'What's up?' D'Jok asked and looked at her face.

'You know when you said about us dating other people?' Mei said.

'Yeah. Is this to do with the Lioness situation?' D'Jok asked.

'No. I've been hiding something from you and all of the guys.' Mei said and continued

'I've been dating someone. We meet while I was playing for the Shadows'

'Why didn't you tell us?' D'Jok said and continued

'I was afraid you will be upset.' Mei said.

'Well you came back from the Shadows around ten months ago. So you've been dating for around ten months. I'm upset that you left it so long to tell me the truth. The fact that you could have told me right then on the spot when we had that conversation.' D'Jok replied to her slightly annoyed.

'I'm sorry but I still didn't feel comfortable telling you because I thought you would react badly on me dating someone else after we broke up' Mei said.

'Do you think that you are the most special girl in the world or something? I said that we should be honest from the get go! You still hide it from the whole team.' D'Jok raised his voice and looked at her face which was on the ground and she was playing with her hair.

'Who else knew?' D'Jok asked more softly.

'What?' Mei said and jilted her head up.

'Who else knew' D'Jok repated and waited for her response.

'Tia and Lioness' Mei said quietly.

'Wait. You told Lioness before you told me?' D'Jok said and Mei didn't respond.

'I'm happy that you found someone else. However hiding it for so long and telling someone else that you only recently met before your ex… C'mon Mei' D'Jok said.

'I know. She was the one that pushed me to tell you now.' Mei said and D'Jok rubbed his neck.

'Okay. Well congrats. I hope the guy treats you well.' D'Jok said and gave a small smile.

'That's the thing that I am afraid of you really feeling hurt by… the person…. I'm dating Sinedd' Mei said and D'Jok looked up at her face in shock.

'Sinedd!' D'Jok shouted and everyone came into the room that they were in.

'Guys lets go and get a drink in the kitchen.' Tia said and Lioness was issuing the guys to leave the room.

'No. They need to hear who she's dating.' D'Jok replied to Tia's remark and continued. 'Looks like our fellow team mate is dating our revival, Sinedd'

'What!' The guys all shouted and looked at Mei. D'Jok then left the room and went to his room.

'D'Jok!' Mei said.

'I will talk to him.' Lioness said and nodded at her. She then looked at Tia and Yuki to take Mei away from the guys.

'Talk about drama. This is better than a telenovela.' Micro Ice said and all the guys agreed.

'Hey D'Jok. It's me Lioness.' Lioness said whilst knocking on the door.

'I don't want to speak right now' D'Jok said out of breathe.

'You just going to punch that training bag all by yourself? I know you don't want to say anything… Let me at least help you take you frustration out.' Lioness said and heard the door open. He looked at her face and picked the football in his room.

'Want to work your shooting?' Lioness said and he gave a small nod. He lead the way from his room and saw Mei standing in front of the door with Tia and Yuki. He brushed out of the way and Lioness looked at the girls and mouthed 'I got it.'

The both arrived on the pitch and Lioness was helping him with his shooting. Every shot that D'Jok produced got harder and harder.

'Why didn't see tell me earlier! Sinedd of all people!' D'Jok said and kicked the ball. Lioness didn't say anything and allowed him to vent. She sent the ball to him and a purple smog appeared from him and formed a shadow.

Lioness POV

He has a keshin!

D'Jok smashed the ball into the net and stopped. Lioness took the ball away from him and sat him down.

'I know you are mad at her because it's Sinedd but he is treating her well. Maybe he isn't as bad as you think.' Lioness told him.

'You don't know him like that.' D'Jok replied to her a bit irritated.

'I know. However, when was the last time you got to see him off the pitch? Away from the rivalry between the Shadows and the Snow Kids and just see him? Everyone changes D'Jok. Sometimes for the good. Maybe he has. Mei really seems happy with him' Lioness explained to him. D'Jok said nothing and Lioness continued.

'I know that you have a special connection but you need to understand she knows who she is dating if anything does go wrong, you back her. Right now it seems like her relationship is going right, so you have to back her. I know how it feels' Lioness said and rested her hand on his shoulder. D'Jok looked at her and gave a small smile.

'Thanks. I need that.' D'Jok said.

'No problem. Now. I think we should get something to eat. It's been a good shooting session.' Lioness said and the two walked out of the training pitch.

As the two were walking into the living room they ran into Aarch.

'Hey uncle can I speak to you later?' Lioness asked Aarch who gave her a nod.

'In an hour kiddo' Aarch replied to Lioness and went to his office.

'Well. I guess it's time to talk to Mei.' Lioness said to him before the entered the living area. D'Jok simply nodded and held the door open for her. They walked into a room with eyes watching the two.

'Mei. Can I talk to you in private please?' D'Jok asked. She simply nodded and followed him into the reading room.

'Well this looks like it could get interesting' Hawk said and everyone in the room nodded.

'Which we will all stay away from! C'mon let's play some video games.' Lioness said and started setting up the console along with Tia.

Mei and D'Jok

'So you are dating Sinedd.' D'Jok said and gave a sigh.

'Yeah.' Mei said and looked at his face.

'Do you like him? I mean you see yourself in a good relationship' D'Jok asked her.

'I do. Honestly he has changed.' Mei said to him.

'That's all I need to know. This is your relationship. As long as he makes you happy, that's all I care about. Sorry for the earlier reaction.' D'Jok said and rubbed his neck.

'It was called for.' Mei said and gave him a weak smile. 'What made you change your tune from earlier?'

'Just had a talk with Li. She made me see some sense' D'Jok replied to her and approached the door. 'If he tries anything… You know you can talk to me. Still I hope you guys are truly happy and have a good relationship.' D'Jok said and gave her a smile.

'Thanks D'Jok.' Mei said and followed him out of the room. As D'Jok opened the door, he was met with a fallen Hawk on the floor.

'Dude! Why are you so nosey?' Shark shouted from the living room.

'Well… this is awkward.' Hawk said sheepishly as he slow got back to his feet.

'Hawk!' King and Lioness shouted at the same time and ran after the redhead.

'Hey Lioness.' Mei shouted at her and she stop running and walked to Mei. 'Thank you. I think we can actually get back to normal.'

'No problem. He realised what he was losing.' Lioness said and helped King take down Hawk.
