Purvi was sitting in her apartment balcony thinking about things changing her life in a day. She was overwhelmed by Rajat confession a few hours ago. She never really think that she would be able to love someone again after Rishab but she know everything happen for a reason.
She is happy to be with the person she love. She is happy that her father approved Rajat as her life partner. She is happy to know Rajat is not going to marry anyone else. Lastly, she thank god for giving her everything she deserve.
"Yeh lo." Purvi thoughts were broken when she heard someone and smile as Rajat put two cups on the small table.
Rajat look at Purvi with a raised eyebrow and saw as she scoot over before he sit beside her on the recliner. He wrapped his arm around her should making her rest her head against his.
They were sitting there in comfortable silence. They were thinking about different things and trying to find a way to tell each other their deepest secrets. Purvi hand unconsciously went up to her neck and started to play with her locket. She didn't know if Rajat will be angry on her or feel pity on her. She didn't know what she would do if he left her after she tell him everything.
Rajat sigh and glance to Purvi to ask her something but stop when he saw her playing with the locket that she always wore. It was simple silver chain with red round pendant and a diamond ring in it. He wanted to know about it because no matter what he always seen her wore it.
"Purvi." Rajat called snapping her out to the reality. Purvi hands stop and turned to look at him.
"Lets go on a date." Purvi smile at Rajat suggestion and nodded.
"Theek hai. Liken kahan?" Purvi asked him. Rajat was silent. He didn't really think about the place.
"Woh abhi socha nahi hai." He says with red cheeks. Purvi laugh seeing him embarrassed.
"Soch lijiye, magar please koi fancy jagha nahi honi chahiye." Purvi put her demand. Rajat nodded quickly with a smile. He silently let out a sigh in relief knowing now he know where he should take her.
Rajat take the cups in his hands and pass one to Purvi. She smile in thanks and they sit back enjoying the coffee under the moonlight.

"Come in." Purvi called as she heard the knock and read the file. She look up and smile when she saw Sneha and Vikas standing at door looking at her.
"Kya hua? Aaj tum dono kese yahan aagaye?" Purvi asked as she sign the papers before moving to the next file. Sneha walk toward her friend and close the file that Purvi open. She look at Sneha then at Vikas silently asking him what is happening.
"Itna sab kuch ho gaya aur tumne bataya bhi nahi." Sneha says crossing her arms. Purvi was confused at first but then understand what she is talking about.
"Maine batane ke liye call ki thi liken agar apko yaad ho tou aap apne husband ke sath bahar gayi hui thi." Purvi says sweetly making her sigh in furstation and look at Vikas.
"Yeh sab tumhari hi galati hai." Sneha complain. Purvi smirk leaning back to her chair and saw as Vikas look at her confused.
"Meri? Tum hi tou zidd kar rahi thi jane ki." Vikas remind her.
"Main nahi, tumhara baby zidd kar raha tha." As soon as it left from Sneha mouth, both her husband and her best friend look at her confused before their eyes gone wide.
"Wait a minute. Are you seriously..." Purvi trailed off and quickly stood up when Sneha nodded nervously. Purvi squealed and hugged her best friend.
"I am so happy for you guys." Purvi says pulling back and look at Vikas who was still in shock.
"Vikas." Sneha called nervously not knowing if he is happy or not.
"You are joking, aren't you?" Vikas asked her. Sneha shake her head and her eyes glistening with tears.
"Are you not happy." Sneha asked him quietly. Purvi was feeling bad for her friends as she saw Vikas not fully paying attention at what Sneha was saying.
"No." Vikas whisper but it was heard by Sneha and tears fall from her eyes. Sneha started to get angry when he didn't say anything else.
"I hate you." Sneha yelling bring him back to reality and she walks away leaving him there confused.
"Issay kya hua?" Vikas asked Purvi frowning. Purvi look at him and shake her head.
"Dude, you just say you are not happy about the baby." Purvi tell him what he indirectly says. Vikas shake his head.
"What? I am happy about it. Why wouldn't I be." Vikas try to reason her.
"Then tell her, idiot. Go after her." Purvi told him. Vikas nodded quickly and rushed out of the office in a hurry. Purvi shake her head at his stupidity and look as the door open again. Purvi heart skip a beat as she saw her love stepping inside.
"Isay kya hua?" Rajat asked referring to Vikas. Purvi shrugged and leaned against her desk.
