Kurt had a big announcement to make and he wanted all of his friends and family to be home when he made it. His Former Glee Club members would all be in town and his new Brother in law would finally be home after 5 years in the army. Its been a while since I have written a GLEE Fanfic...And My good friend requested a FUINN Story so I am merely just granting a request. I Hope you are all safe and sound with your loved ones. Please Stay Home and Wash your hands. :)

(This is an AU fic everyone was in glee club except for Finn who also went to LIMA but was mainly a jock after high school he goes off to join the Army)

Quinn is typing on her laptop at the Starbucks in the Lima Ohio Airport trying to finish up her article on the pandemic in Africa with Starving children she sighed as she felt like her article was missing more passion and empathy.

"YOU'RE A PIG! How dare you stand there acting like you are helping our country all you do is kill innocent people!"An Older Woman berates the young tall brunette who is picking up his luggage from Baggage Claim. Quinn turns her head and squints her eyes seeing what the commotion is all about.

She sees an older woman yelling at the tall young man who just takes the yelling no clenched fist nothing the young man just listens to the woman and looks at her with nothing but kindness. Quinn closes her laptop and places it into her purse quickly gathering her belongings and walking to the two.

"You have blood on your hands! You shouldn't be roaming here! You could use your power to yield a weapon and people would side with you because you wear that disgusting Uniform."She says before raising her hand to slap the young man.

Quinn quickly steps in front of the two and holds onto the woman's hand. The young man looks down and sees a blonde in front of him.

"Excuse me who do you think you are yelling at this brave Solider like that?"Quinn asked

"He kills people as an occupation."The older woman says her.

"He protects our country so that inconsiderate small minded people like you have the ability to be free and overly share your opinions without someone shanking you in the streets. Now if I were you I would thank this gentleman for protecting and serving his country and maybe you should think about getting laid because you're very uptight. "Quinn says The Older Woman gasps and quickly walks away. Quinn smiles and turns around facing the Young Solider who takes off his army cap and placing it in his bag and he smiles at her.

Quinn blinks and takes in the man's features he was very tall had short hair, he had a handsome smirk and chocolate brown eyes.

"Thanks for saving me Ma'am"He smiles

"It was nothing, uhm We should be thanking you for your services. I'm surprised you just allowed her to berate you like that."Quinn says

"Comes with the territory, every time you step out in this uniform you gotta be ready for whomever is ready to pack a punch. Plus This is Lima Ohio the people are harmless here. Could I buy you a coffee to maybe say Thanks for saving me? It's rare i get saved."He smiles Before Quinn can respond

"QUINN BITCH!"A Voice yells Quinn looks up and sees her Friend Santana is walking down the terminal.

"Sorry, I'm here to pick up my friend..."Quinn says The Young Man nods and takes Quinn's left hand and kisses the back of it.

"This town is pretty small who knows maybe I'll see you around."He smiles picking up his bag and walking towards the exit. Santana walks over to Quinn who smiles as she watches the Tall Handsome Solider walk away.

"Earth to Fabray what was that?"Santana asked

"Huh? Nothing...Welcome Back."Quinn smiles

"Yeah welcome back to Hell, Why didn't I just meet you in Miami? Why are we even back in this dump."Santana asked as she side hugs her bestfriend.

"Kurt had an announcement that was not Facebook Worthy. Come On everyone is meeting at the Hummel House."Quinn says Helping Santana with her luggage.

"How's the Tampa Bay Times article coming along?"Santana asked

'Nearly done just have to send it to the Editor but it's missing something."Quinn says as they get into her Jeep. As they leave the airport Santana sighs.

"You realize we're going to be mingling with our old Glee Club team mates."Santana says

"Yes I'm aware why do you think I waited for you to arrive."Quinn laughs

"Ugh, I can see it now Sam trying to dance doing his stupid white chocolate body rolls, Tina singing an over rated Pop song, Kurt criticizing our outfits, Berry being well her obnoxious selfish self. Talking about how she bumped into Indina Menzel on the subway. Puck trying to hit on you and me wanting a threesome. "Santana rolls her eyes.

"Santana you did live with them for a year in New York."Quinn reminds her

"Worst year of my life."Santana recalls.

"At least Brittany will be there you haven't seen her in a while."Quinn says

"We uhm actually saw each other last weekend."Santana says Quinn looks at her confused "She was in New York held a dance class, and we hooked up all weekend."Santana reveals Quinn laughs and shakes her head.

"Oh Shut up. How about you Are you gonna hook up with anyone while we're here? Sam Puck?"Santana asked

"If those are my only options I'd rather hook up with you."Quinn Jokes Santana laughs "Sorry I'm saving myself all for Britt."Santana winks

Finn walks out of the Baggage Claim terminal and he looks around and sees his brother Kurt standing outside beside his car he smiles and walks over to his Brother.

"First Lieutenant Hudson! Get over here and hug me!"Kurt smiles widely Finn drops his bag and hugs his brother

"What was so important that you couldn't write it in a letter or email me I had to fly over seas from Qatar to Lima Ohio?"Finn chuckles

"Well First of all you missed our parents wedding 2 years ago so that's already a big issue, and second."Kurt holds up his hand and Finn sees a silver wedding band on his left hand.

"Who's the Guy?"Finn smiles

"You'll see let's get you home you big lug."Kurt smiles and opens the door for Finn and tosses his luggage in the back of his car.

Finn gets out of the car and looks up at the big house in front of him. "Welcome to your new home Brother."Kurt smiles Finn nods and gets out of the car and follow Kurt into the house.

"We're Home!"Kurt calls out Finn looks around the house and sees wedding pictures that he missed , his mom looked beautiful in her white dress and Burt who used to be his old boss looked great in his tux.

Finn's Mom had told him after he graduated High school and joined the Army, she had fallen in love with Burt after he would spend lunches and Dinners with her while Finn was away and stationed in Korea during his first tour. Carole would constantly talk about Burt's son Kurt.

Finn knew Kurt since they would hang out at the Auto Shop while Finn was working there during high school. When Finn wasn't working at the shop he was taking out his stress on Football he never agreed that the other players would pick on Kurt or the other Glee guys so he made it known to not mess around them when he was in the locker room or in the hallway.

Finn sets down the picture and hears squealing coming down the hallway he looks up and sees his Mom with open arms running towards him. Finn drops his bag and quickly hugs his Mom "Oh my Baby Boy is home."Carole cries

"Hi Mama."Finn whispers hugging his mom tightly and kisses her cheek. Carole smiles and looks at her grown son she smiles with pride taking in his uniform.

"Welcome home My Son, oh you are too lean let me fix you up a plate the guests will be arriving soon for Kurt's party."Carole says Before Finn and say anything his mom is in the kitchen

"Welcome Home Finn."Burt says Finn nods and shakes his hand. " Look I know this must be short of a shock for you. After you left for the Army you told me to watch you Mom and everything but I want you to know I love her with everything I am..."Burt says Finn smiles a pats Burt on the back

"Thank you for taking care of my Mom, and Thank you for uhm letting me stay here."Finn says

"This is your home too Finn, we have a room just for you let me show you."Burt says and walks up the stairs Finn follows him and Burt opens the door and Finn looks around and it's like a time capsule, there was his drum set on the side of the room, his MVP Trophies, his championship football game on the desk, Photos of him and his military team on the wall, and a picture frame hung on the wall with his old cowboy western wallpaper Finn chuckles and he looks at the frame.

"Your Mom thought we should keep something to remind you of your old home."Burt says

"It looks great Thank you."Finn smiles in appreciation

"I'm gonna let you relax you had a long flight and just to warn you Kurt's Glee friends are arriving and they can be a bit much."Burt smiles Finn nods

"It's good to have you home your mom is very happy."Burt says as he closes Finn's door. Finn turns around looking at the room he starts to remove his uniform and closes his eyes feeling the sting from his ribs he sighs and walks to the bathroom taking his small bag with him unzipping it and takes out of the gauze Finn looks at his white shirt and the left rib is seeping with blood Finn removes the shirt and starts soaking it in the tub with hot water and begins bandaging his side.

Quinn and Santana arrive at the Hummel house they walk inside and see all of their Former glee members

"I hope they have tequila."Santana says Quinn laughs as they get out of the car and walk into the house.

"FABRAY AND LOPEZ IN THE HOUSE WE ARE COMPLETE!"Puck yells out clearly buzzed "Someone hit the booze early."Santana whispered

"Welcome Ladies!"Kurt smiles

"Okay you wanna tell us why we all had to travel to Lima for?"Santana asked Brittany smiles at Santana and they stare at each other

"Can we get a group hug first? I've missed you guys it's been 4 years but I never realized how much I miss you all."Kurt smiles

"Kurt's right, it's rare when we're all together. "Rachel smiles

"Alright let's get this going bring it in bring it in."Sam says pulling Quinn and Santana to his Sides, Kurt pulls in Rachel Mercedes and Puck Mike, Brittany laughs and she wheels Artie with Tina on his lap into a group hug.

"Oh Wait Wait! We're missing someone!"Kurt says everyone pulls away and give Kurt a confused look

"Who?"Rachel asked

"My Brother!"Kurt says running down the stairs

"Kurt has a brother?"Puck asked the group

"His Dad Married someone remember."Mike says

"Oh That's right."Puck nods, Sam sees Quinn getting a drink and he walks over to her. "You're looking pretty good Quinn."Sam smiles Quinn turns her head and looks at him.

'What do you want Sam?"She asked

"Well you're back in Lima, I was thinking we go to Breadstix order to go, and netflix and chill."Sam smiles

"No Thanks...I'm not interested."Quinn says

"Come On Quinn, don't tell me you don't miss the while chocolate."Sam gets closer to her.

"Guys! This is my Brother Finn Hudson!"Kurt smiles practically dragging Finn down the stairs, Finn walks down the stairs and politely nods and waves at everyone

"Hudson?"Puck says Finn looks up and smirks "Puckerman?"He says

"Long time no see brother!"Puck says shaking Finn's hand Finn pats Puck on the back and they get drinks and catch up. Quinn smiles as she sees Finn again.

