It's after school. Hinako and the others have just finished their lesson and now are leaving for the dorms. Kuina pulls Hinako aside while the others leave, but Yua notices them talking and hears the name that makes her heart skip a beat.

"You're seeing Chiaki again, right?" Kuina asks with her usual cat-like grin.

"Y-yes…up where we usually go to," Hinako replies.

"Backstage? Come on, it's boring!" the blue haired cutie says. "You need to pick someplace else! Oh, I know! How about the rooftop?"

"Rooftop?"

"Sure! I read lots of romance manga that people go up there mostly for romantic places in school~!" Kuina points out.

Thank goodness, she didn't mention eating the pages… Hinako thinks.

"So what do you say~?" the bluenette says, patting her best friend on the back. "Ask Chiaki to-"

"N-no way!" Yua jumps in between the two and flails her arms wildly. "If Chiaki-sempai wants to go with someone, it should be me! Me, me, me, me, ME!"

Kuina chuckles. "You seriously didn't know? Hina-chan is going out with her already. Or have you forgotten because you're still obsessed with her~?"

"Sh-shut up!" Yua squeaks. "O-of course I know that!"

"Suuuure you do~" Kuina teases.

"Ummmm….y-you two?" Hinako says, waving her arms back and forth.

Kuina turns to her best friend and gives her a thumbs up. "I'll take Yua-chan out for a walk while we have a discussion. You go ahead and ask Chiaki. Best of luck~!"

"But…!" Yua tries to protest, but the bluenette wraps an arm around her, patting her shoulder.

"Now, now," Kuina says. "Just keep walking. No need to look back~"

While the brunette is whining and whimpering from Kuina's talking, Hinako nods and turns the other way. She has a mission to accomplish. She starts walking down the halls to find her beloved.

I sure hope she isn't already backstage like we usually go, she thinks. Come to think of it, Kuu-chan was right. I told Miss Landlady a while ago that it was an awkward place. Maybe she was too focused on privacy instead of romance…

It's only been about a week since the two shared a secret place together. But Hinako was starting to have second thoughts as the days go by, wondering if what Chiaki chose was truly romantic. Then, when Kuina pointed out that it wasn't, Hinako comes to the conclusion that she will have to make a decision this time. She isn't very confident at first, but they are lovers, so she will have to speak the truth.

Fortunately, Chiaki hasn't left the classroom, as Hinako found her in the nick of time. She is just organizing some papers before leaving when the shy girl walked to her classroom.

"Ah…Hina-chan," the brunette's soft, quiet voice reaches Hinako's ears, making her swoon a bit. "You're early."

"I, ummm…" the shy girl swallows hard. "I was just thinking that….w-well, uhhhh…I wanted to ask you something….M-Miss Landlady!"

"Sure, go ahead," Chiaki puts the papers in her schoolbag and turns to her girlfriend. "You have my full attention~"

Hinako cannot count how many times she's been swallowing hard, but she must be strong. For Chiaki and for herself.

"Y-you know how we discussed our secret place?" Hinako starts. "Well…my friend, ummm…well, I was told that backstage was no good. And I knew that from the start."

"We don't want others to find out about our relationship," Chiaki reasons, tilting her head. "I only wanted to protect us."

"Yes, b-but…it's not really romantic enough," Hinako explains. "And the more I think about it, the less enjoyable it is to get to our secret place. S-so I'm telling you now that we need a new one. And I suggest the school's rooftop."

Chiaki's eyes widen for a bit, but she closes her eyes and smiles. "You're right, Hina-chan. If we're going to truly have a romantic moment together, there must be a place that's appropriate to do that." She walks over and pets the shy girl like a puppy. "Kuu-chan told you, didn't she?"

"Hwa!? H-how did you know!?"

"Fufu! I caught her reading these romance mangas from time to time while walking by," Chiaki replies. "She must have learned that these books."

Hinako giggles as well. Typical of Kuina. At least she didn't eat them, she thinks. She actually read the contents~

"Oh..one more thing," Chiaki says.

"Hm?"

"I also found some ripped up pages from the light novels she read. Maybe we need to clean that up after."

"Haaaah…" Hinako sighs heavily. I spoke too soon…

Chiaki gently takes her girlfriend's hand. "Come now. Where do you want to go? You did say there is someplace new you wanted to take me."

"Oh! Right, right!" Hinako nods.

The shy girl leads her girlfriend all the way toward the school's roof. Nice fresh air around them, the light wind blowing south and there is a wonderful view from the edge. Hinako skips toward it to observe the view.

