The colours of love
While speaking with aggression Saba Begum entered into the room;
"Have you listened, what is Sabine saying. She will open Tuition Centre at home. You call and warn her".
Mr. Ahmed listened wife's complains with peaceful style and said, "call Sabine, I will ask what she wants". Saba Begum, don't ask, what she wants, with irritation due to your politeness, they always do whatever their heart say.
"Why I have to scold them" Mr. Ahmed said "my daughters do not do anything wrong"
"It is right or wrong, no matter" said Saba Begum "I am sending Sabine, you have to forbide her".
While entering in room Sabine, Baba,(father) have you called me?
What I am listening? Mr. Ahmed, you are opening a tuition Centre at home.
With humble way, Sabine said, "yes, Baba, if you will support me".
Mr. Ahmed said to his daughter, I haven't fulfilled your needs if you needed anything more let me know.
"Baba! After ." said Sabine "I am free now and fed up from watching TV".
He advised his daughter if you are free than you should continue your study.
"Now I want to do something" said Sabine "not study yet".
Mr. Ahmed, no need to teach at home, you can join a school.
"School will make me bound" said Sabine to her father "I have to get up early in the morning and other thing I would not like to follow others orders, I want to do something different where my orders to be followed.
"This different would be done only by opening tuition Centre" said Mr. Ahmed "there is no any other way".
By shaking her head, Sabine "no way except tuition Centre". She was telling Baba; Aapi (this word is used for elder sister in Urdu) Mubine had come last night. She was saying fearfully, " you can teach my daughters Math, in this colony there is no one who would be able to teach Mathematics" but I liked hers idea.
"But your mother hasn't like" Mr. Ahmed said, "she is angry so it would be better you help her in cooking".
"Baba I will teach" said Sabine, "You were used to say that you would be always with us, but now you are leaving us on first step".
Hers words made Mr. Ahmed to think about it. He thought and said, "Alright, I will make backyard Annexi vacant, whatever littered in it, I ask Shafiq to lift litter. Say to Hameeda, clean Annexi properly and in excitement, you don't try to clean it"
"Baba, no" said Sabine, "I will make it clean from Hameeda".
"I know you very well, Mr. Ahmed you, always do others work".
While going, she stopped and asked Baba, what would happen to Mama and how could i face to her? He replied her, she would be angry for some days then everything become alright. With zeal and zest she said to Mr. Ahmed, thank you Baba and ran away from room.
Saba was coming toward room and Sabine was going, she asked; have you talked to your Baba? Sabine, yes Mama, he gave me permission. Saba begum became angry and said, "I will see him he has given too much love to daughters".
As Saba begum entered in Mr. Ahmed's room, she spoke with exasperation, "were you making her understand, no you were opening tuition Centre with her, this is my importance in this house".
To making hers less anxious, Mr. Ahmed said, "she is child, let her fulfill hers wishes, it is not deleterious for you, only gives happiness to her".
"First you gave them education too much in whole family" said Saba begum, "now you are making them ready for earning".
Nothing happens Mr. Ahmed said to Saba begum, "children always learn from experience when they will experience then will leave it".
Ironically Saba begum, "All girls of their age in our family have got married but Madam wants to study more still, listen to younger Shaeeza is unique, she has a planning to go abroad for higher study".
"Don't worry" said Ahmed, "We will send her". Saba begum got angry and said, "Whatever you like, you can do "she left room.
Next day, Mr. Ahmed lifted up all belongings from annexi through Shafiq. Sabine and Hameeda cleaned annexi, although hers father forbid her to do work by herself.
During cleaning annexi Hameeda asked, "why are we cleaning it any guest is about to come".
Sabine said no, I am opening tuition Centre.
She spoke with wonder, has big Madam agreed?
No, said Sabine "but Baba has given me permission".
She praised Mr. Ahmed and said, "He is a nice person; make him agree is so easy".
"You can't say this", said Sabine "Baba always be with the right".
She said, "leave it, you have achieved your goal it's enough now".
While entering in room Sabine yelled Shaeeza…..
"Why are you calling me in exhilaration Sabine" replied Shaeeza, "what has happened".
She replied that I had had latest breaking news for you which I didn't tell you because you were working on thesis last night.
"Which breaking news" said Shaeeza.
"I have gotten Baba's consent" said Sabine, "now we are starting tuition Centre".
With exhilaration she spoke, how could this possible?
With in a pinch, Sabine
No, Said Shaeeza, "it is not possible".
"It has happened" said Sabine, "you know how much Baba is kind"
With astonishment Shaeeza, Mama didn't say anything.
She replied, Mama is angry but don't worry, everything will be alright.
She thought, Sabine had conquered whole world in one attempt because in hers family girls are only for giving birth child and to serve husbands. They have no their own will, wishes and point of view about life. They just have to follow orders. She spoke, let me know further planning.
"I have done everything" said Sabine, "I need you advice, in rooms we should either spread carpet or desks".
She replied that we did not to teach a heap of students, so no need to formalities, I think, carpets are better, students will stay calm and we are too.
"You are right, Shaeeza" said Sabine, "I will give that money to Baba which we both have saved and I will ask to him put carpets in the rooms".
She replied, without our money Baba will put carpets in the rooms.
We want to do something our own behalf, said Sabine.
"You are saying right, Sabine" said Shaeeza, "I want to this too".
She replied, Alright, I talk to Baba. You go college.
"Best of luck, Sabine" said shaeeza, "I am going to getting ready for college".
Sabine went to Mr. Ahmed's room and said, "Baba, please put the carpets in the rooms ".
He replied, till evening it will be done.
While giving money Sabine said, Baba, take this money which we have saved from pocket money.
Mr. Ahmed was always used to hear pleasure from hers, as he heard that words, felt no good, he who was lying on bed, got up and said, I said it will be done till evening.
She replied, Baba you have always done a lot for us but we want to do something our owns.
Saba begum who was entering room listened and spoke with exasperation, see them! Earning has not started yet but talking about to bear their own expenses, let see which way the wind blows.
Making himself realized, she wants to do something herself, he spoke, give me I will put carpet in the rooms.
With exasperation Saba begum, come for breakfast and said to Sabine, go call out Shaeeza and Aayaan, he has to go school, make him get ready.
She replied, yes and went away from room and Saba begum toward kitchen.
On 5 o clock, two women came with five children and Sabine made them sit. Mubine said, you know about Amber and Henna are my daughters, she is Fatima and her three children, they came for studying too.
In meanwhile Saba begum came and embraced them. She called out her servant Hameeda, serve tea to guests. She replied, yes madam I am coming.
"Some other time I am in a hurry right now", said Mubine.
They went away and Sabine toward annexi with children. She made them sit there and started to teach them.
In the evening Shaeeza and Sabine sat together and shared whole day experience. Shaeeza told her about college and Sabine told her, how had she spent her own time with students, she enjoyed that work, after thesis you would be like to teach them.
She said, why not I am excited to teach students, it seems an interesting work but after completing thesis.
Sabine took book and started to read it.
"Are you not exhausted to teaching students and now started reading" asked Shaeeza.
No at all reading is an enjoyable hobby, replied Sabine.
"You are quiet right "said Shaeeza, "but now I am exhausted from thesis work, I want to complete it hurry, Please God complete it.
She replied, don't worry, it will be.
