Chapter 6: Eating Contest With A Former Foe
Ron and Drew Lipsky aka the former Dr. Drakken were sitting across from each other at a table in Bueno Nacho. They were narrowing eyes at each other and took quick glances at the large plates of food in front of them. Rufus was standing in between them. Kim and Shego were each watching their respective boyfriend/fiance from a distance.
"You have been the number one Bueno Nacho Eating Champion for too long, Ron Stoppable," said Drew with a smirk, "Now it is time for you to be dethroned."
"We'll see how you do against someone you can scarf down a whole plate of nacos in under a minute," said Ron with a smirk.
"This is probably gonna get messy," Kim muttered to Shego
"Knowing both your fiance and my boyfriend, you're probably right," said Shego, "At least your fiance won't turn into a hulk sized beast, this time around."
Kim shuddered, "We wouldn't want that to happen again."
"We're ready, Rufus," said Ron, "Call it."
"Ready, Steady, GO!" said Rufus as he leapt off the table.
At that moment, Ron and Drew started gobbling down all the food they had on the table. Ron kept scarfing down his food while Drew did the same. Shego developed a look of disgust at what was happening. Kim was a little disgusted too, but at the same time, it kind of amused her. She actually loved this kind of behavior from her fiance. As Drew scarfed down his food, he actually seemed to be enjoying himself. He had never had that much fun eating food in a long time. Ron was enjoying himself too. Unfortunately for Drew, he was already getting full and there was still a few bits of food left on his plate. Ron however managed to gobble down every bit of food on his plate.
"Winner!" said Rufus as he jumped on the table and pointed to Ron.
"Looks like your fiance is still the Bueno Nacho Eating Champion, huh, Kimmie," said Shego.
Kim smirked, "I totally knew Ron would win. Scarfing down a bunch of nacos is so not the drama for him."
"Booyah! I won!" said Ron.
"Oh, yeah, good for you," said Drew sarcastically.
"Hey, don't beat yourself up, Drew," said Ron with a smile, "You actually did a really good job."
He held out his hand for Drew to shake. And Drew, though hesitant at first, decided to take it.
"Ok, good game, Ronald," said Drew with a smile, "You and Kimberly are both worthy adversaries in more ways than one."
"Why thanks, Drew," said Ron.
"And I must say, I haven't had that much fun eating food in a long time. For that I thank you," said Drew.
"You're more than welcome," said Ron.
Drew suddenly gripped his stomach as it grumbled.
"Well, I think me and Shego better go home so I can take a rest," said Drew as he held his stomach, "It's been a while since I've had that much in one sitting you know."
"Alright, let's go," said Shego as she and Drew walked towards the entrance to Bueno Nacho, "See ya, Kimmie," she said as they walked outside Bueno Nacho.
"See ya," said Kim.
"See ya," said Ron.
"Well, that went well, don't you think," said Ron.
"Uh huh," said Rufus.
"You certainly haven't lost your touch," said Kim with a smirk.
Ron chuckled before his stomach grumbled and he held it.
"I think I'd better lay off eating for a while too," said Ron.
"So what do you want to do now, 'Eating Champion'," said Kim.
Ron smirked, "I can think of a few things," he said before he leaned in and kissed Kim on the lips which she returned.
"Oh, brother," said Rufus as he went into Ron's pants pocket.