"Woooow~!" she exclaims. "Oh, my gosh! Kuu-chan was telling the truth! The rooftop IS the best place~!"

Chiaki steps next to her girlfriend. "Fufu! I'm glad you're happy with it. But tell me: is there a reason why you never said anything in the first place?"

Hinako blushes in embarrassment and fiddles with her fingers. "W-well…you must have liked our secret place so much…s-so I couldn't tell you."

"Silly, Hina-chan~" the brunette chuckles softly. "I'm your girlfriend. You know very well that you can tell me anything, so try not to hide things from me, okay?"

"Alright…"

Chiaki steps up to the shy girl, turning her around and wrapping an arm around her waist. "Now that that's out of the way…let's start our real romantic moment. Like in the manga or light novels." She tips Hinako's chin to her level. "Won't you do it with me…Hina-chan~?"

The shy girl blushes heavily. She can barely speak because of Chiaki's gaze and smile. But she needs to respond somehow.

"Y-yes…Miss Landlady…" she says softly.

Chiaki gives a soft giggle and leans in to press her lips against the shy girl's. Hinako eagerly returns the favor, wrapping her arms around her neck. The brunette returns the embrace by wrapping her arms around her girlfriend's waist, pulling her closer. They kiss and kiss more passionately than they thought it would be. Being a place like this must have gotten them to enjoy their time together even more. Both of them are lost in their own world with the wind lightly blowing. Chiaki then dominates Hinako's tongue with hers, resulting in moans coming from both of them.

"Mmmm….chu….ahhhh…" Hinako moans softly. "M-Miss Landlady…your kisses…feel so soft….and so good…~"

"I know…mmmm…chu…I love your lips, too, Hina-chan~" Chiaki replies softly. "So soft…so right…I want to kiss you as many times as I want…~"

The two keep on kissing until they feel the need to pull away to catch their breath. But even so, they still gaze into each other's eyes lovingly. Chiaki smiles and cups both hands on Hinako's cheeks.

"My little Hina-chan…~" she says softly. "So cute…so shy…yet so brave when it comes to trying out new things. You chose the right place to come here to try out theatre. It's like the fates themselves have brought us together…~"

"R-really…?" Hinako blushes again. "I-I sort of feel the same way. But it's…it's not only you that's helped me out. Mayu-chan, Kuu-chan….even Yua-chan have been there for me. B-but you, Miss Landlady….you gave me strength, the courage to step forth and do the theatre troupe. I-if it wasn't for you…I don't know what I would've done…"

Chiaki smiles. "You would've given up. But you didn't. And I'm so proud that you became stronger than you were earlier. You seemed to break your bad habit, even if it's only a little at a time."

"Y-yes!" Hinako nods. "You're right! I have been a little braver on interacting with others."

"Fufu! Keep this up and you'll socialize with people with no problem~" Chiaki kisses her on the forehead. "I'll always be there to support you, Hina-chan. Just remember that~"

"M-Miss Landlady…"

The two are about to kiss again when suddenly…

"GYAAAAAAA!" The sound of the scream coming from Yua startles both Hinako and Chiaki, causing them to pull away. "So this is where you've been!"

"Sorry, I tried to stop her…" Kuina says.

"You and Chiaki-sempai!?" Yua cries, flailing her arms around. "So it's true!? Ohhhh…why, oh whyyyyy!?"

"Calm down, Yua-chan," Chiaki says.

"Hinako!" the long haired brunette points her finger at the shy girl. "Since Chiaki-sempai is now taken…I'll…I'll…."

"Y-yes…?" Hinako says, trembling and afraid of what her friend might say next.

Yua blushes heavily and averts her eyes. "I'll…h-help you in any way. B-but it's not like I wanted to do it on whim. Y-you know very well that I'm not that cruel of a person!"

"You will~?" Hinako brightens. "That'd be so wonderful, Yua-chan~! You're the best!"

"W-whatever…" Yua turns away, crossing her arms.

Kuina gives a cat-like grin and a thumbs up. "Mayu-chan will help out as well if she can~!"

"She would do that, too? Awesome!" Hinako exclaims.

Chiaki giggles. "Fufu! Looks like we have full support from our friends. I like that."

The shy girl turns around and takes the older girl's hands in hers. "Oh, Miss Landlady! It's so grand to have our friends support us! That makes me enjoy our time together even more~!"

Chiaki nods. "I agree. Let's enjoy our love for as long as we live from now on."

"Yes….let's…Miss Landlady~!"