"You're brother is Finn Hudson? Hottie Quarterback from high school?"Rachel asked pulling Kurt by his arm

"Yeah Dad married his mom about 2 years ago I told you guys this."Kurt says

"NO You said Your Dad got married you didn't say Finn was your brother. I had the biggest crush on him in high school"Tina says

"So did I he's even hotter now what has he been up to. He looks gorgeous."Rachel says

"He's in the Army he's on leave for a little bit."Kurt says

"Sorry Sam like i said not interested."Quinn says handing her empty glass to him and walking out into the patio.

"After Graduation I hear you got deployed hows that goin?"Puck asked

"It's uhm been something, you're one of Kurt's glee friends huh?"Finn asked

"Yeah it's sort a family thing we got I guess, none of us really keep in touch all that much, but Kurt said he had big news. You look good man I'm glad you made it back safe. Look I own a popular bar downtown it's called SAWS come on down I'll hook you up with everything."Puck smiles

"Oh Hey Thanks but I'm not much of a drinker."Finn says

"We've got sports and sliders."Puck winks Quinn walks outside and is walking towards them "Whats up Fabray."Puck nods and winks at her.

"I'm not here for you Puckerman I' wanted to speak with him."Quinn says Puck looks at Finn confused then back at Quinn "Okay I'll talk to you later man."Puck says Finn nods as they fist bump.

Finn stands up and Quinn smiles "Hottie QB turned Lima Army Hero..the story writes itself."Quinn says Finn looks down and shakes his head

"I'm not a hero...but you are , you saved my ass at the airport I never did Thank you..."Finn says Quinn smiles

"So you and Kurt are brothers..."Quinn says Finn nods "Its funny I would see you some of guys around school back at McKinley but I had no idea who any of you were. Kurt I knew because of Burt and him always hanging around the Shop..and as for Puck but thats because of Football and Basketball."Finn says

"Life has a way of bringing people together...So are you here for a long time?"Quinn asked

"I'm on Leave for a while...sort of got injured while I was stationed in Qatar."Finn says as he sits down on the patio Bench Quinn sits beside him

"It must be surreal coming back home huh?"Quinn asked

"Nothing is what I expected..I mean right after graduation I headed straight to boot camp didn't get to bond too much with The Hummels...I even missed our parent's wedding ,only got to see pictures and all of Kurt's very long and detailed letters..I still don't know how to deal with all the changes to be honest.."Finn chuckles Quinn stares at Finn and he looks at her confused

"What?"He asked

"You helped me when we were in high school once.."Quinn remembers

"Did I?"Finn asked Quinn nods

"I was running to Glee Practice after a doctor's appointment from the parking lot, one of my flats came off and I twisted my ankle...You were coming out of the locker room and you carried me to the Nurse's office. You were saving people then, and you're saving people now"Quinn smiles Finn looks into Quinn's eyes then looks down

"You'd think I'd remember those beautiful Hazel Eyes..then again between Football and Being in the Army I may have had a few head injuries."Finn Jokes. Quinn giggles

"So uhm I know you were in Glee Club with Kurt...what do you now?"Finn asked

"I'm A Journalist, I work for a big internet/journalist site in Tampa Florida."Quinn says

"Sounds pretty cool do you enjoy it?"Finn asked

"Sometimes, I love writing I love being able to give my spin on a story and make people see how great a gift life truly can be..Sometimes more often than not we take Freedom for Granted...Which is Why I told off that old woman for you this morning."Quinn says Finn nods and rubs his neck.

"I didn't properly Thank you...Do you mind I do that?"Finn asked

"But you did Thank me."Quinn says confused Finn leans forward and kisses Quinn's cheek, Quinn blushes and smiles at him.

Kurt claps his hands "Alright Alright Family I just want to say Thank you All of coming on somewhat short notice! I'm honored you all took time to come for my big personal announcement."Kurt smiles

"What is it Lady Face?"Santana rolls her eyes

"First I want you all to officially meet my brother Finn Hudson, he is Carole's son he will be spending a lot of time with us while he is on leave from the Army."Kurt smiles he looks around and sees Finn and Quinn walking inside together Kurt runs and drags Finn on the mini stage with him

"Oh Uhm..What?"Finn asked looking around at the room filled with people

"Say Hello My brother."Kurt says Finn nods smiles shyly "Uhm Hi?"Finn says not sure what is happening

"That Boy is cute."Rachel smiles

"I think Fabray called dibs already Berry."Santana says nudging her to look over at Quinn who is smiling at Finn, and Finn is looking at her shaking his head not sure why he's standing beside Kurt.

"He's fair Game."Rachel smiles confidently

"This should be fun."Santana tells Brittany who nods.

"And my BIG NEWS!"Kurt smiles

"That wasn't the big news? come on man,"Puck sulks

"Okay okay my big news is...I'm Married!"Kurt smiles

"Married to What your Zac Efron Sex doll?"Santana asked Finn looks over at Santana with a confused face

"You guys are friends?"Finn asked

"Sometimes...Ill explain later that's just one of the amazing hallmarks of Santana's personality."Kurt says

"You'll learn to Love me Jolly Green Giant."Santana winks at him Quinn clears her throat and nudges her with her elbow.

"Ow sorry..."Santana whispers

"Now I know it's sudden and i have been very private with my love life but this feels like the right move for me and my new husband...so presenting Eilliot Gilbert!"Kurt smiles Elliot walks into the house with a studded jacket on and black eye liner he smiles at Kurt and kisses his cheek.

"Puck this is what you would look like if you were Gay."Sam jokes Puck glares at him.

"Uhm...Wow.."Burt says

"Honey his outfit is so shiny."Carole

"Is this the guy who joined your Pamela Lansbury Music group in New York?"Quinn asked

"I knew you two were hooking up. See Berry i told you those noises weren't from Cats when we would practice."Santana says

"Im just as shocked as you are..."Rachel says

"Hello There Friend and Family."Elliot says patting Finn on the back, who is looking at Elliot up and down trying to make something of him

"I want you to all know I love Kurt with all my heart and tonight I want you all to know he means the world to me."Elliot smiles Burt walks over to him and holds out his hand.

"You take care of my Son, and no one gets hurt."Burt smiles Elliot shakes his hand and wraps his arm around Kurt.

"Alight so lets PARTY!"Elliot yells Finn gets startled and he quietly gets off the mini stage and he walks to the refreshment table.

"Rachel, Berry But i'm sure you knew that."Rachel smiles holding out her hand expecting Finn to kiss it. Finn looks down at her hand and awkwardly shakes it.

"Uhm I didn't know that , Hello You're Kurt's Roommate in New York?"Finn asked

"Was apparently now I'll be in my Loft solo. I play Fanny Brice On Broadway's Hit Funny Girl."Rachel smiles proudly "I'm also best friends with Idina Menzel."Rachel gloats

"She's lying she bumped into her in the Bathroom!"Puck yells

"She's an elite star just like me...you're just sad because you'll never be friends with the Elite. Puckerman. So Finn you must be impressed that you're in the presence of a star." Rachel smiles Finn chuckles

"I'm sorry I dont know much about Broadway but I have met a few stars..."Finn says

"Who Big foot?"Sam laughs

"Actually He's right he's met quite a few."Carole comes out holding a pictures of Finn with Anna Kendrick, Dwayne Johnson, Vin Diesel,Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Bruce Springsteen, and Idina Menzel

"Whoa. You met The Rock?"Mike asked as the former glee club members looks at the photos

"Yeah they take time to visit the troops and since Im a high rank, I get to show them around the base, Ms. Menzel is very kind , her and her son will send me birthday cards or christmas messages every year."Finn smiles

"Looks like Finn is also an Elite star Berry."Puck laughs handing Finn and soda and pulling him along.

"Sorry about her Rachel tends to be a bit much her ego is about as big as her nose. You'll get use to her once you tune her out."Puck laughs

"It's fine, hey what' about Quinn?"Finn asked

"You like Fabray huh?"Puck asked

"Yeah she's uhm something..Is she single?"Finn asked Before Puck can answer

"No she's taken Bro."Sam says Puck turns around and Sam throws him off.

"No she's not?"Puck says

"She will be soon, Look Hudson You're a good guy and I respect ya but I plan on getting Quinn back we've been on a break for a bit and its time she and i get back together."Sam says

"A bit of a break? Quinn BROKE up with you 5 years ago...You know after you cheated on her with that Sophomore."Mike laughs

"It was a drunken mistake and that sophomore looked like she was older for her age."Sam says

"So you and Quinn are a thing?"Finn asked

"Yup sorry bro and you should stay out of the way otherwise it'll be a problem."Sam says placing his hand on Finn's shoulder Finn doesnt like the gesture and he looks down at the hand. Puck notices the tension and quickly stands in front of Sam and gently shove him off.

"Hey don't ever threaten a Military man,are you crazy."Puck says

"Stay away from my girl and there wont be an issue."Sam smiles and walks away.

"It's interesting you guys are all friends."Finn says shaking his head and wandering around the backyard.

Quinn is listening to Rachel another broadway story about how she got a whiff of Ben Platt's body spray she turns her head and sees Finn taking a deep breath and walking up to his room Quinn looks around and follow Finn into his room.

Finn removes his black sweater and sees his blood seeping through the gauze and shirt again "Damn it."Finn says

"Everything okay?"Quinn asked Finn turns around and Quinn sees the wound on his shirt

"You're hurt...where's your first aid kit."Quinn asked quickly tying her hair into a pony tail "Its nothing really I can manage."Finn says Quinn ignores him and walks into his bathroom seeing the kit

"Sit down and shirt off."Quinn says Finn slowly removes his shirts and sits down on his bed Quinn kneels down opening the first aid kit getting the hydrogen peroxide and dabbing it on the cloth and starts cleaning his wound Finn grunts in pain

"Sorry Sorry I should have warned you."Quinn says Finn chuckles as allows Quinn to apply the ointment and places the gauze.

