A/N Thank you everyone who read the first chapter here is the second chapter for you all. I want to mention a few things which should have been told in the first chapter. So timeline is 5 years after the war. So Harry is in the Prison for the past 5 years and dementors are removed from the prison after the light won the battle as they can't be trusted to not join the dark so Harry is still sane after 5 years in the prison and has lost hopes of freedom as will be clear in this chapter and will be bitter to his old friend as 5 years even without dementors is a quite long and depressing in the prison alone.

A lone figure was roaming in a cell in the Azkaban tired of looking at the same wall for 5 years. With long and dirty beard and shoulder length and mangy hair and a scrawny body nothing looks same as the old attractive self of Harry Potter, even those green eyes which were once vibrant and full of life are now dull and has a haunted look in them.

He was thinking about how his life has turned within a span of days. After winning the war and finally defeating Voldemort he thought he can have a normal life with a loving family for once but those thoughts were drown to drain the next morning after a summon from the Wizengamot. When he went to Wizengamot the next day he was charged for various crimes he committed during the war likes of which were breaking into Gringotts(even though goblins have forgiven him due to one of their own involved in the betrayal), using imperious on multiple occasions including a goblin, Ron and Hermione and a cruciatous curse on Death Eater to list the few. He was shocked to his core when even Ron and Hermione testified against him and blamed him of using wrongful ways to win the war so that he can rule the wording world. He knew he couldn't prove his innocence without telling about the Horcrux but decided against it as it was to dark information to be spoken in front of the wizengamot and that's what resulted to his life sentence in a dementors free Azkaban. He was to shocked by the betrayal of Ron and Hermione to say anything on his way to prison and for the first few months he thought he was really going dark as only a dark wizard uses the unforgivables and Hermione has said that he was going dark and she was always right so after some time in prison he started reviewing his own life to find where did it all go wrong and how did he turned dark. Then started to get clear to him, he was never truly light and world isn't black and white, there are people who need take hard decisions in the war like Remus has said and he finally understood what he meant but that meant Hermione was wrong he was not a dark wizard but more of a grey wizard.

After all he killed Quirrell in his first year and light wizards don't kill. And then decided to review his whole life to know himself as before then all he cared was what was expected of him not what he wanted or liked.

To say he was shocked to find out what he found would be understatement. After he reviewed his whole life he started to understand that his whole life was controlled by others mainly Dumbledore, Mrs Weasley, Hermione Granger to list the few, they were always there to take decisions for him they decided he need to save them and fight for then and never cared about what he wanted.

So for the first time after the death of Sirius Black he was angry beyond his beliefs. How dare they use him like a pawn to defeat Voldemort and then throw him to die. That day he promised himself if he ever got a chance at revenge he would make them regret their decision to mess with him.

It took him 2 years to come to the terms with the fact that those he thought his friends were actually traitors and he never truly has anyone he could call friends. The rest 3 years were very tough for him, more than first 2 years, as after coming to the terms with their betrayal he wanted revenge but couldn't do anything about it while they all were ruling the wizarding world claiming things which he has done for themselves but after 3 unsuccessful attempts at escaping the prison he has lost all hopes to ever get a revenge.

Lost in his thoughts, he failed to listen to prison guard who was calling him the first time.

'Potter' shouted the Prison Guard again.

Harry was surprised to see him at this time of the day and turned to see him.

'What happened' he asked in a hoarse voice.

'Someone has come to see you' the guard replied.

This shocked him as he never had a visitor in the prison in the last five years. So he didn't know who can che here to visit him after all this time.

'Who is here' he asked.

'Just get back and let me put the magic supression cuffs then you can go and see yourself' the guard replied.

Harry knew he couldn't get any more answer so did just that. The guard applied the cuffs and took him to a meeting room.

He was shocked to see Daphne Greengrass there. She was the last person who he would have expected to come and see him in the prison.