In mean while Aayaan came in the room and insisted Shaeeza. Let's play, Shaeeza Aapi, there is no one who play with me.
"Go Shaeeza play with him otherwise he will not let you work" said Sabine.
When Shaeeza had no option except willing to play with Aayaan, she said, let's come. They both went out of room and began to play in lawn and Sabine started to read book.
Six month passed, Shaeeza had completed her thesis. As shaeeza entered in launch, with exhilaration she announced, listen me every one, now I am free, I am ready to enjoy my freedom, as she looked toward Sabine said, don't worry, I will teach your student too because it is a fun, not actually it is a work which can exhaust me.
"Alright we have listened your speech; grandma" said Sabine ironically, you will teach students with me from tomorrow, there are some instruction which you have to follow, you have to wear scarf during teaching students, as you know we wear scarf when we go out from home, not home but students are young, mostly have failed two to three time in 9th and 10th, they seemed elder than you. Ali's aunt came and requested, please teach him, he will only get passing marks in the exam. There are all spoiled children of rich parents.
"Alright I have no objection" replied Shaeeza.
She said, you look like a Barbie doll, may be, some one fall in love to you.
"Ha ... it is a good jock" replied Shaeeza, "ironically I am a most beautiful princess in the whole world, everyone loves me".
She replied, you are, that's why all boys in our family want to marry you.
Let see what will happen with them, said Shaeeza but I will wear scarf, now happy grandma.
She replied jokingly, yes I am happy my son.
Next day both taught students although shaeeze was too young and jolly that's why she taught students in jolly way and all students liked her.
At night both sisters were sitting in room, Sabine said, Areez's mother had come today; he will come tomorrow for study.
Who is Areez? Shaeeza asked, in suspensive way.
She replied he is Henna's neighbor; his mother had come with Henna's mother. His mother was saying, he has been trying to pass Matric for five years but could not pass. He is genius but doesn't pay attention toward study, whoever teacher has come to teach him, he makes him ran away. It means to say, too much spoiled boy.
Why you have accepted to teach him, said Shaeeza.
His mother had insisted me too much, that's why I could not say her no, Sabine told shaeeza and one thing which I hadn't told you, he is play boy, every girl is his beloved.
"Rich father's spoiled son, its natural "said Shaeeza, but he doesn't know, he cannot do this here.
You be careful Sabine warned Shaeeza. She replied, don't worry, I will handle everything.
Next day Henna and Areez mothers came and handed over Areez to Sabine. She went toward Shaeeza along Areez where she was teaching students. She said, Shaeeza he is Areez.
She said, come brother and start study. He sat with other boys and started reading.
Next day when Areez's mother came to drop him, she told that Areez had told me yesterday, teacher taught us too much, she didn't seem like a teacher; she is too young, she seems as a small girl. When teacher Sabine had said, she is teacher Shaeeza. I became astonished, she seemed younger than me.
Don't worry, Shaeeza will handle him, Sabine replied.
Actually you didn't understand, Begum Kalsum replied, he is too much impressed by her, he will read from shaeeza. Ok, khuda hafiz.
Khuda hafiz, said Sabine.
Shaeeza was teaching students, Areez said, miss I am tired, let me go, I didn't read in my whole life as much as you taught me in two days. You are girl or giant.
She replied, I am whatever, you read, don't be worried about me.
How can I leave Areez said, you are not tired, you are not human being?
I said, don't be worried about me and read, Shaeeza replied.
He took his books and said, I am going, we will meet tomorrow.
Despite forbidding of Shaeeza, he went away.
Next day when kalsum begum came to drop him then Sabine and Shaeeza refused to teach him. Kalsum begum said, he will beg pardon from Shaeeza. Infact from where he had got education there didn't teach them to respect teacher.
Here you will have to respect and pay too, said Shaeeza.
To making them realized, Sabine said, "we are teaching as a hobby, our mother and father don't like that we teach".
She replied, it is good deed, what wrong in it? You should keep it up and said to Areez, say sorry to your teacher.
Seeing toward Shaeeza, Areez said, sorry next time I will not give you any complain again.
She said, alright go to room and start study, I am coming.
In the evening all family member were sitting in TV launch, Mr. Ahmed asked, how is going my daughters job.
Baba! Job? With staring glance, said Sabine.
Sorry…. My mean to, how is going your tuition Centre?
A – One, Baba, we are doing amazing experiences; you cannot imagine, beyond your thinking, replied Sabine.
With astonishment Mr. Ahmed said, what is it meant, which experiences?
She replied, there are all spoiled children of rich parents, some are failed three to four time in exams and some are more than four.
Mr. Ahmed said, it means that my daughters are fighting war to bring spoiled children on right way then it is so good if you were succeed to bring four to five spoiled children on right way.
Then be sure Baba! Said Shaeeza, All who has come here they all will become responsible persons.
With irritation said Saba begum, yes only you have to make correct this society and all others have died.
For his own daughters favour, Mr. Ahmed said, begum don't criticize if cannot praise them.
With exasperation she replied, when you are helpless and cannot do anything then you can only criticize.
You both must praise me because I got first position in second term, said Ayan.
Both became happy, Saba begum loved him and Ahmed said, well done. Shaeeza said; let's go Baba to eat ice cream. He said, alright, let's go.
Next day when Kalsum begum came to drop Areez, she glorified Shaeeza and she said that Areez's father had too much impressed, he was saying, now he will pass matric and will become a responsible person. He has listened too much about you by Areez. He said, they are no girls in fact they are lionesses.
Sabine replied, this is our duty, you pay us and we teach, this is tit for tat.
The days had been passing, exams drawing near, she worked hard on them. The students had taken exams and got free from tuition Centre. Only small children were left. After gone to young students as by nature Shaeeza was a mischievous girl. She no longer wore scarf now and taught small students. She taught students in interesting and playing way with them. One day she was playing with small students. She had Dupata around her's neck. Her's black long hair were jumping .As Areez entered and he caught a sight her, she was seemed to him as a Barbie is playing. He stopped still and watched her continuously. As she ran from one corner to other hers hair also jumped on her back. Sudden a student saw him and shouted, Areez brother.
She wore Dupta hurrilly and ironically asked, how was your exam, sir.
What is your future planning, asked Shaeeza.
He replied, study.
She said, are you alright? You were against study. What has been happened to you?
Seeing her with full attention Areez replied, I have been changed now, you have changed me.
She took him as a joking and said its sound good; I have changed someone so I have done a great task.
Continuously staring Shaeeza, Areez said, really great task, apart from teaching students, how busy you are nowadays.
She replied, enjoying leisure time but I am going abroad for higher education within a month.
He asked when will you come back then we will meet.
Then you will forget, said Shaeeza. She didn't give attention on what he is saying and ignored him.
He replied, who can forget fairies.
She said with joking, human being.
Time will tell who forget, Said Areez and went away.
At night Shaeeza and Sabine were talking then she told Sabine about Areez.
She replied, I knew that he had come today. What Shaeeza actually wanted to tell her. She didn't understand her.
He was talking in strange way, said Shaeeza.
Despite stress of Shaeeza, Sabine couldn't understand her's point of view and said, it's good he has become responsible person. You will be gone, what I will do that's why I am taking admission.
You will play with Aayaan, said Shaeeza.
She replied, I don't know how to play, you know very well.
