Chapter 14 A Calm Peace

A.N. – The finale is approaching and I can't wait to write it. The final will be split up into two parts. The first part will be next chapter and it will be a build up and then the final chapter will be the fighting to save Paris. Anyway, this is an informational chapter with the Lyoko avatars coming to Earth as well as the building of the nuclear mech. Let's begin!

Short Summary – With the battle of Paris approaching, the Lyoko Warriors are in need of an upper hand to stop Delmas. Also the city is in lockdown mode on the lookout for anything suspicious. Jeremy is working to bring their Lyoko avatars to Earth in to fight. But with the government on high alert, can the Lyoko Warriors stay hidden for much longer?

Lab

Jeremy and Aelita are working together in the lab. Aelita thought that Jeremy needs some help in bringing their full avatars to Earth. Jeremy was also really depressed the other day after finding out that Delmas is going to use nuclear annihilation as the threat to lure them into the open. But Delmas is also on a watch list as he is the most wanted person in France for the nuclear robberies that he had Xana and Anti-Xana commit.

Jeremy knows that he and Aelita are on the verge of getting somewhere and finding the solution to rematerialization of their avatars. He knows that is he can get their weapons, he can get their avatars. But again he was missing a key component.

"Aelita, I'm missing something that's denying me access to the avatar structure. Can you check it?" Jeremy said.

"Send it over" Aelita said. Jeremy sent the program to Aelita's laptop. "It seems that you are missing the structures that are needed for rematerialization."

"So, basically I'm missing all the readouts of your avatars outfits and that's why I can't find the right materialization codes."

"That's about the just of it."

"So where are these codes at?"

Aelita looked on her laptop. "They're at the interface"

"in Sector 5" Jeremy finished.

"Alright, we know where this is going. Send me in." Aelita climbed down to the scanners.

"Be careful Aelita. Here we go. Transfer: Aelita. Scanner: Aelita. Virtualization!"

Aelita was virtualized into the arena.

Government Building

The government was in a frenzy as they were receiving tips that had nothing to do with the nuclear disaster that was inevitable, to finding possible suspects. Finally, a tip cam e that was helpful.

"Guys, I got a tip of suspicious activity near an abandoned warehouse building!" the receiver of the call said.

"Get a team of agents there immediately!" one agent said.

A team of highly trained agents was dispatched to the location.

Lyoko, Sector 5

Aelita was waiting in the arena room for the room to stop spinning and the wall to open. When it did Aelita headed to the core zone. She was going to enter the labyrinth.

"Aelita, when you get to the labyrinth, take the passage in front of you, then take the passage across from you and that should take you to the elevator" Jeremy said.

Aelita was running through the passages with no monsters around. "It's a little to quiet for my liking" Aelita said.

"Maybe they know the end is near or they're too busy building the robot to give us any grief."

"It just means we have to work faster."

Aelita found her way through the passages and found her way to the elevator and made her way to the celestial dome.

Paris, Near the Lair

Delmas saw the agents approach and ordered them to stop working so it was silent and it became silent just as the agents stepped out. They looked around but did not hear or see anything.

"Okay, that tip was false. Let's head back" an agent said.

"Don't worry. One day you will get a tip that will be real and a reward for me that will be big" Delmas said. "Back to building."

The building of the nuclear mech was underway. At this point the feet and the legs were mounted and now had the finishing touches done to it.

Lyoko, Celestial Dome

Aelita reached the celestial dome and accessed the interface. "Okay Jeremy, I'm here" Aelita said.

"Find the readouts of your avatars. That should give me the right amount of data to upload to the rematerialization program" Jeremy said.

Aelita searched for the data and found a file called 'supercomputer readouts'. She accessed it and found all the readouts from their avatars. "Jeremy, I'm going to have to upload the readouts separately. The avatars are divided upon each individual character as well as the powers associated with them."

"As long as I get the readouts I need." Aelita found the files on them and uploaded hers first. Then she did Odd, then Ulrich, then Yumi, and finally William. "Okay, I got all the data I needed. I'm bringing you in. Rematerialization: Aelita."

Aelita was brought back in and she headed up to the lab to continue working on the program with Jeremy to give them the upper hand.

Government Building

The agents returned and gave what they found there.

"The caller gave us a fake tip. There was no suspicious activity at the location" the agent said.

The agent that dispatched them was mad now. "God dammit! Why do these people do this to us! We are in a state of emergency and they want to distract us! We are on the verge of a nuclear annihilation! Where are the fuckin suspects!?" he said slamming his hands on his desk. Then he saw something. "A cold case file that was dropped after their deaths." The file contained information on the Lyoko Warriors and was issued after the Krabs invaded Paris. "I don't think they had anything to do with this, but with the previous charge of terrorism, I wouldn't be surprised. I've got my suspects." The agent was now calm and started to find out where these kids were.

Secret Lair

The nuclear mech's torso was finally installed and the arms were getting ready to be installed. But first the weapons had to be installed before they could assemble the arms to the torso.

Lab

Jeremy was finishing the program and he ran a test. The test was running and everything was going as planned. Jeremy was on edge just as much as he was running one of Aelita's many rematerialization programs or Anti-viruses. The program finished and the result came back positive with a green plus sign.

"I did it" Jeremy said with shock. "I finally did it."

"We did it" Aelita said.

"Your right. But you know what this means?"

"We can fight back."

"We can fight back and stop Xana and Anti-Xana for good this time. Let's go get the others."

Secret Lair

After the weapons were installed the arms were quickly installed after and the last thing was the head.

Kadic

Jeremy and Aelita returned to Kadic and told everyone to meet up in Jeremy's bedroom. When they got there, they told them the good news.

"Well, the program is functional. Ready to try out your powers on Earth?" Jeremuy said.

"I'm ready to fight back" Ulrich said.

"I think we all are" Yumi said.

"Then call up William and Laura and let's go try this out" Aelita said. Yumi dialed up William and they all headed back to the lab.

Secret Lair

After the head was installed, the nuclear power modulator was next and the nuclear mech would be ready. Xana installed the modulator, while Anti-Xana brought the nuclear rods up to the control center in the head. Once the modulator was in, they inserted the rods.

Lab

Everyone was at the lab and Jeremy was ready bring an avatar into the real world.\

"Any volunteers?" Jeremy asked.

"Do me first Jeremy" Aelita said.

"Okay, rematerialization!" The gang saw Aelita's Lyoko avatar scanned before being rematerialized. They headed down to the scanner and saw Aelita's full outfit, and even her star bracelet, lying in the scanner. "So, what do think?"

"Wow Einstein, I didn't think you would be able to do this" Odd said.

"Ready for everyone else?"

They all agreed and Jeremy rematerialized all their outfits, even William's. They were now ready to try them out.

In the woods

In the deep secluded part of the woods, the Lyoko Warriors were trying out their powers.

"Now that we have your powers, we wait for Delmas' return" Jeremy said.

The Lyoko warriors now played the waiting game.

Secret Lair

Xana powered up the mech and it powered up successfully.

"Yes, now time for the Lyoko Warriors" Delmas said.