"They are expecting and he didn't handle it well." Purvi inform him. Rajat nodded and walk toward the desk to put the file.
"Yeh Mr. Arvind ki file hai." Rajat try his best not to give any reaction but Purvi notice it. She also see him looking at Mr. Arvind differently that night at the party.
"So, planning ho gayi?" Purvi asked with a grin making him blush lightly. Rajat nodded and walk closer to her.
"Yup but it's a surprise and wear something casual." Rajat says and put his hands on her waist when she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Can I get a hint? Please?" Purvi says batting her eyes trying to make him tell her but he shake his head with a smirk.
"You will love it there, I promise." Rajat says teasing her. Purvi groaned and glared at him.
"I hate you right now." Purvi says but Rajat shrugged.
"I am fine with it." Rajat laugh when Purvi push him away, she turned to go back to sit but stop when Rajat grabbed her wrist.
"I love you." Rajat whisper and place a kiss on her cheek making her smile and a deep blush crawl up to her face. He winked before leaving the room.
It was 3:30 in the afternoon when Purvi receive a message from Rajat about getting ready. She was confused to get ready at this time but shrugged and do as he told her. Purvi leave her office and give Rajat an early off as well to make it look real. They didn't want anyone in office to know what is going on between them.
When Purvi reach her home, she was relief that Anand wasn't there to ask her questions. She didn't want Anand to go on his protective father mode.
As soon as Purvi finish getting ready, she heard her mobile buzzing. She quicky pick it up and smile at the message of Rajat. It says to meet at her apartment. Purvi send a quick reply before leaving her room and house.
Purvi drive to her apartment where they decide go meet and move on from there. As Purvi pulled in the parking and park where she saw Rajat leaning beside a car and frown in confusion. She quickly turned off the engine grabbing his attention.
"You are right on time." Rajat says as Purvi step out of her car. Purvi smile at him and take a few steps toward him.
"Yeh car kiski hai?" Purvi asked as she notice his bike isn't around. Rajat look at the car then at her nervously.
"Mere dost ki. I know it is not big enough or has luxury features but this is all I got today. Next time I will arrange something." Rajat told her. Purvi look at him and sigh.
"Rajat mujhe koi farak nahi padta ke apke pass car hai ke nahi ya apke pass ghar hai ke nahi. I didn't fall for all those luxury necessity. I fall for you, your personality, your honesty, your determination. I would be happy to ride with you on your bike than riding in this." Purvi says softly. Rajat smile and nodded. He still couldn't believe that this gem of a person is his.
"Sorry, next time se yaad rakhonga." Rajat says. Purvi give him a dimple smile as Rajat open door for her. She sit inside and wait for Rajat to take his seat as well and start the car.
"Kya ab main jaan sakti hoon ke hum kahan jaa rahe hain?" Purvi asked breaking the silence. Rajat nodded.
"Amusement park." Rajat told her and take a glance of her only to see her looking at her with excited look in her eyes.
"Really?" Purvi squealed making him sigh in relief. Rajat was having doubt if she like going there or not but seeing her excitement he knew he made the good choice of coming here for their first date.
"Hmmm..." Rajat hummed with a smile and saw as she look outside of her window. Rajat turned on the radio and glance at Purvi as they heard a love song playing.
Purvi smile and close her eyes as the wind hit her face and feel the lyrics. This is the first time she is feeling a love song lyrics by her heart after Rishab. She still miss Rishab alot but know it wouldn't be fair with Rajat if she still think about her first love all the time. So, she is slowly trying to let her first love go but she know she won't be able to remove their memories together from her heart, it will be with her forever.
"Purvi." Rajat call her softly when he saw her lost in her thought. Purvi snapped back to reality when Rajat put his hand on her shoulder.
"Yeah." Purvi clear her throats when her voice crack a little.
"If you are not feeling well, we can go leave now." Rajat says and saw as Purvi look out of the window. He saw as she shake her head and put a smile on her face.
"No, I am fine. It is just that..." She trailed off and saw as he look at her. "Mujhe tumhe kuch batana hai. But not now after our date."
Purvi has made her mind. Now, she wants to tell him everything about her. Everything little thing. From Rishab proposing her to almost attempt to murder. She know she may lose him after that but she didn't want their relationship to base on lies.
"Anything serious?" Rajat tried to joke. She smile slightly and shake her head.
