Chapter 3 Xana and Anti-Xana's Plans
A.N. – This chapter will cover the Lyoko Warriors entering Sector 5 trying to figure out what Xana and Anti-Xana are planning before their cover is blown by an irreversible attack. Also, our mysterious villain has a few lines at the end. No reveal yet, but it will come. Also, Xana and Anti-Xana have a surprise for the Lyoko Warriors next time.
Short Summary – With the last attack almost leaving almost a third of the population of Paris missing, Jeremy decides it's time to find out about the return of their foes. He plans a trip to Sector 5 in order to recover the data needed to know about the network graveyard and how they survived. What will the data reveal? Time to find out!

Lyoko Warriors Safe House
Even though the last attack severely harmed the Paris population, it was only short lived. But the Lyoko Warriors now saw the power that the two have. But what was the point of this attack? This, they did not know the answer to. Jeremy was thinking of a plan to take them out for good.
"Okay, time for a pep talk. We need to talk about what we need to do" Jeremy said.
"What do you mean?" Yumi said.
"About how the last attack nearly decreased the population of Paris by a third. Luckily they weren't sent to the network graveyard."
"What's so bad about this place?" Ulrich said.
"As far as I know, there is no return from it. In order to escape you need a human guardian brain in order to access the outside world. They don't need the guardian's brain but any memory of the outside world will give the user access to it."
"And who would the guardian be exactly?" Aelita asked.
"I don't want to say this but you Aelita. You're the guardian of Lyoko. You're Anti-Xana and Xana's access to the real world."
"So they need me in order to escape?"
"Yes, so we need to find out what they're planning in order to stop them and stay one step ahead of them."
"What's your plan then?" Yumi said.
"All of us, including William, must head to Sector 5 in order to retrieve the data from the interface. Are you ready?"
"Let's do this" Ulrich said as Jeremy phoned William and told head for the factory.
The Lyoko warriors moved in their disguises towards the factory. When they were there, they met up with William and Laura.
"What's she doing here?" Jeremy said.
"I should be asking you that. You should be dead. All of you" Laura said.
"Well we survived. And it's a long story. So let William explain" Aelita said demanding.
"You told me if I wanted her to become a member, and I decided that eventually my sneaking around will make her suspicious. So I decided yes" William said.
"Okay, we'll scan her later. Right now, we got two threats plans to find out" Jeremy said.
They all headed to the elevator and went down to the laboratory.
"Laura, you stay with me" Jeremy said as he and Laura stepped out and everyone else went down to the scanners. "The guys will go first. Transfer: Ulrich. Transfer: Odd. Transfer: William. Scanner: Ulrich. Scanner: Odd. Scanner: William. Virtualization." Laura watched the whole time as Jeremy virtualized the three guys into Sector 5. "Girls, are you ready. Here we go. Transfer: Yumi. Transfer: Aelita. Scanner: Yumi. Scanner: Aelita. Virtualization." After that all five were in the arena at Sector 5.
Sector 5
All the warriors landed in the center of the arena and immediately noticed the difference in the arena.
"Uh Einstein. I think we may be too late. Our two friends seem to have remodeled the arena" Odd said as they noticed the symbol was now the symbol of Xana and Anti-Xana.
"I think that means we may be good. It means that all the data we need is on the interface and not somewhere in the digital sea" Jeremy said.
"You'll need to tell me about this Xana and Anti-Xana, as well as this digital sea" Laura said.
"Well for starters the digital sea is the World Wide Web. As for everything else, we'll explain. Okay guys, head for the celestial dome."
With that the Lyoko Warriors moved through to the Core Zone. When they arrived they found a big empty room.
"Looks like they are not big on changing the landscape of the core zone" Ulrich said.
"There's just one thing missing" Yumi said as the growling of the creepers "that."
Suddenly five creepers appeared out of the floor.
"One for each of us?" Odd asked.
"For sure" Ulrich said as they engaged their enemies.
William was first as he tried using his sword to send an energy blast at his creeper, but it ducked out of the way. "Smarter now huh?" William said as he used his super smoke and went behind before stabbing behind the back. The creeper screeched before it exploded by William.
"William be careful. That blast just cost you thirty life points" Jeremy said.
Yumi was avoiding the lasers from the creeper. When she found an opening she jumped up and threw a fan at the creeper. She hit the symbol and the creeper screeched before it exploded.
Odd was using his shield trying to avoid the creeper lasers, but eventually his shield ran out of energy and the creeper hit Odd twice in the chest.
