Chisaki was lying on the ground as the four of them landed. As soon as they did though, Izuku felt intense pain as Eri's quirk intensified.

"Deku!" Ultraman said. "Eri...how do I get her to stop? I have no idea how to stop this." he said before seeing Chisaki reach for them. "Don't!" he shouted as Chisaki touched them as the rewind power surged through him, unfusing him with Rikiya as Ochako went and pinned Chisaki down quickly.

"Deku!" Ochako shouted.

The heroes could only look before Aizawa groaned as Tsuyu tilted his head up as he went and erased her quirk, knocking her out.

"Phew. Thank goodness." Ultraman said as the police moved to arrest the Hassaikai. "Looks like the police are already making their move."

"Okay you. Anarchy King. You're under arrest." one officer said.

"Hold it. You can't arrest him!" Tsumugi said.

"Yeah...this guy...he's not some villain. He's a hero who risked his life to save this girl." Izuku said.

"I can vouch for Mick, too. He helped out as well." Captain Cold said.

"What they say is true. But it doesn't change the fact that…" Ultraman said. "Truth is...they came to me earlier and asked me to cooperate and infiltrate Hassaikai with Heat Wave." he lied. "At first I wasn't going to make any moves but...I couldn't stand by and watch as they took the life of this girl for granted."

"Hmm...if that's the case...we have no reason to arrest him or Heat Wave." the police chief said.

"What about the third one that was with them?" one officer said.

"He...was not a true member. He proved that today." Ultraman said.

"As soon as he saw that Overhaul had the advantage, he bolted. He's probably looking for the key as we speak." Heat Wave added.

"However...he will never be allowed back. We may be part of some cult to you, but even we have things we cherish above all else." Ultraman said. "Consider our quest for the key over as of this moment. Besides, given our conditions. We should be seeking medical care too."

"He's right, we have a lot of people seriously injured, send ambulances!" Ryukyu said as the police and medical staff got to work searching the place.

"We did it." Ultraman said before looking to the heroes. "You know, I know you guys consider us enemies but...I just couldn't be a coward again. I just couldn't. I…" he said before a hand was offered by Jexi.

"Hey...don't go crying us a river like that. You held on till we got there. No way you're some coward. You're a hero." Jexi said with a smile.

"W-Wow...thanks." Ultraman replied, stunned.

"You were in the PLT, right? And then you lost to the Hidden Band. You should know, we're the ones who took them down and avenged all of those they eliminated. Next time some tournament like that happens, you should try again." Titanica said. "I bet you'd be amazing."

"Thanks. If it ever happens again, I'll be sure to sign up." Ultraman said.

The group was soon headed off to the hospital to get healed up while other events unfolded on the highway.

"That's right. We're transporting the leader of the Shie Hassaikai to the nearest villain hospital. We have the bullets and previously unidentified capsules." one officer said. "Huh? What is ….ah!" they said before looking to the truck ahead to see Shigaraki and Techno on top of it.

"In Shogi, the point is to take out the king right?" Shigaraki said.

"There's a little more to it than that." Dabi said, opening the doors to reveal the rest of the New Universal Villains.

"It's just like you said. This was the quickest route to the nearest villain hospital." Techno said on the phone.

"Jin was the one who reminded me to call. I was too busy watching Izuku. Sorry we're not there so you'll have to get your hands dirty." Toga said.

"It's no problem, it's nice to get out once in a while and have some fun. Isn't that right, Dabi?" Techno asked.

"Yeah." Dabi said.

"Hehe. While we failed to get the girl at the center of their plans, we're certain you'll have no trouble getting the finished product. We also watched the cops and they didn't get anything else. Also, we intercepted something very interesting and Catra is running to deliver it right as we speak. Besides, I'm sure you wanna say hi right?" Toga said.

"Oh crap. That's Tomura Shigaraki and Techno of the New Universal Villains." the officer said as the truck weaved.

"Hey! Stop weaving, lizard! I get motion sick!" Dabi shouted to Spinner as he drove.

