Kim Possible: The Sitch Of Summer: Shorts

Chapter 10: Memories and Promises

Later in the evening, Kim and Ron were having dinner at Chez Chouteau. They were sitting across from each other waiting for their food.

Kim sighed happily, "Isn't this great Ron?"

"Having dinner with my bon-diggity fiance?" said Ron with a smile, "Yes, it is pretty badical."

"Good thing you still have plenty of money from working at Smarty Mart to pay for this," said Kim, "Better to save all of our money for college and our new apartment."

"I hear you, KP," said Ron, "I can't wait until we're married and going to college together."

"Yeah, I just hope we can get everything ready in time," said Kim, who had a concerned look on her face.

"Hey, don't sweat it, Kim," said Ron, "I'm sure with all our friends helping us, we'll be able to get everything ready in time."

"Yeah, Ron. You're right," said Kim.

Ron started to look thoughtful for a moment.

"Ron, what's up?" asked Kim, thinking that something was on Ron's mind.

"I can't believe that it's already been over a year since we started dating," said Ron with a smile, "And now we're getting married."

"Well, yeah," said Kim, "It feels like just yesterday we were dancing at Junior Prom."

Ron chuckled, "Yeah, our first dance as a couple. You know, I do have dreams about that night that don't end up turning into nightmares."

"Yeah, I've noticed that a little later into senior year, you've haven't been calling me in the middle of the night that much anymore," said Kim with a chuckle.

"Yeah, well, I've learned to be a little less anxious about our relationship after that little sitch with your, um, battle suit," Ron said chuckling nervously.

"Glad to hear that," said Kim with a smirk.

"I guess it's just that, ever since we started dating after the diablo sitch, I wondered how long it was going to last," said Ron, "And after what Bonnie said about cheerleaders dating jocks-"

The second Ron said that Kim interrupted, "Ron, I already told you. I would never ever want to dump you for a jock. Falling for Bonnie's trash about the food chain was a mistake I've already made once. And because of that I ended up with the wrong guy and almost gave up hope. I'd never want to make that mistake again. You're the only person in the world I'd want to spend the rest of my life with."

Ron blushed, "Really?"

"Really," said Kim with a loving smile, "I might have had other crushes in my life, but the whole time, the only person I'd ever want to date, go to college with and spend the rest of my life with was you."

Ron began to tear up, "That's the sweetest thing you've ever said to me."

"I meant what I said Ron, and ever since you saves me during the Lorwardian Invasion, and our past few sitches with Bonnie, I began to realize more and more just how much I can't live without you," said Kim, "Just like you can't live without me. That's why I'm so glad to not only be marrying you, but going to college with you too."

"I'm so glad we're doing this too," said Ron, "I'll admit, when Graduation was coming I thought that would mean the end of our relationship. And when Warmonga and Warhok took you, I was almost certain that graduation really was the end of the world. Good thing I was wrong," he finished with a smile.

"Ron, don't worry," said Kim, "No matter what happens I'll never leave you. No matter what we face in college, we'll face it together along with our friends."

Ron smiled big time, "I love you, KP."

"I love you too, Ron," said Kim with a loving smile.

They were about to kiss when a man came over with a tray of food.

"Ahem, you're dinner is ready," said the waiter.

Kim and Ron blushed and backed up as the waiter put the food on their table and then left.

Ron chuckled nervously, "Ok. Eating first, kissing later."

Kim chuckled too before she and Ron started eating their food.

The End

I think I'm gonna stop the short stories here. I'll make a story about when Kim and Ron get married later, but until then, this is Beatle signing out.