"All better?"Quinn asked Finn holds her hand and has her sit beside him on the bed.

"Thank you very much for helping."Finn says

"What happen?"Quinn asked Finn looks down as he's holding Quinn's hands in his remembering his last injury.

"It was a Raid Mission in Qatar, we got a tip from a civilian there was terrorist group holding hostages in a warehouse..I took some of my best front liners and we went to save them..it was an ambush...I lost half my team in the bombing and I barely made it out, when the blast hit I didn't even feel that a piece of debris was lodged in my side...after I woke up from my Coma my C.O placed me on immediate leave to recover...It just so happens that after i Woke up from my coma...Kurt had been emailing me about his surprise so I booked a flight home."Finn says

"Your family has no idea you were injured?"Quinn asked

"No I'd like to keep it that way...My Mom worries enough as it is and I'm getting used to the whole Burt and Kurt as a family idea so I keep to myself as much as possible...Its nothing I can't handle really."Finn says

"So you put on your solider face and act like you're not hurting.."Quinn says

"You truly have the journalist wit."Finn smiles Quinn squeezes his hands tightly Finn looks into her eyes and really has the urge to lean and kiss her.

"You're act only works on an Audience Finn,...You Know We should go out sometime.. I know a great place that has amazing milk shakes."Quinn smiles

"Uhm...I don't wanna interfere with anything..."Finn says Quinn gives him a confused look

"You and uhm that guy with the big lips?"Finn says

"Sam?"Quinn asked Finn nods

"He said you two were on the cusp on getting back together and I don't wanna step on any toes if you guys are all close friends of Kurt."Finn explains

"Sam is nothing but an annoyance, he and I used to date in Highschool but I broke up with him after I graduated I havent spoken to him in 5 years."Quinn says

"He seems pretty set on winning you back."Finn says

"And I'm pretty set on getting to know you...look theres no interference at all I'm Single and I wanna get to know you. I'm gonna be at the Lima Diner tomorrow morning at 9AM and if you're interested in me I hope to see you there...if not then I'll have my answer."Quinn smiles and kisses Finn's forehead and walks back downstairs.

Burt walks into Finn's room and sees Quinn leaving it Quinn politely nods at Burt and makes her way to tell her friends she's calling it a night.

"You and The Fabray Girl?"Burt asked turning his head and sees Finn standing up and getting a shirt from his closet Burt notices Finn's injuries

"Wanna tell me what happened?Burt asked closing the door and sitting in Finn's leather chair. Finn puts on his shirt and faces his step dad

"This is why I'm on on leave, it's not a discharge yet but depends on what the medical staff says..not too long ago I actually woke up from a coma..and thats when I read all of Kurt's emails..they were gonna send me home anyway so it worked out accordingly I guess. ."Finn says

"I'm sorry you had do handle that alone...but you're not alone now...you have Family here Finn."Burt says putting his hand on Finn's shoulder Finn looks at Burt and gets teary eyed then smiles

"You've had to deal with a lot in the past 5 years and I' have Army Vet buddies who tell me those stories...you don't have to be afraid whatever you need I'll help you. Got it. You're my son now."Burt says Finn chuckles and nods and allows Burt to pull him into a hug.

The Next morning Quinn drive to the Lima Diner and sits down in the booth "What will it be today sweetie?"Lily smiles

"I'll have a Strawberry milk shake."Quinn smiles "The usual I see."Lily nods and walks to the counter Quinn looks at her watch and it's 9:00AM she picks up her phone and scrolls through her emails responding to her Editor. Quinn hears something placed on the table she assumes its her milkshake "Thank you Lily" Quinn puts her phone down she looks up and sees her favorite flowers in front of her. She looks up and sees a smirking Finn sitting in front of her.

"You got me morning glories...but how did you..."Quinn asked

"My Brother is Kurt."Finn smiles "Good Morning."Finn charmingly says

"I'm really glad you came."Quinn says

"Here's your shake darlin and an extra straw."Lilly smiles winking at Finn

"Wow you weren't messing around about the milkshake."Finn laughs

"Guilty pleasure."Quinn smiles sipping her milkshake. "So why did you change your mind to meet me here?"Quinn asked

"I didn't think I would come...to be honest I don't want to start any drama especially with a group of people who already know each other...but last night I went to bed and I couldn't stop thinking of your hazel eyes..."Finn says Quinn blushes.

"How long are you in town for?"Finn asked

"For a while I suppose, I havent taken a vacation in about 3 years since I got my journalist job in Florida"Quinn says

"What have you been doing for Fun?"Finn asked

"Oh you know the usual...catching up with high school friends, hanging out with my mom, saving handsome tall army men."Quinn jokes Finn laughs

"You know some of us are going down to the creek to hang out...you should come as my date."Quinn smiles Finn nods "Sounds like fun...but there's something I think should try first."Finn says Quinn looks at him confused Finn leans over Quinn looks down at his lips and Finn drops his straw into her milkshake and sips some of it. He nods and smiles

"Yeah this is the best milkshake I've ever had."Finn whispers

"You tease."Quinn says pushing Finn back into his seat Finn laughs and they begin to get to know each other a little bit better. Finn found out that Quinn was close with her Mom not so close with her sister or dad. Quinn found out that Finn was a good drummer and that him and his Mom were all they had until His Mom met Burt.

The two walk to Quinn's car so they can drive them to the creek. "You're sure this is gonna be okay? I don't want to intrude."Finn says
"You're Kurt's brother, you're practically VIP to all Former Glee Club events, plus I enjoy spending time with you."Quinn smiles

"Yeah I do too..I mean I enjoy spending time with YOU too..I really like you."Finn whispers Quinn blushes and reaches over to hold his hand as they drive to the creek.

At the Creek Puck and Mike are trying to fire up the BBQ Grill as Sam is putting down chairs in a circle. Santana sees Quinn's Lexus pulling up she squints and laughs whispering to Brittany "I told you Q had a thing for the Jolly Green Giant."Santana says Brittany smiles and turns her head walking over to the pair. Finn gets out of the car first and goes around to open the door for Quinn.

Quinn smiles at Finn they see Brittany running towards them who excitedly tells them she saw a frog and a ton of tadpoles. Sam turns his head and glares

"What the hell. Who invited him."Sam says

"The girl you claim to be winning back."Mike laughs Puck looks up and smiles "Hudson! You mind helping us over here this grill is kicking our ass."Puck yells Finn nods and he looks down at Quinn to gently kiss her forehead then goes off to help Puck.

Quinn blushes and then look at Brittany they both jump and do a small dance as they go over to the other girls. "He's so cute."Tina says

"I thought you and Sam were getting back together."Rachel asked crossing her arms

"Can it Berry you're just upset that Hot Army Guy didn't fall for your dumb Broadway star story."Santana says

"Are you two a thing?"Tina asked

"I don't know it's too soon to tell but I do like spending time with him."Quinn smiles Mike hands all the ladies a beer as he makes his way to the guys.

Finn turns over the grill and Puck helps him evenly pour the coal "Try it now."Finn says Puck lights it and the grill starts working "Finally! Mike get those buns and patties on the grill oh don't forget Rachel's stupid tofu."Puck says

"Thanks Man, How you doing today Bro."Puck pats Finn on the back

"Its been a great day I spent the entire morning with Quinn"Finn smiles

"You two hittin it off huh."Puck nods

"Yeah she's amazing.."Finn says

"I haven't seen her smile that way in..well forever."Puck says Finn looks up and sees Quinn laughing and smiling as Brittany and Tina are dancing around her and the other girls.

Sam sips his beer and watches as Finn Puck and Mike all throw the football to each other the girls decide to join them Santana grabs the ball from Puck and tosses it to Quinn, who smiles up at Finn he laughs and she easily lifts her up with one arm and spins her around Quinn tosses the ball to Tina who in turn throws it to Mike. Mike throws the ball to Rachel who tosses it back to Puck.

"Let the fun begin suckers!"Puck smiles Kurt drives up with Elliot as the bring blankets and extra food everyone sits down on the chairs and blankets and Elliot is singing a song and Puck is playing guitar Finn is skipping rocks in the creek and Kurt and him are bonding and talking.

"What do you think of Elliot?" Kurt asked as he watches Finn skip a rock. Finn takes a pebble and it skips 4 times into the water and he faces Kurt and shrugs.

"I mean he's flashy for sure I've never seen a baby blue leather jacket, but I mean he seems like a good guy."Finn says placing a pebble into Kurt's hand and its his turn to skip the pebble and it sinks into the water Finn chuckles and Kurt nods.

"I don't think Dad likes him."Kurt says

"Burt doesn't know him..I mean from the sounds of it he made is seem this marriage came out of nowhere. How long have you known Elliot?..Relax your elbow and flick your wrist."Finn says Kurt listens to the instructions and the pebble skips twice Kurt jumps and high fives Finn.

"I've known Elliot for a year now he auditioned for our singing group and we've been friends ever since."Kurt says

"And the Romance started when?"Finn asked

"About 5 months ago."Kurt says Finn Places another Pebble in Kurts hand and he looks at his step brother surprised.

"Thats not a lot of time Kurt...Why the rush to get married?"Finn asked

"It didn't feel like a rush...I fell in love and fell fast..being with Elliot it's like I've waited my whole life to know what all the love songs I would sing about really means. I feel that with him. He makes me happy...I feel safe with him and I feel so loved."Kurt smiles and skips the pebble again and it skips all the way to the end of the creek before it sinks down.

"How about you Finn? Any Lucky ladies who will be lucky enough to be my sister in law?"Kurt smiles Finn looks at him and shakes his head "Dating in the Army a tricky Kurt it's not exactly easy to sweep a gal off her feet when you're running away from gun shots or bombs."Finn says

"And what about now? I mean you're home now...Any one here catch your eye?"Kurt says they both hear laughter behind them and Santana is spraying Quinn and Brittany with a watergun and Puck guards the grill. Finn smiles as he watches Quinn laugh and has no care in the world she looked beautiful.

