A/N1: Thank you everyone who read the last chapter here is the next chapter. I decided to postpone the meeting with Golden trio or the alliance to the next chapter and added Hermione's point of view on the whole thing, Which wasn't the part of the original plot.

There was complete silence at Andromeda's statement. People were shocked to hear that Harry Potter was one of the Dark Lord's Horcrux.
"And Mr Potter was able to resist it's possession for the 16 years" asked the unspeakable who was the first to overcome the shock.
"Yes, he was able to resist it except for when he was high on emotions" said Mrs Tonks.
"Forgive me Mrs Tonks, but I would need a better proof then someone's word to believe that" said the unspeakable.
"I Agree with the unspeakable Mrs Tonks, the Wizengamot will need a better proof then someone's word" said Chief Witch.
"May I " asked Harry when he saw that Andromeda was certainly not prepared for this turn of events.
"Yes you may Mr Potter " replied Chief Witch.
"You didn't ask if I am still the Horcrux or not, unspeakable Croaker" said Harry.
"We have ways to check if someone is dead or not Mr Potter, we don't use it generally but once Dark Lord returned then we confirmed it after his death that he is dead for sure or not" replied Unspeakable Croaked.
Harry nodded and asked " You know that Dark Lord could have tried to possess me if we were close enough ".
"Yes " Croaker replied.
"And you can recognize if someone is fighting a possession " asked Harry again.
"Yes I can" replied Croaker again.
"Then please remove a memory from my mind and this will help you as this is the only time Dark Lord tried to possess me from a close proximity" said Harry.
Croaker looked at the Chief Witch for the permission and after she nodded he proceeded to remove the memory.
"I trust you know the process Mr Potter, focus on the memory" said Croaker.
Harry focused on the end of the battle of Ministry and Croaker removed it and waved his wand to check for any fabrication. After finding none he played the memory for the entire Wizengamot to see it. The memory started with Dumbledore battle the Dark Lord and then Dark Lord trying to possess Harry and Harry resisting it.
Croaker explained the possession when he saw what Dark Lord trying to do for the Wizengamot and told them when Harry resisted it. He then turned to ask Harry
"I now believe you Mr Potter but what I would like to know is that how you destroyed the Horcrux because all we know is that the only way for a Horcrux to be destroyed is by destroying the container and I'm sure it has been destroyed".
"I will explain it to you once I will be able to prove my innocence Mr Croaker" said Harry.
Andromeda decided to take charge once it was proved that Harry indeed was a Horcrux.
"As you all saw that Mr Potter was hosting a piece of soul of the Dark Lord which was not able to possess it but it was able to manipulate his thoughts and control his emotions thus resulting in the use of those unforgivable ".
"But there is no proof that that soul pieces are able to manipulate anyone as Mr Potter was the only one who has been in the contact with a soul piece" interrupted Lord Nott.
Lord Smith looked at Neville for his nod to support Nott who nodded which was noted by Harry Potter.
"I second it, as for all we know Mr Potter may be fabricating a story to prove his innocence" added Lord Smith.
"Actually there is prove Chief Witch" replied Andromeda Tonks.
"And what is it Mrs Tonks" asked Croaker.
"Another Memory Mr Croaker" said Andromeda passing another memory which contained Harry's discussion with the memory of Tom Riddle where he explained how he manipulated Ginny Weasely to open the Chamber for him and release the Basilisk.
"For those who didn't understand that was the first Horcrux the Dark Lord made which found his way into the hand of one Ginevra Molly Weasely whom the Dark Lord manipulated to do his deeds and also it's clear that it was not a possession as the Dark Lord was still trying to find a body for himself" finished Andromeda.
"Yes it's more than clear what Mr Potter has faced and how much he suffered and also it's clear that he was manipulated or forced to do most of the things so we couldn't hold him guilty for his deeds so I would like to move for the votes, those who believe Mr Potter should be pardoned and all charges should be dropped of him please raise your wands" said Chief Witch.
The whole neutrals ,most of the Order of Merlin recipients and Ministry Heads along with a long no. of people from light faction followed after the trio raised their wand and it was clear he was a free man. The trio raising their wands in his support surprised Harry but after some thinking he was able to understand what they were trying to do which was to bask in his glory again by siding alongside him but he swore on his new found freedom that they would wish he died in the Azkaban.
After the count Chief Witch asked for the guilty part on which mainly the dark factions voted and it was clear it was not enough. So the Chief Witch announced "Mr Potter we at Wizengamot apologize for the delay in justice and congratulate you on your new found freedom and promise you that the compensation will be provided to you for your five years in Azkaban".
