Tsukasa climbed through the window of the school late at night, well not that late, in order to set up his equipment. He was curious by nature and as a result, enjoyed seeing the world burn sometimes. He was as they call, a total chaotic neutral.

Although sometimes Natsuhiko said he was more of a chaotic evil in his humble opinion.

Except Tsukasa wasn't evil at all! He did have a few loose screws though.

Especially if Amane's involved.

The first time he met Natsuhiko he hated him with a burning passion. You see they started playing a racing game and he commented on how Amane would always beat him because he was good at the game.

Natsuhiko made a joke poking fun at Amane.

Tsukasa paused the game and proceeded to beat the shit out of him.

It was a miracle they were even friends now.

Sakura was always nice! She always gave him sweets and head pats. Natsuhiko always glared at him, he was the obvious jealous type.

Today though, he wanted to help Amane!

Mitsuba's lie was obvious from the start, his elaborate plan to expose everything started from the moment he caught Mitsuba spying on them. If he was looking for Teru why was he at their door trying to hear private conversations?

Tsukasa patted himself on the back for that one as nobody even questioned the validity of that excuse.

Then there was Nene, Amane's future girlfriend, she was acting weird and strange. He was sure that she liked his brother, especially from the way she would look at him. But suddenly she stopped and was even nervous around him.

And not the good kind of nervous.

So here he was trying to save the day and find out what was going on in order to save his twin from potential jail as he was sure he's planning Minamoto Teru's death- because he loves Amane and desires no harm upon him. Sure he was kind of mean and even messed with Amane but it's all part of the master plan!

Even the part where he made his twin tell him Nene's secret.

Apparently, she's in a relationship with Teru now… in secret.

How convenient.

Tsukasa rolled his eyes at that one, Teru is many things, stupid, loud, evil and totally plotting their demise, but he would never hide from the world he has a girlfriend. He has no reason to hide Nene!

Amane is fucking dumb.

Bless his twin from the stupidity of it all.

He set down his backpack and grabbed one of the tiny bugs he was given that supposedly records audio and set one in Nene's desk, Aoi's desk and Mitsuba's desk. He set one in the student council room where Teru is usually in and then went outside to set one in the garden the girls usually hang out in.

Unbeknownst to Tsukasa, Akane had arrived and was currently climbing the window to the second floor where the broadcasting club was located. He looked around, noticing the coast was clear he entered the room, except it was locked.

"Shit."

He had no choice but to pick the lock.

Don't ask him why he knows how to do that.

"Bingo!" Upon hearing the door unlock Akane quickly entered the room and closed the door behind him quietly.

And right on time as Tsukasa turned the corner the minute the door closed- he was looking for places to place more bugs just for the fun of it. He looked at the broadcasting club door, a feeling at the back of his mind was kind of nagging him but he shook his head and continued walking around before deciding to just plant one in the boy's bathroom.

Akane scanned the room for a good, secret area they're likely to not search in. He placed a small camera in a corner that's super dusty- signs of nobody ever coming to check most likely. He smirked as he set everything up realizing how easy this was and how Aoi will be so impressed she'll have to date him!

Ah, Aoi-chan~

Daydreaming aside he had a job to do but the doorknob suddenly turning made him freeze in place. Thank god there was a space painting hiding him from whoever just entered the room. He peeked out the corner and his blood ran cold seeing Yugi Tsukasa standing by the doorway looking at the door in confusion.

"Huh? I thought Sakura locked the door." He looked around completely confused but merely shrugged and assumed maybe she forgot.

He entered the room and looked through the drawers as if looking for something.

Akane was honestly scared of Tsukasa for the mere fact that he was a literal walking red flag. He gets angry randomly and even picks fights with his own friends.

He witnessed how bloodied he left Natsuhiko in his first year of middle school when the broadcasting club was just starting to form. He always wondered why that boy was still his friend to this day.

Speaking of which they only had 3 members and each club is supposed to have 4 or more. He wondered why Teru never said anything about it.