"Odd, you only forty life points left! Be careful!" Jeremy said.
Odd continued to dodge lasers before firing a arrow into the creeper, destroying it instantly. "Forty is more than enough Jeremy" Odd said.
Ulrich had an easier time with his creeper. He continued to move forward as he was reflecting lasers and when he was within range he slashed through the creepers head and it exploded after a screech of pain.
Aelita was dealing with her creeper in a much safer way. She eventually activated her wings and launched an energy orb at it from the sky destroying it on contact. "Okay enough playing around with the locals, let's get out of here" Aelita said as they headed to the elevator.
When they reached the elevator platform all five of them jumped on it and eventually they were leaded to the entrance of the celestial dome. The door opened and they were at the interface platform. Aelita accessed it while the others waited for unwanted visitors.
"No flying mantas yet" Jeremy said.
"Not yet, and I want to fight them instead of riding one" William said.
"Well be ready cause here they come" Jeremy said as four mantas appeared on the holomap.
"Finally some action" William said as he used his super smoke to reach one of the mantas and stabbed it before using his super smoke to get back. "New master, same old mantas."
The rest of the Lyoko Warriors got on their vehicles as they went off to confront the mantas. William stayed on the platform to protect Aelita as she looked for the data on what Xana and Anti-Xana were planning in the network graveyard. As well as any additional info on a way to get there.
Ulrich went to confront his manta and eventually rode along side it and stabbed his saber in the manta and rode away before it exploded.
Yumi was flying away from here manta before flying under it and then flying on top and throwing one of her fans at it. The manta exploded and Yumi flew away.
Odd was flying around the celestial dome. He eventually went up at high speed and shot three arrows at the manta killing it on contact.
William was still guarding Aelita. He turned his back to the elevator entrance and didn't notice it. The creeper swung his tail and knocked William off the platform. Everyone saw it and they went after him. Aelita also didn't know the creeper was there and took three lasers to the back. She went on her knees.
"Aelita, you only got ten life points left!" Jeremy exclaimed.
She quickly fired an energy orb before finding the data they needed. "Jeremy, I found the data! I'm sending it to you!" Aelita said preparing the data transfer.
The rest rescued William from falling into the digital void. But immediately fell into a trap. A small mine was at the bottom of the dome and exploded as the warriors headed back up, devirtualizing them all on contact. Aelita heard it and continued, but a second creeper appeared and fired at her. She started to devirtualize but hit send before her hand depixelized. They're mission was a success.
At the Lab
The warriors all returned to the lab to check up on Jeremy.
"Okay, one last thing. We must scan Laura so the return doesn't affect her. William if you please" Jeremy said.
"Follow me" William said as he took Laura to the scanner room.
"Does this hurt?" Laura asked.
"No, but once a return happens it will feel weird, but you'll get used to it."
"Okay, starting the scan" Jeremy said as he activated the program. Laura's image was recorded into the supercomputer. She came out all wobbly. "Okay, you should be immune to the return to the past now."
"Now I think it's time for an explanation" Laura said.
Jeremy and everyone else explained the fight with Xana, fight against Tyron and his new AI Anti-Xana, and faking their deaths as well as the return and partnership of Xana and Anti-Xana.
"So that's what you've been up to. I can't believe I was one of you once" Laura said.
"Just don't betray us again, or we'll do the same and maybe worse. We can't let the government know we're alive" Ulrich said.
"No problem."
"Well there is one. You may be a part of the group, but no missions. You come here with William if you want but no virtualizations or working on the supercomputer. You disobey any of those rules; you will be out of this group for good. Don't make us regret your second chance" Jeremy said.
Laura agreed and Jeremy started to explain the new data. "With this new data I may have a way to send you to the network graveyard. But we only go there if necessary, because of the no escape."
"What about our new partnership?" Aelita asked.
"There are some encrypted parts. I head up here tomorrow morning to check on it. The supercomputer will decrypt it overnight."
With that all the warriors headed back to their safe house for the night and William headed back to the college campus with Laura.
Network Graveyard
"What's the big news partner?" Xana said.
"Ready to say hi to Aelita again?" Anti-Xana said.
"Let me guess."
"I finally completed the seeker. Time for the Lyoko Warriors to meet a new threat."
Some Unknown Location
"Finally. Soon they will be free, the Lyoko Warriors imprisoned, and soon after the world will be mine" the mysterious figure said.