"Thank you Chief Witch" said Harry Potter.
"Before you adjourn this meeting I would like to ask some questions to Mr Potter which he has promised to answer during the session" said Unspeakable Croaker.
"You may ask and Mr Potter you are free to not answer them" said Chief Witch.
"Thank you Chief Witch, I will keep it in my mind" said Mr Potter.
"How was the Horcrux in you destroyed Mr Potter" asked Unspeakable Croaker.
"Well Mr Croaker, It was destroyed when a killing curse from the Dark Lord connected with me in the Battle of Hogwarts after which I was knocked out for a few minutes " Harry replied hiding his stupidity of surrendering to the Dark Lord just like that.
"So you survived another killing curse " asked a surprised Unspeakable.
"Technically yes, but as I was hosting two souls and killing curse is supposed to separate a body from its soul and it did separate my body from a soul, so it didn't failed either" replied Harry again hiding the fact that the curse was fired from a wand which was supposed to be his.
"Thank you Mr Potter" replied Croaker after which Chief Witch ended that session of Wizengamot.
After the session ended Harry turned to Andromeda and said "Thank you for your help Mrs Tonks but I need another favour from you. Do you mind if I stayed at your place till I check with goblins for any place I have or get Grimmauld Place habitable again".
"No need to Thank me, and yes Mr Potter you can come at my place, it would be good for Teddy too as he will have another person to play with" said Andromeda.
"Thank you again Mrs Tonks, We should move now" said Harry looking at the Trio who was approaching him.
"It would be better if we use Director Bones Floo that way you can thank her too for your arranging your Trial too" said Andromeda as she too caught them approaching.
"That's a good idea, let's go" replied Harry.
And they went after Director Bones before they could catch them.
"What happened Mr Potter " asked Director Bones as she saw him approaching.
"I came to thank you for your help in arranging my Trial Madame Bones and I am here too ask another simple favour too" replied Harry.
"No need to Thank me Mr Potter, It was my duty and what's the favour" she asked.
"I was wondering if we could use your floo Director Bones to avoid the press" replied Andromeda for him.
"That would be fine, come with me " she replied taking them directly too her office.
Hermione Granger was frustrated. More than ever she now wanted Daphne Greengrass dead. That girl has been a pain in the ass forever. Since she has entered the wizarding world she has seen Daphne Greengrass as someone who has everything she could want. That girl has looks to die for and was one of her only competition in Academics at Hogwarts and she wielded significant power base outside of Hogwarts that's why she was very happy when she was able to put her in her place in the Wizengamot by using Neville's control over light alliance and her and Ron's popularity as war heroes. Harry was a casualty from the beginning as per Dumbledore's plan as he was supposed to die at the hands of Voldemort thus making Voldemort mortal so that they can kill Voldemort and be the real heroes of Wizarding world but he has survived again thus Dumbledore's plan has failed and he was the hero and they were just the sidekick. Hermione has hated to be the sidekick of someone like Harry so she formulated her own plan but even with Ron with her side that she knew she wouldn't be able to put it in action as she knew Weaselys were pretty much waste when it comes to political power but then she found the obvious choice and blamed herself for thinking it in the first place, Neville Longbottom. The only problem with Neville was his loyalties to Harry but after talking with him she found out that he wasn't loyal to Harry but due to his crush on her he has tried to befriend Harry. That definitely has made things easier for her and she used Neville's grandmothers influence to call for an early trial for Harry after anonymously placing charges on Harry and then she convinced Ron to go to trial as a witness with her after convincing her that this would definitely work as he was afraid that if it fails Harry would use his influence to destroy them. Everything has gone according to plan the lights has voted with Dowager Longbottom and Dark faction has taken their revenge by voting against Harry and he was sentenced to Azkaban for life.
But everything turned two days ago when Greengrass has started to show sudden interest in Harry, she has thought it was something fishy but those two idiots who were it here has said she might be trying to find dirt on them but she was convinced it was something serious but without any competition she has gone lazy and that Bitch has one upped her. Hermione promised herself that it would not happen again and from now on she would pay more attention to her surrounding but now there was a more important piece than Greengrass on the board and she needed it on her side even if it mean being a sidekick for the time being, after all great players are those who knows when to take the back seat, she thought with a smile.
Daphne Greengrass was in a very good mood. The trial has gone perfectly for her. She was a little tensed when Croaker has not believed about the Horcrux theory but Potter has handled it well and seeing the look on Grangers face after the trial has made her day. Now she hoped that Harry would go with her plan and try to get revenge on the trio and not be a noble and forgive them. That's why she decided she need to invite Harry to their next meeting before the Wizengamot know where he stand. She decided to hold the meeting the next day as Harry needed to be educated about the Wizengamot too and that would take significant amount of time. With that thought she started to write letters to everyone to inform them of the meeting.