"My name is Spinner! What would Stain say about this? Is attacking the police really aligned with his ideas of a new hero society? I don't approve." Spinner said.

"It's a necessary sacrifice, Spinner." Shigaraki said. "Let's go, Techno."

"Of course. After you." Techno said as the two watched as Dabi fired at the car only to look in surprise as a sand shield blocked it. Emerging from the car was the Sand Hero known as Snatch.

"Of course, they sent a hero. Spinner, slow down!" Shigaraki shouted as the truck slowed down as they got closer.

Shigaraki and Techno then leaped from the top of the truck, the former ready to strike, but Snatch caught him with sand.

"I know how your power works. It really doesn't work on sand since there's not much to really destroy." Snatch said.

"You've got a point there." Shigaraki said.

"However, Shigaraki is only a misdirection. Now watch as the police car goes flying through the air." Compress said sending a marble out as it unleashed a piece of rubble under the car, overturning it.

"Oh man. Ah!" an officer shouted as Techno broke into the van.

"If you want to live, I suggest you get out now. Roll just right and you won't get seriously injured." Techno said as the driver rolled out.

The van came to a halt as Snatch saved the nearby officers. "Are you all right?" Snatch asked.

"How predictable. Prioritizing innocent lives." Dabi said.

"We've been finding burnt corpses all over the city. Was that your doing?" Snatch demanded.

"Wow...looks like Shigaraki and Techno aren't the only ones getting famous." Dabi said.

"Do you even think about the families of those you…" Snatch said before the upper part of his body was sealed in an orb.

"And that is that." Compress said.

"Pretty sure he could only turn his top half into sand so he's probably dead." Dabi said.

"Ah, that's unfortunate." Techno said. "Oh well, accidents happen. Speaking of which…" Techno said as he and Shigaraki approached where Chisaki was strapped down.

"Now...who did you say was going to be the next leader?" Shigaraki said before they saw Catra approach. "You took your time."

"Yeah, yeah. Sorry. The package was a little restless." Catra said tossing down a tied up MR. "Found him trying to slip away from the base."

"Yo, yo, you think I'm broke? When I get outta here, y'all gonna-OW!" MR yelled as Techno kicked him in the stomach.

"That's enough rhyme time out of you." Techno said. "Hmm? Just him?"

"Yeah. This little guy turned coward and abandoned his teammates." Catra said. "And here we thought you Anarchy Kings would be more loyal to one another."

"Yo, those two are the traitors! They tried to be saviors! The key is...ARGH!" MR said as Techno broke a finger.

"Calm down. You still have nine others." Techno said.

"What...is this? Have you...come to kill me?" Chisaki asked.

"Hmm? No. We have something much better that we know you'll hate." Catra said as part of Chisaki's arm was sealed in a marble.

"For the arm." Compress said as DaDan grabbed the boxes.

"Two boxes. One of which holds the finished product. Hmm...since we don't know which is which, let's just take them both." DaDan said.

"Good idea, DaDan." Techno grinned. "Huh, you do the work, and we get the rewards! And you, Chisaki...don't even have arms. Shigaraki, would you do the honors?"

"Pleasure." Shigaraki said, grabbing Chisaki's right arm as it turned to dust. "Oh, that's not good. We don't cut that off, it'll get your entire body." he said before slicing the arm off. "Hahaha! Here you are, a weak Quirkless loser. We get the fruits of all you labor. And you don't even have a thumb to suck on anymore. You're doomed to watch from the sidelines as your dream falls apart. Let's do our best!" Shigaraki laughed as Chisaki and MR looked at them in fear.

"Aw crap, dude. We're screwed." MR whimpered.

"Oh you don't know the half of it." Techno said. "I was considering letting you all be. But you know...I think we'll send them a message. Getting in our way...is to invite destruction. Of course...we can't have a message without a messenger." he said as Dabi approached with a flame appearing in his hand.

"H-Hey man, don't have a cow! I'll get the key and just get out! W-We can just pretend this didn't take place. A-And you'll never see my face! W-We cool?" MR said.

