Hey it's another chapter! I'm so sorry it took so long my summers been crazy. I will do my best to get these up quicker.
Before I thank my two new favourite people. I need ask the 1,067 people who viewed my chapter this month if they hated my story? If they just clicked on it read a few lines and thought that's CRAP and exited? If not then I BEG you – yes I'm reduced to begging- to pleeeeeeeease tell me what you think. Just some reviews that's all I'm asking for. Seriously I literally cheer every time I get one.
Thanks to my awesome beta theevilpinkcupcake who puts up with my appauling spelling and grammer. (Although she hasn't betaed this chapter yet).

Harry Potter POV
"Whoa, it's Harry clones!" Fred exclaimed staring at Harry, Albus and the James'.
"Harry clones?" a confused voice asked from between the twins. Neville Longbottem stepped forward.
George stared at Sirius and Remus incredulously, comically blinked twice and then asked "Sirius, Remus?"
"Yeah…" Remus said at the same time as Sirius said "The one and only."
"Merlin you guys look young!" said Fred or was it George?
James Potter POV
I saw the time travellers – who weren't staring gobsmacked at the duo – making violent shut up gestures with their hands. I realised why, how could Gred and Forge know what Moony and Padfoot looked like young if they hadn't met them? And from the Harry clone comment they knew the other time travelers too. They'd lied.
"So you do know us!" James exclaimed. The few time travellers who managed to tear their eyes off Fred looked at him guiltily.
"I'm sorry, James but there are some things we just CAN'T tell you." Albus said.
"Why not?" James asked his voice dangerously close to whinging.
"Oh you know it could ruin the balance of time and poof us all out of existence, but besides that nothing major." Fred finished sarcastically.
"Or we could just tell them everything and erase their memories after, sure would make things less awkward," James muttered.
"I agree with Prongs' clone. Just tell us!" Sirius exclaimed impatiently.
"I second that," Moony said with Pettigrew nodding along with him.
"I agree with Padfoot and Moony," James said. As he said this Gred and Forge gasped "Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs?" They said in unison "As in the Marauders!"
"You've heard of us?" James grinned. He exchanged looks with his fellow Marauders, all of them just just as happy as he did at the possibility of their legacy living on.
"You're our idols!" Gred exclaimed.
"We found your map!" Forge added.
"Found it? So the Fitch plan worked?" Remus asked excitedly. James was surprised at that, they'd all had their misgivings when Sirius had suggested it.
"Yep! There it was in the Confiscated and Highly Dangerous draw." Gred grinned.
"So we made it to the highly dangerous draw!" Sirius exclaimed gleefully "do you have the map on you now?"
"No we gave it to…" Forge started, then he looked from Harry to Sirius to Remus to James then back to Harry "Harry!" he and his twin exclaimed "How could you not tell us!"
"Um…well…er…" started Harry looking very much like someone who'd just been cornered, "it never came up." The twins – who James had taken an instant liking to – were still gaping like fish, looking offended, as if Harry had grievously wronged them.
James, Sirius, Remus and Peter didn't say anything. But James locked eyes with Sirius who was giving him a look that clearly said "They're hiding something big. We should figure out what!"
James quickly ran over everything in his head the lies, the secrecy, the obvious attempts to hide something bigger than a time travel mishap and gave his best friend the tiniest of nods.
Harry Potter POV
Shit. Shit. Shit.
Harry thought as the marauders traded suspicious glances as Fred and George unintentionally raised the Marauders suspicions more and more.
"Perhaps we should take Fred and George outside and let them know what's happening?" Albus asked desperately.
"Great idea Albus!" said Harry gratefully as all the time travellers rushed out of the room nudging Fred and George out with them.
"What's going on? How are your parents here?" Neville asked.
"We travelled back in time!" Harry said.
"How the bloody hell did you lot get here?" Ron asked. Then turning to the twins, He asked "why were you two even at Hogwarts?"
"We had a business meeting with Hagrid. We decided to drop by the common room to see what everyone was doing and we found everyone in a panic because you guys had disappeared. Everyone was standing around a broken time turner," said George.
"And being the amazing big brothers we are we decided to come pick you up. Neville got dragged along for the ride," said Fred turning to a very pale looking Neville. "Alright there Neville?" he asked.