"Ahh I see Madam Fabray has caught your attention."Kurt smiles

"I don't know what it is but I like spending time with her.."Finn reveals

"Leave it to me brother I'm a great match maker."Kurt says pulling him by the arm so they walk back to the other

"How about a slow song Elliot."Kurt smiles Elliot nods and Puck sits down playing guitar and Elliot begins singing Something by the Beatles.

Brittany Pulls Santana and they start dancing Mike and Tina slow dance before Sam can make his way to Quinn, Quinn is walking over to Finn and motions her head to the others Finn chuckles and shoves his hands in his pockets.

"Sorry Quinn I don't dance."Finn says

"Come on one dance won't hurt."Quinn pouts

"It's uhm not that I don't want to but I can't like I physically can't dance I'm horrible."Finn says

"Everyone can dance Finn Come on I'll show you."Quinn says taking his hand and pulling him towards the others Kurt smiles and looks at Puck who nods at him. Sam watches from afar and he sighs getting another beer bottle.

Quinn wraps her arms around Finn and they sway and two step Finn steps on Quinn's foot "Sorry"Finn apologizes

"Finn It's Fine, you're doing great."Quinn smiles Finn looks at Quinn and sighs "What is it about you.."Finn says

"What?"Quinn asked

"This is going sound ridiculous and probably creepy...I think you're incredible and I could fall for you in a second"Finn says Quinn's smile widens and she inches closer to Finn.

"So why hold back your feelings?"Quinn asked Finn stops swaying and looks down

"I could easily fall in love with you Quinn there's not doubt about that."Finn says

'I sense a But coming."Quinn says lifting his chin so he can look at her.

"I'm not the easiest person to be in a relationship right now...especially after everything that went down when I was in Qatar...and you deserve someone who's able to give you everything you need."Finn says

"Why don't you let me be the judge about what I need.."Quinn says and smiles at him "Finn I'm a big girl. And I know there are things I can't control especially when it pertains to your Army life, I've covered stories about PTSD on War Veterans and I know it's not pretty I know its not something to brush off. The greatest things in the world are worth working for...and I've never been a girl who likes taking things easy."Quinn smiles

"Now the question is...Do you think US being together is something you want?"Quinn asked Finn takes his hand and rubs her cheek and leans down to kiss her lips. Everyone stops what their doing and they gasps.

Quinn kisses Finn back and pulls him deeper into the kiss. "You make me happier than I have been in a long time Quinn."Finn whispers Quinn opens her eyes and hugs Finn hiding her face in his neck.

Their Friends are hollering and clapping the two young adults turn their heads and laugh as they blush. The Group sits together as the sun goes down they sit in a circle on the blankets and lawn chairs as they all catch up and tell funny stories Finn takes off his jacket and gives it to Quinn to wear she smiles at them and they sit down on the blanket Quinn sits in between Finn's Legs as they are laughing as Puck tells a story about hooking up with a drunk waitress.

Sam's gaze is move when he sees Quinn turning her head and kissing Finn on the lips Finn wraps his arms around her as they smile at each other.

"I'm just saying hooking up in a closet at a bar is not easy I needed to use Biofreeze on my back for like a week."Puck laughs

"You are a horrible boss."Rachel shakes her head

"I will never order a screaming orgasm at your bar every again."Tina laughs

"Speaking of Screaming orgasm Quinn when was the last time you've had one? I mean you've pretty much made your way around this circle huh."Sam drunkingly says everyone gets quiet. Quinn looks at Sam and rolls her eyes knowing Sam has had too much to drink. Finn looks over at Sam and clenches his jaw.

"Hey Trouty mouth shut it."Santana says

"I mean first she hooked up with Puckerman Sophomore year, then me for 2 years, now Finn who's just been brought into the group. Tina be careful she may get to Mike next...Finn she's great in bed but you may be waiting a while she's a prude."Sam says Finn looks at him. Mike and Puck give each other a knowing look and they both prepare for the worst.

"What did you say."Finn says Quinn holds Finn's arm to calm him down.

"Well Quinn is a prude but acts like a slut..You'll find out soon enough when she drinks too much she's a freak in bed."Sam Winks Mike's eyebrow shoot up knowing That did it.

Finn stands up "What the hell is your problem thinking you can talk about her like that!"Finn yells Puck quickly jumps up out of his seat to hold Finn back.

"Sam he's physically trained to make you his bitch shut the hell up!"Puck says pushing Finn to the other direction of the creek to calm down. Kurt gets up and follows Puck and Finn

Everyone looks around at Sam who is laughing as downs his beer. Quinn walks over to him and snatches the beer away from him.

"Oh come on I was joking."Sam says holding up his hand Quinn slaps Sam in the face. Sam looks at Quinn and glares at her. Before Sam can move toward Quinn, Santana punches him in the nose.

"Damn it Santana you bitch you broke my nose!"Sam cries

"Get the hell out of here Sam no one wants your oversized lips here Take an Uber home before I ends you."Santana says shoving him away from the group.

"Hey calm down everyone know Sam is a prick douche bag okay."Puck says handing Finn a bottle of water.

"Puckerman Is Right, Sam's ego can't handle seeing Quinn with another else he's been thinking Quinn would somehow get back together with him one day."Kurt says

"He needs to learn some manners."Finn says pissed off.

"Leave."Quinn says as she walks over to the boys.

"Q i don't think this is the best..."Puck says

"Leave please."Quinn says

"Come on Puckerman I'll make you a s'more."Kurt says tugging him back to the others.

"Are you okay?"Quinn asked

"Are you?, That Dick just insulted you and you didn't say a word."Finn says

"Sam is more bark than bite, his words have no value."Quinn says Finn shakes his head

"I cant believe you still hang out with someone like that.."Finn says

"This group of people has had a lot of ups and downs...but in the end we're bonded by memories that'll last forever. We all made a pact to be a family until we're in the same nursing home..I'm sorry I didn't tell you about Sam and Puck, I didn't think it would be important."Quinn says Finn walks over to Quinn.

"It's not that, I mean your past is your past and that's your business if you wanna share that with me or not. But I was raised by a single mother...and hearing someone talk down to women like that...doesn't sit well with me...now hearing someone talk disrespectfully to you...Really doesnt sit well with me."Finn says

"You care about me that much huh."Quinn smiles Finn nods Quinn tugs on Finn's shirt and pulls him into a kiss.

A few weeks later. Finn walks down the stair of the house and sees Carole and Burt dancing and laughing as they make breakfast Finn leans on the side of the wall and smiles.

"Oh Honey! Would you like some breakfast."Carole asked Finn nods "Yeah of course.."Finn sits down as Burt smiles at him as sits across from him.

"Morning Family! I ran into someone during my morning Jog."Kurt says opening the Door wider and Quinn walks inside.

"Quinn Fabray Hello Dear we're just about to have breakfast join us."Carole smiles Quinn looks over at Finn who is smiling at her in adoration.

"Let me help you, set up."Quinn says taking the plates and helping set the table. Burt sips his coffee watching Quinn and Finn exchange glances

"Someone is smitten."Burt whispers as Carole sits next to him "I think they make a lovely couple. look at how happy my Finnegan is."Carole says Quinn sits down beside Finn and Kurt laughs

"Finnegan?"Kurt loudly laughs. Finn rolls his eyes "It's First Lieutenant Finnegan Christopher Hudson."Finn says Kurt laughs wildly as Finn throws a piece of toast at him as Kurt catches and eats it.

"I like the name."Quinn says as she puts food on Finn's plate Finn takes Quinn's hand and kisses the back of it.

"You're the only one."Kurt jokes Burt looks at his son and hits him on the back of the head.

Finn and Quinn go up to Finn's room and Quinn sits down on his bed "What brings you here?"Finn asked

"I wanted to ask if you wanted to meet my Mom tonight for dinner?"Quinn asked

"Oh...Uhm I didn't know we were uhm there?"Finn says

"Finn we're adults, I don't know about you but Im dating with intention."Quinn says Finns gives her a confused look.

"Meaning I like you a lot Finn, when I wake up I get excited about seeing you and hearing your voice and being around you...I mean if we're not dating to be in a serious relationship whats the point?"Quinn asked

"Are you always this straight forward?"Finn asked Quinn wraps her arms around his neck

"Only when I really want something."Quinn smiles "Finn you can't deny there's something very special here."She whispers Finn runs his fingers through the curls in her hair and Finn nods

"I'm totally falling for you."Finn whispers

"What was that?"Quinn steps on her toes to hear Finn clearer Finn chuckles and wraps his arms around her waist to lift her up a bit to him.

"I'm falling in love with you."Finn says more confidently

"I'm falling for you too."Quinn says and pulls him into a passionate kiss.

Later on that night Finn comes out of his shower and is looking through his closet trying to put together what would be a presentable outfit to meet Quinn's Mom in.

"Whatcha doing brother?"Kurt asked walking in noticing Finn putting on his white tank top He walks into Finn's room with Elliot, Finn shakes Elliot's hand as they sit on Finn's sofa

"I'm trying to figure out what to wear for my dinner with Quinn and her Mom...Have you met Mrs. Fabray before is she nice?"Finn asked

"Uhm I think it's Miss. Now...Her and Quinn's Dad have been divorced for years but Quinn's Mom kept her married name for the Business. She can be stuck up sometimes but she just wants what is best for Quinn, she's very much into appearances though so I suggest your black slacks and black boots, along with your maroon button up. And a scarf"Kurt says

"Kurt, Finn doesn't need a scarf."Elliot says

"Yeah I don't need a scarf."Finn chuckles

"You don't need to apply any ointment to your wounds?"Kurt asked

"No I think I'll be fine don't need the gauze anymore."Finn says

"Are you nervous?"Kurt asked handing Finn his clothes

"Yes...I've been in war for 5 years and I've never broken a sweat while out on that battle field...but going to my girlfriend's house to meet her Mom yeah I'm nervous."Finn says putting his pocket watch in his pocket and spraying cologne on himself.