Unless Teru was also secretly afraid of Tsukasa's wrath.

Everyone in school was actually afraid of Tsukasa, except Amane and Sakura.

Tsukasa himself seems to not even notice it though.

So you can't blame Akane for putting his back against the wall and covering his mouth from letting out any noises that might get him caught. Now that he thought about it though- why was Tsukasa at school? At this hour!?

9:30 pm

Tsukasa was still looking in a drawer, it honestly made Akane suspicious because it almost seemed like… he was pretending.

Akane went wide-eyed, he needed to make a break for it, NOW!

He crawled out of his spot quickly ducking under the table as Tsukasa seemed busy with whatever he was doing. As he crawled he kept looking over, he really wished he had the power to stop time right now. However, thoughts of Aoi-chan praising him were enough to keep him going.

Finally making it towards the door, Tsukasa's gasp stopped him dead in his tracks.

"I found it!"

Akane looked over and relief washed over him as Tsukasa's back was facing towards him. Seems he found some sort of device and was setting up the equipment for the broadcasting club to use tomorrow. Honestly, he would have done this tomorrow when Teru was scheduling the meeting for the club's punishment but Akane couldn't sit still knowing Aoi wanted this done as soon as possible.

He opened the door as quickly and quietly as possible and closed the door.

And immediately made a break for it, he was so fast he didn't even feel the fear of falling off the second floor as he crawled out the window.

He grabbed his bike and booked it towards his house hoping to surprise Aoi with the news.

Unbeknownst to him, Tsukasa stared out the window smiling to himself.

Nene walked to her desk as she looked out the window remembering her outing with Amane yesterday.

They had gone to the movies and had decided to go to the arcade to play for a while but they had to cut it short as Amane needed to leave because his parents were concerned over the fact that Tsukasa sneaked out.

She was cockblocked by his own twin.

She sighed remembering his apologetic look and promises to make it up to her. Despite the fact that she wished it was a date she also had to remember he has a girlfriend.

"Nene-chan?" Aoi called out to her.

Nene looked up. "Yeah?"

"How was your date with Yugi-senpai?" She teased.

Nene blushed. "It wasn't a date Aoi-chan! You know he has a girlfriend." She buried her face on her desk wanting to forget that tiny bit of information.

Aoi patted her friend. "At least you guys are friends."

Nene nodded but then frowned. "Well yeah but… I wanna be more than that." She was starting to regret her life choices.

For starters she shouldn't have continued lying, she should have sucked it up and confessed everything, how she feels and give him a million reasons to break up with his girlfriend.

Akane went over to their desks, pale and looking extremely freaked out. "We need to talk!" The girls looked at him as he sat in the seat in front of Nene that was currently empty. "Tsukasa knows I was in the broadcasting club last night." He whispered.

Nene went wide-eyed. "Wait why were you-"

Akane interrupted. "No time to explain, just look at this shit." He pulled a note out of his pocket of that read:

I know what you did last night~

Akane had never been so freaked out in his whole life.

Aoi looked at him concerned. "I thought you made sure he hadn't seen you."

"I could have sworn he didn't!" Akane pulled out his hair in frustration. "I thought I was careful but this bastard is definitely too unpredictable."

Tsukasa threw a wrench into their plans, they weren't sure what exactly he suspected but they hoped he just thought this was a way to get revenge on them for what they did to Nene and not because they wanted to ruin his brother's relationship with his friend Sakura.

And everyone knows that if you mess with Amane- Tsukasa will literally find out where you live and send you to the hospital for the next 5 months.

"Are we going to die?" Nene began to shiver at the idea of dying to Tsukasa of all people.

"Nene don't say those things." Aoi who was also shivering grabbed Nene's hand to calm herself.

Akane seeing how worried Aoi is reassured her. "Don't worry Aoi-chan! I'll protect you."

"Aoi-san~"

Both Aoi and Akane flinched when they turned around to see Tsukasa standing behind them with that sinister smile of his. They weren't sure who was referring to.