You will leave teaching students, asked Shaeeza.
She replied, no, I will attend weekend classes.
She said, enough now it will be too hectic schedule.
It is good, time will pass well, replied Sabine.
When Areez went to bed Shaeeza's picture was before his eyes. He couldn't sleep whole night because scene was passing before his eyes and her beauty was amusing him.
In the morning on dinning Mr. Kamal said that begum your son swollen eyes made him feel like he hadn't sleep.
She replied, "Yes it seems from the appearance of Areez" and asked to Areez, what happened, are you all right and why you could not sleep.
He replied, Baba I was thinking and decided to study.
"Begum Exam your son pulse, he is all right" said Mr. Kamal.
She replied, "If he has chosen right way and now you are making fun of him.
"Baba if he is on right way so you have to welcome him, said Haider.
"My son! I am afraid of his right path, it has predicted that a storm will come" said Kamal.
As a mother, Kalsum begum gave favour son and said, don't make him fun in front of his sister-in-law and elder brother.
Our daughter in law knew that how geneous her brother-in-law, replied Mr. Kamal.
She replied, "Don't tease my son"
It's enough now let us know which storm is about to come, said Kamal.
No, Baba! Replied Areez, "I am serious, I will study"
Disbelievingly Mr. Kamal said, let see which way the wind blow.
While breakfast Saba begum said, so you have done all arrangement to send Shaeeza abroad for higher education, on other side my brother was say for marriage.
I didn't accept suitor, how could he say for marriage, replied Mr. Ahmed.
She said, but I had decided in Shaeeza's childhood, let me know what is wrong in this suitor.
He replied, I am no talking about wrong or right.
She said, if you have no objection then before Shaeeza going abroad, you just arrange Nikah (reciting holy verses for boy and girl before marry) her. When she will get home back then we marry her's.
When she will come back then see what I should have to do, said Mr. Ahmed.
With exasperation Saba begum said, you didn't agree with me ever; always stood by with your daughters.
He replied, they are my daughters, my beloved and I want to see them Happy.
She said, there is no one who care about my pleasure and do something to make me happy.
I try hard to make you happy but you demand me my life that I cannot give, replied Mr. Ahmed.
Four years passed
Areez had completed , Sabine completed her education too and Shaeeza had come back home from abroad after higher education. There is a lot going on in the home to give welcome party to Shaeeza.
On dining table Saba begum said, you are very happy, feelings of pleasure glancing from yours behavior.
Mr. Ahmed replied, it is big day for me because my daughter has got back home after Ph.D. just twenty eight years old. There is not more pleasurable than this for me. Mostly people spend half life for completing Ph.D. but Shaeeza is quite young. Now I will arrange marriage of my two daughters although Sabine has got Nikah, now her official marriage ceremony and Shaeeza's marriage.
She said, I say my brother, come and fix marriage date.
He replied, no begum! I will call out all suitors and test them, two suitors from Mr. Asif's home, let see who is more suitable for Shaeeza.
She replied, no need to test my brother's son, he is more suitable for Shaeeza than my sister's son.
"No I think "said Mr. Ahmed, "Mr. Asif's sons are engineer so they are more suitable"
But my nephew has business in Dubai, she replied.
"But only BSc, let see" he Said, to satisfy Saba begum.
While entering in launch, Areez yelled, bhabi (sister- in- law) where are you.
From room Kanwal replied, feelings of pleasure are glancing from your face what has happened?
He replied, Shaeeza got back home.
"How did you know" she asked, all the time you are with uncle in the office but you knew all news about hers.
As you knew that some boys are my friends of her society who inform me every bit of hers, they told me, Shaeeza has come, Areez said.
To make him realize Kanwal said wow! Brother what a change, now you can call her by her's name.
He expressed his feeling to in front of Kanwal. He said, Bhabi! You cannot imagine, just thinking that she is in Pakistan and I will see her, made my heart beat high.
She said, you are behaving like a teenagers, go see yourself in mirror, you have become pale, control yourself.
"My hands and foot became cool" said Areez.
She checked him to touch him, he was really cool like ice then she spoke, take care of yourself and there are many hurdles in your love more how will you across them.
Bhabi! Please go Hena's home and ask about her, she is in contact with her, he said.
Don't worry I will go today and you go, take some rest, said Kanwal.
He went his room, laid on bed and started to thinking about Shaeeza.
All family members were sitting in TV launch. Sabine asked to Shaeeza, are you happy, all your dreams are come true.
She replied, "Yes" then she saw toward Ayan and said, he has grown up now.
"My son has become ten years old" said Saba begum with happiness.
He is your son, Madam, said Mr. Ahmed.
With irritation she replied, you have lovely daughters?
"We will play, Shaeeza Aapi, you know Sabine Aapi is so boring" said Aayaan.
"Sure, we will play, my sweet heart" replied Shaeeza.
By showing bad feelings to Aayaan, Sabine said, you forgot everything, how many times we had visited park and I had tried hard to give you pleasure during four years.
Remembering all that, he replied, yes we can say, Sabine Aapi is pretty good.
Showing gratitude Sabine said, "Sir, thank you, for realizing my services".
Kanwal and Areez were sitting in the lawn, Kanwal told, he had visited Hena and she had been telling me, in the honour of shaeeza her father is giving a party, after that all suitors would be tested, he who pass will get Shaeeza.
He said, it means that I shall have to talk to Baba and mama otherwise I will lost her.
She replied, don't be disappointed, everything will be in your favour, you have been loving her for four years.
He replied, I am right, now no more life without her, I have to talk to Baba yet. He is not slept, might be he checking files.
He got up and went to father's room. He had hardly knocked at door then voice came, come in.
Seeing Areez, Mr. Kamal said, what has happened? Have you any urgent work at this time?
He replied, necessary like life and death mater, if I did not talk today time will pass and I shall lose everything.
"Sit down, my son and tell what the matter is" said Mr. Kamal.
He said, in one breathe I have to marry Shaeeza.
With inquiring look, who is Shaeeza, asked, Mr. Kamal.
That teacher who had made him begged pardon, replied begum Kalsum.
He looked toward Areez and said, oh! You want to take revenge from her.
He replied, no Baba I love her if she says so, I will keep apologizing to her my whole life.
"I have no objection, does she love you too" asked Mr. Kamal.
"No Baba! She does not know that I love her even though I am thinking what would be her reaction when she knew" replied Areez.
He said, "Leave her; there are too many girls for my son".
"Whatever, I want to marry her" said Areez.
But my son Areez; she is older than you three to four years, said Kalsum begum.
He replied, if she will be ten years older even though I marry her.
"How Shaeeza daughter has looked like" asked Mr. Kamal.
She looks like a Barbie doll and younger than Areez, as a fairy has come on earth, replied Kalsum begum.
You go tomorrow and ask them for Shaeeza, he said.
I will talk to her elder sister tomorrow, she replied.
Parents' willingness made Areez happy and he thought it was a first ray of light for him which might be filled pleasures in his life.
"As you do as you think better" said Mr. Kamal.
Sabine was reading book in room and maid entered and asked her, begum Kalsum has come to see you.
She said, "Get her into the room and bring tea for her"
She went with order and after some time Kalsum begum entered in room.
She said, "Assalam-o- Alikum Aunty; how are you and how to come here"
My heart said and i came to see you, Kalsum begum replied.