"Have you had a serious relationship before Quinn?"Elliot asked

"Flings mainly, it's hard to keep a serious relationship when Im on the other side of the world 300 days out of the year you know.."Finn says

"Guess it's safe to say you weren't expecting to fall for Ms. Quinn Fabray."Kurt says Finn buttons up his shirt and looks at his brother through his mirror

"Not at all...Don't get me wrong its not a terrible surprise at all I love being with her...She makes me laugh, makes me forget about all the crap I've endured...But I don't know if we have a future you know...I'm only home until the Army gives me orders again and she's based in Florida for her Journalism work..."Finn says

"Your relationship is fairly new Finn I mean you two haven't even slept together yet."Kurt says Finn looks at Kurt and glares

'That's none of your business."Finn says

"She would have told me if you did sleep together Finn, but No worries I'm sure you'll get there."Kurt winks Finn tosses his comb at Kurts head as he laughs and rushes out of the room. Finn shakes his head and finishes getting ready.

Quinn is putting make up and walks down the stairs when her Mother is on her laptop speaking to one of her investors Quinn rolls her eyes and pulls out the duck from the oven and places it on the table, along side the mashed potatoes and asparagus.

"Mom please finish up your conference call Finn will be here any minute."Quinn says

"Yes Honey I'm nearly done."Her Mother says Quinn adds strawberries to the dessert and sets it into the refrigerator. Quinn hears a knock at the front door she wipes her hands and looks through the peep hole she smiles when she sees Finn holding roses she opens the door and quickly steps outside pulling Finn down into a kiss.

"Mmm, what if I was the mail man?"Finn chuckles bringing his hand up to her cheek. Quinn laughs "Oh no he came by earlier and I had my way with him in the garage."Quinn jokes Finn holds up the roses and Quinn smiles

"These aren't for you they're for your Mom."Finn says

"She'll love them."Quinn smiles and she smooths out his shirt Finn reaches into his pocket and holds out a box for Quinn.

"This is for you."Finn smirks Quinn gives him a curious look and opens the box inside were his army dog tags.

"I'm very serious about you Quinn..about us and I know we've only been dating a short time but you're right I see a future with you a future I didn't even know I wanted with any woman really...so this is me uhm giving you an important part of me...Lucy Quinn Fabray Will you be my girlfriend?"Finn smiles

"Oh Finn...yes of course..."Quinn smiles and stands on her toes to kiss his lips Finn hugs her tightly and Quinn squeezes him tightly.

"Now you don't have to wear these all the time, I know how fashionable you are so you can keep them in a jewelry box or something."Finn says

"Are you kidding? No way I'm going to wear these every day."Quinn says placing then dog tags around her neck proudly and putting her hair off to her shoulder as she smiles at him

"What do you think?"Quinn smiles

"Perfect fit.."Finn smiles back Quinn kisses his lips again as they make their way into the house

"Don't be nervous she's not that bad."Quinn whispers Finn nods as they walk into the living room Ms. Fabray looks up and smiles as Quinn brings Finn into the dining room.

"Well you must be the boy my Quinnie has been gushing about I'm Judy Fabray."She holds out her Hand Finn politely shakes her hand

"Hello Ms. Fabray I'm Finn Hudson."Finn says

"Let's take a seat."Judy says Finn helps Quinn into her Seat a gesture that does not go unnoticed by Quinn's mom who nods and smiles

"So Finn Quinn tells me you are an Army Man.."Judy says

"Not's just an Army Man Mother Finn is a First Lieutenant"Quinn smiles proudly at Finn Who blushes and Quinn kisses his cheek.

"You're so young how did you manage to rank to a lieutenant status, did you have to pass courses for that?"Judy asked

"Not Really Ma'am I was able to get to the Rank of where I am due to the missions I participated it...Since joining the Army after I graduated it's been non-stop traveling and nonstop missions. Some of which I'm not at liberty to speak of..but my Commanding Officer liked how I handled the teams and the missions so I got bumped to First Lieutenant."Finn says

"How much does a First Lieutenant Make?"Judy asked

"Mother."Quinn scolds

"Quinnie I'm just curious, You're a successful Journalist in Florida and even though you're successful you're pay grade isn't as big as it would be if you were to work for the Business."Judy says

"My Pay Grade is sufficient enough for me Mom. And Finn you don't need to answer that question."Quinn says

"Im just saying honey military men sometimes don't make enough especially once they are discharged...where is the money going while you are on your tour Finn? Im sure you're helping pay off some things for your family."Judy says before Finn can respond

"Again you don't have to answer that."Quinn says holding Finn's hand

"Mother I brought Finn here so you could meet my boyfriend not so you can ask about how much is in his 401k fund."Quinn sternly says

"Quinnie let's be serious, Finn you seem like a proper gentlemen and my daughter is lucky to have you, Lord knows Noah Puckerman didn't know how to pull out a seat or excuse himself when he burped at the table, and Samuel Evans just looked like he always wanted to cry after every dinner but I think Biff McIntosh will suit you very well Dear."Judy says

"I hate Biff he's stuck up and just a prick."Quinn says

"Biff?"Finn mouths at Quinn she shakes her head and holds Finn's hand, and Judy smiles at Finn.

"Look you two are young you're experimenting which I fully approve of, but let's be realistic. Finn You're going to eventually go back into the world of the Army and Quinn when you come to your senses and quit your job in Florida You will take over the Family business and Run it along side Biff. Let's enjoy this lovely meal you have prepared okay."Judy says Quinn shakes her head they quickly slams her napkin on the table and walks out of the back door. Finn watches Quinn leave and looks at Judy who is eating the duck

"It's delicious you should try it."Judy smiles as if nothing had happened.

"Pardon me I'm going to check on her."Finn says excusing himself and follow Quinn out into the garage she walks inside and sees the bright light turned on he turns his head and sees Quinn sitting in the middle of the garage looking up at her Cherrios uniform framed onto the garage along with articles about Glee Club winning sectionals Regionals and Nationals, her Section Leader Trophy, Articles about her on Cheer weekly Magazine and articles from her column from Florida Times.

"You know why my Mom hung all of these up? Because she said these are different phases of my life. And Once I'm over trying to avoid the inevitable my place at the company will be ready for me...These are basically up here not because she's proud of me but because she's mocking me."Quinn says Finn looks around the garage wall and smiles

"You Dance with Neil Patrick Harris?"Finn asked

"Yeah he knew Mr. Shuster."Quinn says

"Wow and Stevie Nicks?"Finn says shocked

"We covered Fleewood Mac's Rumors album on time and she was a guest."Quinn smiles remembering that moment

"Man I wish I joined Glee Club when I was in High school."Finn says

"Why didn't you? I mean Puck and Mike did and they were on the football team too I'm sure they would have asked you about it."Quinn says Finn nods

"Puck did ask one Once sophomore year...but I said No. My Mom got pretty sick so we hit financial hardships after my sophomore year. I got a job as a Mechanic's at Burt's Autoshop, when I wasn't playing football I was working at the shop. I'm guessing thats how he and my mom started Dating...Once I joined the army I asked Burt to look after Mom for me.."Finn says

"I would love to hear you sing one day."Quinn smiles "About my Mom...look I'm really sorry. I don't care how much money you make Finn...I love being with you because you're a great guy, you're a gentlemen...You're dorky and Funny...You make me feel special and loved."Quinn says holding his hands. Finn senses Quinn's panic and he holds her close to him.

"Honey I know...my heart beating the way it does when I'm around you I know you're not in it for the status or whatever.."Finn smiles placing Quinn's hand over his heart. Quinn kisses his gently and Finn kisses her forehead

"To ease your mind though...I haven't touched my earnings since I joined the Army."Finn says

"What do you mean?"Quinn says

"Well After I graduated I would send my Mom money if she needed it for the house or bills or just a day to relax...and I did do that but only for like 3 months. After I left my mom moved in with Burt he was set on taking care of her and her medical needs...she got better after a couple years and whatever money and bonus' I got paid it would go directly into my Savings account. I haven't really touched it. My truck that's the same truck that was passed down to me by my Dad runs great still...So I'm pretty Well off especially since I'm a young First Lieutenant."Finn smiles

"See this is my my mom should never judge a book by it's cover."Quinn shakes her head.

"She's not wrong though...what happens with us when Im needed back on Tour? This wouldn't just be another long distance relationship Quinn...this is me going out into the world of war sometimes not being able to go home for months and not being able to talk to you until once a week or even a month."Finn says

"Then I'll wait for you to come home...Finn we have something special here and I'm not a teenager who needs to constantly speak to you every minute. We're adults and I want a future with you..If that future is me waiting for you at 2 in the morning for a Facetime Call I'll take it...if it's me seeing you 5 times out of the year I'll take it. Whatever the future is as long as it's with you I want it."Quinn says

"Will you come somewhere with me?"Finn asked Quinn nods

"We may need a few things pillows and two blankets."Finn says Quinn nods and runs into the house she passes her mom who is on the phone taking another business call she shakes her head and grabs the items needed.

Finn Helps Quinn into his truck and they drive up the town to the quiet country side area.

"Finn where are we going."Quinn asked

"It's a surprise don't worry."Finn smiles holding her hand and kissing the back of it.

Finn pulls into an open field and Quinn looks at him confused

"Okay so...if you're gonna kill me at least you brought me to an amazing view of all the stars."Quinn says Finn rolls his eyes and gets out of the truck and gathers the blankets and pillows Quinn follows him not sure what is going on.

Finn looks at the ground looking for the smoothest patch of grass he smiles and lays down the blanket and places the pillows on the ground he kicks off his shoes and buttons his shirt and sits down and looks at Quinn.

"Are you going to stand there all night or are you going to watch the stars with me?"Finn smiles Quinn shakes her head and kicks off her heels and sits inbetween Finn's legs Finn wraps his arms around Quinn's shoulders and he kisses the back of her head.

