The only woman in both the teams helped the Blu Medic, who was named Josef. She worked as a field Nurse next to the Medic Josef.
Everyone called her "The Nurse". to be honest, she was the only medical professional in the field. Josef didn't have a medical license nor did the opposite team's medic.
Nurse was petite with a thin body which made her a harder target. Her weapons mostly consisted of medieval themed weapons such as; A crossbow with poisonous arrows, three bottles of potions and a kilij. With her, Josef was now more relaxed. Instead of just "Medic!" screams, there were now "Nurse!" screams too.
A casual day in 1970, Nurse thought while sitting on a higher ground on the map, lakeside. She'd like to hang a bit further away from the main fight. It has been a year since she joined and knew the Reds were much more vulgar than Blus. They would often spawn camp which lead to everyone getting stuck there before getting beheaded by the Demoknight. No, she liked to keep her head.
She was with Dylan, the Blu Engineer. Dylan didn't mind the company and actually liked the extra small protection against the Spy. They didn't always have a conversation but rather, a comfortable silence. Dylan informed her that he was going to pick up more metal for his dispenser. Nurse gave him a nod and kept looking around while squatting next to the teleporter. After a while Engineer came back. He waved at her before walking next to the level three sentry. Nurse squinted her eyes and stood up with her empty potion bottle, walked a bit closer and threw it at him. When she noiticed he got damage and not heal, she took her kilij out and waved it at him, calling out the fake Engineer. Spy dropped his disguise and took his revolver out and started shooting at her before falling down. She jumped down behind him to catch up. She pulled her crossbow out and started shooting at the Spy before running to him and stabbing him in the head with an arrow. She killed the Spy but wasn't convinced. It had to be a deadringer. She called out "Take caution, Spy around here!" she called out and started backing up to a wall. The Heavy and Medic on her team started staying close to each other as the Blu Pyro started spy checking around and soon, found him.
Nurse was about to go back up to her spot before getting shot in the left arm. She dropped her crossbow in pain. She was a lefty too so a big problem was coming. She grunted in pain and looked behind her to see a tall man with a lab coat running to her while loading his crossbow. She cussed under her breath and threw a bottle at him. She wanted to throw another but she already threw all the three of them. The man groaned a bit before shooting her again. He started walking towards her as she walked backwards while facing him. His circular glasses was shining in the bright sun, his white lab coat was covered in blood and now was red. She slipped through the sand and fall down as an arrow shot through her shoulder in pain. She cussed louder and fell on her back. The man got closer and pointed the crossbow to her forehead. She put her hand to cover the sun from her eyes. Red Medic was smirking evilly, ready to kill her. "Av, look at du fraulein. Zo zcared und vulnerable." He said and took a good look at her. It was almost like he zoned out. "Talk" He said which confused Nurse. "TALK, DUMMKOPF" he demanded and got a little eek from her. "what do you want me to say, stupid Nazi?!" she squeaked at him. Medic slowly took the crossbow away before shaking his head and shooting her right in the forehead. She dropped dead on the sand as Medic looked at her corpse before walking away. "Tch. Impozzible. Frau can't be in America." he said to himself and walked back to his Heavy. It was time for an ubercharge.
Despite the fact Blus did all they could, the Reds won this match. While going to kill more Blus in shame timeout he had the same hesitation to kill the only woman. He was sure he saw her before but not sure when or where. Her pink eyes seemed familiar, too familiar. Yet, he wasn't sure where he saw her before.
