"Teddy, what do we do?" Victoire asked. "we need to sleep here for the night. Tomorrow, when it's light we'll do something."
Later, at perhaps ten, some men came. They said they'd help tomorrow, although since none of them spoke berber, the language they were speaking.
The following morning, the men came back and said they'd take Teddy to help find the replacement water tank, which had been damaged, perhaps on the adventure through the desert.
"they say I'll be an hour" Teddy said.
Victoire, Albus and Scorpius sat around on the rocks reading and drawing. At one point they saw a small black scorpion. "hey scorpius, that's you" Albus said. Scorpius rolled his eyes.
Victoire cooked some of the dried cous cous, and scorpius made some tea. But it was soon drawing far over an hour. Victoire tried to send her patronus in to the air, but it came back having not found teddy.
It grew on to midday, and teddy was supposed to be back at 10 am.
Some women from the only building in sight, a small house far down the sloping cliff, came up to them, bringing bread and tea. They sat around, and ate the bread and tea. The women left, around about the same time that some of the family of the men Teddy had gone with came.
They brought bread and omelet and more mint tea, and then they let Victoire talk to Teddy over there moblie. Teddy sounded fine but Victoire was terrified.
The men left at first, but came back again later. They let Victoire use there phone again. "Victoire, we've broken down. The mechanic broke down. We haven't got the parts. Can you go with the men please."
Victoire was scared out of her mind. She and albus and Scorpius got into a van that the men had come in. It had no seat belts and the seats were wobbly.
The men pushed the land rover and turned it round. They then tied it, using cheap blue robe, to the back of the van.
The roads were cliff edge. It was terrifying. One false move and the van would have gone plunging off the cliff.
They got to the house, they were led in, to a small room with a lock on the outside of the door.