"Aoi Akane-san." He repeated in a low tone.

This was Aoi's cue to drag Nene out of the classroom. "Good luck Akane-kun!"

"Aoi!?"

She literally left him to be eaten by wolves.

Akane gulped as he faced Tsukasa with any of the remaining strength he had left. It didn't help that Tsukasa hadn't even moved an inch and was just smiling at him with that sinister smile that's on his face 24/7. "I don't know what you want but I'm not going to-"

Tsukasa grabbed his head and forced him to meet his eyes. "What are you doing A-ka-ne-kuuuun~"

If there was a lord Akane was praying for a quick and painless death. "Nothing I swear!

Tsukasa didn't like that answer. "No need to lie to me Akane-kun… I don't like liars."

Akane was practically shivering at this point, everyone around him had magically disappeared and he could only stand there and wonder…

How is this dude related to Yugi Amane!?

"I swear it's nothing bad." Nope, it's all for Aoi-chan but he can't exactly throw the love of his life under the bus now, can he?

"Then what was the camera for?" He took out a small camera from his pocket, crushed in tiny pieces.

Akane felt his soul leave his body, he still needed to pay for that! "Not for whatever purposes you may think!" He had to play the waiting game. Eventually, a teacher will come in and see him and ask him to go back to class.

Tsukasa hummed as he thought over the millions of possibilities. "I would prefer if you tell me Akane-kun."

He did not like that, he doesn't like it, stop saying his name, please. "It was just a prank okay!" He hated that excuse but it was needed.

Tsukasa looked at him, examining his features for any signs of a lie. "A prank huh? Pranks are usually funny though."

Akane glared. "Rich coming from the dude that exposed a girl's feelings to the whole school as a joke."

Tsukasa narrowed his eyes, he clearly didn't like that. "Shut up."

Akane got him right where he wants him. "What? I'm right- of course I'm right! You're just a sick minded person, nobody likes you because you're a violent asshole!" Akane suddenly regretted his choices of words, while true he really should have just left those words to himself.

He couldn't read Tsukasa's expression.

And worse of all…

He wasn't smiling anymore.

Nene stared at Aoi who was watering the plants innocently. The teacher had canceled last minute, they got sick apparently, and so they had a free period. Normally everyone is supposed to be in class but considering Tsukasa was in there interrogating Akane…

They didn't really wanna be there right now.

"Aoi-chan are you not worried?" She deadpanned at her friend.

"Not really." She continued watering not really looking at Nene which made her wonder.

She sat down not really feeling it today as things couldn't get any worse for them at the moment.

Suddenly a desk came flying out the window and hitting the ground hard. Nene and Aoi freaked out at the sudden noise. Glass was everywhere and people were looking out the windows or coming outside to check.

Nene looked up and noticed it was literally their classroom window. Oh shit…

She had to get Amane. "Stay here Aoi-chan."

"Wait! Nene-chan!"

Nene sped off into the building hoping to find Amane as soon as possible, she was too scared to even go look at what was happening in the classroom- for all she knew Akane was currently being beaten up pretty badly.

She entered his classroom, he wasn't there. She ran towards the clubroom instead.

Amane was idly chatting with Sakura and Natsuhiko wondering where his twin had gone when Nene suddenly busted through the door in a panic.

"YUGI-SENPAI!" She screamed out, running towards him trying to drag him out of the room.

"Yashiro-san what's wrong!?" He asked, completely panicking himself.

"It's Tsukasa!"

He didn't need to hear more, he immediately ran with Nene guiding and Sakura and Natsuhiko in tow.

When they arrived at the scene they were completely shocked to see Akane completely alone in the classroom.

"Wait… where's Tsukasa!?" Amane looked around frantically and ultimately bolted down the hallway with his friends in tow.

The scene wasn't at all what Nene expected.

Out of everyone, Akane was the most confused. The moment Tsukasa threw his desk out the window he thought he was next. But no, instead he just… left.