"Living in Tampa I always forgot how amazing stars look, look how bright they sight when there's no city lights."Quinn says

"It's nice here, but In Qatar when night falls the sky is filled with bright stars, so bright you'd think you could jump up and catch one."Finn says

"You've been home for a few weeks now...do you miss the Army?"Quinn asked Finn clears his throat

"I actually do...It gave me purpose you know...In high school I knew football would never lead to a career in sports, the odds were close to none to be able to be a successful Football star and make it into the NFL. When I joined the Army I gave it everything I had...there was nothing to lose so I pushed myself to be the best solider I could be.. I was good at saving people and then I was good at leading rescue missions. For 5 years I felt like I had found my place in this world... But now because of this injury that could all be taken away and I'll be back at square one."Finn nervously reveals.

"You won't be back at square one...You'll have me."Quinn whispers Finn looks up at her and chuckles

"I don't know what I did to ever deserve someone like you Quinn Fabray..I guess I thank my Lucky Stars for you saving me at the airport from that crazy old lady."Finn jokes.

"I feel like I've waited my entire life to meet someone like you Finn, and now that I have met you. I never want to let you go, I mean is that crazy? We met recently, date a bit and now bam..I'm crazy about you."Quinn says

"Why does it seem like you're afraid."Finn asked as he runs his fingers through her hair.

"Because I've had one goal my entire life and that has been to get out of Lima Ohio, get away from what everyone knew me as a bitchy cheerleader who only cared about being prom queen, and get away from my Mother. And I've done that. I'm a successful Journalist living in Tampa Florida. I love my career. So how is it that the one time I come back to this God Forsaken town, I end up falling madly in love with someone who went to the same high school as me, and we've never even said two words to each other until I saved him from being cursed out by an old woman. You make me not want to leave Lima Finn. "Quinn says Finn looks at her and sighs he's left speechless.

"I love you too."Finn whispers Quinn smiles at him and gently grabs his face pulling him closer to her. Quinn brings herself onto Finn's lap and slowly begins unbuttoning his shirt Finn holds her hands in place and looks at her.

"Quinn.."Finn whispers with his eyes closed.

"I want this Finn...I want you."Quinn says

"Are you sure, sure?"Finn asked Quinn kisses him passionately

"Make love to me Finn."Quinn whispers Finn smiles and nods stroking her cheek and kisses her back Finn lays Quinn down on the blanket.

The next morning Quinn opens her eyes and she sees feels the cold breeze she snuggles closer to Finn's chest, Quinn kisses over Finn's heart she looks up and smiles

"Honey...Honey wake up."Quinn whispers Finn opens his eyes and smiles down at Quinn

"God You're beautiful."Finn says tucking her blonde hair behind her ear.

"We slept in an open field all night."Quinn laughs sitting up Finn sits up with her kisses her neck.

"Why did you bring me here anyways?"Quinn asked

"The Night I found out I was going to be deployed I spent my last night here thinking I'm glad I'm finally going to bet getting out. You're not the only one who's wanted to leave this town Quinn. Growing up in Lima for me was just nothing but struggles...but now after being back home... I'm thankful that being home has lead me to you."Finn smiles Quinn kisses his lips again then looks down at the scar on his side.

"Hey these scars are nothing okay...I hardly feel them anymore."Finn says Quinn's cellphone rings

"What is it Puck I'm busy."Quinn says looking at Finn and wraps his jacket around Quinn as he looks around and gets his clothes.

"A Club? Tonight? Sure We'll see you tonight okay..Okay Yes I'll wear a low cut dress so we I can help you free drinks."Quinn hangs

"You up for going to TOUCH tonight? Apparently it's a popular bar and Puck managed to get a VIP booth for everyone."Quinn says

"I don't know about that...I don't think I'd do very well in a loud setting with loud music and I don't even drink alcohol."Finn says

"Let's just try it out..and if you end up having a lousy time then we can go back to my place and I'll let you do things to me."Quinn says kissing his neck. Finn chuckles

"You don't have to use sex to persuade me, if you wanna go we can go.."Finn says Quinn runs her finger through his hair and she kisses his cheek

"Either way I still want you to have your way with me."Quinn says Finn laughs as he pulls Quinn into his lap and holds her tight.

Later on that day Finn and Quinn have breakfast and he drops her off at her house they agreed to meet at the Club Since Finn will be driving Kurt and Elliot and she will arrive with Santana and Brittany.

Finn pulls into the driveway and sees Burt looking into the hood of his Car. He sees Burt struggling and Finn picks up the wrench and pats Burt on the back

"Hey Kiddo looks like you had a nice night out with Blondie."Burt teases Finn shakes his head and looks into the hood and sees two wires unattached he plugs them back together and hands Burt the wrench and Burt gives him the flashlight

"You seem tense whats up?"Burt says

"Quinn wants to go to a club tonight with the others."Finn says

"Yeah Kurt was talking about that he even got a new outfit for it...Do you not wanna go?"Burt says

"Uhm...Loud noises and crowded places aren't really ideal for me especially now you know.."Finn says

"Have you ever had an incident?"Burt asked Finn nods

"Yeah New Years Eve last year, I was in Seoul Korea I was assigned to make sure civilians were safe from any Chong-Ro Fraction activity one of the most dangerous gangs in Korea..The night was going well I was calm and safe until the ball dropped...loud music everywhere, people everywhere...I panicked and had to get the hell out of there but I was on Duty...I was so on edge I nearly pressed my trigger at anyone who would so much as look at me. It's like whenever Im in a place with too much people to the place is too loud I'm back in the heat of battle and I cant snap out of it..thats why I mainly accept solo missions...the last rescue mission I brought a team with me well you know what happen."Finn says pointing towards his injury

"PTSD is common Finn, you don't have to do anything you don't want to. And if you need help you've got a hell of a support system okay."Burt says Finn smiles and nods

"I'm gonna get us some sodas."Burt says patting him on the back Finn looks at Burt

"Burt...uhm..I haven't said it before but I'm glad I'm your son."Finn says Burt smiles at him and pulls Finn into a hug.

~At TOUCH~ Quinn and Santana are looking around the club actually impressed with the DJ and the atmosphere of the Club

"Who would have thought Ohio had a kick ass club."Puck says

"Alright I paid for one Long island ice tea...and Santana that Guy on the left in the Yellow polo bought you girls a round of...Face Down ass Up."Mike laughs

"Free liquor don't mind if I do."Santana faces the guy in the shirt and fake winks at him. Quinn laughs and high fives her

"So wheres your boyfriend?"Sam asked standing close to Quinn. Quinn looks at Sam and pushes him back gently about two steps away from her

"He's on the way and can you not be a prick to him tonight."Quinn says

"Again Sam. He's trained to make you his Bitch."Puck says downing a shot.

"I'm not afraid of him."Sam crosses his arms

"Wow that tasted horrible can someone get us something more fruity?"Rachel asked making a face as she took her shot.

"Oh I got this one."Brittany says walking over to the bar and leaning on it, Two men walk over to her and Brittany talks to them and points to her friends the guys gladly buy a tray of drinks Santana laughs

"Guys are go stupid and easy."Santana says holding a shot for Quinn to take and they cheers.

"Hello Handsome."Rachel smiles Quinn turns her head and sees Kurt and Elliot walking in hand in hand and Finn shoving his hands in his pockets looking very uneasy they spot the group.

"Hey Finn."Mike shakes his hand Finn smiles politely and Puck pats him on the back. Quinn walks over to Finn and whispers in his ear.

"I'm glad you're here. Come dance with me?"Quinn says Finn nods as she pulls him onto the dance floor Quinn wraps her arms around Finn as they sway Finn kisses the top of Quinn's head as they feel like they are the only two in the world. Sam sees them dancing and smirks he walks over to the DJ booth and tips the guy a $5) requesting a song.

The Next songs (Waka Flocka Flame's Luv Dem Gun Sound) comes on and Finn looks up and stops moving Quinn turns her head confused

"That was a weird music transition."Quinn says annoyed a group of young 21 year olds gather onto the dance floor and start jumping. Finn quickly takes Quinn's hand as they walk back to their friends the music gets louder and Finn is constantly bumping into people as he makes his way with Quinn to the Booth.

"Finn are you okay."Quinn says feeling Finn squeezing her hand tightly. After what seems like the longest walk ever Finn leads Quinn to the booth to have a seat. Then he quickly makes his walk to the bathroom.

"What happened?"Kurt asked

"I don't know."Quinn says confused Puck looks over at Sam and sees him smirking as he sips his beer. Puck snatches the beer and slams it on the table

"What?"Sam says Puck finally understands what's going on "You paid the DJ to play that song with the guns."Puck says Sam shrugs

"I love Waka Flocka."Sam smiles

'You are such a jerk Sam."Tina says

"What? He's a grown ass man right. Can't handle a little gun shot sound he's not brave at all."Sam says Quinn glares at him and Santana holds her hand to calm her down.

"Why don't you just get the hell out of here Trouty mouth no one wants you here."Santana says Sam scoffs "Whatever I'd rather get laid tonight anyway."Sam says walking away.

"Someone should check on Finn he looked pretty spooked."Mike says

"I'll gladly check on him."Rachel stands up Kurt pulls her arm and brings her to sit back down.

"My Brother is already scared we don't need him anymore terrified by your school girl crush."Kurt says walking towards the bathroom. Kurt opens the door and sees Finn splashing his face with cold water. Kurt reaches out and touches Finn's back Finn quickly grabs Kurt's arm and slams him into the wall clenching his shirt

"Finn It's me Kurt..."Kurt says slowly Finn loosens his grip and realizes what he's doing

"Shit Kurt I'm...I'm so sorry. I didn't...I'd never...I'm so sorry.."Finn says running his hand through his hair. Kurt grabs paper towels and wipes the water from his brother's face.