After arriving at Andy's house and getting cleaned up and Harry Potter was enjoying his first lunch of freedom when a mail from Gringotts arrived informing him of an immediate meeting. He decided to ask Andy about it as she was a Black by birth and was raised with all the pure blood teaching.
"Mrs Tonks, I got a missive from Gringotts to meet them at my earliest convenience, Do you have any idea what it may be about as Daphne mentioned something about my house and lordship of which I have no idea" he asked.
"Yeah she mentioned that no one told you about black or Potter lordship which you hold, I can help you with that as it is my responsibility as a member of House of Black to help the new Lord Black which according to my cousins will is you but first we should go to Gringotts after which I will explain you everything about it" she replied to which Harry agreed.
After arriving at Gringotts they went to a teller and showed him the missive and he directed them to a room which has a Label of BloodFang Account manager of Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter and Black.They entered the room and Andromeda greeted the goblin "Greetings BloodFang " to which Harry copied as He has no idea about goblin tradition.
"Greetings Mrs Tonks and Mr Potter, I assume Mrs Tonks is here to help you with you affairs as your solicitor" asked BloodFang.
"Actually BloodFang I was not informed about my place in the society or my responsibilities as Lord Potter or Lord Black and she will help me fill the blanks due to my lack of knowledge" replied Harry.
"As you wish Mr Potter, As you both may have guessed I called you here to discuss about the handling of both Potter and Black fortune, I have been handling Black fortune for last forty years and due to recent merging of Potter fortune into the Blacks both are under my control I will provide you with the files of business of both families which you can review and inform me of any changes" to which Harry nodded.
"Next thing will be you claiming the lordship of both families" he said by passing the rings.
He looked at Andromeda who told him to put the rings on and they will do the rest of the work. He put both rings in his right middle finger and said the oath which Andromeda gave him.
"Congrats Lord Potter Black, these are the files I mentioned and these are the keys to all the Potter and Black vaults accept for the main Family Vaults which don't need any key" the Goblin said passing him a bundle of files and two big silver keys. Harry accepted it and passed the file to Andromeda who kept it in her backpack.
"Do you need to visit the vaults Lord Potter" asked BloodFang.
"Yes he would like to visit them " Andromeda replied for him. When he looked at her questioningly she said that he would need to get some money to buy himself some proper fitting clothes worthy of his position and to also look for the family Grimoire of both families as they contain some very useful information on family magic. Harry agreed with the clothing part and then he remembered he still doesn't have a wand as his old one was destroyed by the DMLE after he was sentenced to Azkaban and Elder wand was in Dumbledore's grave. So he agreed that a shopping trip was in order.
After a heavy shopping trip and buying a whole new wardrobe for himself with a new four compartment trunk he went to purchase himself a new wand. Andromeda was certainly enjoying the trip especially purchasing the new wardrobe where she got to dress him like a doll. At last they went to Ollivander for his wand which he got after a long search even longer than the first time and settled with a wand of black ash wood and the core of unicorn hair and was 11'. When he asked about his wand to Ollivander he explained "The ash wand cleaves to its one true master and ought not to be passed on or gifted from the original owner, because it will lose power and skill" he said.
"But what does it tells about it's owner" asked Harry.
"The ideal owner may be stubborn, and will certainly be courageous, but never crass or arrogant " he replied to which Harry nodded as it suits his character.
When Harry returned from his trip to Andromeda's place he decided to call for Kreacher who immediately replied and was genuinely happy to see his master back.
"Master Harry you be back. Old Kreacher is very happy to see you. How can Kreacher help Master" asked Kreacher.
"Kreacher I am the new Lord Black and I'm going to host a meeting with the new alliance of Black family at 12 Grimmauld Place tomorrow morning, so I would like you to clean the house and make it look like the Ancestral House of Black family once more" said Harry.
"It would be done Master Harry " said Kreacher and disappeared with a pop.
That's When Andromeda entered the room. and gave him two letters which has been send to him while he wasn't there.
He saw the letters and found one was from Daphne for the meeting and other was from the traitor Granger who asked to meet him tomorrow so that they can clear the misunderstanding and he can forgive them. Harry decided to meet Daphne the next day and asked her to come to 12 Grimmauld Place with the rest of the alliance and gave her the floo address of the place and left the Hermione's letter unattended and went to meet with his his Godson.
A/N4: Next chapter will be Harry's meeting with the Trio and Alliance.