Sabine asked, how is Areez and family?
She replied, he is working in business with his father, how you're all family member and we heard that Shaeeza had come back, how is she now.
"Well, now she has gone market with Mama" said Sabine.
Have you both sisters engaged, asked Kalsum begum.
In mean while maid came with tea, she put on table and went away. While serving tea to Kalsum begum, Sabine said, I have got Nikah and there are four suitors for Shaeeza, Baba will choose one of them for her.
For inquiring more about Shaeeza, she asked, has Shaeeza liked any one?
"No, aunty, she has left everything on Baba" replied Sabine.
With fear and hesitation, Kalsum begum said, "I have come to ask from you Shaeeza for Areez.
She became astonished and saw toward Kalsum begum as she had predicted a storm, said, "Please aunty, doesn't say again, Mama is already angry, she wants to marry her nephew with Shaeeza and Baba is talking about test.
Her refusal was not sound good for Kalsum begum so, becoming sad she said, alright I am going.
As she was stood about to go, Sabine said, "please aunty, don't talk to anyone, as you knew that he was student of Shaeeza, so it would be considered more bad and Baba trust will break too"
Without any response, she said, khuda hafiz.
She became afraid and thought if Aunty talked about it anyone and it would be reached to Baba then what happen?
Areez was waiting his mother with his Baba in the lawn. He was strolling. Mr. Kamal said; sit down my son, what will happen to stroll like this.
He replied, I knew very well, nothing happed but I am in anxiety that's why I am strolling to reduce anxiety.
Making him relax, Mr. Kamal patted his shoulders and said, sit down, inshallah; everything will be alright, my son this is first step of love and you have too much anxiety, and there are many exams in it, demonstrate patience otherwise you will fall down. Remember; those horses that run fast in beginning, they always get tired quickly.
In meanwhile Kalsum begum came. Areez with impatiently asked, what happened?
She said, let me sit. She sat on chair and put hand on Areez's shoulder and said, son; you will not succeed here.
He asked, what did they reply?
She said, four suitors are for Shaeeza, one of them is nephew of Saba begum for him she is insisting, but Brother Ahmed said that he would test all of them and decide who would be suitable for Shaeeza. Sabine forbid me to talk about it anyone, she thought that her father's trust would be broke.
"Wow! What a glorious girls" while putting hand on Areez's shoulder Mr. Kamal said, this relationship is to be taken in any case, for which we will make all kind of efforts. Those girls who are loyal with father, always give respect in- laws, such girls make foundations of society and values. Great mothers make great nation. He saw toward Areez and asked, will you keep determine or not because I have guessed that you have to face a lot.
"Baba; I will face every hurdle to get Shaeeza" said Areez.
Mr. Kamal was wise man and knew very well, how to make way in difficult situation so, he said, Sabine is child, we will formally go tomorrow, for asking relationship of Shaeeza.
Areez happily hugged his father.
Involvement of his father was a new ray of light for Areez. He spent whole night in thinking about Shaeeza. Next evening when Mr. Kamal and Kalsum begum were going, he went with them at gate and see off them with hope.
As they entered in Shaeeza's home, Saba begum and Mr. Ahmed were watching TV in launch; Shaeeza and Sabine were in room. They both said, Assalam-o-Alaikum.
With astonishment Saba begum replied, Waalikum salaam; come have a seat, something special brought you here.
She replied, yes, everything alright and he is Areez's father.
Mr. Ahmed came toward him and shook hand with him then asked to Saba begum, who is Areez?
She replied, Shaeeza's student in Matric, he had read for two months. She also called out Hameeda and said for tea.
Today we have come to beg something, said Kamal.
Mr. Ahmed who was well cultured and courteous person said, sir! If we have we will never deny.
He replied, you have but it is hard for you to giving.
"Sir, we are not afraid of difficulty but it is condition that if we have that thing" said Mr. Ahmed.
Although Mr. Kamal had decided from home but felt hesitation. He went near to Mr. Ahmed and said, "Please, make shaeeza our daughter".
His words made Mr. Ahmed and Saba begum silent. They saw each other but controlling himself Mr. Ahmed said, but he is student of Shaeeza, it's meant that he is younger than hers.
He replied, three to four years that is no matter but we like Shaeeza too much.
In mean while maid came with tea, Saba begum with courtesy served tea.
We will reply you after thinking, Said Mr. Ahmed.
We hope you will not deny, we are hoping good news from you, said Mr. Kamal.
Even though, while going Mr. Kamal and Kalsum begum emphasized on Mr. Ahmed and Saba begum to think about theirs case. They went with them on gate and said them good bye.
After their going Mr. Ahmed called out Sabine in his room. Mr. Ahmed and Saba begum were sitting on bed. He said to Sabine, Mr. Kamal and Mrs. Kamal Had come today.
Who they are, Sabine asked.
Areez's parents, said Saba begum.
She replied, Sorry Baba; I did not know Areez's father name but why had they come.
Like a sensible person he tried to inquire from Sabine. He said, for Shaeeza, has she known that matter?
She replied, Baba! no to speak of hers knowing even hers angels didn't know they talk about her. She could not think in such a way.
She has any contact with her, asked Ahmed.
She replied, No Baba.
After investigation Mr. Ahmed became relaxed and said to Sabine, go.
"You say them no tomorrow" said Saba begum.
Being agreed with wife he replied in yes.
Areez was waiting his parents, they hard hardly reached home Areez asked what happened with impatience.
My son! Show patience this is love, said Mr. Kamal.
"Forget her they will not be accepted" said Kalum begum, Kamal you didn't see, how they became silent as soon as we talked.
"Don't worry we will talk later" said Mr. Kamal, you go and sleep.
In the morning as soon as Mr. Ahmed was going to ready for office Mr. Kamal made a call him. Mr. Ahmed said, I was about to call you infact I would like to say you no, there are already four proposals for shaeeza and I have to choose one, I am already in difficult situation whose heart is broken and whose is not that's why I have decided to test them.
"You would rather to give a chance to take part in test, it is our fate whether we will fail or pass" said Mr. Kamal, I thinks so, we have a right to take part in test but I have a request to you, as a judge you will give decision then we will not complain you, whatever decision will be.
His words had magical effect on Mr. Ahmed and he could not say no. After some time think, he said; alright Friday is holy day, you will send Areez and other four will also come.
"Thank you for trust" said Mr. Kamal, you are great, what will be your daughter training?
Which feelings of shame and restless Mr. Ahmed Had after Areez's proposal, Mr. Kamal words healed them.
On Friday, Areez got up early in the morning. All were talking about Shaeeza. Brother, sister-in-law, mama and Baba were giving best wishes to Areez.
"Today boy is going to fight war" said Kanwal; if he will be winner then he will get Shaeeza.
Such things were used happen in kings' reign. People always used to fulfill kings' conditions to marry princesses, said Haider.
You didn't see her; she is more beautiful than princesses, said Kalsum begum.
"Above than beauty her father is a great man, what will be daughter" said Mr. Kamal, what a well-mannered person and how he talks, so impressive.
As Areez was about to go, he said, "khuda hafiz, Pray for me all being well".
Along with Areez Kanwal came to car and said, today you made astonished, speaking Urdu instead of English, what is Shaeeza who made you mad, now I have curiosity to see her, best of luck.