"Oh...you just broke your rhyme just now." Techno said as Dabi went and lit the rapper on fire. "And...not cool. Not cool at all."

"EYAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!" MR screamed as he burned.

"There's no way you'll survive Dabi's flames. Even if you do, you'll suffer from burns you won't be able to recover from." Techno said. "Just remember...you were the ones who had the gall to try and command us."

"Guys! The police and more heroes are coming! We gotta go!" Spinner shouted.

"Techno." Shigaraki said as the New Universal Villains departed. "Next… it's our turn."

"Indeed it is, Shigaraki. Indeed it is." Techno said as they all walked off, ignoring the two screams behind them.

Meanwhile at the hospital…

"Okay...this is the medical reports from the doctors." Chopper said. "Aside from a few injuries, Izuku is okay. Aizawa only needed some stitches. Eijiro is covered from lacerations from head to toe but he'll live. Amajiki cracked a bone in his face and other minor injuries but he'll be okay. Fat Gum has broken bones but he's okay. Rock Lock will make a full recovery since the knife missed all his vital organs."

"And Nighteye?" Hope asked. "Is he…?"

"He's...in a very critical condition. They've done all they can but...the damage was too severe. He won't live for much longer." Law said.

"But at least we proved to him that the future in his visions can be changed. He should at least be proud about that." Tsumugi said. "What about Eri?"

"She has a fever so she's in quarantine. She's got a very dangerous Quirk and she can't control it." Chopper said. "Aizawa is the only one to deactivate her if it goes off again. There are too many unknowns since her power only works on living things."

"I feel sorry for everything Eri's been through, y'know?" Hope asked. "Used as a means to make weapons, people believing her Quirk is a curse… that was no way for her to live."

"Yeah, I can't believe the way Chisaki was trying to run things." David said. "He took advantage of a little kid."

"I can't stand it either. As long as Eri is safe, then everything that happened was worth it." Jexi said. "Also...we may have inspired some change in others too."

Outside the hospital, Heat Wave and Ultraman were heading off.

"So, what're you going to do now?" Heat Wave asked the trainer.

"I'm not going to leave the Anarchy Kings. I know what they said, that there are no Anti-Gods. But...Sigmund...he's much too stubborn to give up on his beliefs like that. So...if things do go south, he needs someone there to save him from danger." Ultraman said.

"Yeah, guess so." Heat Wave said. "Though, there's still that question. Never did believe in the Anti-Gods myself, but...what the heck's behind the seal?"

"I have a feeling we're going to find out." Ultraman said. "Although, what about you? What are you going to do?"

"Well, I joined to get answers from Lenny, now I got 'em." Heat Wave said. "I was pretty skeptical about his situation at first, but… I realized that, after hearing reports about Brainiac's invasion, I realized that Grodd put those three in a bad spot, a worse spot than any of them intended. And those guys were just helping them get out of that spot. I am thinking about going with him until all of this business with Sigmund is settled, but…then I remembered what Techno said when we came here."

"One of you is not who he says he is." Ultraman repeated.

"That's right. At first, I thought he was talking about me, since I was planning on leaving after confronting Lenny, but… After Rapper bailed, I started to realize just how valuable our bond really is. Working with you, it reminded me of being with the Rouges, you know what I'm saying?" Heat Wave asked. "So, whether I stay or leave… I think I'm gonna head to my dimension after this whole thing with the keys regardless, help Batman and Harley manage things there."

"I'm sure they'll be happy to have you, Rory." Ultraman smiled. "It was a privilege to work with you."

"You too. Give the Doc my thanks for bringin' me back." Heat Wave said. "His treatments may be a little unorthodox but… I owe him for givin me a second chance. Would you tell him I said thanks?"

"No problem. You know...after this key stuff is over...I think I'll go back on the training circuit." Ultraman said. "I've been afraid for so long but...I don't think I really need to worry anymore."

"Then the best to both of us." Heat Wave said as they shook hands and went their separate ways.

It wasn't long after that the group recovered from these events as things seemed to slowly return to normal. But before they can even think about rest, another major event was about to take place.
