Chapter Eleven

David's SUV…

The ride to the federal building was quite, as both men were thinking about what they have been told so far about the gang and the Holden men, who also seem to be hiding some things but they didn't know what it could be.

"You thinking about Archer possibly holding something back?" David asked his friend

"Yeah, either about the location or something about the gang itself," Colby answered, trying to think of what else it could be

"Archer certainly is a strange guy, that I know I can say for sure." David said as he continued driving

"You know, as I think about it, there is definitely something familiar about the guy, too, but I can't quite place it, though." Colby said

"Maybe, but we will have to worry about that later if this attack is for real," David said

Though Colby wanted to say something about that, he knew his friend was right, if what Archer had told them was true, they have very little time to disable the bomb and find the people behind it.

'This is going to be one heck of a challenge but we have faced them before.'

The Old warehouse…

They arrived at the abandoned warehouse, which was closed down due to lack of business, among other problems. After seeing the building, Colby wasn't surprised that these people would be operating here.

'Though, just once I would like it if suspects were hiding out in a nicer building, as then it would definitely be helpful for us, but no such luck.'

David went looking for the person in charge and found Captain Garson giving out orders to some officers.

"Almost ready, Captain Garson?" David asked

"Yes, we are just making sure that the building is structurally sound for us to go in there." She answered

"Let's hope so," David muttered

Colby was looking around the building, and was finding it weird that no one has come out yet, though he supposed that the guys were probably in a place where it would be hard to hear anything but still.

'I am getting a really weird feeling about this and it might just be more than the fact of what type of danger we will be facing in there.'

After getting themselves ready, David and Colby lead the team with Garson to confront these people.

"FBI!" shouted various agents

"LAPD!"

Two men were taken by surprised but raised their weapons to fire back but were easily taken down but before they could move on, Colby heard some beeping nearby and realized that they may have walked into a trap.

"Agent Granger, what is that sound?" Garson asked

Before Colby could answer, he and everyone else saw an object that was ticking and they realized they really did go into a trap.

"Everyone! Move!" David shouted

Everyone ran as fast as they could as the bomb went to zero and the building started to collapse from the explosion.