He said good bye and gateman opened door, he drove car and set off.
Sabine had told everything to Shaeeza. Baba had gone to farm with five suitors where they would be tested. They would had to do hard work.
They reached farm house where every task was ready. Mr. Ahmed had given them first task to milking the buffaloes. This was a too tough task for them because all of them hadn't done it before but all tried hard and milked the buffaloes and second one was everyone had to plant twenty plants. They had to dig hole and plant a plant in hole. They all had had done well after that they made seedbeds and planted rose plants. They worked and Mr. Ahmed watched them vigilantly but he could not reach any decision because all made no stone unturned. They worked morning to evening.
He returned home with five disappointedly and made them sat in launch. He went to Sabine room and said to her, listen to me and say to Hameeda, bring tea and edible.
After saying her, no sooner did Mr. Ahmed reach room which was in front of launch and Sabine behind him Shaeeza also came behind Sabine. As soon as Areez saw Shaeeza he came in front of hers. Shaeeza who already exasperation, gave him two to three slaps without seeing anything but he stood still and kept seeing her. She spoke, how dare you to talk to marry me, I will never marry you, whatever happens and ran toward room.
Mr. Ahmed and Sabine were watching all this after going her he bowed before Mr. Ahmed. He said, son; go inside.
He went in launch with others and behaved as nothing had happened. Sabine said, Baba; you wanted to say something.
He replied, now nothing, go and check Shaeeza, she is too much depressed.
Saba begum also saw that scene and became worried and astonished. Mr. Ahmed went into launch and saw, how calmly sitting with others and taking tea and talking. After dinner Mr. Ahmed said good bye all. Saba begum's nephews stayed night here.
When Areez reached home all family members were sitting in launch, as soon as Mr. Kamal saw Areez he said, all being well?
He replied, I don't know what will be results.
To seeing him Kalsum begum said, you are looking tired, have a dinner.
He replied, no need, first we had taken lunch at farm and dinner at home.
Kanwal and Haider made him sure all will being well.
That was a hard night for Shaeeza's family. Mr. Ahmed was lying on bed who was also depressed, asked, what are you thinking, what you have you decided.
He replied, God made me judge and I had decided to fulfill all demands of justice but God has given decision without troubling me. When I had reached home with all the boys, I was worried but as soon I reached home God explained everything.
"Then" she asked.
"So Areez is Shaeeza's fate, she will be married with Areez, what is secret behind it, I don't know although I thought, I will never give Shaeeza to Areez" said Mr. Ahmed, you hadn't seen whatever had happened.
She replied, as soon as I saw that scene I afraid.
While lying on bed, shaeeza was saying to herself I would never marry to Areez. Sabine who was sitting beside her said, don't worry, Baba will never your marry with Areez.
Areez was strolling in lawn restlessly. Mr. Kamal saw him and asked, let me know everything clearly.
He told that we were sitting in launch. I saw Shaeeza was going toward kitchen then I chased her. during telling he stopped. asked, then….. He took deep breathe and continued, she gave me slap and cursed me so, she would never marry me.
"She was alone" asked .
He replied first she was alone but when I returned and saw Aunty, uncle and Sabine were watching.
"Now you would like to marry her" asked Mr. Kamal.'
"Baba I would like to marry her even she kills me" replied Areez.
For knowing his true feelings whether he wanted to take revenge or really loved her, Mr. Kamal asked, alright you want to take revenge from her.
He replied, no Baba; I would not think to take revenge, I love her.
Areez's answer made Mr. Kamal satisfied and he said, my son; God has given decision in your favour because God always sees devotion.
With exhilaration Areez asked, Baba; how can you say?
He replied, my dear you will know tomorrow.
Are you speaking truth, asked Areez?
He nodded his head, meant yes. Areez smiled and said to Mr. Kamal, please; call them early in the morning if answer is yes then tell me in room. I will come out of room after hearing a good from you.
Next day MR. Kamal called to Mr. Ahmed and said, Assalam-o-Alikum.
Waalikum Salam, replied Mr. Ahmed.
Sir! We are anxious, please; hurry tell breaking news, we have hardly spent whole night, said Mr. Kamal.
He replied, we have accepted Areez's proposal.
With happiness Mr. Kamal asked, when will we have to come formally for asking Shaeeza.
He replied, come on Sunday.
Khuda hafiz, said Mr. Kamal.
As soon as he switched off phone he went to Areez room and said, my son get up they have accepted your proposal.
He got up hurry and said, really?
As soon as Mr. Kamal said, he ran from bed and embraced father. This news spread in whole house and Haider, Kanwal and Kalsum begum were gathered. Kalsum begum loved him. Kanwal said let me congratulate you on your brilliant success. Haider embraced him too. Mr. Kamal said, begum be ready we have to go on Sunday.
This decision made Shaeeza disappointed; she said to Sabine, you had said that Baba's decision would be given in your favour but it is against me, have Baba been angry with me. She hadn't any answer, so she embraced her and showed affection.
On Sunday, All family members of Areez come Shaeeza's home. Both families were gathered. Mr. Kamal said, sir! We do not like engagement formalities, give us date to bring Barat and take to shaeeza our home.
We have to make some arrangement that's why we need time, said Mr. Ahmed.
He replied, we no need dowry if you bought we will not take. So dowry will be left in your home or if you sent we will send back and what is used of buying that dowry which is useless.
Alright so next Sunday final for marriage ceremony, said Mr. Ahmed.
As Kanwal had curiosity to see Shaeeza, said to bring Shaeeza. Saba begum said, yes Sabine go to bring Shaeeza.
As Sabine entered in room and said her to get ready, she replied not to speak of getting ready. Sabine became silent and took her in the launch. Kanwal made her sat between hers and Kalsum begum. Kalsum begum, haider, Kanwal and Mr. Kamal gave her Salami (this is money which is given to the girl from boy's family when her marriage fixed).
When Saba begum was about to sweeten everybody mouths, Mr. Kamal said, give me sister, God bless both of them.
Saba begum made sweeten their mouths one by one. They all showed too much love to Shaeeza as they had got a precious thing. After some time they went to their home.
Areez was waiting for them as soon as Kanwal entered launch she said, sir! What a choice, when you see her then seems that a fairy has come on earth.
My son life will be brightening with Shaeeza, said Kalsum begum.
All teased him one by one. Haider said, now we have to take appointment to meet him, because he will be in the effect of fairy's magic. If he will come out then he will talk to us.
After their going, Shaeeza went her room and slept. During eating dinner Mr. Ahmed said to Sabine to call Shaeeza out for dinner.
She has slept, replied Saba begum.
Baba, Shaeeza Aapi was bitterly crying, said Aayaan.
She is getting married, said Saba begum.
Baba, do weep at the wedding, Aayaan asked?
Leave it you only concentrate on yourself, said Saba begum.
He replied in yes and started to eat.
Next day, Kalsum begum made a call to Saba begum for taking Shaeeza on shopping. She said that she hadn't any objection but she would have to confirm by Shaeeza and told her. She asked Shaeeza but she refused to go with them. After some time Saba begum Called to Kalsum begum and covered by saying, whatever you would chose for her she would have no objection.
Her refusal made Kalsum begum disappointed, she controlled herself and said to Saba begum that would have been better if she had gone with them because Areez was also with them.