"No harm no foul whats a few wrinkles on my shirt right? Finn I'm fine really. I'm sorry Sam is such a jerk."Kurt says Finn looks down then back at him

"I have to go I can't be here."Finn softly says Kurt nods

"Let's just go I'll let everyone know you're safe and we can watch Onward."Kurt says

"Kurt I'm sorry."Finn whispers

"You never have to apologize for something like this Finn..Come on..let's get you out of here." Kurt says looping his arm with Finn's and they leave the bathroom

30 minutes after Kurt and Finn leave Quinn and Tina are talking when Elliot walks behind them

"Kurt took Finn home they left about 30 minutes ago."Elliot says to the group

"What?.."Quinn grabs her purse

"Fabray hang on if Kurt took Finn home that means he probably will need to be alone for the rest of the night."Puck calms her down

"My Boyfriend needs me."Quinn says

"Puckerman is right Q let's just enjoy the night and you can check on Big Bird tomorrow."Santana says

"He's gonna be okay. Kurt wouldn't let anything happen to Finn."Mike assures Quinn. She nods as she accepts the drink that Santana is passing to her. Quinn downs her drink and sighs not being able to keep her thoughts off of Finn.

Kurt opens the door and Finn walks directly into his room closes the door and locks it. Burt hears the door slam and he turns the corner

"Kurt?"Burt asked

"Finn had a rough night at the club...it was like he was back on the line of duty and I couldn't pull him out of it."Kurt says

"I was afraid of that...Finn is too to himself we still don't know what went on in Qatar...let's give him some space I'll check in on him tomorrow. You did good taking care of your brother."Burt pats Kurt on the back.

"Of course...He's my big lug. I'm going to get to bed...if you need me just wake me up okay."Kurt says Burt nods looking up the stairs and sits down on the sofa preparing to help Finn if he needed to.

Finn runs his fingers through his hair and shakes his head still seeing images of the fallen soldiers he lead into that ambush Finn held his head and closed his eyes shut

"HUDSON BE CAREFUL!"Mcgee Yells Finn walks around and hears a beeping noise he turns his head and his eyes widen

"BOMB!"Finn yells the explosion kills half the team Finn is thrown to the other side of the blast he struggles to get up as he helps one of his troops out of the building

"Lieutenant you're bleeding!"

"GO GO GO!"Finn yells nearly crawling out of the door.

"SURRENDER PUT YOUR WEAPONS DOWN!"

Finn sinks to the floor and remembers something in his suitcase Finn opens up his suitcase and takes out the vile of pills he sighs and opens it and takes 2. Finn sits down on his bed and holds his head trying to calm himself down.

The next morning Quinn doesn't even bother to change out of her pajamas she drives directly to the Hummel house knocking on the door. Kurt opens the door quickly and he looks at his friend's outfit

"Oh Sweetie...really giraffe pajamas?"Kurt laughs

"Shut up, where is he?"Quinn says

"Come on in."Kurt says

"What happen last night?"Quinn asked

"I think he had a ptsd episode, it's never happened until last night. He's been locked up in his room"Kurt says

Quinn walks up to the stairs and gently knocks. "Finn Babe, it's me please let me in"Quinn softly says Finns lifts his head up slowly stands

"Baby please let me help you...let's me just be here for you."Quinn says Finn unlocks the door and opens it Quinn walks into the room and sees Finn was still in his clothes from last night she could tell he didn't sleep well that night.

"Hi."Quinn whispers Finn sits down on the bed Quinn closes the door and then sits on Finn's lap and wraps her arms around him. Finn holds her close and hides his face in her neck

"I'm so sorry I shouldn't have left you like that last night."Finn says Quinn holds her face

"What are you apologizing for? Finn I'm sorry I wasn't as sensitive to this as I should have been and I should have been the first person to see how uncomfortable you were...Are you comfortable letting me in?"Quinn asked

Finn sighs "Like I said before...crowded areas...people i dont know...loud music...it all was overwhelming...I uhm...I took the pills my doctor gave me last night just to stop my brain from running a million miles an hour."Finn says pointing to the bottle on his side table. Quinn looks at the bottle of pills and nods.

"I nearly attacked Kurt."Finn whispers "Maybe we should take a break."He says Quinn looks at him confused

"You're not going to push me away Finn."Quinn says

"Quinn I almost hurt my brother , what if this happens again and I lay a hand on you...I could never put you through that..Let's just part ways."Finn says

"I love You."Quinn says Finn looks at her and then closes his eyes. "I know you love me otherwise why would you be saying all these stupid things Right? I know this is where I want to be this is where I belong right here with you. You don't get to decide to break up with me because you think you are protecting me."Quinn says

"Quinn this isn't going to be easy between us...especially now."Finn says

"I don't want Easy.. I want a life with you. Finn I love you."Quinn says again

"I love you too so much.."Finn says laying his head on her shoulder.

"We're going to get through this together. I'm not going anywhere. I'm going to be right here with you."Quinn says as she strokes Finn's hair.

Later on that day Quinn and Finn stay up in his room the entire day they kissed cuddled talked Quinn told Finn she was going to get them some waters as she's walking downstairs she sees Kurt, and Mr and Mrs Hummel at the dining table.

"Quinn...Come here sweet heart."Carole says

"What's going on?"Quinn asked

"A letter from Finn' CO has come in the mail."Burt says

"I don't understand is that good or bad?"Quinn asked Kurt shrugs

"We honestly don't know."Kurt says

"Finn never told us how long his leave would be."Carole says Quinn looks at Burt and he nods

"Finn was injured during a rescue mission, Quinn and I have both seen the injuries and they looked pretty bad..Finn told us he was on medical leave until further notice. He's been waiting on orders from his CO."Burt says

"My Baby boy was hurt.."Carole holds Burt's hand.

"He's a brave solider Carole he didn't want to alarm you so he kept it to himself."Burt explains

"What if the army wants him to report back? I don't think Finn is ready to go back into war Dad."Kurt says

"What do you mean what happened?"Carole asked

"She doesn't know?"Quinn asked Carole slams her hands on the table.

"What have you all been keeping from me about my son."Carole say Quinn and Kurt both look up at Burt and takes off his baseball cap and signals Carole to sit down.

Finn opens his eyes he realizes he and Quinn must have fallen asleep after their talk, when he opens his eyes he sees him Mom sitting at the edge of his bed.

"Mama?"Finn says confused.

"I raised you to be many things Finnegan. A kind man with a big heart, a man who loves playing football and basketball, a man who loves playing drums. And A man who has proven to be one of the bravest men in this Country...but what I did not raise was a liar."Carole says Finn sits up and folds his hands into his lap.

"How could you not tell me about your injuries...Who did they even contact when you were in the hospital unconscious while you were in Qatar?"Carole says

"They only called my commanding officer, I didn't give out your information."Finn says ashamed.

"Honey why not. Why would you not want me there with you."Carole asked

"You're happy Mom...I didn't want to ruin that for you. And I didn't want you to see me weak and in pain which is why I haven't said anything about the injuries I don't want to disappoint you."Finn says

"My Boy you have never ever disappointed me. And You never will do you understand me. I am PROUD to have you as my son. Do you understand that?"Carole asked

"Yes Mama."Finn whispers Carole sighs and holds her Son tightly and Finn closes his eyes and holds his mom back.

"This letter came in the mail for you. It's from your CO."Carole says Finn opens the letter and reads it.

"They've scheduled a meeting with the Major General and my CO."Finn says

"Is that good or bad?"Carole asked

"I don't know...They're coming down to LIMA this afternoon. We're going to meet at City hall."Finn says concerned.

After speaking with his mom Finn showers and walks down the stairs to see Quinn and Kurt doing the dishes. Finn walks behind Quinn and wraps his arms around her and hides his face in her neck. Quinn smiles and wraps her hands over his.

"Are you feeling better today Finn?"Kurt asked

"Much better thanks man...and about last night Kurt.."Finn says Kurt holds up his hand to stop him from talking

"Nothing to apologize for ever. I will not pretend I understand what you are going through but I will be here to help you cope. We are brothers we help one another. Always."Kurt says Finn smiles and they knuckle touch. Finn looks down at his girlfriend and sees Quinn is still wearing her giraffe pajamas.

"These are adorable."Finn chuckles Quinn looks down and rolls her eyes.

"Well I was worried about you and didn't care what I was wearing which means I must care about you alot."Quinn teases

"True brother if Quinn left her house looking like this that must mean she really loves you."Kurt laughs Quinn slaps Kurt on the arm as he laughs and sits down at the table.

"I have to meet with my CO and The Major General today. Is it okay if we just hang out later tonight."Finn asked

"That's no problem at all I have to finish some emails to my editor just let me know when you're out of your meeting."Quinn says turning in his arms.

"Is everything okay?"Kurt asked

"I don't know to be honest I'm nervous..."Finn says

"Everything is going to be fine."Quinn assures him Finn nods as she takes his face in her hands and kisses him.

As the day goes on Quinn is in her kitchen responding to emails to her Editor when Santana and Rachel walk through the door holding take out and placing it on the table.

"We brought Thai food."Santana smiles

"Wonderful there's wine in the pantry."Quinn says looking up from her laptop

"Did you and Finn talk this morning?"Santana asked as she sets up the plates.

"Yeah I spent the morning with him and his family and I think he's calmed down since last night."Quinn says

"That's good, the guy may be freakishly tall and have two left feet but...he makes you happy and he's a nice guy."Santana says Quinn looks at her and shakes her head.

"Can I be Frank?"Rachel asked

"I knew you were were into roleplay."Santana jokes Rachel rolls her eyes and Quinn laughs

"What is it Rachel?"Quinn asked

"You and Finn have been dating for what a few weeks now, where is this relationship going? You are going back to Florida is less than a week Quinn"Rachel says

"Whats your point Berry?"Santana asked

"I just think Quinn needs to be realistic, this home trip fling is going to burn out soon might as well be now especially since Finn is in a fragile state."Rachel Explains

"This isn't a Home Trip Fling Berry."Quinn says

"Really? Do you plan on taking Finn to Florida? Are you going to stay here in Lima? And What if he goes back to war? Quinn your a journalist you cover these stories all the time. Be honest with yourself about this relationship. It's nothing more than just Sex and it won't lead to a future."Rachel says

"Berry Enough."Santana scolds her "What I'm being honest."Rachel says

"You don't know anything about my relationship with Finn. And I don't recall asking for your opinion."Quinn says

"I'm your friend and I'm helping you see reason."Rachel says

"Berry need I remind you when we first heard that Finn was Kurt's brother you also wanted to pounce him as well."Santana says Quinn raises her eyebrow at Rachel.