Akane wasn't sure how to fucking feel right now. Everyone was staring at him, he could hear whispering from students. He didn't know what to say, he didn't do anything.

"I swear I didn't do anything!" He knew no words could possibly justify this scene. But he had to at least say something.

Nene stood there in shock, she knew Akane was kind of known for driving away boys but she knew he was only violent towards the ones that wanted to do something to Aoi.

"Akane what the hell happened?" She asked, really wanting the full story.

"I swear to god I don't know! One moment we're talking, next thing I know he's angry and throws my desk, then he just leaves." He was glad at least Nene believed him.

Aoi walked in ready to ask what happened but Nene immediately explained.

"That's weird…"

Nene wanted to follow Amane to see if everything was okay but she wasn't sure if it was correct.

Amane ran frantically all over the school searching for his brother. He felt his heartbeat quicken at the thought of something bad happening to him.

The last time he disappeared like that was when…

"Let's split up, Sakura you look that way, Natsuhiko you look the other way."

No questions asked they did as they were told and ended up with no results. They grouped back in the same spot, each one extremely worried about Tsukasa.

"Where the fuck is he?" Natsuhiko asked out loud.

Amane was thinking, if he was Tsukasa, where would he go? Not the broadcasting club and definitely not the bathroom.

"The roof!" Without giving anyone time to process what he said he immediately ran towards the direction of the door to the rooftop.

He opened it and felt a wave of relief when he saw Tsukasa sitting on one of the benches looking at Amane's old keychain.

"Tsukasa!!"

He didn't say anything or even move at all from his position.

He began to worry.

Sakura and Natsuhiko were panting for air- having to run all the way here and then climb some stairs just to catch up to Amane.

They were just as relieved to see Tsukasa was okay but Amane's concerned expression had them worried.

Amane sat next to his brother who was just fiddling with the keychain. "Hey, Tsukasa, I was really worried you know."

"Do you hate me Amane?" He suddenly asked in a quiet tone that sounded so broken.

Amane stared at him wide-eyed. "What? Of course not Tsukasa!" He hugged his brother tightly. "Who made you feel that way?"

He shook his head. "No one."

"Tell me the truth."

"No one!"

"Then what's wrong? Why are you asking me that?" Amane grabbed him by the shoulders, confused as to why his brother was saying those things.

"I'm a bad person, right? I hurt a lot of people…" He began to tear up.

Amane dried them immediately. "No, no, you're not a bad person, you just do immature things."

"Then why do people hate me? Why are they scared of me?"

Amane couldn't give him a proper answer. He had noticed how people tended to avoid his twin in fear of getting hurt. He always thought they were silly and assumed people would stop doing that when they saw him hang out with Sakura and Natsuhiko.

He realized he was wrong.

"They just confuse your actions as malicious when all you're trying to do is have fun in a mischievous way." He realized he took too long to answer but hoped Tsukasa didn't take it the wrong way.

Everyone felt relieved when Tsukasa seemed to smile again. "Thank you." He clutched the keychain, still feeling unconvinced but for the sake of his brother he'll smile anyway.

They both hugged, Sakura tried to dry her tears while Natsuhiko was full-blown crying. He hugged both twins.

"Even though we had a bad start I'm glad I met you and stayed friends with you."

Sakura deadpanned. "Natsuhiko, they need to breathe."

He immediately let them go. "Shit sorry."

Amane let out a chuckle as he patted his brother's head. "There, there, Tsukasa, you're going to be okay."

"Yeah." He smiled again but then looked at Amane with a serious expression. "Amane… can you do me a favor?"

"Anything for you."

Tsukasa went back to his usual demeanor. "I'm trying to find out why Nene-chan avoids you and by doing so I planted devices at her and her friends' desks. I did it by sneaking into school last night but I discovered Aoi Akane and was hoping to get him to spill the beans but he decided to be a bitch instead and now that I feel better I'm going to kill him soon, anyway I was wondering if you can help me?"

Everyone just stared and stared.

Until a pin could be heard dropping.