She replied, as Shaeeza wish, what could be done.
She said that as Shaeeza happy as we are happy.
After switched off phone Kalsum begum said that she had no interest in shopping, so she refused to go.
Areez who was lying on sofa said to himself; I knew that she would refuse to go. Kanwal listen his murmuring and said, what did you say?
Nothing just thinking something, replied Areez.
Don't worry, you can do shopping by yourself, said Mr. Kamal.
Baba; I would like to decorate my room with roses, said Areez.
As you happy my dear, said Mr. Kamal.
All were excited for Areez's marriage and they made no stone unturned in arrangement and did everything with full zeal and zest
Finally wedding day came. After the Nikah, Shaeeza was seated with Areez. Aayaan, Sabine and cousins teased Areez a lot on the Dudh palai (it is tradition in which milk is given to bridegroom to drink when bridegroom sits with bride).He was not less than them so he gave them complete answers.
He gave them as much Dudh palai as they demanded. (In return, bridegroom has to give money to those people who have given him milk on demand).
After that they were about to departure with bride. Shaeeza hugged with all family members, especially when she was hugged with father wept a lot. Mr. Kamal and Kalsum begum held her and loved her. Mr. Kamal put his hand on hers head with affection while saying, be quite my daughter, you are going from one father's home to other father's home. They made her sat in car and they set off.
As soon as they reached home Shaeeza had been taken accompany by Kanwal and Kalsum begum in the room. The room door opened and the whole room smelled with rose's aroma. There were flowers on the floor of room.
Kanwal made Shaeeza sat on bed. Just as Kalsum begum was going out from the room, Areez entered in the room. He spoke that fairy had come in my life, that' why, my room and life both brighten. But Shaeeza looked Areez with anger.
Kanwal said, you could have not wait outside some time, right now other women have to come to see bride too. After these your turn will be, now she is yours.
He replied, "Bhabi, I cannot wait now; you don't know how I spent time." He held Shaeeza's hand and took out bangles from pocket and wore in hers hand then laid down in front of hers and started to see her but Shaeeza was looking Areez with exasperation. Disappointment was showing through her behavior. Holding her hand by Areez was making hers irritate.
"Shameless, get out of here" said Kanwal.
Keeping stare to Shaeeza, he replied, Bhabi; let me see some time the fairy in the form of bride.
Kanwal held his hand and pushed him out of room.
As Areez went out of room some women came in the room, they saw bridal and praised her. As soon as they went away, she went into washroom, changed clothes and washed face. She put pillow on sofa which was in front of bed and tried to sleep but could not sleep.
After some time Areez came in room, he took stool and put it near sofa and sat on it. He said, I knew that you would change clothes before coming me, so that i could not see you in the form of bride. I had already come to see you, I did not want to keep wish to see you as a bride. You do not want to see me but I love you whatever happens. You seem me beautiful in every form and I like you. I know that I have got you but to win your heart is not cup of tea.
He went to washroom to change clothes. Shaeeza opened her eyes and spoke, but I hate you.
Next morning , when Shaeeza and Areez were getting ready for going down stairs for breakfast. As he saw that she didn't makeup. He said, that's all you will be ready, At least wear ear rings.
With aggression Shaeeza said, don't call me you, I am your teacher.
He replied, you had taught me only two months.
She said, I had taught you and I am older than you.
He replied that even one of them said that you seemed to me older I would not call you "you"
I don't like what people is saying, I like what I am saying.
Let's go for breakfast, we will debate any other time, said Areez.
On breakfast Kalsum begum said, daughter; you are newly married bride and too much simple, at least you should some makeup and wear some jewelry.
Aunty, I don't like, said Shaeeza.
Doesn't matter, my daughter, you have to wear jewelry for some days after then whatever you like you will do, said Kalsum begum. She wanted to make her realized that it is tradition which you have to follow in polite way, so that shaeeza would not mind. Everyone was caring Shaeeza here but she did not like all that. Their behaviors were irritated her. She said to Shaeeza, let have a breakfast, after that Kanwal, you will makeup to Shaeeza.
In the evening, Mr. Ahmed came to take bride and groom. As soon as Mr. Ahmed reached home with Shaeeza and Areez, they were welcome. Special food was baked and Shaeeza's family with Areez ate dinner. Sabine, Shaeeza, Areez and Aayaan were sitting in lawn and were talking. Areez said to Aayaan, sir you have been grown up now.
With happiness Aayaan replied, I am ten years old now and I have learnt Urdu too.
How busy are you in these days, asked Areez.
He replied, I am busy in watching cartoon, would you like to watch with me, you know that Shaeeza Aapi likes Barbie.
She was busy in talking to Sabine, Areez went to near her and said, Sabine Aapi, you know Shaeeza has become Barbie by watching Barbie. She saw him with anger.
Sabine said to Areez, let me tell, what does you feel like to say Shaeeza to a teacher and why did you think to marry her.
He replied, its sound good, I liked Shaeeza from first day, otherwise I would not have been read here for two months. I had come under hers magical effect when she was playing with students that day I felt that a fairy had come on earth, otherwise she always had been wearing a scarf.
It's meant that you had loved her for four years before, did you decide to marry her, asked Sabine.
"Yes Aapi but I thought that it is impossible" said Areez; I have to pass over many hurdles for marriage. Madam still hasn't like to talk me but it doesn't matter for me. She is mine it's enough for me.
She has got married with you but you are saying still she does not like to talk you, Said Sabine.
Shaeeza stared to Areez, Sabine said to shaeeza, don't stare him, he will be afraid.
"He is afraid me so, that he has got married with me forcefully" she said, if he were born again he would not be afraid.
When you look at me like it, I get scared and my breath stops, said Areez.
She got angry and went inside, seeing her from back Areez said, let us go inside; Sabine Aapi. He wanted to spend time with her and she was running from him.
Areez's nephew birthday was celebrated with full zeal and zest. Areeb cut cake and all family members gave him gift. Areeb said to Shaeeza, Aunty, you are looking beautiful, let's have a pic.
As soon as they stood for pic Areez came between them and said, friend, ask from me, I am also something to you.
He replied to Areez, Aunty is looking too much pretty so, I want to make a pic with her, some other time with you.
Ignoring Areeb, Areez stood with Shaeeza putting hand on hers shoulders and Areeb stood between them. They made pic although Shaeeza felt bad. She was silent due family members. After birth day they went to room.
Shaeeza was standing in front of dressing table, Areez locked door and stood behind her. He went near to her and said, "You are looking pretty".
She replied to Areez, "I have to change clothes because I don't want to look you pretty".
As she was about to go washroom, Areez pulled her from arm and leaned back against the wall and stood in front of her. He was too near to Shaeeza that she felt Areez's breathing. He said to in her ear, "Let's start new life which is full of love". She tried to go with anger but he did not let her go. Running fingers through Shaeeza's hair he said, "Fairy has been come on earth, let me feel, you would like or not, I will enjoy every occasion, I am stubborn and I will not leave you whether you hate me".
She had pushed him aside and ran into washroom. She was out of breath. He was kept feeling hers smell even though after her going.
As days passing, Shaeeza made a routine to avoid Areez, when he would get up in the morning, get ready and go to the office. She used to keep sleep, after he left, she would have breakfast and sit down to read book. She was staying whole day in room. As soon as Areez came in to the room she would quickly go to sleep on sofa.