"Yes I did but I had the intention of it being a fling. Quinn you seem invested in a relationship that will not go anywhere."Rachel says

"Enough Rachel! You're starting to sound like my mother."Quinn says

"Good then maybe you'll start to see reason."Rachel says sipping her wine. Santana shakes her head at Rachel who is shrugging her shoulders. Quinn ignores Rachel and continues typing on her laptop but the only problem is Rachel's words were lingering in her mind. What was she going to do with her relationship with Finn...she leaves to go back to Florida soon.

Finn is waiting on the bench inside of City Hall and his CO smiles at him when he walks through the door.

"Finn Come on in."His Commanding Officer says Finn stands up shaking his hand and takes off his hat as he stands in front of the table with the Major General sitting at the Table. They both Salute one another and Finn sits down.

"First Lieutenant Finnegan Hudson...you have done miraculous work in your 5 years with the Army Son. Countless rescue missions, dozens of security patrols and you have ranked top of the class in every way. You are a remarkable Solider Son."The Major General says reading off Finn's accomplishments.

"Thank You Sir."Finn says The Major closes the folder and hands Finn a gold folder. Finn opens it and inside was a gold piece of paper "HONORABLE DISCHARGE TO FIRST LIEUTENANT FINNEGAN HUDSON" Finn reads it and is speechless.

"We have reviewed your last Mission and due to the severity of the injures you have faced in that mission we at the US Army although it pains us to lose a Brave and Skilled Lieutenant as yourself, we believe you have served your country well enough and have decided to discharge you."The Major General says Finn looks at the piece of paper and is shocked.

"You will not need to report to anymore missions. You will continue to get your Military benefits only now it's going to be shifted to Veteran benefits."The Major says

"First Lieutenant it has been a pleasure."Finn's Commander Office says Finn stands up and salutes them both he puts his hat on he walks out the door and into his truck Finn looks down at the gold folder he placed on the front seat he starts the truck and drives to the one place he needed to be.

Santana Quinn and Rachel are all still in Quinn's kitchen talking when they hear the doorbell ring

"I'll grab that."Santana says

"Okay this is my house."Quinn laughs

"It's your mom's house bitch!"Santana laughs she opens the door and sees Finn standing there in his uniform she nods and looks at him up and down.

"If I wasn't a lesbian and in love with Britt. I'd tap. Come on in Jolly Giant."Santana says Finn nods politely and walks inside he removes his hat.

"You okay?"Santana asked

"Where is Quinn?"Finn asked

"Q get over here your sexy army man is in his uniform."Santana says

Quinn walks out into the living room and sees Santana wasnt joking Finn was dressed in his Military uniform not the camouflage one she saw him in at the airport but the dark green jacket and green slacks with all his medals she smiles at him and when Finn sees her she can instantly tell something is wrong. Quinn walks to him and holds his face. Finn lets out a breath he didn't even know he was holding in.

"San can you give us a minute?"Quinn asked

"Yeah...Uhm I'll get you a plate ready we have a lot of food."Santana says Finn smiles in appreciation at her.

"Hey can i wear that hat?"Santana asked before she walks into the kitchen Finn chuckles and puts it on Santana's head "Sweet I'll be in there."Santana says taking selfies with Finn's Lieutenant hat on.

"How did the meeting go?"Quinn asked as she leads him to the couch as laces their fingers together.

"I got Honorably Discharged."Finn says Quinn didn't know what to expect but she wasn't expecting that.

"They let you go?"Quinn asked

"Yeah...they think the last mission may have caused alot more trauma and injury to me and they don't think I should be doing anymore missions...So I'm done."Finn says Quinn squeezes his hand and kisses the back of his hand.

"Hey.."Quinn whispers as she sees Finn zoning out.

"Let me in?"Quinn asked Finn sighs

"5 years...for 5 years The Army was all I've known. What do I do now?"Finn asked

"Isn't that exciting though...you can do anything you want now..."Quinn says

"Yeah but What?..I just feel so lost now. "Finn says

"Then let me help you find yourself again."Quinn says

"You'd do that for me?"Finn asked

"I'd do anything for you Finn. I love you."Quinn kisses his lips. Finn pulls her closes and kisses her back.

"I love you too so much."Finn says]

"Quinn I was reading your email and your editor wants you back in 2 days not the end of the week."Rachel announces loudly as she turns the corner Santana pants

"I tried to stop her."Santana says Quinn glares at Rachel then looks at Finn Who looks down at their hands and then kisses the back of her hand.

"Finn you look very handsome in your costume."Rachel says Santana rolls her eyes and takes the hat off putting it on the side table "And we're you're out of here."Santana says shoving Rachel out the front door.

"What did I Do!"Rachel says as Santana slams the door in Rachel's face. She turns to Quinn and Finn who are looking at one another both without words.

"We never really talked about what would happen when you would have to go back to florida."Finn says Quinn looks up and sees Santana watching them

"San can you go back into the kitchen please."Quinn says Santana rolls her eyes and walks away.

"This isn't a fling to me Finn. I told you that when my mom said it and I'll say it again. Falling in love with you was not planned for me but I accept it whole heartedly. I love you and I' am going to fight for us to be together."Quinn says

"I know you will Babe, but I don't ever want to ever hold you back.."Finn says

"You would never hold me back. Finn I've waited my entire life to be in a relationship like this and I'm not going to let you go that easy. I would hope you feel the same."Quinn says Before Finn can respond his phone rings. It was his Mom probably wanting to know what happen during the meeting.

"It's my mom...I should go."Finn says kissing Quinn's lips

"Hey..we're okay right?"Quinn asked Finn nods and walks out the door.

"It doesn't feel like we're okay.."Quinn says softly as she watches Finn's truck pull out of the driveway from the window.

"Trouble in Paradise huh."Santana says handing Quinn Finn's lieutenant hat. Quinn looks at the hat and nods.

"What if he doesn't want to do Long Distance San?..."Quinn asked

"You said you were gonna fight for him right? Then Get your nails ready Q it's time for the fight of your life."Santana says

Finn walks through the door of the house and smiles at his Mom who is waiting for him patiently. Finn walks over to hug her. "It's okay Mom. Everything is going to be okay."Finn says Carole nods Kurt smiles at him and Finn hands his mom the golden folder.

"Kurt I may need your help with something."Finn says

"What can I do for you brother?"Kurt asked

"I uhm need you to help me sing a song for Quinn."Finn says shyly Kurt smiles and nods

"Alright come on up into my room we can find something."Kurt says Finn nods and they walk up the stairs.

Santana gets a text from Kurt and she smiles "Let's get you out of here..we need to take a drive."Santana says

"Alright sure let's go."Quinn says Santana snatches Quinn's keys "I'm driving."Santana says Quinn gives her a confused look as they get into the car. Quinn is looking out the window as Santana drives she sees they are heading in the direction of the high school.

"Why are you driving to McKinley?" Quinn asked Santana

"We're gonna go to the auditorium."Santana says

"Don't tell me Rachel prepared a song."Quinn shakes her head

"Not exactly."Santana says she parks the car and they walk into the school they look around the school and it was like all the memories good and bad came fluttering back.

"Remember when we fought here during junior year."Santana laughs

"You sneak slapped me after I was announced head cheerleader again."Quinn nods she sees the trophy display case and looks for the 2012 football championship photo she smiles when she sees Finn smiling proudly holding up the MVP trophy and championship trophy. They hear music coming from the auditorium.

"Oh gosh she's starting."Quinn says Santana pulls her in and they see Kurt playing piano she gives Santana a confused look and they hear loud drums playing as well. Quinn walks towards the front of the stage when she sees Finn behind the drum set.

Finn sets down the drums and walks down the steps to Quinn who meets him halfway and jumps into his arms.

"Where the hell were you when we needed a male lead in glee club?"Santana says

"You were amazing."Quinn says in Finn's ear he smiles and kisses Quinn's lips.

"I love you Quinn...and if You're going to go back to Florida. I'm booking the seat right next to you. You stole my heart the second you saved me from that old lady in the airport."Finn laughs Quinn laughs

"I'm sure I'll be able to find something I'm just as passionate about in Florida...or Cuba..Or South Africa where ever you want to go.. I'll go to..."Finn assures her.

"You two have waited long enough to find a love you deserve."Kurt says

"Baby face is right..you two are perfect together."Santana says

"Are you sure you want to got to Florida with me?"Quinn asked again Kurt and Santana both yell at her

"Do I need to sing the song again?"Finn jokes

"I mean you have a great voice. Seeing you on those drums was kind of sexy too."Quinn smiles

"Before I thought my place was in the Army...but now my place is where you are...And I also think I wanna give this drumming thing a try."Finn says

"You want to be a famous drummer?"Quinn says

"No a music teacher...When I was doing missions I would help out with orphanages and kids so I would like to look into that."Finn smiles

"You already have a new passion in mind."Quinn smiles proudly

"You inspire me to be better, I'm not that lost person that I once was...and That's because you found me"Finn whispers.

"I'm glad I found you too."Quinn says wrapping her arms around his neck

"Oh for crying out loud kiss her already so we can go out and eat!"Santana yells Finn turns his head and laughs Quinn tugs Finn and kisses him passionately. Finn kisses her back and their two friends high five another.

This is the longest one shot I have ever written what did you guys think? Also I'm not over the FUINN Train my next one shot will be a take on episode 4x14 (What if Finn slept with Quinn and not Rachel) ;)