"Nope. Let's not talk about it. Focus on what is going on right now. Come on, let's enjoy our first date." Purvi says and they both get out of the car. Rajat lock the doors and they walk out of the parking lot to go toward the main enterance of the park.
Purvi look as Rajat put his hands in his jeans pocket and lightly wrapped her hands around his left arm making him look at her. Rajat take out his hand and wrapped his fingers around her making her smile widely. Purvi blushed lightly looking down when she saw his teasing smile. Her eyes went to their join hands and could feel how perfectly they fit together.
"So, pehle kis ride pe jana hai?" Rajat asked as he paid their entry fees ignoring Purvi request to pay. Purvi look around and see the crowd is less then the other time she came here but then again it is only 4:30 in the evening and on the week day. So it will take another hour to get this place crowded with people.
"That one." Purvi says and smirk when she saw him swallowing nervously when he saw people screaming on that ride.
"Isn't too hard to start? I mean we can go on ferris wheel for the starting." Rajat suggest but groaned when Purvi walk in the direction of the ride that she point. Rajat had no other choice but to follow her toward the drop tower ride booth. He sigh when he saw Purvi asking for tickets. Purvi take out her wallet to pay for the tickets but again Rajat paid it before she could. She glare at him but he just shrugged.
Taking the ticket, they stand in line waiting for their turn. Rajat look up high in the sky and the screaming got quiet and saw as the ride stay up for a few seconds before dropping down suddenly making people scream again.
Purvi grabbed Rajat hand and dragged him when she saw the ride coming to a stop. Rajat saw her boucing on her feets and know from the crazy look in her eyes, that she is more then ready to get on it.
"It's going to be so cool." Purvi says as they sit on their seats and quickly buckle up their seat belts before safety rod and cable secure them more. Rajat swallow nervously and held on the handle tightly as he saw the man handling the ride give everyone the sign to get ready.
With a nod, the man push the button causing seat to shoot up in the air. Rajat close his eyes tightly as he heard Purvi and other people screaming. A few seconds later, he feels the ride coming to a stop. He slowly open his eyes and it widened at the sight in front of him. He is on the top that he could almost see the city. Rajat look beside him when he heard a sigh and saw Purvi trying to capture the view.
A smile make its way on his lips when he saw her relaxed face. Her hair flow back showing her dimples on her pink cheeks. He open his mouth to give her compliment but his voice struck when he feel the ride suddenly going down. His widened eyes were closed again as the man controlling the ride hit the break a few times before going down with full speed.
"That was awesome." Purvi says smiling widely as they get out their seats. Rajat shake his head a few times to get himself together. It is not that is didn't enjoy it. He kind of did but he is also a little bit of scared from these types of rides.
"So, where to go next?" Rajat asked her. Purvi look around and point toward the bumper cars.
"What I did to deserve this?" Rajat groaned making her glare at him.
"Hey! You bring me here for a date then don'texpect me not to have fun. I will enjoy myself and I will make sure, you did too. Because all you did is work work work." Purvi argued and rolled her eyes when he look at her slightly surprised. He didn't expect this change in her as soon as they get together. It feels like she is opening up to him.
"But..." Rajat try to say something but stop seeing her pouting up at him. "Fine." Purvi smile and held his hand making him smile as well.
After riding on bumper cars and a few other rides, they decide to go for dinner. It is almost 8 in the evening and he knows he had to drop her or else her father will be worried for her.
"So, which restaurant you want to have dinner?" Rajat asked her as they wait at the signal to turn green.
"Actually, I was thinking about street food. I mean, maine kabhi street food taste nahi kia because I never really like to eat out." Purvi shrugged when Rajat look at her weirdly. To be honest, he was kind of surprised because he had created a picture of her partying, dining out with her friends and much more but one by one she is proving him wrong and that is other reason he fall for her.
Hello everyone. I know it has been so long but here it is. It maybe not that good but that is all I could do.
I know you must be wondering where did I disappear but I forget to inform you guys. I got a job and was super busy so I didn't get time to write and update. Even in quarantine I didn't get enough time to continue because of the online classes and work. So I apologize for that. But now that the work load is going down I can finally get time to continue this story and maybe my other story as well.
Beside this, I just update my first fanfiction on wattpad as well. I publish the first chapter of this story. So if you have wattpad account, head there and show some support there as well, if you want to.
Lastly, I have to ask something. Did my writing get better or I am still standing on the same spot when I publish the first chapter of kavi story? Do let me know because I have been learning about writing lately.