Everyone was feeling shaeeza's cold behavior with Areez but no one had dare to say anything. She was sitting in lawn as Mr. Kamal saw her and come to her, he said to Shaeeza, "you are sitting alone, sit with Areez too".
She replied, "I would like to sit alone"
With polity way Mr. Kamal said, "Daughter I would like to say you something".
She replied, "Yes please uncle".
He said, daughter, Areez is our parrot; our life is with him please save him and forgive him. He lives to see you, you understood.
He tried to make her understood but as she saw toward Mr. Kamal, he understood that she felt bad then he said, left everything, you join office. The house is boring for you all day. I will say Areez; he will provide you pick and drop services.
Shaeeza replied in yes.
He went into the launch where Areez was watching TV put hand on his shoulder and said to him, "I saved you from dying"
He asked, Baba! How?
Mr. Kamal replied, Shaeeza will start to come office from tomorrow and you will provide service of pick and drop. She will work with you whole day.
"Baba, you are quick witted, thank you" replied Areez.
It was a good time for Areez because he spent all time with shaeeza at office and home. They worked and came back home together. During work Areez kept seeing her and she didn't say him a word because of office.
He always tried to sit with Shaeeza but she used to irritate with his behavior. There were not all at home except Shaeeza, Areez and Kanwal, they were sitting in lawn. It was cold night, after some time talking Kanwal left them in lawn and went inside, so that they spent time together. As soon as Kanwal went Shaeeza was about to go and Areez held her hand. She said with exasperation, "leave me and let me live".
Hers words were full of hate and anger those hurt Areez and he left her's hand unwillingly.
She said, you live here, so that I could spend calmly whole night and could take some rest.
At mid night, Kanwal just by chance saw through window Areez was sitting in the lawn, he was soaking wet in the rain. She ran toward the lawn and said to him, my brother come inside, you are wet in the rain. He replied, "let her sleep tonight calmly'.
She became worried and ran toward shaeeza and said to her, please call him inside otherwise he will die.
Shaeeza was in deep sleep and forgot about Areez. She asked where he is.
"He is in sitting in rain" said Kanwal.
She replied, and then what can I do.
"He will come inside if you would say" said Kanwal, please call him inside.
"He will not come inside on my saying" said Shaeeza, you go and say.
When shaeeza didn't stand up on Kanwal's saying then she held Shaeeza's arm and took her in the lawn.
With full anger shaeeza said to Areez, sir! Come inside.
Areez went with them inside, as Shaeeza came inside she slept but Kanwal gave clothes to Areez, he went to washroom to change and Kanwal was about to go her own room, she said, "Shaeeza is hard heart if anybody love as much as so, everybody heart melt but she hasn't impressed by him". After changing clothes Areez slept.
Next day, Areez was suffering from fever due to soaking in rain. The doctor was called for his check up, he was given medicine. All family member gave him full attention and took care of him too except Shaeeza but fever didn't heal.
After two days, doctor again came and checked him, Mr. Kamal asked to him, "why he is not going to get well"
He replied to Mr. Kamal, in fact, Sir! Areez is suffering from mental stress; he will have to relax himself.
Areez was lying on bed; Shaeeza came to take something from side table. Areez held her arm and made her sat forcefully on bed. He asked to her, why you don't feel sorry for me, I love you.
She replied with anger, I don't feel pity on you.
He said to her, but I am happy, you are mine, how much you hate me, but you will be mine, why don't you have mercy me, what I have done to you.
She replied, you have broken my father's trust which he had on us, you were my student, why did you like me and forced my father to marry me to you.
He replied, "marry with you is not a sin".
She said, it is sin near me, do you know that what is people saying to my father, you daughter has got married to his student, she must have trapped him. I would be happy if my father were held my marriage with his own choice and my father' trust was live.
She said madly, you know that he went against whole family for our education. There is no tradition in our family to teach girls but he gave us higher education. Whenever I see you, I would not in my senses and would die. She started to yell. Mr. Kamal was listening everything behind the door. She was kept yelling, at last she became faint.
As soon as she fainted Areez became helpless he could not know what to do. He forgot about himself and started to call Baba….Mr. Kamal came inside. Mr. Kamal said, "I call doctor, you make her lay on bed "
He made her laid on bed; all family members were gathered in the room and after some time doctor came. He checked up Shaeeza and said, she became faint due to stress, let her take rest, it would be better if she were sleep.
Mr. Kamal suggested that it would be better if we call her father because she is in great stress, might be anything happen to her. Everyone were agreed to his suggestion so, he called her's father.
As Saba begum saw Mr. Ahmed was going, she asked, where you are going, what has happened.
He knew that she is mother if I were tell her, she would be worried so, he said, I will tell you when I come back.
Because Mr. Ahmed was father and loved his daughter, as soon as he entered in Mr. Kamal home asked, what had happened to Shaeeza, why did she become faint?
Mr. Kamal made him calm, took him Areez room, made him sat and said to him, she became faint due to stress, she loves you and your honour, she hasn't liked her's father trust broken and since marriage she has been suffering from stress.
They were talking and Kalsum begum took Shaeeza down stairs. Mr. Ahmed listened whole story, Mr. Kamal nudged with eyes to Areez. He sat in Mr. Ahmed's feet and said, uncle! Forgive me and I hurt you. There is no my fault in it. I was helpless due to my heart, didn't see such strong character girl in my social circle so, I could not let her go; more over I cannot live without her now.
He replied, "Whatever had happened, alright, I forgave you".
"She is in thinking that she has broken her's father trust so, she is not happy" said Areez.
His words had worked like pouring oil on burring fire on Mr. Ahmed and the words of his heart were on his tongue, he said, " my son; you had really broke my trust, I had hardly composed myself because I had fought against my family and gave my daughters education.
We have to take out Shaeeza from stress in that matter Ahmed sir, you can do everything, said Mr. Kamal.
He replied, I will do because she is my daughter and great daughter.
You take Shaeeza to your home, Areez will visit off and on your home too and try to make space in her's heart, said Mr. Kamal.
Alright, let me go and where is Shaeeza, said Mr. Ahmed.
Kalsum begum said, she had got into car already and slept.
They came with him to car and Mr. Kamal made Mr. Ahmed sure that they honoured his family and loved Shaeeza too much.
As soon as Mr. Ahmed reached home Saba begum who was already in waiting him asked, what happen?
When Shaeeza came out from car and she was about to fall then Saba begum held her. They took her inside. Sabine and Aayaan gathered around her then Mr. Ahmed sat and told whole story. He said to Saba begum; don't ask any question to her just let her relax.
Aayaan ran to the room and said to Shaeeza, Aapi; Areez brother has come.
She replied, alright, go play and she covered herself with blanket and slept.
As she knew that Areez was here so, she didn't come out of room. Areez played with Aayaan, Saba begum cooked food and all family members had a dinner with Areez. Saba begum tried that Shaeeza would give attention to him but she didn't give.
Saba begum said to Shaeeza, give Kebab to Areez but she behaved as she didn't listen.
Mr. Ahmed said to Saba begum, don't bother her.
But Sabine and Aayaan gave full attention to him. He was kept seeing her and she was looking as she was exhausted after a long fighting.
Next day when Areez came, he asked to Aayaan, where is Shaeeza.
