Seven Little Monsters was originally written by Maurice Sendak(1928-2012). The show is owned by Nelvana. The theme song was originally performed by The Barenaked Ladies. I OWN NONE OF THEM!

Have you ever heard of the Seven Little Monsters? It was a book by the author of Where The Wild Things Are, Maurice Sendak, about seven monsters who really aren't so little. They all have different personalities. One flies. Two has a long nose like Pinocchio's. Three pretends to be different people. Four is mean. Five is kinda dumb. Six does ballet & sleeps a lot. And Seven can pull his head off. In the early 2000's, PBS made an animated series out of the book for their PBS Kids Bookworm Bunch programming block. I only started watching the show around 2011 on YouTube, and I adored it since. I even have 2 books based on it. I even know the theme song by heart.
