name is Kira Yukimura and I am Thunder Kitsune," said Kira.
"My name is Liam Dunbar and I am a beta werewolf," presented Liam and shared. "Scott bites me because a mad Wendigo wanted to slay me while hanging on the enormous building."
"A colorful pack," said Marie, intrigued to see such diversity.
"Here is a photo with another member of Scott's pack," said Stiles, and showed. "She is Malia Hale and is a werecoyote."
"My name is Isaac Lahey. I am a beta werewolf, "presented Isaac and shared. "Allison is my love,"
"Jackson Whittemore, and was a Kanima, but became a werewolf after that." presented Jackson and related. "I left Beacon Hills. Also, I tried to see if I could be a Kanima again. It worked and I was completely delighted because I did not need a master, but after two years, I evolved.
"My name is Ethan, and we were from an alpha pack, and we are omegas like Jackson," presented Ethan and said. "We can do this together."
"Greetings, glad to contact you," said Aiden.
"My name is Alan Deaton and I am the emissary," presented Deaton.
It amazed Marie to meet such a colorful pack. They made a normal pack of werewolves and no other species. She did not understand why a group of teenagers needed her help. They showed Marie the attack of the beast and the footage from New York. Alisson, Ethan, Aiden, Isaac, Jackson, Tess, Catherine, and Vincent met the alpha pack of the beast.
"What happened to him? You know the reason I am accomplishing this?" wondered Isaac.
"Devout was an orphan and his biological family died," responded Marie, and said. "I don't recognize the reason, but people tortured them."
"We need more information," said Scott to make his profile.
"Someone framed Devout family, and they killed his parents," said Marie, and resumed. "After the death of his parents, people discovered that killed two innocent people. Also, the responsible person was free out there."
"Has a reason in the entire world to destroy Gevaudan," concluded Stiles, and wondered. "Why don't you search better?"
"Don't know, but Devout is the last person who expects to be the beast of Gevaudan," explained Marie.
"I know how to be an orphan and my parents died in a car accident," said Jackson, and added. "I am adopted, but my adoptive parents died too."
"Up to the present time, can't believe this is the beast of Gevaudan, but you don't have to slay him," advised Marie, and added. "Also, in the footage from New York is the Devout that I know."
"Do you think there is something good about him? Can it save me?" wondered Aiden.
"If he betrays Dread Doctors to live his own life as he wants, to build his pack, but if it is a problem. You must slay him," advised Marie and added. "Also, as can be observed, when he commits those crimes, it is without his pack."
"How can you be so sure there is something good in him?" Aiden wondered after the encounter.
"Helped me with money when my uncle was very sick," replied Marie and related. "A quack promised us a cure, but the cure was expensive and I didn't have the money to buy it."
"How Devout aided you?" asked Liam, shocked by the story.
"All the people from Gevaudan offer me one coin or two each day. So decide to gather the plants I need to cure my uncle," shared Marie.
"So Devout followed, became a werewolf, and attacked, allowing his defeat," concluded Deaton.
"My uncle lives because of Devout," said Marie, very grateful.
"Can you describe to us the fight with Devout?" Isaac wondered.
"It began on August 11th, 1765, when gathered some herbs in the glade," related Marie and resumed. "I had the luck to meet the beast. The enormous werewolf was in front of me, but the distance between us was three hundred meters."
"What did you do?" asked Jackson, hoping to see with his own eyes.
"He roared at me and I took the bow," said Marie, and guessed. "Wizard, can you display them?"
"I am aware I will consume my magic, but you can aid us," said Deaton, and advised. "Keep narrating your story because we are going to see it."
"As before stated, I took my bow from the ground. I launched arrows at him and, while dodging the arrows, roared," related Marie.
"I get why they knocked Gabe with the giant stone," said Jackson making the connection.
"An arrow with Kanima venom," said Marie, and congrats. "It was a clever idea."
"Up to this time, I can't explain why acted that," said Allison recalling how saved Scott
"You have inside a piece of Marie-Jeanne Valet. This explains why they are more accurate with the bow, crossbow, or kunai," said Deaton, and added. "Also, are not only her descendants, are her reincarnation."
"I wasn't frightened of him and he came closer and closer," said Marie and informed. "I had the chance to look into his eyes and was sure he had seen these eyes before."
"So Devout recognized Allison and was sure you were," concluded Lydia and remarked. "You swear with your hand on the heart that the guy who attacked Allison with the rest is Devout."
"Okay, if it claims to be, who is the murderer werewolf?" asked Aiden, and added. "Also, I guess the murderer from the past is the same one from the past."
"What happens next?" wondered Kira intrigued by the story.
"Had a stick on the ground and snatched it to defend me," related Marie, and said. "He scratched his arm and in that second impaled him."
"So scratch yourself a bit to show the people you survived and make the best run," concluded Ethan, and asked. "How many coins are there?"
"The quack of Henry cured my uncle for free," related Marie, and added. "Also, he named me the Maid of Gevaudan."
It amazed all to hear Devout rescue their uncle, Marie. The pack was aware something was missing after the portal opened. This is because were sure they recognized who the murdered werewolf was. Marie wished them luck, but Scott wanted to ask her one more question.
"If I asked you a question, could you respond to it?" guessed Scott thinking at Derek
"Sure, I can tell you the right answer," advised Marie.
"Is a guy named Derek Hale," said Derek and asked. "When I was fifteen years old, I fell in love with someone."
"Her name was Paige and Derek was a victim of some mad werewolves," related Allison and resumed. "A werewolf bit Paige, but didn't accept the bite. So Derek killed her to end her suffering because Paige informed him."
"Paige was his first love and, after two years, she fell in love with an Argent. Kate, the aunt of Allison," related Isaac and added. "Also, she didn't respect the code and burned the house during the wolf moon ceremony."
"I hate fanatics," said Marie, sad about what happened.
"Derek was sure he was the unique survivor and went to New Mexico," said Liam, and added. "After some years, he returned because his sister, Laura, returned to the Beacon Hills."
"Her uncle killed Laura to become an alpha to do justice," said Stiles.
"I hope this guy had a compelling reason to slay a member of his family," hoped Marie.
Lydia's completed sentence, "He paralyzed for six years in a bed and scratched Kate's neck to kill her. Yet survived to shift in a Werejaguar."
"Derek discovered his younger sister, Cora, is alive," said Kira.
"What do you want to ask?" wondered Marie because was not sure.
"Derek is a reasonable guy and has lost everything," said Derek and asked. "You think Devout will revive his parents?"
"Devout will help Derek," said Marie, knowing him too well.
"What do you think?" wondered Jackson.
"Can't forget where he left," replied Marie, and added. "Also, Derek and Devout have a tragic life story."
"It is late. Thanks for the conversation and everything," said Ethan.
"I hope we are going to see one day," wished Marie and explained. "Remember, do not consider the book by the cover, and Devout looks like a monster, but it matters what is inside of him."
Aiden clarified, "You mean redemption."
"Good luck," said Marie.
They slept in Derek's loft before they informed their parents where they were. Braeden, Cora, Malia, and Derek were in the car. They stopped at a motel. Derek got tired, and then he put his head on the pillow and slept. Malia and Cora received a text message about what had happened.