He replied, "Areez brother, she is in room and she has been watching Barbie since morning, Let watch with her"
They went to that room where she was watching Barbie, Areez said to Shaeeza, Assalam-o- Alikum; you are watching Barbie, let us watch too.
She didn't reply but as Aayaan saw that she was watching Frozen, he replied, "Yes brother Frozen is too interesting".
He was about to sit with Shaeeza on bed but she went to the other corner of bed hurrily. He started to watch Barbie and said to Aayaan, Aayaan; Shaeeza is looking like a Barbie.
He replied, yes Areez brother, she wore a frock like Barbie.
"Her hair are like Barbie too" said Areez.
She didn't reply and only listened silently, after some time she went away from there. Aayaan and Areez also went to down stairs in the launch where Saba begum was sitting. He said, Assalam-o-Alikum.
Saba begum replied, Waalikum Salam.
They were talking that Mr. Ahmed came and said, Assalam-o-Alikum.
"It is good, you have come "Saba begum said, today Sabine's in-laws called, they are coming for fixing marriage date.
"It is sound good that I want to fulfill this duty "replied Mr. Ahmed.
Uncle; you do not worry, I will do all arrangement of marriage, said Areez.
Thank, my son, all will be done, replied Mr. Ahmed.
He replied, Uncle; you are saying son but saying thank too. I am your son and I will see you as a son. Sabine Aapi is my elder sister so; it is my duty to do marriage arrangements.
His answer made Mr. Ahmed speechless.
After that day Areez had done all arrangements and Mr. Ahmed didn't feel any burden. Saba begum and Mr. Ahmed were happy with him because he proved himself like a son.
On wedding day, bridegroom and bride were sitting on stage. Shaeeza and her cousins came on stage for Dudh Palai. Beauty always attracts every one moreover; she was looking too much pretty that bridegroom's friend fell in love with her in first sight.
She said, Brother Muneeb; decide milk cost before drinking it.
His that friend said, if milk giver is such pretty girl, so who will see cost of milk.
When you will listen milk cost, you will be faint, sir; said Shaeeza.
Looking toward Shaeeza his friend said, you just talk about to give, we will take without thinking.
"Fifty thousand now speak" said Shaeeza.
"It is very expensive milk, we don't want to drink such expensive milk" said Muneeb.
His friend said to Muneeb, friend, the giver is only seen and he has given money to Shaeeza forcefully by Muneeb.
"It was so expensive milk, you made me kill friend" said Muneeb.
After taking money Shaeeza was about to go, the boy said, say me thank and tell me your name as thank.
She replied, thank for what and why name?
He said, thank for money and name for thank.
She saw him and went away behaving like who you are. There is no space for you and try to see another one.
He said to Muneeb, what a girl, who made me mad.
Don't be mad, see that boy who is standing he is husband of her, said Muneeb.
He said to Muneeb, don't say my friend.
Muneeb replied, yes my friend and he has won her by passing difficult tests, she is your sister-in-law's sister.
The boy replied, really.
Sabine who had been listening them, she said, she is my sister and he is her husband who loves her too much.
He started to see Areez with full attention.
In marriage function, an old lady was sitting with Kalsum begum and Kanwal when Shaeeza came to them and Areez came too. Kalsum begum said to old lady, they are my son and daughter-in-law. She was experienced and wise woman, as she saw Shaeeza, she said to Areez, the girls are like buds of flower, keep them with care otherwise they will be withered.
As he saw toward Shaeeza so, he felt that she was right, Shaeeza had been withered. The old lady put hand on both head with affection and said, "Praise the lord, this couple is like a moon and sun, you are like a fairy and loves her". She again said, "May you be happy in life"
Areez was kept watching her, Kalsum begum said, "May they live long"
Kanwal praised them too.
After function all guests and Areez's family member went their home. After completing work as Areez was going home, Mr. Ahmed said to him, stay tonight here.
He stayed in Shaeeza home and he was thinking about her, really he had held Shaeeza hardly that' why, she withered.
He prayed to God, "O my lord! Help me, I make her bloom able. O my lord! I could not even think of hurting her, but I do not have courage to give her up, so give me Shaeeza, that you gave to Hazrat Zulekha, Hazrat Yousaf. O my lord, you hear my cry and you are one who hears pray".
As Mr. Ahmed entered in Shaeeza room, she stood up and said, "Baba; you would have called me out"
He put hand on Shaeeza's head with affection and said, "If I has come to my daughter's room so, it is not big deal and I have to talk some important matter to my daughter"
She replied, yes, Baba and sat with father to listen him.
He said, "I am proud of my both daughters and I haven't committed any mistake to give them education. Both have given importance to their father's honour above everything else in the world. Shaeeza, you have done very well, rejected Areez's love above your father's honour. You made them realized my father's respect is more precious above everything else in the world, even though his family has also appreciated your father's training. I was happy when Mr. Kamal said that your daughter is a diamond such girls always make a great society".
She replied, Baba! You have done a lot for us and you had to face whole your family for us this is result of your sacrifice.
He said to Shaeeza, "my daughter, you forgive him and try to understand everything happens for our own good, if God has made couples so, they have some purposes, might be this marriage purpose was that to prove, education should give to girls so, they would be able to differentiate between right and wrong and they would give importance to their parent's honour above everything else in the world and make foundations of society". After that Mr. Ahmed put his hand on Shaeeza's head with affection.
She replied, I understood, Baba! Whatever your decision will be, I accept your decision with my heart.
Then Mr. Ahmed went away from Shaeeza's room.
Next morning on dining table, Mr. Ahmed said to Areez, call your parent, they will take you and Shaeeza.
He Said to Saba begum too, you be ready to send Shaeeza to her home.
These words sounded good to Areez and brought colour on his face. He became happy and said, "Yes Uncle, I call them"
She replied, I am ready and you don't worry.
In the evening Areez's family came and Sabine and Muneeb were present too. They dinned together and they made departed Shaeeza with Areez and his family.
Shaeeza and Areez were sitting on bed, Areez held Shaeeza's hand with love and said, "You made me understand that daughter is trust of father who considers father's respect more valuable than love of me who is respectable and rich in society. Society is ready to bend in front of him but Shaeeza Ahmed hit my love with her own feet whether I was dying for her and went away".
Moreover he said, "Shaeeza, you know that there were thousand girls who wanted me to marry them and I was in superiority complex; it is not difficult to tame a girl but you have defeated me".
She looked toward him with attention first time and Areez felt that he had won whole world. He kept glance on her with love and felt his heart filled with pleasure. He said, "Thank friend; for including me in your life, my life is nothing without you and now it has been bloomed as flower"
He sat beside Shaeeza and put hand on her shoulder.
Mr. Ahmed said, "Begum; have you seen what is benefit of education, how it bends people in front of you"
She replied, "You are right our daughters have proved"
Shaeeza was standing in the lawn for seeing flowers of different colours. She said, O my lord; colours of love are how beautiful, where ever they scatter, bloom flowers and flowers. If you love you parents because they have scarified their own happiness for your training and education, you have to only take care of their honour in their love and God awards you with lot of blessings like I have lot of happiness today because I have took care of their honour in their love".
Areez called to Shaeeza….. Where are you?
She replied, here near flowers.
He came there and said, I have been searching you.
She smiled; Areez held Shaeeza's hand and they went inside.
