When Galaxia and Rosepetal got back, a dragoness was sitting in the mosaic pool. She looked exactly like the mosaic, with her navy blue scales and the stars under her wings. Galaxia, being Galaxia, just walked back to his hammock and pulled out a scroll.
"Galaxia! Get your lazy butt over here and introduce yourself!" Ash roared, smiling.
"Ugh, ok." Galaxia replied while slowly getting up.
"Hey there! So you're that WhipWing I saw in that vision! I'm Moonwave, by the way!" Said the dragoness, introducing herself.
"Visions? You what?" Galaxia asked, puzzled.
"I'm half NightWing," Moonwave replied, "I was born on the Brightest Night, so I have both prophetic powers and mindreading. And yes, I know I am."
"Prophetic powers. Cool. Oh, I'm Galaxia, by the way." Galaxia responded, awestruck by this dragoness. What other powers could she possibly have, he thought.
"Well, I'm an animus. I promise I'm not dangerous." Moonwave replied, seeing Galaxia shudder.
"I'm going to get back to my scroll now." Galaxia announced awkwardly.
"Ok then." Ash replied, finally joining the conversation.
Galaxia padded back to his hammock and took out his scroll, curling the edges out so he could read it. It was about scavengers.
It read:
Scavengers are a lot more intelligent than we used to think. Some scavengers can perform simple tasks, like drawing, reading, and even some writing. Their tiny squeaks are actually a complex language, much like ours, or the old Pantalan language. There are even records of scavengers who have lived with or been raised by dragons, who learnt how to speak in our tongue.
By the time the dragons had figured out most of this information, most scavengers had been hunted, leaving the species endangered. A group of young dragons, mostly RainWings and IceWings, from Jade Mountain Academy had set out to build a sanctuary for these amazing creatures, and soon, the scavengers could be released back into the wild, where they still thrive to this day.
By the time Galaxia looked up again, his eyelids started to feel heavy. He eventually set his scroll down next to his hammock and started trying to go to sleep. He tossed and turned for a while, trying to block out the swishing of the nearby waves on the beach.

Galaxia woke up to the sound of chattering and talonsteps. He poked his head out and saw Moonwave gathering up a huge pencil case, stuffed completely full with brightly coloured pens and pencils.
"What do you need those for?" asked Galaxia sleepily.
"Classes are starting up today." Moonwave explained.
"Oh ok. I'd better get ready, then." Galaxia replied, slowly getting out of his hammock.
Galaxia grabbed his pencil case and his scrolls and headed out the door for his first class. It was science, his favourite subject. He walked down the hallway, seeing Hurricane walking towards a door that led to the classrooms.
"Hey Hurricane." Galaxia called.
"Hi!" Hurricane called back, running over to Galaxia.
"So, what subject do you have now?" Asked Galaxia.
"I have science, as far as I know." Hurricane replied
"Oh me too." Galaxia answered
When they got into class, Moonwave and Rosepetal were already there. As Galaxia was sitting down, the science teacher walked in.
"Hello class! My name is Iridescence and I'll be your science teacher this year!" announced the teacher, a beautiful DropWing "And just so you know, I'm also the principal, so if you happen to misbehave there'll be consequences."
The teacher gave a long introduction to the class, as well as a few icebreaker activities. Afterwards, the dragonets learned about how a dragon's wings enabled them to fly. Galaxia found this particularly interesting, as he did with everything in science. After the lesson, Galaxia hurried off straight to the library to finish the homework he was just given.
At dinner that evening, Galaxia sat next to the usual dragonets, Ash and the LaceWing. The LaceWing was eating slower this time. The dragonets joked around, occasionally having small food fights, only to be stopped by one of the four teachers.
After dinner Galaxia went straight to the beach and since he was still hungry, he started fishing.
"Hey! What're you doing?" Came a voice from behind him. Galaxia was so surprised he almost fell in the water. It was Rosepetal.
"Woah, don't sneak up on me like that." Galaxia replied.
"OK, I'll try. Anyway, why are you always down here?" Rosepetal asked, sitting down next to Galaxia.
"Well I was going to ask you the same thing." Galaxia countered.
"I just love the sunset." Rosepetal answered.
"Well it's finished now so there's no point in being here. I'm going to head back" Galaxia pointed out.
"Right then. I'll meet you there." Roseptal replied.
Hi there! Hopefully the next chapter should have the hybrid chart, but I wouldn't count on it, since Lightfeather hasn't been working on it too much (YES I HAVE!!!)
Anyways, keep submitting OCs please! Try to keep it to one hybrid per person, since there won't be that many hybrids.
Anyways, that's all from us!