Neville ignored him and turned to Harry "Harry," he said shock and wistfulness in his tone "What year is it?"
Harry looked Neville right in the eye "1977."
Neville looked at him wide eyed "Are they here?" he asked quietly.
Harry knew immediately who Neville was referring to.
"Yes," he smiled "I've seen your mum she looked happy."
Neville smiled, "I can't wait to meet them."
James Sirius Potter POV
James grinned as he watched his grandfather and his friends plotting. He and Fred had stayed behind, Fred wasn't quite sure what to think of his dead Uncle making an appearance and needed some time to get his head straight. James had asked if he was okay but Fred didn't want to talk about it, he'd come to James when he was ready. He turned to his best friend with a smirk on his face and a mischievous twinkle in his eyes.
"I bet they're trying to figure out a way to solve the Moony full moon problem." Said James.
"Yeah, I wonder if they've thought of anything yet." Fred thought aloud.
James looked at their frustrated faces "seems they haven't thought of anything. Lucky for them I have," he said slightly arrogantly.
"What?" asked Fred.
James whispered his plan in Fred's ear.
"Brilliant!" Fred exclaimed everyone in the room turned to look at him "Nothing to see here people go back to your knitting." He lowered his voice back in to a whisper "I've got it right here!" he said holding up a vial of potion.
"Perfect!" said James walking over to the Marauders "Gentlemen," he started "I couldn't help but overhear you predicament."
"Oh?" said Sirius suspiciously. All the other marauders looked at James suspiciously.
"Yep," said James not at all fazed "You need to get out of detention to help out Moony." The marauders then all look very much like deer caught in headlights they all opened their mouths to ask James how on earth he knew… when James continued "I'm sorry to hear your rabbit is so badly behaved, Remus, it must be terrible if you and your friends have to go help with it, I know how it is my family once had this big black dog who was so badly behaved. He kept nicking my Dad's stuff and running off with it! Once he got his…paws on a family heirloom! Once he got hold of that we couldn't find him for days!" James couldn't resist putting some hints in, if the Marauders figured out who they were on their own he couldn't be blamed for anything.
"So what's the plan?" asked James still looking completely bewildered by what he'd just heard.
"It's extremely simple be in detention and with Remus."
"How?" asked James "We can't be in two places at once!"
"Ah but your forgetting I happen to look an awful lot like you and haven't had a nice chat with Minnie in ages!" James grinned as realisation dawned on each of the Marauder's faces.
"And I'm sure with a bit of this," Fred held up some Polyjuce potion "I'll look like Sirius Black's long lost twin."
James frowned as he realised they didn't have enough potion for someone to look like Pettigrew. He groaned. He'd have to spend a whole evening with that rat.
"We don't have enough for someone to become Pettigrew so Pettigrew will have to come with us to detention."
"Ok," said Pettigrew .
"Cool!" said James and Fred in unison walking off to the other side of the room.
James Potter POV
That had been weird. Oh you need to go help Remus with his badly behaved rabbit? Don't worry, we'll sit through your super boring detention for you! Who did that? Not that he wasn't grateful but still!
"That was weird," said Sirius echoing James's thoughts.
"Why did they help us?" asked Remus.
James wasn't sure if he was talking to himself or not but answered anyway "Because they're hiding something and were going to find out what."
"That thing James said about their dog and their family heirloom-" Remus began.
"Hey guys!" called James from across the room, "want some sweets?"
"Yeah!" exclaimed Sirius. James tossed some sweets over to them and all the Marauders popped one in to their mouths. The sweet tasted sugary in James's mouth then when he swallowed it, it turned sour, burning his mouth.
James saw Albus walk over to them, "are those from James?" He asked gesturing to the sweets.
"Yeah," said James, "Do you want one?"
"No." Albus looked almost fearful.
Sirius gasped over-dramatically "Why not?"
"Experience," said Albus simply, laughter dancing in his eyes.
James suddenly got a feeling he'd done something wrong...he just wasn't sure what...
3rd person
Across the room James and Fred smirked.
Remember! Hugo and Rose exist. The third gen are from 2020 and the second gen don't know who the third gen are.
YAY I did it I finished the chapter that just wouldn't finish now we can get to the exciting bit: Teddy's first Lesson and…The prank, have any of you figured out which generation of marauders pranks who yet?
