Chapter 7: Pool Time
It was afternoon at the pool. And walking into the pool area were three girls, Tara, Hope and Crystal. They were each wearing a bathing suit.
"Thanks again for coming with us, Crystal," said Hope.
"No problem," said Crystal, "Could always use a little more pool time."
"You really didn't have to do this, Hope," said Tara.
"Come on, Tara," said Hope, "It's the least we could do since you missed out on our girls night."
"Well, ok," said Tara, "Don't get me wrong, I appreciate this. Really. I just don't want you to feel like you owe me any favors."
"It's ok, Tara," said Crystal, "We just want you to have a good time like we did. Well, before Bonnie kidnapped all of us, anyway."
Hope nodded, "Yeah, Tara. We're doing this for you by our own choice."
Tara smiled, "Thanks, Girls."
"Your welcome, Tara," said Hope, "Alright, let's get our pool on."
"Whoo!" cheered Tara and Crystal.
Later, Tara, Hope and Crystal were all having fun in the pool. Each of them jumped off the diving board and did laps around the pool. They even played marco polo. There were a few times when they got into a splash fight.
Later, Tara, Hope and Crystal were walking out of the pool building dressed in their regular clothes.
"It's too bad no one else could get in on it," said Crystal.
"Yeah, well, Monique is busy working a double shift at Club Banana. Zita's on a date with Felix. And Jessica, Liz and Marcella have things to do with their families," said Hope before smirking, "And I think we all know what Kim's up to right now."
"Yep, spending time with her new fiance," said Crystal with a chuckle.
"Maybe we'll have to plan a bridal shower for her one of these days," said Tara.
"Definitely," said Hope.
