but before I continue on I would like to say that this is a NEW story that I am building up as I type, so yes i have not put much thought into the plot that i've been building since it usually just types itself out, all I do is edit it the best I can and make a bit more sense into it since I write it all in small bits here and there.

Wren210: hey! thanks for pointing things out!, I usually lose track on how I time placed things, but here's a quick review; In the story Kagome was 17 when she found out she was pregnant which was said in chapter 2, making Rin 10 at the time which puts her as a 15 year old with an intended now.
Also having matured the whole group, Rin would most likely not be as open about a few things to her Sesshomaru-sama now that she's older.

This is about Sesshomaru finding out about the pup himself instead of being just told, it ruins the whole point of keeping Shijima a kept secret. I do have the marks in mind which i'll actually go into detail later.

With Shippo it applies all the same.. only difference is that he's a full yokai kitsune so aging him up i wanted to make it where his age doesn't as much matter. because it doesn't make much sense with both demon and human ageing. I can't really explain it any better than that.

if you want to take it as his skills which have improved over the years and having matured into them then the saying one is as old as he thinks is definitely in play there. so his mental maturity could be how he grew to be. again demon ageing is much different to how humans age.

(sorry that was a mouth full but i hope that it clears up a few things with both Rin and Shippo)

Ipod reader- if you are asking about Kagome ageing then dont worry too much about it, everything will come to light eventually. Sesshomaru is Shijima's heir it was hinted in chapter one.

TaxLady0415- Ofc! i didn't think keeping their initual mindsets would help move things along, i didn't want to drag things either.
you'll just have to stick around and see if the demon lord did or not ;)

SammyJams- exactly! i rather they get along then them no longer talking or grow hating each other. Kagome and Inuyasha have history together which can't really just be thrown to side like it didnt exist.
