The next morning Alvin woke up early and went to the entrance of the hollow tree he took a breath of air and breathed out, "Today is the day." he said, he turned his head towards the sleeping Simon and Theodore." Time to wake up them up."

Alvin went over to Simon and poked his shoulder, "Simon, Simon, Simon, Simon, Simon, Si..." Alvin got cut off by Simon swatting his paw away.

"I'm up Alvin. I'm up." Simon said as he got up and stretched his body,"Why are you up so early?"

"Today is the day we set out to find our parents. Wake up Theodore." he commanded.

Simon did as he was told and went over to Theodore and gently rubbed his shoulder.

"Wake up Theodore. It's time to get up." Simon said in a calm tone.

"Good morning guys." Theodore yawned as he got up and stretched, "Why are you guys up so early?"

"Ask Alvin." Simon said as he looked at the wall of the tree and pointed his finger at it.

"Simon why are you looking at the wall?" Theodore asked, Theodore knew Simon had problems with his vison so he would always help him identify things he didn't see. Alvin face-pawed.

"Clearly he's blind Theodore, duh! we need to get him glasses." Alvin said. "His vison is getting worse everyday.

"Right but Alvin why are you guys up so early?" Theodore asked.

"Today is the day we set out to find our parents." Alvin said. "So come on!" Alvin started pushing Simon and Theodore towards the entrance of the hollow.

"We're going Alvin, Jeez!" Simon groaned.

Alvin, Simon and Theodore carefully climbed down the tree with ease and when they were on the ground Alvin immediately started speaking.

"Alright boys!" Alvin turned towards his brothers,"I have learnt from my friend Digger that he heard from someone that our parents went to San Francisco and..."

"First off, who's Digger?" Simon asked.

"He's the gopher I told you guys about. If we go find him maybe he can tell us more about why are parents left." Alvin explained," So if we find him we can be able to find out about them."

"Alright but how will we find Digger?" Simon asked, Theodore who was holding Simon's paw nodded.

"In the tunnels he digs. He digs them near the lake, so let's go." Alvin said.

Alvin started to walk away. Simon and Theodore looked at each other before they followed Alvin.

I'm going to find my parents, I know it. Alvin smiled proudly he knew that this journey to find their parents was going to be tough and dangerous but it was a risk he was willing to take.

And with that they were off. Setting out to the tunnels to find Digger the Gopher.
